Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

Probiotic (@sun1385) reported@ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago The ETA keeps on changing. From yesterday 9PM to today 8PM to now showing tomorrow 7PM. There is an option to schedule callback from Service engineer. Trying that since yesterday. The engineer name keeps on changing and nobody calls back.
