    @ACTFibernet it's been only a month since I got the services, and there was a lock in period of 3-4 months to avail the service (already paid). Howevr the services are stoppd due to non payment. A complaint was already registered and no action is taken frm last 2days. #pathetic

    Disappointed by @ACTFibernet. Raised a request for change of address. Promised 72 hours for the change in connection. We are working from home and now we do not have a connection here? Pathetic customer service they say it will take 7days to get it resolved.

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday night i am facing the internet issue i have raised complaint through ACT application today morning and i also called customer care centre but the executives are disconnecting my calls why is this happening with ACT and today is Monday and WFH

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI SR10361618937365..I've upgrade my plan on 7.jul.21 and paid in advance for 6 months and was told will get new router within a week, its been 8 weeks and multiple follow up without resolution !!! Should I give up ???
