    Even though we’re in 2022, as soon as it rains, there’re issues with power cuts (@MinisterKTR), no internet (issues with @ACTFibernet - Hyderabad), @TataPlayin connection goes for a toss! Why are we even paying the bills when we are having to struggle in this day and age?

    @ACTFibernet cancelled by connection request, and I had to call more than 5 times to get my refund.. and Im still waiting for my refund, please clear this issue ASAP

    @parasverma30 @ACTFibernet @reliancejio Hi An existing ACT Fibernet customer here. Their infrastructure is as lousy as their service. Don’t go for ACT just cuz no one else provides. It’s money down the drain. We have had broadband failures every single month. Their customer service engineers simply disconnect the call

    Taking money is fast and efficient and not provided connection for 1 week u have told network unavailability so I asked refund amount now 18 days completed no refund if u have a problem then close ur act fibernet don't cheat people Who founded this worst service @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Worst Am a old customer and have requested for a new connection on urgency basis for my office and made the payment and its been more then 12 days but there's no response I have been calling customer care daily and all my works have been disturbed because of this!
