@ACTFibernet I have raised issues with your appellate authority too. There seems to be no change in the connection@speed. Unfortunately I feel into the honey trap of 6mths advance payment. You guys offer me a speed of 23 mbps and charge for 250mbps. Never expected this from ACT

One of the Terrible experience I had in last one year is due to @ACTFibernet service. The worst experience in terms of customer support. I am pretty sure, once they have a competitor in any location they are gonna loose their customer base massively and very fast. @VijayGopal_

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what d hell is "link switch down"? this is the pathetic reason you will be giving almost every week for loss of internet conn. I'm fed up of your service. To resolve an issue you take almost a day sometimes... Badly want to get rid of you once my subscription is done

@ACTFibernet Started Using ACT Internet service since 1Month.. Worst internet service. Internet got disconnected 4 Times in this month.. Each time it took around 3-5 Days to fix the issue. I didn't expect this kind of service from ACT. Fix the problem.
