@ACTFibernet for last 3 days, there's been frequent service interruption in Bangalore South. raised 3 complaints so far, and nothing has improved. Highly unreliable connection and customer care is not reachable most of the time. No call back for first 24 hours. Worst service.

@ACTFibernet Ticket : SR10358183316362 . Today there was some electrical transformer work went and I believe the wires of the internet are also cut and thrown by the e.b workers. Kindly solve the issue by early tomorrow.

Hi @ACTFibernet, Broadband service down just after 2 days of installation. FYA SR10258161723894 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/17/2021. What about office work for 1 complete day? And what about children's school online classes? No response/updates from Branch TL.
