    @ACTFibernet Service Request is registered long back but there is no solution, all I am asking is to send your executive to collect router and process refund. Else let me know if I can keep that router and no refund and I throw away your device attached at my home consuming my electricity

    @ACTFibernet, my internet hasn't been working for a day now. And there has been no follow up from ACT after having raised a complaint on the app a day back. Have never experienced this with ACT before.

    @ACTFibernet As per our telephone conversation, you accepted all the issues raised by me, created tickets and told me you will take the feedback. That’s all. Nothing about resolution or anything was discussed. I also highlighted to you how, currently your digital tools are a blocker.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket - SR10177548455814 I have a Giga Entertainment 2099 6M pack - My internet has not been working for the past 10 days - I have raised multiple tickets but no one is showing up to check & resolve the problem … This is very frustrating.
