    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working since Saturday and the faulty router has not been replaced as promised. I would like to disconnect the service, at least process the refund of 5 months' advance payment at the earliest. Can't wait forever.

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 11-May 09:00 to 13:00. Inconvenience caused is Regretted. Team ACT. .. till now no one is working on this incident

    @ACTFibernet , a technician just visited for installation, I do not have issue with wiring or technician teams but the coordinators and customer service who do not have the exact status. Thanks to your hard working team.
