    @ACTFibernet This is the standard reply like your call centre. As per ticket raised your SLA is alredy crossed. If we don't pay bill on time you disconnect connection, now what is compensation when there is problem from act fibernet side?

    @HathwayBrdband then they will disconnect call but no one reaches back and another useless **** from @HathwayBrdband calls back asking to explain the issue again. I left me good connection with @ACTFibernet because of #fraudhathway

    @ACTFibernet Internet stopped working on 15th January and after 5 days of registered complaint SR11766827585114. So everyday they promise they will resolve the issue today. Only one request, please take your router and refund the money. @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet its been more than 14 hours internet connectivity issue is not resolved, is it the way act fibernet works? is there NO SLA? call center gives standard answer all the time?

    @ACTFibernet I have sent you these details in pvt messages. And FYI they closed my ticket even without giving me any update or any resolution. When I called customer care executive today again to seek answer, they didn't have any. They disconnected just by saying billing team will get back

    @ACTFibernet team this issue is happening frequently nowadays. Every week iam getting frequent disconnection and slow speed connection.Everytime I raise a ticket, technician come and resolve the issue but he never said about issue. Need a permanent fix, impacting my office work.
