    @TRAI @ACTFibernet Trai you are so disappointing and I wonder if your organisation really exists and will ensure will drag both you and the Act to the consumer court for such an irresponsible service commitments!! I have been chasing up since last few days on the internet issue!

    @ACTFibernet worst service by ACT. More than 3 days have passed. New router is yet to be installed for me. Daily customer support promises that it will happen today but no one contacts on this regard.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday night for me, #SR10253239222332 every week I am facing this disruption in connection,tried calling concerned technician but not answering my calls,not showing interest in resolving than showed during subscriptions,disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet have been with Beam and ACT since 2012. Really disappointed with the shifting request I placed a week ago, which is not resolved even though it was escalated by customer care. I am WFH and facing issues with intrnet. Planning to switch to othr srvc due poor response.

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected my account on 15Feb because you wouldn’t service my new location. Since then multiple calls and emails from me to get my refund back and you have the same standard answer - These many working days it will be done, accounts team, refunds team. Shameful.
