    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet Without visiting the site technincian has given his own statement stating in spr not possible to get coverage in 4 bhk then why service request number was provided when he don't want to visit the site and explain. He himself has given his statement and has told sales person

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Had asked for a new broadband connection this morning location - Chennai and paid the full amount as insisted by the personnel. The person who spoke to us this morning isn’t answering calls and customer care numbers are on indefinite wait.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet half of the 3rd day has been completed. At this point I don't even know if anyone is working on the issue. There are no details on the app. Field engineers never respond to the call. This is no transparency to issue resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Facing frequent broadband outages every 2–3 weeks, and each time the response & resolution takes over 24 hours. This is seriously affecting work & daily usage. This recurring issue is unacceptable. We need a permanent fix, not repeated temporary solutions.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket and frustrated in dowing follow ups people are coming and I am not getting any support. this type of support you are providing customers I don’t believe this And with out resolution ticket is been closed and I have to talk and reopen.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Please make it ASAP. My work and all others are on hold because of this. The ETR is today 9 PM does it take this much time to resolve this issue. Please look into it ASAP.
