    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Hello Team can I have an update on SR10181050618134 I am not getting internet from yesterday 3pm I have raise ticket but its seems your team just blindly updated as fibre cut my society has 100+ connections no one has any issue kindly do needful.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues @FiberAct I booked for new connection last friday, i was promised installation within 24 hrs but as of now installation is not done, payment etc everything is done, i was expecting better service from ACT. Can you expedite the process

    @ACTFibernet Despite full payment made 10 days ago, your failure to install the router and activate services amounts to gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Take notice that the installation should be completed within 24 hours, #ConsumerRights #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Issue is not about ETR why did your technical team just blindly updated as fibre cut where my neighbors have connection if its fibre cut whole area should face the issue or atleast my community should have problem your team has messed up something while giving new connection.

    Have applied for new connection on 3rd July. Full advance payment taken but its been 72 hours completed nobody has come to install the wifi. Very poor service. @ACTFibernet
