@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet You are the worst worst service provider. Don't even say that you are the leading ISPs. Nope. Not at all. Your customer support is very very worst. The team members who are picking up the phone after we are waiting for 20 mins or so don't even have patience to listen

@ACTFibernet Pathetic, Disgusting customer service from Act people. Still my complaint(SR11065272846444) is not resolved and after following from last 11 days customer service don't know the issue. Seriously, they are HARASSING CUSTOMERS now. Jio is far better from this ****.

Never use @ACTFibernet! one of the worst brand that cheats asking for a security deposit for the smart fiber technology rather than providing an upgrade. Being a customer for 6 years you lost a loyal and a long time subscriber. good bye act.
