    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When we have customer care numbers and email IDs, if a customer is reaching twitter for his/her query resolution, what does this imply? it implies Customer support is inefficient or negligent to our issues.

    @ACTFibernet Your engineers said that we raise our hand they will not be able to resolve this issue which I am facing from last 5months. Kindly look into it ASAP. Kindly refund my whole amount from the day of installation.

    @ACTFibernet I lost trust on Act customer care as nothing happened even after calling n number of times. and i lost trust in emails also as no one is responding. I shared my details via DM, pls acknowledge my queries and take action ASAP.
