    ACT why are you not providing service in Kannada language. I am forced to talk to customer care in other languages. Please respect local language and culture if you are doing business in Karnataka. Shame on you people @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi, This is the 1st time I'm facing this issue after very long time. I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.

    Myself Harish from Bangalore (8861250494) Tried contacting all the details given in act website. Full of ivr No way to reach Act Fiber net customer care There is now way to downgrade plans. Many tell only way is to cancel but we can cancel also. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet asking for the bill payment and reminders is always on before the bill cycle. Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers

    @ACTFibernet I’ve subscribed your services in BLR for my parents. Poor upload/download speed (less than 1mbps). No service agent to talk to. SR10266541433104 … if you can’t fix this by 7PM, I’m moving to another ISP

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    @ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

    @ACTFibernet renews tomorrow. I tried to cancel 2 days back but you team cancelled that request saying we will solve the issue but today they denied Hence cancel my plan effective today and refund the amount paid for the subscription
