    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the prompt response @ACTFibernet.. It would be better if you could also let us know why is it taking 24+ hrs.. We do understand certain things that aren't under our control but keeping the customer informed about tentative timeline and the issue would help!!

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since more than 24 hours. Called cust care many times. Only to give me more hours to wait. Very very disappointed. Is this what is ur lightining fast speed? ruined my weekend. Definitely switched to @airtel from next month. #ActFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working again today. Last complaint was raised just 10 days back. Last time it was 2 days to fix the issue. No compensation, no seriousness in providing seamless internet to the price that is being charged. Can u share the contact of regional head to escalate?

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working, almost 24 hours!!!!! Complaint lodged yesterday but not action yet. I am sure ACT won't show this leniency if I delay the bill by 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @MalladiBala Team, While i speak also, the issue is not resolved, and HYDERABAD ACT SERVICES are very poor. just they are closing the tickets with out resolving and we don't know whom to escalate, if we puy on Twitter, you sweetly say, " We are sorry, " but no use

    @airtelindia fooled me by giving me a garbage speed and then after disconnection I am still waiting for the refund. It's been 3 months now. When I call to CC they simply disconnect my calls or no repons. Please don't go with Airtel broadband services,rather choose @ACTFibernet
