@ACTFibernet No one has contacted me for the past 2 days despite several calls. The agent who took the money before subscription is also not lifting our calls. Very poor management and their staff has no courtesy to at least lift and answer our calls.

What a terrible service @ACTFibernet HYD.. it’s been almost 2 days but no resolution yet. No one is picking the call and no other way to contact as well. A chatbot keeps saying someone is resolving. If we try the number no one picks up or they simply disconnect 😔
