    @ACTFibernet In that case, I raised the request multiple times still it has not been resolved. @balamalladi Can you please do me a favor? Cancel my subscription and return my amount. and don't make fake promises to provide high-speed internet

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved now, thank you but the resolution took a long time even after multiple follow ups. Field support was also not responding during issue.

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 8hours there is no internet access and no engineer has visited the location to resolve the issue. The complaint was raised 17hours before Current: SR11064335514703 The company CEO also don't reply to the mail's so what can we expect from their engineers.

    @ACTFibernet Yes it is resolved with more than 2 days as resolution time. As a customer, I could not afford this delay as I am doing WFH and its affected badly my work.
