    Not sure why only my place - I am facing a ß reset everyday at 11:55pm in @ACTFibernet connection. Already faced the battery backup issue in switch box as they are not upgrading the infrastructure.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have paid for 6months×A-Max425 plan on 5th of this month. However, the service executive didn't visited and even called about the connection installation. I called on provided customer care numbers & complained thrice...!

    Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet - they sack most of the people to cost cut & now noone is there to pick up the call. Automation will not work if you r handling unstable system. Last 30hrs no internet in home and no one responded otherthan couple of text messages.

    @Andrew007Uk @ACTFibernet I raised the same to @jayesh_ranjan Sir just 4dasys back. @ACTFibernet is not at all concern with advance paid customer.... I am facing disconnection every 10days and they are not rectifying this for last 4-5 months.

    @jayesh_ranjan Sir - can you look into the service provided by @ACTFibernet - though @KTRTRS gave them special privileges but the service is deteriorating day by day. We need other provider should get chance to cater but that is not happening due to one man show.. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR1016983503982 is expected to be resolved by 6/2/2019 09:00:00 PM its been 3 days after the issue with act. no resolvement yet Called 3 times to the customer care. Nothing works out Act doesn't act on time. No one came to look at the issue

    @ACTFibernet is cutting cost by removing customer care with automated IVR but the service is also going down by every day. Not connected on 1st May and same condition today again - why I paid 1 yr subscription #actfiber..... Need to change the provider.

    It is right time to say goodbye to @ACTFibernet because of its support quality. You get the premium entertainment while speaking to their support team!! They have frequent fiber cuts because of blaze, Storm and lighting which offers you gigabytes of headache.

    @ACTFibernet, in this competitive era you must focus on service. Service in my area is pathetic, problems every other day. Sick and tired of raising complains in app. It says upgrade app, I would suggest rather upgrade your service other wise you guys will be out of business.
