    @ACTFibernet It was resolved , that’s why I messaged you in the first place. The problem is with disconnections happening once or twice a day , if you can resolve that , it would be very good.

    @ACTFibernet apparently your engineers don't work post 6pm if the internet goes down. Since the internet is now classified as an essential utility, would recommend you have a team working round the clock. 24 hour resolution time is quite ridiculous frankly. #internetdown #whosact
