  Hello @ACTFibernet since 5 months we are struggling to get the service or refund from ACT. Service was pathetic and after taking 6months plan we didn't even use for a week and we have requested for the disconnection. It was really difficult to reach act CC and everytime there

  @ACTFibernet Customer care call has long waiting time, and when they say we will schedule a call back, that has never happened in years. I have never received callback.

  @ACTFibernet hi no internet service from morning 9.30am, have registered a ticket also. Now had called customer care, they are telling they have time till morning 10.00am to fix it. Can you people fix it today, as online class starts tomorrow by 9.00am. Thank you
