    Well,so you have a team who will just look into complaints/tickets and not do anything.This is pathetic customer service from @ACTFibernet. @DoT_India in situation where we all are virtually connected,i have no connectivity from October 2020.This is serious lapse by @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service. Your technicians won't ACT... Your telephone representative can't answer properly... You can't provide internet on a whole. I want to get my connection disconnected badly.

    @ACTFibernet I’m facing issue with the internet facility as the internet goes off every often. This issue has started in the very initial days after getting a connection. I did not expect this kind of service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet now when i have raised a request for relocate they told me it will take 7 days and also you have to pay 600 rs At last worst call center ever trying to call many times firstly it woll take 10 minuts min to connect with then CSR disconnect the call from their end.
