@ACTFibernet It's been two days since a ticket was raised regarding internet not working. Everytime I call to enquire, the estimated time of resolution gets pushed ahead by 6-8 hours. Can I please get a proper answer if the issue will even be resolved or not?

@ACTFibernet raised a ticket yesterday for internet issue vide: SR10366196949674, the expected time to get resolved is 9pm today. A whole day how do you expect us to work? WFH and trading becomes impossible for today. Every 3 months facing such issue. Tired of ACT poor service.
