@ACTFibernet Internet is gone since morning. Called and complained multiple of times still no response. It’s 2nd time in this month itself. Ticket no SR10246957893002 If this continues have to switch to some other providers. Can’t take leaves every time ur net is down.

@ACTFibernet internet has gone down 4th time in this week. Everytime I raise an support request through app, someone comes in and silently fixes it and goes. Never seen this mystery person. I want to meet this mystery person and ask for permanent solution. Kindly help.

Hey @ACTFibernet My internet connection hasn't been working since yesterday afternoon. Despite putting in a request on your app and multiple calls to your customer care helpline (unavailable!), there's been no help. This kind of service is just poor. Please resolve this asap.

Hi @ACTFibernet I am getting very slow speed from past 1week and I have raised several complaints but issue remains same and no one is calling us to fix the issue. Please check ASAP otherwise I will going to disconnect the connection.
