    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

So, i called the customer care one day prior to not cancel my plan instead convert my six month billing to one month billing. connection disconnected at 12 without any action.

    dear @ACTFibernet , please dont say again that you are gonna resolve any internet issue within 24 hrs, instead tell ur customers that when ever u want that time will resolve it. worst ever service in #hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet Everytime i have to call to get my own money which is blood pathetic and you guys act like a theif or may be you are, not sure if my issue will get resolve but be sure if it will not i will cut the wire for sure :), and whosoever connection is going via box :)
