    @ACTFibernet @shahmharsh I have called multiple times to customer support informing them that no technician visited for every 2 hr. They assured that it will be resolved as per the ETA. Now when I call at ETA given they are postponing it to tomorrow. How irresponsible can Actfiber be?

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday (17/0/22) today (18/06/22) the internet was not working for 2 days. I complained about this in the morning but so far the internet is not working. What is the ACT response to my complaint? Internet connection available? Not available?

    @ACTFibernet You are telling me the same thing that customer care rep on the phone to me. There seems to be no accountability. I am now inclined to move to a different service provider.

    person sendng him whatsapp from were i was receiving the message . Now the person is not responding the call and message after payment completed on 16th June same day.@ACTFibernet Pleae do not Commit customer if you cannot fulfill the requirement as provided as no one is bothered
