@ACTFibernet @kannan696 Well, just wait for the real show from ACT. You’ll realise how ACT is no less pathetic than Airtel. Infact @ACTFibernet is turning from bad to worst. Just ask people who are using ACT, you’ll have the ground reality. I regret the choice, 3rd class customer service.

@ACTBangalore Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore. Have to beg for my own money since 3 months. Called customer care service every week but no one is giving proper response. They committed that money will be returned in a week but its 3 months and no one responding.

@ACTFibernet What sort of a freak show are you guys running? The guys came, plunged holes in my walls. Promises them they will come back in a bit to install the connection and disappeared. It's been 3 days. Your lousy customer care is no help either.
