    @ACTFibernet It's 15:15. No signs of any engineer working on fixing the cable issue which was reported yesterday. It doesn't take more than 2 hours to fix the same. Guess what it is drizzling again. The entire day of sunshine was wasted and now excuses to be provided citing bad weather.

    @ACTFibernet As usual Internet connection is down for the oast two days due to storm in Chennai. But highkight is @HathwayBrdband is not down for a single minute. As usual @ACTFibernet keeps you in dark in the much needed time. Worst

    @ACTFibernet Why is your customer service so bad? I wanted to hold my connection for a month. Instead they changed the plan to basic and told me they will raise waiver for 15 days. Everytime they say they will look into it and close the tickets but nothing happens.
