    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    Are @ACTFibernet is working? App even not working and poor speed and customer service! Not even able to talk to a customer executive through app! Worst service ever!

    @ACTFibernet This "earliest" takes 24 hours every single time. Whenever I call customer care, the only word they know is "wait". I am done with your terrible service and fake assurances. This is my last recharge. Closing my connection soon! 👎

    @ACTFibernet SR10181798065394 ACT internet cut every month. Reason given: fiber cut by regional & line manager. This is not service, it’s negligence. Stop excuses, deliver reliability. Customers won’t tolerate repeated
