Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
