    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

    Has @ACTFibernet forgotten to resolve customer issues? It's been 3 days and no resolution on SR10181144207454. Everyday there is a new resolution time and surprisingly resolution time is always after 7 30 PM, after the customer care hours are closed!

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 4th july till now nobody approached me. This is how it is and I frequently called customer care and every time they say have escalated. I believe you are not interested to improve customer experience in Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid ₹2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband
