    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What kind of a bullshit service you people are providing, why is that everytime your team will say 48 hrs to resolve the issue, don't you have enough technicians to resolve the issue. Everytime it's a same drame from you people.

    @ACTFibernet Our Internet is not working since the past 2 days. It shows "Connected". But its not working. When we sign in it says wrong username or password. It is difficult without Internet. Not able to work. My brother cannot attend school. Kindly help please.

    @zeneraalstuff @ACTFibernet Same thing happened during 2016 cyclone. And even then ACT was arrogant enough in not responding or taking care of the issue for more than a month. Thats why I changed to Hathway. There has been no disruption yet with them. Touch wood.

    @ACTFibernet This is the second time I have applied for the new connection, last time it was cancelled due to shortage of equipment. This time I have booked on 22 Nov with a/c 110488177765 and this time my area is not feasible as per installation guy. Again bad service received.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since yesterday evening Ticket # SR10348990279992. Helpline/nodal officer nos not reachable(perennial busy mode), as always!!! The app says switch lost connectivity, third or fourth time same happening in as many months.
