@ACTFibernet Team 101015435973, I had got reconnection with a plan for 1500 for 3 months but it's was a cheating done by your staff and with in 3 months I was made to pay thrice extra to continue my internet.. kindly action it soon.. Is your team sleeping it's long pending issue

@TSConsumers @ACTFibernet I took the act Internet subscription on 18th March and paid money for 6 months Plan, these Act Team not responding or installing the Network at my home, it is being very difficult to do work from home. I was told installation will be completed in 24hrs

Hello @ACTFibernet , ur service team only keep reopening one after another SR but no resolution. A simple request (SR11863954526914) to change the ownership and change 1 month plan to 6 month is taking eternity to resolve and my broadband has been disconnected for last 2 day.
