iAnamika (@iAnamika_vibes) reported@ACTFibernet fraud by team, Hey team, I bought ACT fibernet a week ago by paying 3k plus and paid 750 rs for an Amazon Firestick, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten it. When I call your team member, they don't pick up, and they didn't even register the request. Customer care says it was registered on May 6th, but I paid on May 3rd. If we don't pay for a single day, there's a disconnection, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten a resolution. I need compensation for the delayed days and the Firestick delivered today.

The same needs to be given with activation within 3 days at max. It's been more than 10 days and no response. Say no to @ACTFibernetHYD
