@ACTFibernet This is pathetic service. Connection wasn't provided and till date I am repeatedly asking for refund, even after multiple calls still you are playing with ping pong games with service ticket. You will not like me going to appellate authority. Refund my money ASAP

@ACTFibernet I have a service related issue which is not resolved yet upon multiple follow up. It should not take 72 hours to change the plan. Need to upgrade with technology. PS: Previously, call executive misguided that account is active till 2 Jun.

@ACTFibernet Payment was made on 2nd May. Support team confirmed they cannot install, I confirmed to refund on 5th May. Today it's May 18th, Its 13 days. Still not refunded. Here is latest ticket Your refund ref. ID is SR10164828045965.

@ACTFibernet Such a WORST service, since yesterday internet not working, have been calling customer care but no proper response, they said they will arrange call back from supervisor that is also not done, Do you guys understand the importance of Work from home employees.
