@ACTFibernet my services is disrupted for last 20 hours and no response from team. Beam restoration service is worst among all fixed line services. In this age of wfh and online transactions beam service is not reliable.

Call customer care however they raised a request for disconnection without my consent. What kind of customer service??? Be professional. Had word with likita, krishna, ramesh and Mohammad but still no response.@ACTFibernet

Its almost a month since i have upgraded my internet plan to blast promo from blaze @ACTFibernet . Technician is yet to come to install the free router which was offered. When called cc they r telling router stocks are less. Why the heck do you offer upgrade if you cant service

@ACTFibernet it’s been 4 days since I raised a shifting request, none of the ACT support guys are responding, it’s really difficult to WFH without broadband. New connection is within 3 days and shifting takes more then 4 days, thoughts ?
