    @ACTFibernet This loop has repeated for 5 times now. Raised a ticket on Nov 8th, and today is Nov 20th and the issue is still not fixed. The local TL contact was provided and he does not even responded once after multiple calls and messages through Whatsapp.

    @ACTFibernet Team don't resolve only do something to prevent such regular issues...in 1-2 month 1 time is exception as a technical guy even I can also understand..but not bearable if it repeats

    Hi @ACTFibernet , it's been more than 3 days I have applied for new connection, it took more than 2 days for you just to install router and after installation also I am still waiting for my connection to get activated, what kind of service is this? Really pathetic @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My ticket id is SR10263524575744, I don’t know about what service issue other customers are facing , bt the service was excellent for me , had a power issue in the main hub within 10hrs after reporting, the issue is fixed kudos to both service guy & ACT.

    Since Jun I hv been following up wt c. care of @ACTFibernet & @ACTFinbernetHYD to shifting the switch box installed in my premises (Request # SR10160700861067), more then 20 reminders been sent to your customer care including your nodalofficer, but no action. Could you act ASAP
