    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from @ACTFibernet and was assured a quick resolution,but nothing has changed.The connection is still down, and the issue is unresolved. It’s disappointing to receive assurances without any actual action. Please stop giving false timelines and provide a genuine update.

    @ACTFibernet chennai has one of the worst customer support service ever, I had been using ACT for 10 years no loyalty to customers. Raised a complaint on June 1st till date no resolution. agents are rude and even saying if you don’t like ask for disconnection.. level of service.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet , 24+ hours of internet outage and counting. @ACTFibernet promised resolution by 9 AM, then silently moved it to 9 PM. Customers deserve better communication and accountability. Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is misleading and unacceptable. I took the connection on 10th July 2025 after paying 6 months in advance. After renewal on 10th Feb 2026, my service is valid till September as per the paid cycle. Now suddenly sending a dues message is wrong

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACT_Issues I had Actfibernet at home. Due to very poor services, I had to get it deactivated with effect from 06 June 26. My subscription is till Oct 26. Request refund balance amount for 4 months.
