    @thisis_vicky07 @ACTFibernet So it's quite opposite in Hyderabad I think because if we complaint at morning hours it takes 24hrs to resolve the issue and if we complain at evening times it will resolve within 12hrs or less only Even technicians will arrive on time and take the feedback after resolving issue

    @ACTFibernet Hi, complaint no. is SR10366545683394. Internet is not restored, customer service response is extremely disappointing and rude. I have been trying to get update since yesterday morning. Pls look into this as a priority. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service from you guys. It’s been 3 days since the internet worked, and the revised timeline is a false hope. Keeps changing if it’s past the time. I agree the first day,it’s due to the cyclone. Given you guys enough time. Can’t avail leaves anymore from work

    @ACTFibernet it's been 11 days since we have disconnected ur service but still the box which kept outside my house is not removed since even when it's the power connection is going from my house we have been calling but no one has come even after making request

    @ACTFibernet Would you know when services will be restored in Nungambakkam? We made a complaint on the app on Saturday, understandably stuff wasn’t working after the cyclone. Since then, we’ve been shuffled around on your app, saying things will be fixed in a few hours.
