I am fine with the tickets open rather then closing it with out resolution. How can u close a ticket with out customer agreement.Never seen such fantastic customer service.

Chetan Patil (@ChetanP21093) reported@ACTFibernet I have raised relocation request on March 20 and still no one has contacted me for relocation. I have been calling daily to customer service and sending mail to nodal officer of Hyderabad but looks like no-one is bothered to solve the issue.
