    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down for 3 days and you don’t seem to care. Every time I call customer care for SR10181212473534, they come with the 9pm resolution time, which is absolutely a **** excuse. And the day keeps on increasing. This is how you provide customer care?

    @ACTFibernet I paid amount on 9th Jul. Today is 16th. 7 plus days. Persom who made me paid from your marketing team not even lifting the call. Your X team providing genric response. I need this escalated on highest priority. Will you solve or cancel? And compensate me?

    @ACTFibernet my client wanted a internet connection so I recommended you, the sales guy pressured them to make the payment ASAP. Till date no connection has been given and giving only excuses. My client wants a reimbursement as he wants to cancel.
