    @ACTFibernet Your services which were best in town are going worst in town now. Every 2-3 days your internet will stop working and then your team will take 2-3 days to resolve it. Please do something. 23: Internet stopped 25: resolved 27: stopped 29: resolved 3: stopped again

    @ACTFibernet Very big plans and all but all day strugling with the net connectivity and u cant able to talk with exicutive also they are busy at all time. I think because of there net connection problem really feedup act everyday same issue

    Dear @ACTFibernet I’ve already had “your connectivity issue will be resolved within the next 24 hours” twice for the last 2 days and this is the second time I’m having to raise a same complaint regarding internet connectivity within a span of 2months.

    The ‘live chat’ feature of all service providers are as f*ucked up as their network & service. Of no use at any given time of day. When can we see a better service providers & inproved service sectors @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

    @ACTFibernet I think if you call the number above you'll have all the details. I would like to point out that he forced us to pay 6 months advance for act connection and now he is nowhere to be seen. Horrible experience right in the begining.

    @ACTFibernet you talk about providing services to PAN India , but when a customer shifts interstate you don’t even allow the customer to transfer the account so it if the service you promise for . Very pathetic experience @ACTFibernet I need your interface in this
