@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG Please note Mr. Ramesh (Maninagar,Ahmedabad, Gujrat)who is looking for disconnection department behave i found the worst ever with customer(me). Mostly hes not answering the call and once he answers then found rude behave. Could you pls take any action against him.

@ACTFibernet I had also called the service center to log the complaint and requested that the connection should not be disconnected on a wrong billing still you have the guts to disconnect 2/2 @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet very poor customer service of Act reps. On call they says can’t escalate the issue, call Tomorrow. Supervisors don’t work at this time and you guys send me email@of account suspension when I have paid my bill but it not showing up from your side. Very very poor CS

@ACTFibernet internet is not working since last Thursday .Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH. Not healthy to have frequent service interruption at least twice or thrice a month. Wonder if you have enough engineers to monitor/ensure continuous services. SR10365882140434

@ACTFibernet Did that basic checks but this happens every month, Once the bill is paid the speed boost up immediately as per the agreed plan. So, it doesn't looks like technical issue.
