    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday evening(1st March 5PM) in our society (Saideep hulas). It’s not yet fixed, when I reached out to customer support, I have received an arrogant answer that I have to wait for 24 hours later again 24 hours more. @tv9kannada

    @ACTFibernet not sure what’s happening. After the arrival of competition, our connectivity is going down every night at 10 PM and the MTTR is going up. Something’s wrong with your service in Bangalore as this was never the case before. #NoConnectivity even now.

    @ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

    @ACTFibernet @ACT Day by Day your services become worst I am seeing the changes of SRV from last 6 years. Low speed issues every day but no response from Team. Never going to recommend your srv. Meanwhile I am removing server from my house which you guys installed on my roof top.

    @ACTFibernet Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze. Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 years now. Due to Covid I had disconnected . Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid .

    @ACTFibernet Our ticket number sr10254429636582. As customer to ACT do we not have right to ask question-"when connection will be restored" answer awaiting from team ACT since 25th March. What a joke of customer care/service by Team ACT! Hope this tweet will wake you up from deep sleep.

    @ACTFibernet I was assured that the stupid zee5 subscription would be cancelled a month ago. Even spoke to them, but now on my act portal, it’s saying to pay 45 rupees? Why should I pay when I was assured it would be cancelled?

    @ACTFibernet I don't know what to say. Again same situation. Very very bad internet connection. Very very slow speed. To download 459 md video it is taking almost 10 hours. Really shameful. In our colony act group has ver bad name. I am shifting to JIo after the due date. No more words.

    @ACTFibernet I've just been getting msgs to reinstate my connection, however i was told that i will be getting an offer for it, there was never a followup and iam just getting msgs for reactivation charges getting included in the bill but no proper service for paying the bill

    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months that I am continuously raising a ticket for inconsistent internet issue..it gets resolved for 2 days and then it's back to square one...moved from @ACTFibernet hoping for a better service..guess it's time to going back.

    @ACTFibernet i gave a complaint. Executive called and one day it worked fine. Again issues. Very poor service. Please let me know how to disconnect ur broadband services. Fed up truly fed up.. #worstinternet #actfibernetwaste. I need a solution. Re wiring from other box is ok.
