This is the 3rd day in this week @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD was not working. And this has been happening frequently. Every-time ticket being raised and will take 1 day to resolve and within few days again internet going off,technicians will not answer calls. Poor from ACT.

@ACTFibernet Your customer support is the most horrible one. My relocation request has not been taken care even after multiple escalations. I am using ACT for more than 10 years and it's a shame I am being treated this way.
