    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC even after doing multiple escalations and raising the ticket again facing the internet issue and issue was not rectified in the TAT! Is this the good way of customer support?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your lip service here doesn't extend to resolution of the issue.The request has been assigned to the same guy who knows nothing except discussing the issue with his boss/peers over a call in front of me.I have already paid @ACTFibernet today so you bugger off now.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new internet connection online, Your team confirmed that my location is out of serviceable area. Now Iam getting minimum 5 calls per day from ACT customer service asking for new internet connection. Why don't you update the status backend?

    @ACTFibernet I have had a terrible experience with you. I am receiving thousands of calls/emails regarding the payment due. However i had clarified and it was agreed that why I shouldn’t pay the outstanding amount. Still i am receiving automated calls/emails, why?
