    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet : within a working week, twice you have scheduled unplanned maintenance and there is no resolution yet. Why don’t you guys fix your things permanently. Customers are not paying so much to get these recurring issues and looking for alternatives.

    @ACTFibernet u say ur technical executive will reach with 1 hr... raised complaint around 3:30PM .. still now no action took ... I wish u go in loss n shut the service soon... worst service provider don’t go for this stupid internet service

    @ACTFibernet I have given complaint but closed without resolution I am getting speed of 42kb which my plan was 50mb do you want to resolve my issue or go for another provider ??

    @ACTFibernet Team need support on priority, your technician still not visited my location to fix the isssue. My work is stuck. Have a imp meeting at 5.. need ur assurance on priority. Your customer care also not helping
