    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have complained about slow Internet, no one has come. If I ask for a new connection, people come in hours. But when I complain about slow Internet no one attends. This is the worst kind of service that I have ever seen

    @ACTFibernet I've referred act to my relatives. And they are in need of the services. I have created multiple enquires regarding the place service availability. But still there is no response from the act sales team? Why is it so worst? I might have called more than 4 times.

    What an absolutely abysmal customer service @ACTFibernet! Had filed a shifting request last Wednesday(24/02/2021) and all you have done so far despite repeated follow-ups is to assign technicians who were all from the wrong department.Has happened 4 times now. Shame of a process!
