    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, My internet was down from yesterday due to junction box power issue. Then, service engineer informed that customer was vacated where the junction box placed. Now box has been removed. My house owner not allowing to place the box.

    @ACTFibernet worst service from customer care agent he don't no how to talk with customer i told him to transfer to manager he transfer my call to othere extension and the way he is talking using abusing words on customer only.

    @ACTFibernet I have had to make 5 calls to your customer care number and only received a sorry for the inconvenience caused we have escalated your complaint. It is being addressed on priority. All your managers refuse to even have a word. What sort of customer support is this?
