    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD - I am active customer of ACT and shifted my home to a different blck in the same society. There is a 8 port switch and is full and ACT is denying more connections not upgrading the switch ? Can you please tell me wat is d solution or should i switch?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what is wrong with your service ? Every week we have to raise the complaint. And we get same answer its been two month thn connectivity issues in this area ... 2 months are nt enough for u guys to correct it?

    @ACTFibernet We have filed 100s of complaint for frequent disconnection. but always the same problem occurs and speed is also not as per the commitment. its like people are getting fooled. Check our how many complaint raised from ID 103427483941. We are paying for 1 whole year.

    @ACTFibernet How poor service are you providing now a days, after every 2 or 3 days internet is disconnecting even after complaining there is no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I've received a call on 31nov from support team and confirmed that the account will be disconnected by 1st Dec 21, which did not happen and again on top I'm receiving messages to do the payment for Dec21. Need resolution on both issues at the earliest.
