    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.
