@ACTFibernet Hi, This is the 1st time I'm facing this issue after very long time. I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.

@ACTFibernet Whenever I call, they either disconnect or if somehow someone new pickup the call they ask me to wait for 48 hours, but it does not help. I was thinking about suggesting your services to my friends and relatives as it is budget friendly then few other ISP, not gonna do it now.
