@ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.

@ACTFibernet provides one of the worst services to their customers, it's been 12 hrs since I had raised my complaint for internet connection failure still i have not recieve any calls regarding that. This is one of the worst services ever had.

Worst customer service.. please go for Hathway or Jio. ACT is very poor in all aspects nowadays. Not only now even before I heard the service was poor. Had no other option and made a mistake subscribing to @ACTFibernet Hope @HathwayBrdband expands its feasibility to Perambur.

@ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

@ACTFibernet absolutely poor service and probably the least unreachable service provider. My connection is just a week old and their personnel simply dont listen and dont respond. While selling the plan and service they will call many times and one done. No response.
