    Hello @ACTFibernet - It's been 2 days since no internet. No calls, no courtesy visit, no explanation, no technician lifting calls. I've DM-ed you and no response to that too with all details? I've taken too many excuses of low speeds to no Internet. Should I cancel my service?

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 48 hours and no response to ticket no SR10176896945634. Calling the customer care is another painful experience with a long wait of more than 8 minutes, that one just has to hang up in frustration.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 4 days without internet This outage is directly affecting my work, and there has been no clear communication on resolution. Reliable service is the least customers expect please fix this immediately or provide a proper update.
