    @ACTFibernet I've sent an email on June 4th and again on June 16th regarding discontinuation of my connection in Bangalore, I have not gotten any reply other than automated response. Could you please cancel my connection!!!

    @ACTFibernet Dear team I have applied for new connection and your sales team asked me to pay the money online. I have paid on Sunday, From Monday he is not answering the call. This is the worst service I have ever seen

    @ACTFibernet Yes it did get resolved , but if it would have been any sooner than this I would have really appreciated . Please make sure there are no frequent issues as these and try acknowledging or updating the customer on a timely basis as it would help us plan our dependency on it

    @ACTFibernet Dear act fibernet. Iam from Visakhapatnam my complaint number is SR 10739864502142 I raised complaint (unable to use internet) yesterday morning 11 am. Still any one didn't respond my call and email. Please intimate to consern department to solve as early aspossible

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since morning around 10:30 AM ,called customer care service multiple times, issue is resolved till now ,can you please ask your team to fasten up , will share details once you respond .

    @ACTFibernet what a waste service from you....no response or immediate service to internet problems...online classes and office work is impacted from yesterday....please refund and I shall change to a different service provider

    @ACTFibernet why are your employees so dumb. No one knows anything or understands when you explain. And why is the action taken on a complain not unpdated? Every customer care call I get does the same thing including leaving the complain unresolved. Worst service ever

    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in this week. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Facing delay in my ACT Fibernet shifting request raised on 30 Apr. ETA was 2 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP or I’ll switch @jio_fiber

    1/2 Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from @ACTFibernet. Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.
