    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet you are truly a terrible service. I have now not had internet for 18 hours. I have tweeted, texted, emailed, registered a complaint (13 hours ago), followed up, and had ZERO revert from your team. Really shocked at how little you care about your customers.

    Deat ACT Fibrenet Team, you are cheating customers in the name of referrals scheme. multiple time SR has been placed and continue to close them without any updates to the complaints. Also, one has to wait 10 minutes to speak customer care. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Butsomeone cald me and infomed that my bills are paid, for safe custody you can call to CC..do you think this is funny? Fix your system.

    @ACTFibernet I am tired of talking to your customer care.. how many times i hav to say my account is in safe custody? Bill and auto reminder calls are not applicable... i had long conversation yesterday and got a promise that this will nvr happn,
