    @ACTFibernet: Why your connectivity will disconnect every week? We have taken the connection 15 days back and this is the second time no connectivity. The worst service I have ever seen. I think it’s better to cancel rather than followup with your people l.

    One of the worst experience ever had with @ACTFibernet i have registered a complaint 3 days back but still today no response from the technical support team or else from the customer support.. i did a mistake by choosing @ACTFibernet for my internet services..

    @JioCare Fiber cut has been observed from more than 48 Hrs, twice mailed to customer care, your ******* service engeer is not picking up the calls. Working from home without internet, do you even imagine, how hectic is your service? @ACTFibernet Please contact at the earliest.

    Absolutely disappointing service provided by @ACTFibernet no response to complaints and no matter how many times I complain no action being taken. Been complaining for 2 months now and yet none of my issues are resolved. Absolutely lazy executives working with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet So again another 24 to 36 hrs without internet,Repeating same issue of NO internet every week, this is ur way of looking in to things,what kind of resolution your team provides ? Can u imagine how many days in the paid plan we r left without the promised services? @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Worst ..worst..worst internet service provider at my place , gets disconnected atleat 5 to 6 times in a month and takes atleast 48 hrs to get resolved, no use to stay with your service, hindering our work in peak business hours.

    @ACTFibernet why are your employees so dumb. No one knows anything or understands when you explain. And why is the action taken on a complain not unpdated? Every customer care call I get does the same thing including leaving the complain unresolved. Worst service ever

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 14days but till now no one called me for Wifi router recovery, I reached the customer care for multiple times but the resolution was not yet made. I want my refund of Rs. 4350 to be processed immediately. It's your fault to not recover the asset on time.
