    @ACTFibernet why are your employees so dumb. No one knows anything or understands when you explain. And why is the action taken on a complain not unpdated? Every customer care call I get does the same thing including leaving the complain unresolved. Worst service ever

    Absolutely disappointing service provided by @ACTFibernet no response to complaints and no matter how many times I complain no action being taken. Been complaining for 2 months now and yet none of my issues are resolved. Absolutely lazy executives working with @ACTFibernet

    What is this @ACTFibernet i never see such like act services , 1 month completed , still i didn't get my new broadband installation , i have already payed Rs- 4241/- , Every day iam rising complaint but no response. Refund my money

    @ACTFibernet Yes it did get resolved , but if it would have been any sooner than this I would have really appreciated . Please make sure there are no frequent issues as these and try acknowledging or updating the customer on a timely basis as it would help us plan our dependency on it

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 10:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team,It's been 24hours now, still my internet is down and for my entire area, No response from CSR and the field engineer number is switched off. The SO CALLED MANAGER GAVE HIS NUMBER FOR ANY ISSUES was very rude on the call yesterday and now not even responding.

    @ACTFibernet 4 days without internet. Complaint raised on 13 June SR10180711454564 No technician visit.Every day your customer support says,"It will be resolved soon." Hearing the same excuse for 4 days, it's hard to believe anything ACT says.Absolutely unacceptable service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication
