    @ACTFibernet bringing to your attention on a long pending ticket on frequent disconnection. Appalled at the customer service a) service reps asking us not to reopen ticket if problem persist but instead call them and still be unresponsive and absolutely reckless 1/2

    @ACTFibernet This is only 27 days back, after ur service person putting it on us to buy a better router we got another. Last several days most of time there is outage logged comp yday no 1 even bothered to call.Gng to take it up where ever I can Extremely poor service of the costliest ISP

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint of no connectivity yesterday and it still hasn't been resolved yet. ETA you guys gave is now well due past. Can someone look into this. Your customer service just reads the script.

    @ACTFibernet I think I should not pay my bill until 15th of every month !! The very first day of month I paid the bill abs the spread goes to 2 mps !! Are you guys insane!! This happens to me every month !! The worst experience as a customer
