@ACTFibernet Worst service and complaint not resolved. Completely false words by customer care and engineer Pradeep M Kumar has not come to location + call center doesn't know how to talk especially Akhil. It's more than 24 hours, none brothers. SR10235302428832

This is a big slap on @ACTFibernet or any other service provider who think, they can recover any amount from their customers in the name of bill (false bill). Suggestion : Just don't give any offer to attract customer which you can't afford to fullfil. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your customer care agents are downright rude and refuse to transfer call to a supervisor. And neither do they give a resolution. They only know to day that I will receive a call back, which I never do. You can dscnct my internet. I am not going to pay this wrong bill

@ACTFibernet I trusted ACT and have ignored the Local Internet Provider and paying high amounts, but still the services are not upto the mark. If this continues, i will cancel both the services and go for local internet
