    @ACTFibernet I have a serious issue with your service. Your customer rep said I will get connection in 3 days and today I’m being told that ports are full and it will take 7 days! After making 3 month payment with GST!! What the hell?

    @ACTFibernet the guy yesterday told me he wil have to change the junction box and place it in my building terace, I give him the permission and then he disappears and calls me says he wil mark the complaint 'resolved' & wifi wil be available. Now there is no wifi.Disgusting!

    @ACTFibernet When you charge interest for a late payment, you should also not charge for the number of days your internet was down. Expect a discount in the next bill
