@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet My internet service has been disconnected due to non payment of my bill.Really have to applaud your team which works well when it comes to payment and so many excuses and laid back attitude when it’s a complaint,even closing the ticket before resolving.Shame

@ACTFibernet So this happens regularly. And when trying to fix this constantly reoccurring issue, you give up to 24hr resolution time. Shall I put my business on hold for one day a week bc of your poor infrastructure? How about fixing the issue once and for all?

@ACTFibernet my online classes are being delayed. I received a call from this number +911142340000 that they will send engineer to my location to install router. Still no sign of them, no technician team arrived. Worst service.
