@ACTFibernet Stop spamming with messages & calls from multiple numbers consistently! First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

@ACTFibernet. I have a Act connection.i don't want internet connection for the month of June.i told your CC executive to disconnect.again to activate on July I have to pay 150 rs.This is how you are giving good service. For every request we have to pay isn't it. Pathetic service

@ACTFibernet Don't you encourage your customers to use your services even when there is no power also ? i.e., with the help of any "Router UPS". I recently purchased this, but not able to use when the power is cut. User guide says "Power backup switches may be faulty of yours".
