Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.
