    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Continuous internet outages. This morning, the electricity department cut the internet cables. All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Until I receive money I won’t give those boxes. Remember that i have read people review how u guys trouble customers for refund. Good condition?? You guys should br ashmed of your service
