    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD As expected ticket raise via Twitter also closed without any response. Looks like u guys r taking advantage f monopoly. Again u will ask 4 details and close the ticket without providing any resolution. Once again proved as a worst service provider.

    @ACTFibernet worst service even before getting the connection, people only follow up to get the payment done later no one responds, its been 4 days I made the booking no update on the connection, no right person to contact and customer care is one meant to disconnect the calls.

    @ACTFibernet UNABLE TO USE INTERNET UNABLE TO RENEW UPGRADES OR ANYTHING WHAT KIND OF STUPID PEOPLE RUN THIS THING NO WAY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE WHEN RAISED TICKET WE GET A CALL AND THEY CLOSE THE TICKET WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE HAPPENS ALL THE TIME HIGH TIME TO CHANGE.

    @ACTFibernet I was charged for static IP which I didn't request for. When I reached out to customer care , they said they will revert the charges, but didn't do. When I raised complaint again they closed ticket without any resolution. Please revise the bill.

    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected connect with Act I was given free Wi-Fi since I bought a 6 months plan .Now after using their service for 6 months when I disconnected they are asking me to return it else they will proceed with a legal route against me .wow

    @ACTFibernet One more thing, I used to like ACT service a lot, prior to my relocation I called and asked you guys to setup your equipment in my new apartment. But due to poor management you guys ignored it and became late. So other service provider has installed won this. Whose fault? Mine?

    Hi @ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint ticket no SR11057581054392 It was closed without any update. I call service center and they say they are arranging call back but no one calls. I am using Act Fibernet from 5 years, never faced such issues, why now?

    @ACTFibernet since 1st of June I am.suffering like hell with this ****** company.....I thought to have a good internet but this company employee some gundas and chor employees...who always says we will resolve the issue .....but this company hires all outsource ****** employees
