Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.

Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this
