    @ACTFibernet your service is so pathetic ! I had filed a complaint for poor Internet speed and change of GX Box on May 5th. Till today, no action has been taken. Every time I need to call up customer care it is such a cumbersome process and each time a new person comes on line

    @arunbothra @ACTFibernet @SwiggyCares Both are slow in customer care services. First one could not process a request for relocation for 10 days, eventually had to switch to other connection and second one did not returned my money and it's been an year.

    Worst customer service I have seen so far.. Multiple follow ups, mails, raising tickets through calls. But no solution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Didnt got a call frm ACT so I called them.They told tht engineer visit is required for power waiver as the port need 2b changed frm 7 to 1. Am havng ACT since 5yrs & they only manage the boxes in our premises.Plz "act" or else we wud hav 2look for a service provider who can "act"
