As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

The customer care support is just a patience tester by saying connecting your call, but just ends the call abruptly.

Maddy (@2emkay) reported@bhatnaturally @ACTFibernet Something that I didn’t know about, my router was a problem. I could only get the high speeds of 50mbps+ on a 5Ghz frequency but not across 2 walls, while the 2.4 GHz gave decent speed but across two rooms (like 3 walls).
