@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet I called up again to the customer care. They had no clue. I asked them to transfer me to the concerned department, still they couldn't help. Shall I get it disconnected along with my other apartment fellows?

@ACTFibernet After 5.5 hrs of complaining the issue is resolved. Internet working now. I hope next time I don't have to write on twitter to save 3 people's half day. But looking at your twitter feeds it appears that you really need to invest in your service process optimisation.

@ACTFibernet It is really interesting to know that so many options are given to subscribe an OTT from ACT but no option could be found to cancel it. In my case it is #ZEE5. I tried from Zee5 account as well. So I need to contact and follow up with Act support team now. (Contd)

@ACTFibernet once a week need to raise complaint regarding internet not working.. this is heights of poor service... Every time u PPL say u have sorted it out but v face the same issue again within a week. Ticket number dis time is SR10257528042532

@ACTFibernet we have to pay for a service but we don’t get any proper response! All we get is standard messages from you. This is terrible service and no thought for customers at all! Disgusted by this and feel helpless. 75 complaints being handled by one engineer!
