    @ACTFibernet they don't have any customer care. They don't have any system in the company. They are making us fool. Taking our money and then they don't care about you. Though I have paid 3 months advance payment but I am without internet services for last 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet From the Last 4 to 5 Days .. Internet is not working. ..and Company Told us .today it will be done...Everyday they were Gave same answers...Many provider working ..And they told us that Fiber cut due to Uttrayan .. Still problem going on..Worst service...

    @ACTFibernet I had dropped the plan of renewing my subscription due to very poor service an unresponsive customer support. One guy from retention team had called and gave so many promises to resolve all issues change plans

    @ACTFibernet @gopsy007 Within 20 day ACT Fibernet suspended my connection though I have paid 3 moths amount in advance. Nobody picks up the call in ACT Fibernet. Their App say you have not paid the monthly amount. App does not take the complaint until you pay

    @ACTFibernet it's been three days since I have raised a complaint via ticket grivenence and no call from the customer care yet.. My connection is also being suspended without having my concern addressed.Your ticket SR10363910917284.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 63rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
