    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

    @ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service as usual, no expectation fromACT. I called up customer service a while ago to have my connection disconnected, call was transferred to retention team, where the person who spoke was rude and disconnected the line. Need actions 2be takenon Priyanka.

    @ACTFibernet A fraudulent internet service provider,even though I have deactvd the service,they have actvd it their own after clearing the dues without any consent and have generated another bill receipt for 15 min span which is the gap b/w activation and new disconnect request.
