@ACTFibernet Frequent outages in my area (Besant Nagar, Chennai) are becoming a giant pain in the ***. And customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately, paid for the entire year otherwise would have chosen a different provider already.

@ACTFibernet Still internet not restored, your technical person told me it will restored by 10.00 am today, and now it is 2.24 pm, what a shame on commitment. Moreover no one from your team is updating by giving a call to me. On tonality, the internet is not working for almost 3 days.

@ACTFibernet It's been 3 days I have raised a complaint regarding internet issue. I am unable to use my internet and still I am facing the issue. This is worst experience I am facing. Not a single customer care number is reachable. Every month I am having this issue.

@ACTFibernet I am not sure what is happening. Still the issue not fixed I am waiting for my internet connection last 3 days atleast you guys can give proper ETR. I'm really disappointed I'm sure going to switch another broadband @airtelindia
