    @ACTFibernet Hi, I've taken a subscription of Act Storm (300 MBPS Connection) and in the last few days, despite repeated complaint, they close the ticket without addressing the issue. What do you suggest I should do?

    @ACTFibernet your service is worse than government offices. Please fix it. It's been 2 days and no resolution. This is the reason people are moving to different service providers, Even I am going to.

    @ACTFibernet This is the worst service I have faced with the act. If we select language kannad customers support executive talk in English Or hindi and if we ask for a kannad executive he says I will connect and disconnect our call.This is really bad experience...
