    @ACTFibernet ZEE5 is not active under WFH ACT plan. You people are fooling customers and your customer service SUCKS. They purposely disconnect calls. Account ID 119631668099 Call back ASAP Otherwise I have to disconnect ACT service next month. Don't want to be fooled like this.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket: SR10363212812214 I didn't receive any calls from your customer support team or anyone else till now. I've raised this ticket 4hrs back and received a response "this is expected to be resolved by 10th Oct'21". Could you please look into issue at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet not even sure what to say at this point. Your technicians come, fix it and it works for exactly 2 days and there is an issue again. Can you actually check with them and know what they exactly "fix" and what they can't get it right for once.

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday I have been getting harassment calls from your agents regarding payment of pending bills and disconnection of internet services. I feel very bad because of the unprofessional and rude behavior . Please teach your agents proper telephone etiquette.

    @ACTFibernet respected sir from the one year we are paying the internet bill through cooperate card but since yesterday your app is not accepting the cooperate card request you to resolve the issue

    @ACTFibernet literally every other day we wake up to a message that your switches are down. #Lucknow It's time you focus on providing the service properly than on sending completely senseless & irritating "your dues are outstanding" sms weeks before the actual bill due date!!
