@HathwayBrdband - I know you dont care about customers but after waiting for three days 20042021V125491 is closed. Packet loss is still not resolved. I have another 20 Mbps @ACTFibernet for which I dont see this issue.

Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet
