    Went through the worst of experiences with @ACTFibernet Bangalore. Their engineer wasted the whole day without being able to successfully provide the connection. #ACTSucks

    @sayan_nide @ACTFibernet I can see the frustration 🤧, same happened to me, but with @BSNL_KTK . Local guy didn't even lift the call, and I called the service centre twice, both the times these guys cut the call in middle.

    @ACTFibernet , Facing severe speed issues. The package is of 150 Mbps but I don't even get 50mbps speed. Your chatbot is useless. There is no option to create a ticket from tbe app. Need this issue to be fixed immediately else give me a refund.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Worstest service provider I have my internet disconnected since last Saturday No response from any concerned person..the only response i hear is your ticket is kept on highest priority and the senior executive will call within four hours..

    @ACTFibernet I’ve shared the details via private message. I’ve been contacting customer care for hours earlier, nobody gave a promising resolution. And I’ve been trying to reach them for few hours now but nobody is reachable. Why are they calls not being addressed by any person responsibly.
