    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling
