So the service quality of @ACTFibernet had gone down from bad to worse. And there is no way I can cancel my subscription and get a refund. Almost whole of December and January I haven't been able to use it and am forced to take an alternate connection. @TRAI

@ACTFibernet please acknowledge @reliancejio we are society of 50 residents. If JIOFIBRE is launched most of the connections will be enrolled deactivating ACT fibre Please look into this because we are suffering with ACT fibrenet alot. ACT FIBRE your service really pathetic

@ACTFibernet - you guys don't have a strong system to track the requests made by the customer and keep on billing the customer even if they are not using your services. Neither do you arrange call backs as per you promise. worst that one can ever experience.

@ACTFibernet I asked for a reconnection. Since two days internet is not up. Technician calls but never visit, gives falls promise. Call centre says we will update in few min but never gets any update. Do you want us to go to a new service provider ?

@ACTFibernet Doesn't help....just check my usage and number of complaints I have lodged. Doesn't work at all. Today a technician came and again its down after less than 5 hours!!
