    @ACTFibernet i am facing internet downtime from yesterday 5:30 but still no one has came to look. I didn’t get any call as well. I checked with the customer support and they said technician will call in 30 min around 1 o clock today but still no call came. SR10380793235454

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 2 days i raised this request with frequent ETR updates and no resolution. Customer service executives has no clear update and visibility into the issue and resolution. Can you provide an update on this? #actfibernet #patheticservice

    @ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues
