    @ACTFibernet Ur Eng says I am getting erratic services bcz my neighbouring flat hs electric issues where ur junction box is . So 1.gv a separate connection with my electric source 2.gv me a bill only for the days it works 3. just discontinue ur services. is tht a big ask?? @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!

    @AirtelFiber why still Airtel fiber net service not planned for Ramanshree California Gardens Layout Yelahanka.??? Many Residents waiting for Airtel.! Currently BSNL only service available here and @ACTFibernet coming within a week.

    @ACTFibernet Our net is not been working since this morning. We contacted the Customer Care and the reply we got was that the issue will be solved within 2 pm. I understand that's it's past 2 now and it's still the same. Whenever there is a problem,your customer service is so bad

    I want to Say is there is some worst customer care company in India then that is @ACTFibernet ..They have been troubling like anything..Internet was not working for 2 days today when I called customer care and person who received call kept on saying same now issue is resolved..
