    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet I am writing you because of no body from ACT responding for issues resolution, everyday internet not working from 12pm to 6pm. If we called customer care they are putting call on hold and not listening our voice.  If this is the case please refund my entire money

    I have already DM'ed the account details so please do the needful and fix the issue as soon as possible. If this keeps dragging on I'll have to switch to @ACTFibernet or @reliancejio and my neighbours who are facing the same issue will mostly switch as well. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet When we reopened the complainant again the person named Logesh (73050 88739)said that the connection will be made today. When we contacted him today for connection he said I can't do anything it's other team work how many complaint you put we wont bother to ur compt

    @ACTFibernet You guys are becoming the worst from the best. This is the 6th time in a span of 30 days, I'm facing internet issues during my working hours. Connected Without Internet is the issue I'm facing. I need to work, but because of the frequent disconnects I'm irritated.

    @ACTFibernet it shows that the resolution will be done by 7th May. two days after I got a connection I need to wait for 4 more days to get my internet? That's the kind of priority you are providing?

    @ACTFibernet has all the thieves recruited. They take the money but the connections are not set yet. And they customer services are just bizarre.
