@sang1983 @ACTFibernet Yes , their service has deteriorated a lot. Slow speeds in the morning.Not even able to attend online classes. Customer service is worst. They dont take our complaints seriously. They dont accept there is issue .

@ACTFibernet i am from bengaluru. I filled a ticket on Wednesday. People kept calling and came home. No fix. the problem is so and so. The ticket was closed by Act on Thursday night. I again reopened. It was again closed yesterday without fixing. Today, they deleted the ticket.

@sang1983 @ACTFibernet Sometimes quite slow to answer queries, but service is very good in my case. I understand your concern and i'll be commenting as well in your case. But so far so good. Ask for a tech to check your line maybe. 👍🏽
