    @ACTFibernet 11/01/22. T ACT SERVICE ENGINEER disconnected my internet connection which was functioning well at 1.08pm on that day as maintenance work. He said that he would be reconnected at 9.00 that night but to date (13/01/22) no internet connection was provided.

    It seems small brands like @ACTFibernet have no aspirations at all. I would suggest anyone to not go with ACT and go with only @reliancejio or @airtelindia because these brands, even for their own profit, they are working for the customers and are improving their service.

    Paying 850 bucks per month for internet to have such pathetic assistance. After all the dismal customer communication system, I still stuck due to loyalty. But I am forced to think negatively now. #ACTFibernet this is high time you wake up before you lose against Reliance.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service.our internet not working since yesterday noon.Even though I raised complaint & called cust care,none is bothered to resolve.custcare executive being unprofessional.Issue hampering our office work.Can u resolve ASAP. If not, let me talk 2 ur seniors

    @ACTFibernet I requested for a broadband connection at 11 AM. Paid six months amount as well. Your service personnel are still pointing hands at each other to come set it up.. How much longer is it going to take? #customerservice #broadband
