    Pathetic.. customer service team also not helpful. They don’t want to update status or fix the issues.. why can’t @ACTFibernet put in additional resources and fix if it’s a major outage... really poor customer service...5 days over and issue continues to be a problem...

    @ACT @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24 hrs that I do not have internet connection, called the customer care "n" number of times and heard nothing from them. The apathy is so palpable everywhere, this is so irritating when service providers do not show any accountability!

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service ever. Every 2 days the internet stops. Sent multiple emails to find permanent solution. No reply. Called multiple times, everytime been promised a call back from supervisor, never happened. I do not wish to continue like this.

    @ACTFibernet I have mailed you the details. Your customer care has said that there is NO REFUND OF ADVANCE AS PER POLICY and this advance will be transferred to balance of another ACT ACCOUNT. Advance is the contact between the customer & client to refund & not transfer to another customer!
