    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.

    What a worst service @ACTFibernet . It's been 2 days since there is no internet connection. Your Technical Team is not Picking up the calls . There is no other option other than changing the service to Airtel/Jio.
