    @ACTFibernet Just had a word with customer care who told that they are not responsible and service team was responsible as if they both work for different company. Also unapollogitaccly guided me to disconnect . Am sending my contact details in private

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you guys! Internet goes off often.. it's very hard and don't think at this rate I would be able to continue with your service. Every month there is a 2-3 days of internet service down!

    @ACTFibernet I have made multiple escalations or complaints via all contacts. Still no response, are you ppl even bothered about the customers ? Payment received correctly and it’s been 7 days no proper response for the new setup. Worst ever customer service experience.

    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet SR10338180575757 : issue not resolved, same disconnection repeatedly happening everyday randomly. As of I observed while using zoom, jio cinema, WhatsApp, YouTube, zee5, Amazon Prime, Cisco webex.

    @ACTFibernet I don't think I'm going to recommend your service to anyone in my circle. There isn't proper response from your area managers. So I'll wait for couple of days, if there isn't any improvement, I'll have to shift to any other service provider. 4/n

    @ACTFibernet I am your customer from 2011/12,the time you connected my area. It's 10 years now.The old router is not effective.Can u oblige by giving a new router.I am continuing with you despite other better offers. I don't believe in hopping.Also satisfied with u r service.

    @ACTFibernet strongly disappointed with this act fiber. Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend

    Dear @ACTFibernet , there are many frequent internet not working issues and every time, it takes more than 24 hours to resolve it. This causes financial, social, health troubles as nowadays, internet is wholemsole. U must compensate it by increasing days limit in recharge period.

    Hello @ACTFibernet, the wifi at our Green Park office has been down since Tuesday morning. It has been impossible to get through to anyone at the company, and we are repeatedly being put on hold. 24 hours later, we still don't have internet. What nonsense is this?
