    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet SR10338180575757 : issue not resolved, same disconnection repeatedly happening everyday randomly. As of I observed while using zoom, jio cinema, WhatsApp, YouTube, zee5, Amazon Prime, Cisco webex.

    Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

    @ACTFibernet every month atleast once or twice internet is getting disconnected technician resolves the issue happens again next month. From October till now it has happened continously. No respite for this issue. 103016711170. I want the issue resolved at earliest.

    @ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.

    @ACTFibernet provides one of the worst services to their customers, it's been 12 hrs since I had raised my complaint for internet connection failure still i have not recieve any calls regarding that. This is one of the worst services ever had.
