  @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

  @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service Response. Raised ticket on May 21, issue to be solved May 22. Automatic change of resolution to May 23 & now to May 24. Service Engineer doesn't pick the phone as usual. Disgusting service levels. Planning to throw my router out & disconnect service.

  @ACTFibernet, is a 35+ hour downtime the new standard for a premium 300 Mbps connection? My internet has ben down for over 30 hours now (Ticket SR12280373039054, Act:122770994917) Despite paying 6 months in advance, I keep getting generic template replies with an absurd 5 PM ETA

  @ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, HYDERNAGAR, Water works road, Hyderabad, Opp to Calvary temple. internet is again gone and not working since 4 hours on 24-May. Service is becoming worst day by day. I request Leadership @ACTFibernet to look into the same immediately.

  @ACTFibernet SR10380331784275 again the ticket was closed without my concent or frankly any solution. Is this how it's gonna be ACT? We keep going around circles? This is the 4th time my ticket has been closed with no concent from me. No solution. It's the same damn issue.

  @ACTFibernet My internet is down since 18th May, my ticket number is SR10180334855014. I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.

  @ACTFibernet What type of worst service and customer support are you guys providing?? When a consumer faces issue you have kept chatbot to reply same message "Sorry can't assist due to technical issue" for every concern he/she wants to raise the ticket. Worst ever service in BLR.

  @ACTFibernet last 5 days internet not working… each day technician comes, fixes and by evening it stops working…very frustrating
