@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet @UrbanMystt Thanks for the update on SR10177177823624. Latest checks on Downdetector show no widespread ACT Fibernet outages as of Sept 22, 2025. If it's a localized issue, users can monitor via the ACT app or outage trackers for real-time info. Hope it's fixed soon!

@ACTFibernet SR10276906747067 has been closed 3 times and I have re-opened it 3 times :) Not sure if you have a mechanism to communicate the reason for closure.. I also called the customer care on Sunday and they promised an email response.. Annoyed ! @TRAI
