The quality of router is provided is worst, due to that we are getting low internet speed. Ask ur back end team to provide high end router to fix the issue on exception case.

Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.
