@ACTFibernet ACT promised to resolve my wrong billing charge that they have waived a week back. Till now I get messages to make payment when I have paid for the year and this being a wrong charge is waived by ACT! Haven’t had a worse experience with a service provider!

You've a power outage at your locality but then you've ups at your place and the router is connected to a current supplying plug point. Do we need anything else for the wifi to be up ? @ACTFibernet #WorstService

@ACTFibernet Much expected bad customer service again! I’ve a billing issue because of a mess that your team created. I get multiple calls a day, promising a fix, but nothing is fixed until now. The lowest level of customer service ever! But yes,its ACT, what else can we expect

But Act depends on the customers electricity and the junction box always goes down, if electricity goes down. Hence the router does not work. This is not the case with other service providers. @ACTFibernet #PoorService

@ACTFibernet hi team, The service is very worst these days. i have decided not renew my plan , but since being using your services from last 2 years , I just thought to use for next 3 months and see the performance. Just check on my ID, how many service tickets i have raised.
