    I regret take the connection of Act. It's been more than 5 weeks. Spoke with a lot of people from Act Customer care. They cut the call in between when ever I talk. Totally pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Act. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACT @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Never subscribe to ACT..waiting for connection since 15 days after making annual payment.. ACT neither installing broadband nor refunding my money.. tried to install router of lesser speed than I paid for.. thereafter waiting for installation.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing happened for last so many days.. every day customer care says complaint flagged for higher supervisor and accorded high priority..would be installed by 6pm & senior manager would call in an hr but never got any call or had installation done..can be contacted at 8894772525

    @ACTFibernet What could you do other than passing the statements to the concerned Team, you guys can't improve the customer experience and none of your customer executives are well behaved , they are rude.. Arrogant.. Etc..
