@ACTFibernet It is a cycle of issues. It starts right after the bill is paid, continues for 2 weeks, then a week of fixing it and a week of the demos and yada yada. Friends on other networks have a competitive advantage. You're not working like a gaming/eSports friendly ISP.

@ACTFibernet I am really pissed off. This is the ticket raised by ACT Customer care few days ago. SR10250824854442. No one is taking responsibility for the delay. The sales guy says morning 9.30, noon 1.30 evng 4.30 daily as deadline to finish the installation. Yet none has turned around
