@ananthkumarks @ACTFibernet Thinking of Airtel or Jio... i am comparing plans.. i already have Airtel DTH and 4 mobile numbers, need to see if any combo deals.. But had Airtel broadband few years before, disconnected and moved to ACT due to support/downtime issues...

Dear @ACTFibernet Chennai, I had raised a complaint for my Internet issue before 72 hours. I’ve been followin it up cautiously & ACT has conveniently postponed ticket update for every 12-24 hours. Ticket Ref : SR10366545988084.What’s ur real SLA? #BadCustomerService #actfibernet
