@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Any reason why you dont allow downgrade plan option in the app for broadband services. We have been told by the customer service team to cancel the plan and reapply for basic plan. It should be pay as per the usage model.

@ACTFibernet Absolute rubbish service. Suffering from last night without broadband while WFH. Seriously, how long does it take to repair a damaged cable? 24hrs?! Very poor customer service you have. No value for the 18k I've paid for the subscription.
