    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service even before I get to experience it, the agents(not mentioning the names) just disconnected the call while I was speaking and this happened to me more than thrice in a streak, that too in a single day. Atleast follow some ethics

    @ACTFibernet Still issue pertaining and it’s under observation. The quality of router is provided is worst, due to that we are getting low internet speed. Ask ur back end team to provide high end router to fix the issue on exception case.

    @ACTFibernet we have more than 15 ACT Connections around banglore when we Raised Request network services issues related very very delay so we consider this is a irresponsible service however pls improve in future and pls respond as possible shorter time

    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    @ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    This is completely unprofessional experience. The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
