    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    Please ask your ACT engineer to call me as whenever I call customer Care it will take 10 mins to connect and every time i will get reply like “It will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve” from 27th May and hardly I used internet for 7 days @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet - As soon as we pay the full amount, no one picks the call nor neither anyone is attending us for installation! Sucha bad service it has become now! I have been using from 4-5 years and was proud of it! But now by ordering new connections I feel I made a mistake!

    @ACTFibernet sucha worst service in Bangalore!When we trying to call to customer care,the call gets disconnected as soon as we reach token 1!And the installation guy speaks in sucha rude manner, he installed the same service next to our home!Now he says he never visited our area!

    Dear @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connection since 10 days. 01.06.2020 was the last day i had used your services. Twice I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24hrs, but # SR 10240638838682 pending since 10 days. Didn’t know your services are pathetic.

    @plabanpriyadars @ACTFibernet Brother @plabanpriyadars they have the worst customer service. Internet is down since 10 days. They dont resolve complaints from customer, rather they assure you with false promises that it will be restored within 24-48 hrs.
