    @ACTFibernet I am waiting from 14th jan to resolve my issue... But your team is not in mood to resolve my issue... Just getting dates resolving time.. But not result... When i can expect my Internet will start working?

    @ACTFibernet This is the standard reply like your call centre. As per ticket raised your SLA is alredy crossed. If we don't pay bill on time you disconnect connection, now what is compensation when there is problem from act fibernet side?

    @ACTFibernet You guys are a bunch of scammers and cheaters. You are automatically adding subscription charges to my connection without my knowledge and now threatening to disconnect the internet, if I don't pay that? This is a scam by act charging every new customer. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet every month same issue Internet is not working. And you people are taking 12 hours to resolve issue. We paying for internet so we can work peacefully. If it is same we have to think twice to continue this service. You tell your self as no 1, I doubt it?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Looks like you are not going to do anything about the issues I raised. State that,I can terminate your services immediately and switch to other service providers. I will wait for 12 more hours and switch to @ACTFibernet this joke must end now.
