@ACTFibernet why are your employees so dumb. No one knows anything or understands when you explain. And why is the action taken on a complain not unpdated? Every customer care call I get does the same thing including leaving the complain unresolved. Worst service ever

@JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber service is absolutely ****. It was a mistake to shift from @ACTFibernet. In the last two years I hadn't faced a single major disconnection but since I took jio fiber from past 2 months have faced outages more than 5 times. Horrible service.

@JioCare plz care for connection. For more then 20days my connection is down. My 12 monthly recharges give trust to recharge for 6 months. No one's replies to email, manager's mobile is off. Connection given is Arial fiber. Thanks @ACTFibernet for fast new connection. @PGPortal.
