Hi @ACTFibernet , For the past three days I do not have my internet connection. Whenever calling to customer support (5 times) they stating that we are working on it. You should have taken precautions. You are filling fines for late bill payments now what I can do for this ?

If you stay in Hyderabad and want a broadband internet connection, then don't go for @ACTFibernet. Worst service possible!
