@ACTFibernet Thanks for ur response. There is a POC Suresh for our society. He never responds to our calls. Sorry to say this - 80% of our society residents ready to switch to @airtelindia from Act due to frequent internet issues. Issue is not only during outage time, but also exists earlier

@ACTFibernet no internet since 3 days while other networks providers resolved the electric pole issue within same day l. Customer care saying it will take 72 hours more, so total 6 days of outage. If I do not grt internet by EOD I am switching to @JioCare
