    @ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.

    @ACTFibernet I am not interested to use the internet with 14Mbps speed after paying so much money. Thank you so much. After paying 8k for the internet we have never used with the proper speed every month we have to call to customer care for speed issue and finally after these many tries(1/3)

    Act is the worst connection i have ever seen. I complained a problem and they didn't mind about it for more than ten days. Later after shouting at them it got rectified. And now again the network issues. If a complain they handoverr a bill with extra charges.pathetic @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Service is really poor. My connection is down for more than 36 hours. No action was taken yet. I am chasing them like anything but issue still persist. I had very bad experience in the past and it continues to be. No improvement in the service at all.
