    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I was promised a solution by today morning then I was told by 4 pm ! Now it’s 5 pm the issue isn’t resolved. Biggest regret in going for your company because you treat 10 year old customer like trash

    @ACTFibernet We are feeling the ADVANTAGE of loosing the internet connection for 3rd time is 3 weeks. Do you really have engineers who can resolve the issue at once? Who will bare this frequent loss?

    @ACTFibernet You guys care about your cust?You got to be sensible to the downtimes when we are WFH. Unavailability issue not resolved for 24 hours and you don't care providing an update on when it will be resolved.This is terrible.Local operators, much better
