    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Facing delay in my ACT Fibernet shifting request raised on 30 Apr. ETA was 2 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP or I’ll switch @jio_fiber

    @ACTFibernet After 48+ hours of no internet, zero response from support, and false “back online” messages — I’ve had enough. Requesting immediate disconnection of my service. This level of service is unacceptable.
