    Why can’t you fix internet issues at once @ACTFibernet! Every single time, the tech support uses temporary fixes/workarounds and it takes days to work again. Tired of complaining everyday

    The internet is down in my street from yesterday 1pm (July 5th) raised a complaint still no one came to fix. Poor customer service @ACTFibernet . Do act quickly to fix problems. Called customer care today at 9:30am and no proper response.

    @ACTFibernet after reaching the edge of my frustration, i am re-tweeting again..the issues are never fixed...you have made sure to make IT professionals life hell using ur connection..If can't be resolved,confirm, i will move to different ISP... Can't take it anymore

    @ACTFibernet Raised this ticket and no action taken on it SR10358376234972. The Engineer called me and asked me to change the port by myself in the common box, I said I don't know much about it and asked him to visit. He simply closed the ticket. Worst experience guys.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks. Yes the service engineer confirmed that the issue was fixed. The internet speed is however slower. The app recommends to change the channel but not how. Your bot does not have that option too.
