    @ACTFibernet I've raised complaint for internet not working and your executive visited at 11 am and said will return in an hour and resolve it. but he hasn't turned up yet. what kind of service is this? when will you resolve the issue?

    @ACTFibernet The response I was getting from customer care was= fiber cut, junction issue etc. When I checked the junction and the connection, there was no power supply to junction box and my RJ-45 cable was disconnected. @ACTFibernet:why hiring irresponsible, lack of knowledge technician?
