    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet I have tried contacting and gace complaints multiple times . How can I recommend your service when you don't resolve customer issues properly. When I installed your service, it was the best one but now it has become the worst.

    @ACTFibernet if you can charge 150rs for 1 day late payment. I believe we as a customer are entitled to get 150 discount per day for interrupted service due to your problems. Ideally we will have 2 days a Interupttion per month spanning kore than 24 hrs. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Terrible service. Internet stopped working yesterday night. Prior to that same situation 2 days back. Last 45 days at least 5 interruptions. Account no. 110000049376 . You should not charge customers for non delivery of service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection no 1057115

    @ACTFibernet you have worst customer service team sitting over there. A guy spoke to me who don't have 1% inetrest to listen to a customer's concern & he was like just pay the bill & he put call on hold. #fraudsters🤬
