  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Disconnected service. Refund not paid to bank last conversation balance transfer to another ACT account . Now suddenly sending dues email.Stop misleading customers. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate confusion and harrassment

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I needed my connection to get shifted, no response for days and days. Now I want my connection and subscription removed. No response. What a stupid interface you have. No customer care number on the app to help also.

  @ACTFibernet Act fibernet just keeps showing how pathetic their service is! It's been three days since I raised a ticket for relocation and nobody has bothered to even call me. Support team keeps giving fake promises that the technician will be coming.
