@ACTFibernet What's there to talk about? You have not done shifting, which can be verified easily, and yet raised a Bill for it. Withdraw this illegal Bill and restore my network until 31st March 2026, for which I've already paid. After that close this forever.

@ACTFibernet 14+ years with ACT Fibernet and still facing poor support.Power waiver requests for Jan 2024–Dec 2025 keep getting closed without proper response. Also raised request to remove CX box.still no update.Left with no option but to disconnect power and discontinue ACT

@ACTFibernet , Having the worst experience with your service. Got onboarded just a week ago, and the technician activated the internet without even connecting the router or wire. Multiple calls to him and customer support but no resolution. Tickets keep getting closed.

What a disastrous service from @ActfiberC @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. Yesterday it was not working till 2 o clock and today again it is not working. What is the point of taking this service. I recommend not to use @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet one of the worst WiFi service. We are trying to change the plan, nobody is responding and they say check In app. App is not accepting the change in plan. What a hell of the worst service.
