    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet issues for last 2 weeks. I have raised 5 complaints in 2 weeks, still they are not providing permanent solution. Plz do something or return the amount I will choose another service provider

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Placed a request to change the ownership of a 6.5 year old account to my father. Been 3 days and there has been no communication after the account was initially disconnected. There's no way to check the status of the Service Request.

    @ACTFibernet several requests ticket no SR11065273970904. Tried customer care several times and no resolution despite multiple requests. ACT post sales services are pathetic. Team ACT please take prompt consideration on above ticket number.

    @ACTFibernet This is the 3rd internet disconnection in the last 2 months! Are we supposed to not work from home when your internet doesn’t work? You guys have got the most pathetic customer support and your engineers never contact us. Regret the decision to take your connection!
