    @Andrew007Uk @ACTFibernet I raised the same to @jayesh_ranjan Sir just 4dasys back. @ACTFibernet is not at all concern with advance paid customer.... I am facing disconnection every 10days and they are not rectifying this for last 4-5 months.

    @jayesh_ranjan Sir - can you look into the service provided by @ACTFibernet - though @KTRTRS gave them special privileges but the service is deteriorating day by day. We need other provider should get chance to cater but that is not happening due to one man show.. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR1016983503982 is expected to be resolved by 6/2/2019 09:00:00 PM its been 3 days after the issue with act. no resolvement yet Called 3 times to the customer care. Nothing works out Act doesn't act on time. No one came to look at the issue

    @ACTFibernet is cutting cost by removing customer care with automated IVR but the service is also going down by every day. Not connected on 1st May and same condition today again - why I paid 1 yr subscription #actfiber..... Need to change the provider.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket closed for 4th time without working.this is not at all acceptable...I have paid for 9 months. Let me know if you can refund the remaining days left...will go with other service provider like bsnl which is doing good in my society.12 days & no resolution #badcustomerservice

    So far the worst experience ever in seeing up a Android box. #Act4kStream at this rate not even sure if you can sustain a customer for 6 months of trial period. During setup I get "Invalid MAC ID" error and your tech support are learning about this the first time. @ACTFibernet

    @actfibernet Pathetic service no sync between CC, BILLING DEPT AND BACKEND DEPT AND RETAINING DEPT. Promised something to retain after that billed for what was promised to wave off. After 3.5 years saying good bye. Can please ensure refund and collection of router is done faster

    @ACTFibernet First time user. Started using the service on sunday. The internet is not working since monday noon. No customer support. Everytime customer care number says queue no at 30 and get disconnected after waiting over 40 mins. Pathetic experience.
