    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Never trust ACT broad band they have deliberately complicated the customer care. You can never send a mail for any action, only auto reply you get, the never pick up the phone. Best way to migrate to better service provider.

    @ACTFibernet you need to be very ashamed for the way you are treating your customer. I have made the payment twice already and still no signs of getting my connection back! your customer care number is totally useless and I'm stuck with u guys

    @ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you guys! Internet goes off often.. it's very hard and don't think at this rate I would be able to continue with your service. Every month there is a 2-3 days of internet service down!

    @ACTFibernet What are you speaking, have trees been falling 24*7? How bad is your infrastructure that one bad weather and your whole internet is gone? Your ticket says 24hours TAT for resolution. And it's been more than that. Rubbish service

    @ACTFibernet It is intimated that ACT damaged the BSNL OFC cable yesterday near NRI Exchange Jaipur. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction.

    Company like @ACTFibernet use to invest more in advertisment then provide solutions to their customers I m struggling to join my meetings and having problem to do my assessments But look what they have huge money to waste on advertising. SR11079981334564 case still not resolved
