    @ACTFibernet internet was down since Friday evening. CS says fibre optic cable was cut, field team is working on it but no assurance given. It's just frustrating if you don't give a deadline to fix the issue. The CS is not good at handling. There is a lot of uncertainty.

    When we lived in goa, we had a 75GB cap internet plan which never ran out of data. I hv a 500GB plan with @ACTFibernet ; don't know how I'm out of data in half a month. We just stream Netflix etc. Not much downloading. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    @ACTFibernet please arrange a call back. I have been trying to reach your team for disconnection. Either your customer care doesn't get through or if it does the team puts me on hold to connect to the disconnection team and call gets disconnected. Pathetic customer care.

    @ACTFibernet the main switch for our internet connection is in the terrace of our house and whenever there is a power cut, there is no internet access. We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

    @JioCare karuna thanks for reply, issue is jio engineers are not able to get the cable inside flat with the duct which available from the builder #VGNMinerva chennai & @ACTFibernet hv given connection through it, my neighbour has but not me, you are not able to connect the last end.
