@ACTFibernet - pathetic service. For a new connection, you take just 24 hours, but for transfer, you take the customers for granted and keep delaying doing the needful.please close our connection. We would go for @airtelindia .

@ACTFibernet it will be great if you can tie up with @NammaBESCOM for your junction box power issue. The amount that you wave off in customer bill who is allowing to put junction box at their premise can be paid by you guys, as now there are lot of people using your services

. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what horrible service airtel. Was using @ACTFibernet for last 6 years never did any tech issue took 2-3 hours to resolve. Just got airtel installed and Now it’s been a day since no one is addressing my complaints about the tech issues. Fix it!!

@ACTFibernet we have been having extremely slow internet issues since the month of February. We have been registering complaints every week since then and everytime we are told the problem is solved and within an hour we face the same issues again.
