    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet This has been going on for 2 days now, your customer care is disconnecting calls and the internet is disconnected without a response or resolution. You guys are losing hold of your business. This is the worst experience in the past 25 years of my internet usage.

    @ACTFibernet What is your service commitment for consumers section?? Do you provide the same speed as you described in the plan or will it change? For eg: for plan of 75 Mbps, what speed do consumers get (assuming a router does not exist)

    @ACTFibernet your internet services are down from ages, no response to customer calls and on top of that you have added some random amounts to the bill and disconnected our internet. Kindly refund my money as I will no longer be availing your services.

    When I'm scrolling further down to see how other's experience have been so far in buying new connections, its equally bad. They are least bothered in connecting with customers where we have paid 3 months in advance with belief of getting service. #wakeup @ACTFibernet

    Just appalling the broadband service given by @ACTFibernet. No internet for the whole day, on a busy Monday morning. And the customer service has no clue. Third time in a week. @TRAI are you guys listening? @airtelindia please contact me. I need a new broadband connection.

    @ACTFibernet i have asked for Monthly payment instead of yearly package And after 10days you guys Deactivated my Id Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 5900 and due amount is Rs 5900. Nice

    @ACTFibernet What a useless ISP. I've been facing high pings since two weeks now, and every day I call the customer care, they say a technical team will call me within 4 hours, and they never called. Filing case against you in consumer court. Worst service.
