@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet Again and gain same thing is repeating. Every day its disconnected at around 7 pm and taking more than 36 hrs to restore. What a incompetent guys you employee. Really disgusting to have your service. Shame less guys.

@ACTFibernet it's been more then 6 days I raised a ticket "SR10157455783656" its still showing as WIP. I am getting mails & messages asking me to pay the extra amount even after taking 1 year package . It's really unacceptable service from Actfibernet.

@ACTFibernet A/c no. 101576514870. Paid the money on 5th June. Was promised that the router will be installed within 24 hours, 48 hours gone. I am now regretting having taken the annual contract. Looks like this is a precursor for the kind of service that I can expect from ACT.

The worst internet service is @HathwayBrdband , every day service issue...every day raising tickets and getting resolved reply but no use...#Airtel and @ACTFibernet is far better than @HathwayBrdband ...I don't suggest to anyone..******* service...
