    Hey @ACTFibernet, do you really think it's fair to charge 500 for downgrading / changing the plan? You should be happy enough if customers aren't churning! This definitely doesn't help in retention or whatever fancy internal metric you track.

    @ACTFibernet one of most fraudulent companieS. Cheating customers, support is pathetic. Worst broadband provider, 4-5 issues every month, pay for 30 days get only 20 days thats act broadband. N they will screw you during weekday only at work. #firecrackers #act #Shameful

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved yet, there is a clear disconnect between your field techs add customer service reps. Over Rs.2500 of wrongly charged fees is yet to be refunded after almost 2 weeks

    @ACTFibernet this is now going beyond. I am fed up with ur service since whole day TICKET SR10166172720104. every second day faing internet issue, I am doing WFH & with this reoccuring issue can't do my office work, This is the last warning next month onward I will go another ISP

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst service I ever seen. It has been more than 9 hours I have raised ticket and none of them turned up. Not even a cal or msg for God sake. Don't trust this ISP provider. Better to choose @airtelindia
