    @hotstar_helps I took down my previous reply as app was working because I was connected hotstar with mobile data and changed to wifi while hotstar playing in bg..but once i closed and opened the app it's not working in wifi.@ACTFibernet kindly do something if you can here with this dns settings

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection and I have raised a ticket but Act is not acting the way they are supposed to act. I am waiting for the issue to be fixed so that I can renew my subscription which ends tomorrow Ticket: SR10366547987994.

    @IamRajii @JioCare Network speed is average. Service is terrible. Disconnected mine after the first month. @ACTFibernet is miles ahead in terms of speed.

    @ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

    Many thanks to @ACTFibernet for providing free WiFi facility to all schools in Chennai Corporation Although the service is provided for free,so far the quality has not diminished in the slightest Even if the connection is repaired, it will be repaired immediately🙏 @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst servers with heavy pricing ! Been registering complaints for a the last 1 month about the connectivity issues and no internet problems.. it has not been resolved ! Paid for 6 months and i’am stuck now ! #ActFiberNet be like 🤯

    @ACTFibernet trying to change plan in the month of mid. But you said can't do that. And for 10 days we used only 100gb out of 1500gb. But you billed us half of the total bill. Very worst process and services.

    @narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    @ACTFibernet I can see your prompt and swift action has taken around 5 days to resolve this Your commitment arises on the day of billing that's it You penalize the customer on late payment of bills/recharge, but what about you guys when it comes to delay in resolution

    Your technician Kamal acknowledged the junction box is old and promised a replacement with a proper battery backup within 2 days. Now he is ghosting my calls. Fix your infrastructure and replace the box immediately! @ACTFibernet (3/3)
