    @ACTFibernet you should shut your shop as you don’t how to run your business. Your broadband services are down since yesterday and nobody at your end acknowledges this , forget about restoring it. This is in SJR Eastwood Layout.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please check ticket SR10264551958714 and resolve it on priority, the service is down since yesterday and no update. The ACT service is really bad in these days, requesting you to check the reason and improve it.

    @ACTFibernet If you have some ethics left, please get your acts together and fix your problems. It will start with acceptance that you suck at your service. If not, it will be an immense service to humanity if you disappear by shutting your **** show called ACT broadband.

    @ACTFibernet - I’m chasing the ACT team from past 1 month. I had raised 6 SR’s within the span of 30 days. Every time team closes the complaint without providing proper solution. I’m literally disappointed with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have raised ticket that it's not working but suddenly ut got working last night now again it stopped. This type of service will cost huge due to WFH. It's really important and I highly rely on your network but I'm afraid it's not No.1 anymore for me.

    @ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!

    Sir @ACTFibernet, I made a payment 30th Dec., for new connection after confirming the feasibility at my location by your customer representative and said installation will be done in 48hrs, but 12days till now no one has called me for installation
