2/2 I raised a complaint SR11064975481334 on @ACTFibernet app & deadline for getting it sorted is moving ahead daily. It’s been 2 days without internet, still no respond from @ACTFibernet, no information about its status.. however this can also lead me to loose my Job.

Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet Whitefiled Bengaluru, I believe I will lose my job because of their ill internet service, fails 20% time in a month. WFH can't be possible with ACT

@ACTFibernet worst service, no internet speed. Salesman is doing fraud by telling u will get full refund to ur source acount if u disconect ur wifi. We will not get the refund and our money, time, trust everything will be wasted . My I'd 102648791112 .

@ACTFibernet internet was down for 5-6 days this past month. So: 1) I won’t be paying the entire monthly charges because due to this frequent issues my work got hampered and; 2) request you to disconnect my internet and refund the deposit that I paid at the beginning

Worst thing can happen when working from Home is NO INTERNET CONNECTION. I was a proud user of @ACTFibernet & recommended others too, however now I will also tell that how worse customer they are giving me. My internet connection went off on 30/May/22 at 11pm…. 1/2
