    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet... Internet down since yesterday afternoon....when I called customer care she cooly says that I can start work after the issue is resolved. Moving to @airtelindia by the end of this month.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection keeps on disconnecting every month for 2 to 3 days. If I raise a ticket they will fix it for a while then after a couple of weeks it gets disconnected. Pathetic services. I need compensation. A/c : 102645311369 Mobile no : 7760055096

    @ACTFibernet STILL waiting for your 48 hour reolution. Been 84 hours now. Your SUPPORT agent Ganesh in Chennai is unavailable to take calls and no status or indication of when the connection will be up! Will we have to suffer another week of no Internet cause of ACT?

    @ACTFibernet We are struggling from past 3 days and when asked for the service they are replying very rudely this is my sr no.10366601945154 kindly check and do solve the issue as early as possible but your customer executive is is keeping the fake commitment plz avoid the same.
