    I have tried to reach @ACTFibernet , infinite number of times to get my security deposit back,after 3.5months of surrendering back my connection.Inspite of raising multiple service requests , and hundreds of follow-ups,I ended up wasting time, but have not received my refund yet

    @ACTFibernet In September 2020. we had paid separately for router in 1st payment. Now, due to some relocation issue.. we have stopped usage of internet. Recently, your technical executive the one who had installed router. have taken the router back.with extra payment of Rs.1k+

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Prediction don’t go wrong , the Internet is down in less than a month , only if you could listen to the customers rather than passing on the buck . Not sure the impact on work and school , can I know the restoration plan ?
