@ACTFibernet Your agent called me yesterday and I explained the issue to him. He said he would remove the late fee and that it would reflect within a few hours. It's been over 24 hours and the bill amount shows the same.

@ACTFibernet Seriously, facing a lot of trouble for corporate act fiber reconnection for since last 5-6 days Hyderabad, staff are not polite to their so-called customers, not understanding customers needs.
