@ACTFibernet It did seem alright initially when the tech team cleared the cache but again after 2 days I see the interim drop in internet speeds and more frequently post 10PM. If only there is some way to confirm its a problem with my setup I can take necessary action. Please suggest. Thanks.

@ACTFibernet Hi. I am using ACT fibernet connection. I am using 1 connection. I applied for 2 more connections but due to some installation issues both the connections couldn't be installed. I have received refund for 1 connection but not for the second one. Please help.

@ACTFibernet I have got new connection stating that you have to pay 500 for the new connection and 1 month free. After taking connection and paying 500 I got due of Rs 615. I raised 2-3 complain but no response. Why are doing false commitment to the customer?

@ACTFibernet Hello, Got a new connection a couple of days ago. The installation was quick. But apart from that nothing has been good. The modem simply stops working. All LED’s go off for a few mins. And then reappear. The connection keeps dropping. Too many issues.
