@ACTFibernet Frustrated customer of a long time ACT user. I have not used my connection for an year and raised a reconnection request a week back, my connection was activated after 2 days, but the internet never worked after that, I have been constantly calling the support team

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working though I paid the bill. When I raised complaint came to know that nearest connection box was destroyed by someone. No option in app to req for termination. I get busy tone when I call customer care.
