    @ACTFibernet I have been getting these type of messages in SMS,and then "Ticket Closed" Let's take this to a logical conclusion! Enough! Message like switch off for 10minutes,switch on...etc, are just waste! Any other subscribers of @ACTFibernet in Bangalore not having problems?

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 30 hours since we’ve not had WiFi. Any complaint lodged via phone/WhatsApp is not returned. Kindly look into this and get your act together. And this has been happening very often these days. #bangalore #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Can someone fix my slow internet speed issue. There are thousands complete raised still issue not fixed. If you guys are unable to fix, take back your connection. Your ACT Fibernet no:SR10244941395522 has been registered . Our team will ensure fastest resolution.

    I got logged out of ACT app now I am unable to log back in. Even though I’m entering my registered number it’s showing my number is not registered. Username and password also wrong. Help @ACTFibernet !

    Dear @ACTFibernet why are you giving false promises about the #internetspeed and also uninterrupted #internet Everyday we are facing disconnections, slow speed, are you playing with your customers. You have no offline technical team to solve our problems.

    No internet since Monday night, registered one complaint but there's no response at all from the support team. @ACTFibernet has the most pathetic service, No doubt about it..

    @ACTFibernet I paid for new connection on 25th August and till today nobody has called and I didn’t get the connection . If I call to the customer care they say your registered mobile number is different . I have sent detailed email on this . Could you pls reply ?

    @ACTFibernet provides customer care through phone, email, whatsapp and mobile application. Sadly they are all USELESS..

    @ACTFibernet Ur customer service sucks literally sucks good for nothing services , I have been billed for Sony liv I never asked for paid services , thugs , cannot call centre ,crooks and thugs , u people will shut down , time to switch to reliance fibre

    @ACTFibernet : Bengaluru- Reminder . Inconsistent connectivity and low band width super slow speed! Mailed, complained,you SMS as "Ticket Closed", Problem persists! Now time to call all! May I request all @ACTFibernet service suffered people to join? Do we pay for incompetence?

    @ACTFibernet This is a repeated problem,and your standard answer! Incompetence? Why there is no permanent solution? Look at my complaint history, every month like this,and you have been charging for full month as if full service is given! Is it not SHAMEFUL?? @ACTFibernet Act responsibly!!

    ACT Internet is not working from last 72 hrs in Yemlur,Raju colony. In this covid 19 situation everyone is doing wfm & such a shame and horrible service provided by ACT. I hv called multiple times to ACT customer care &received horrible response. Sshame ACT service. @ACTFibernet

    మా ఏరియా లో ప్రతి 45 day’s కి ఒకసారి internet పోతుంది due to junction box issue అని చెప్తున్నారు . Last 2 years నుంచి and they want 24 hours time to resolve an issue. They don’t want resolve even 1hour before also. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet .
