Hey @ACTFibernet I've raised ACT Fibernet disconnection request on 2ndNov RefNo SR10163388304494,I got call on 7th Nov engineer was rude and disconnecting my calls, they closed request twice (I reopened)stating I've changed my decision to continue service which I never agreed.

Hi @ACTFibernet There is junction box placed at my residence since 2017 and there is no compensation for the power usage from past 4.5 years … There is no option in the app to raise a complaint for the removal of the junction box.

@ACTFibernet Hello Act Tirupati is horrible in its customer service.whenever there is outage,All Mobile phones including manager and team leader , gets switched off.And world knows your customer service, We raise the ticket, you close it with out resolving. , It is time to ACT
