    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet stupidity to the core. No internet connection for the past 6 hrs..Just raising query and solving this past 24 hrs is utter pathetic..Restore our connection soon or don't charge us for the outage which was your sole responsibility! Complaint Number:- SR10366546354054

    @ACTFibernet No one contacted me. No internet for over 4 hours. Raised complaint & sent mail and tweets also. Why the delay? Poor customer service and slow response time. Still don’t know the issue or when it will be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Its gonna be past a day and still ur services r not resumed nor the issue is solved.YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE MOHAMMED is refusing to connect senior saying that they don't have ONE!.I WOULD LIKE MY CHARGES TO BE WAIVED OFF FOR THE DAY.WILL ESCALATE IN CONSUMER COURT IF I AM CHARGED

    @ACTFibernet Took ACT swift plan of 3 month & receiving 1/3 of the speed that was promised. On talking 2 the technical team, router that was given doesn't support the promised speed. Being forced 2 go for 6 month plan 4 better spd #falsepromise#scam @DoT_India @MIB_India

    @ACTFibernet Have some shame. For the whole day you guys have not restored the internet service. And your customer care ex MOHAMMAD says that he can't connect to his senior also. Then WHOM DO I ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO FOR MY CONNECTION!!! #actfibernet #patheticactfibernet #shameonactfibernet
