    @ACTFibernet false hype about ACT being one of the best ISP, since the day I have the connection, hardly worked properly, even this morning no internet, when you complain the reply is press this press that. Terrible after sale service. Stuck by paying for 3 months

    Worst installation time by @ACTFibernet. Don't know the urgency of internet for a company. There has been 4 requests from the same building and everyone are upset about your service. It's been 15 days since we requested & some 30 days. Refund on the way. #dontoptforact

    @ACTFibernet I regret to have this connection. If this is not fixed by 3pm as I have already to your customer care(which is most pathetic) while raising the complaint 2 hours ago, I request to take back the connection.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR for shifting Broadband/Router connection from 2nd Floor to 1st Floor. No proper response. When I call Customer Care, nobody responds properly. If you don't value your customer, where's the faith? This is the way you treat your customer?

    @ACTFibernet I am disappointed with the customer service, facing issue with my bill. I didn't asked for plan renewal but bill is generated for next 6 months and asking for payment. The customer service is of no use as the chatbot is not working. Please resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet How do I get refund details after disconnection. My connection was disconnected in Nov and i am yet to get refund. Customer care says refunded to bank account but not confirming which bank account or transaction number.
