    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    At the time of sale ,sales guy told me within a month if u didn't liked it u can disconnect the connection anytime and u can get the refund. But now they changed their way of talking they are not listening anything. M facing huge network issue @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Again & again you are replying with pre typed /standard reply which is not going to benefit any customer.Its already 3 months..why a customer has to pay for the service which he has not availed..!! I have mailed several times..tried contacting over phone.but of no use.

    Hi @ACTFibernet we have an Internet outage for 2 days now. I have even registered a complaint: #SR10167430082344 ETR was today. I'm waiting in call queue to customer care for almost 15min now This is such a disappoining service all over

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD worst customer support. Yesterday i have raised request for internet issue. I received expected resolved messages as 1st message is before 9PM, 2 message is 1 PM today and 3 message is 7 PM waiting for the next message.... #Internet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet It's been a 5 hours and no one has reached out yet. This is how u guys are providing the services, for every 10-15 days I'm facing this issue and getting escalation from office. Fed up with ur services

    @ACTFibernet Yayaa that's routine.. But it will take two days right as usual.. you guys should change policy that when a complaint raised subscriber should get a call on information of what happened and happening . no customer feedback is taken seriously and i don't think u will stand out.
