    @ACTFibernet very poor response in customer care....i am trying to retrieve my login password..no action....each time voice call telling that userid and password sent to my registered mobile number...but the did not sent

    @ACTFibernet I always get to hear the same thing but nothing changes after that in terms of quick resolution.I think I have to move to a different broadband now

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working and its been almost 24 hours now. Very pathetic service no one giving us solution when we tried calling them. SR10266003749044 service request number for cox town area(560005) Bangalore. Kindly look into it on highest priority. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved, Thank you ! However, the ETR was around 22 hours & that too I had to call the support team back to back & also visit the local service team which has no clue abt my issue until I showed them my ticket Id. You need better communication & also reduce ETR

    @ACTFibernet getting frequent net issues for 3 mths,I have been keep on calling the customer care and getting ETR is such an irritating feel Keep on telling the junction box issue every time but don't care about solving the issue for permanently and making customers frustrated

    @ACTFibernet your internet is not working from last evening. And response I got saying they need 2 days . Not sure how we ll do wfh. Will the LOP covered by Act? SR10365996366954 and worst customer care experience with rude attitude.
