@ACTFibernet Your Customer Care Team has accepted on IVR that Backend issues are withholding speeds. This is scam where you are taking money and not giving promised speeds. I will ensure to take highest possible escalation against Act Fibernet.

@ACTFibernet 14+ years with ACT Fibernet and still facing poor support.Power waiver requests for Jan 2024–Dec 2025 keep getting closed without proper response. Also raised request to remove CX box.still no update.Left with no option but to disconnect power and discontinue ACT
