    @ACTFibernet I disconnected your service in 2021 and requested your people to take back your wires and router.. but they said router is for free.. and also ignored wires Anyway I kept the router safe as I know act can over act Now today 28th Feb 2023, I got mail stating.. [1/3]

    @ACTFibernet There's no need for a callback. Your customer care person said that my disconnection request has been accepted w.e.f. march 1, 2023. Just send me the confirmation, take your box and stop your services. You're now harassing the customer.
