    @ACTFibernet it’s becoming increasingly frustrating to use ACT. The internet stopped working on Sunday and till no resolution in sight. Called customer care around 10 times already and all they care to say , escalated , priority and some technician will reach me. None so far……

    @ACTFibernet: Why your connectivity will disconnect every week? We have taken the connection 15 days back and this is the second time no connectivity. The worst service I have ever seen. I think it’s better to cancel rather than followup with your people l.

    @ACTFibernet what a waste service from you....no response or immediate service to internet problems...online classes and office work is impacted from yesterday....please refund and I shall change to a different service provider

    @ACTFibernet Worst ..worst..worst internet service provider at my place , gets disconnected atleat 5 to 6 times in a month and takes atleast 48 hrs to get resolved, no use to stay with your service, hindering our work in peak business hours.

    Absolutely disappointing service provided by @ACTFibernet no response to complaints and no matter how many times I complain no action being taken. Been complaining for 2 months now and yet none of my issues are resolved. Absolutely lazy executives working with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Dear team I have applied for new connection and your sales team asked me to pay the money online. I have paid on Sunday, From Monday he is not answering the call. This is the worst service I have ever seen
