@ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

@ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

Most are from Hyderabad users reporting multi-day disruptions. This indicates several dozen affected, but total impacted customers could be higher.

@ACTFibernet Internet not working since 3 days, no action on the ticket as well. Until when are you supposed to make us wait? You immediately stop internet if not paid or offer any extension. You are just going the #excitel way and soon will have to drop you as well
