    @ACTFibernet Hi,I’ve already sent my account details, but there has been no resolution. Internet has been down for over a day and this level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when it affects my work. I demand immediate action and a proper response, not just automated replies.

    @ACTFibernet Your engineers are puzzled as they are not able to figure out the issue. Now I have to wait for next morning for them to get back while I’m here being shouted by my boss at work for not able to finish work on time.

    @ACTFibernet - every time I try customer care, executive mention that in 30 mins installation person will contact you.. but even after 3 hrs of non response, no one is properly responding

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 2 full days without internet, and there is still no resolution. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it’s affecting my work. I need immediate action, not automated responses or empty promises. Escalate this to a senior support team now.

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet what ******** are you guys thinking. I have paid 6 months subscription and now the customer care is mentioning we will not come for installation and we have raised cancellation. Are you joking me.. WTF are you guys thinking.
