@ACTFibernet Pathatic service I came accross with Act fiber this is my account no 101930204057 this is disconnected by saying shifting charges if that so from which place shifting is done Before reconnection I called cc to know about plans it was told to me to pay 2691 for 6 months.

@ACTFibernet what is wrong with the internet with you guys. Every weekend the internet gets disconnected. Majority of our appartment owners have shifted to Airtel and I am also considering moving to their network.

@ACTFibernet I called back the person who had called me. However no response. I called again this morning he said he will fix the issue within an hour. To my dismay he is not answering the phone and it's getting frustrating. Can't keep skipping office calls. Can this be resolved

@ACTFibernet Internet not working since 16-Jul Friday. Resolution timeline against the ticket missed 2 times. Your local field team & customer care is unable to provide any resolution. Please check & let me if I should discontinue ACT services & shift to other service provider?

@ACTFibernet I have no internet connection at my residence since yesterday afternoon. I had registered a complaint. Not a single person had called after calling the Local sales person he said he will share my number. At 9pm I get a call saying everything is resolved.
