This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan
