    Nothing is more pathetic than using ACT fibernet and when frequent service disruption more than 10 hrs. Why no one is taking care if customer is facing same problem again n again. Can anyone answer. @ACTFibernet @actfibernetdelhi

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Its been three days already that I registered a complaint. Every time I call I get this automatic message - ‘Its taking longer to resolve your ticket’. Can somebody please look into this matter ASAP. Its so frustrating. Ticket Number: SR10264914249554

    @ACTFibernet I raised a support ticket to get the server box electricity charges (Rs 59 per month) and you guys did not bother to pay from 2016 October and the cumulative amount is Rs 4000 (approx) for 70+ months. And now you have initiated Rs 708 refund ? Is this a joke ?
