    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet I paid for the subscription. The executive told that my area has a service. Later he told no availability in my area. Still I didn't got refund. Act fiber service is really torturing me. Worst service that I couldn't even refer to my friends or family. Worst Worst

    @ACTFibernet Such an horrible experience.. Took fresh installation and paid total amount on 23/11.. After multiple complaints done also Still installation not done.. this is the service providing by Act Fibrenet to their Customers..😡😡

    @ACTFibernet used to be one of the best sometime back. But from the past one year or so, I have had so many issues with internet. And now from the past few months, I have had 2-3 issues every single week. Can't do with such unreliable service during times of WFH. Done with ACT!

    @ACTFibernet It is also disappointing to note that ACT Fibernet does not grab business opportunities. We are in a new venture with 5-6 connections but not representatives showed interest. Now another player is going to grab the opportunity. Pure stupid stuff.
