    This compliant is for Customer ID 102429577904. I had already paid for the period of 20 July to 19 Feb and still I am being asked to pay extra 5k for extension. I don't want any extension and will want to pay only after 19 Feb. Correct my billing immediately pls. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your business paln: Make customer to buy 6 months package. Stop internet service 24×6 times minimum on the name of "Technical Fault from Our Side". Neat profit for 6 Days (minimum). What a business model!!

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. Ticket# SR10149498608051 raised on 7th Dec 2020 and expected resolution was on 10 Dec 2020. Still the issue is not resolved even after repeated follow ups with customer care.

    @ACTFibernet #balamalladi your customer cares false commitment and non-responsive is resulting in this furstation from me and use of the harsh words. I hve called cust care atleast 6 times since yesterday explaining the urgency, yet no solution.
