  Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

  I lodged a complaint for the non working of ACT WiFi at my residence in Chennai on 23 July. The service engineer checked the instrument and suggested that the router needs replacement. It's more than a week now and the router has still not been replaced. @ACTFibernet
