    @ACTFibernet Issue is with ur system. Ur team will submit a request and ur system will reject it thinking if a user uses the network for 1min of day it counts as wholeday. Fix that first.

    @ACTFibernet It's happened again. No internet since yesterday morning. Complaint logged and the ETR (given by ACT) has been missed again. No resolution yet. That's 4 days of internet this week. Will this be reduced from our bill?

    In the last 7 days. @ACTFibernet Internet has been dead for 4 days. This is not the level of service we expect from you. The ETR is too high. Disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet your service people are so keen to close a ticket, they just do the same thing over and over again everytime i raise the issue and when i tell them same resolution was done before, they just close the ticket. What's wrong with them! Complain no: SR1026647753674.

    are charging Rs.100 extra for this, for 2 hrs delay that too because of problem on their side. Finally I was able to pay using mobile data only. Please @ACTFibernet look into this. Even if it's Rs.100 it's hard earned money.
