    @ACTFibernet My internet is still down, despite ETR of 9:00 PM IST (Ticket ID: SR11076745808204). This is the 2nd outage in 4 days, and previous fixes took longer than promised ETR. Poor service is causing me losses. Fix it on time or let me know to switch ISP! #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet please stop giving canned answers and shut customer service desk…making false promises and wrong resolutions. When your engineers restored connection to my apartment t they ignored mine and been pushing resolutions time without answer.

    @ACTFibernet Hello , This is the 3rd time e ACT service down for 24 hrs 😑  , totally frustrating by this service  Not able to continue by office work and  Paid extra money for other service internet  Do and privude some quality service please .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When are you going to restore network connectivity in Manikonda Hyderabad, the ETA app gave me is aug 20 3PM, we are far past that.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet now this is a very nice way to avoid things.. give the ETA of after 7pm and don't resolve the issue and when the customer tries to reach out then tell them to contact before 7pm. Crazy.
