    @xxmahibogixx Both home and business ACT Fibernet connections are completely unreachable for over 48 hours in Hanamkonda/Madikonda. No internet access, auto-closed tickets, and zero response from customer support. Critical disruption to software services and business operations. #ACTFibernet

    @thatguypraveen @ACTFibernet Heights of irony. Headquartered in Bengaluru but doesn't have customer service state's native/official language. Maybe they learnt from gothilla minister @DrParameshwara that Kannada is not needed in an "international cosmopolitan city" but yeah migrants languages are needed.

    Highlighting @ACTFibernet scam. They close ticket without resolving . Tabrez technical person closed the ticket yesterday without sorting the issue. No update. No response. Today is the third day. @BlrCityPolice @jagograhakjago how is this running ? They are scamming us

    @ACTFibernet @ACT it is 3rd breakdown in last 8 days since we took the ACT fiber net connection at Battarhalli ,TC Palya Banglore 560049 The coordinates for Assetz Sun & Sanctum in Battarahalli are approximately: • Latitude: 13.02156434 • Longitude: 77.7057241 Should we pay for this deficiency in service ?

    @ACTFibernet It went down at 7 am . Restored at 230 pm . On 29th April it was restored at around 6pm. I hereby demand credit of 2 days Rentals . Please don't close my complaint without crediting 2 days Rentals
