    Your network is More then worest.. more then six complaints in one month. Not proper response from customer care service.. I lost my money almost 2500rs. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing issues with your internet services again and again twice in a row internet got disabled. Non of your members are bothered to resolve the issue. I need a permanent solution. I can't keep running behind your service team. I hope this gets escalated.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act, I have been using you for the last 2 months but you have never crossed even 20-30mbps till now. but the plan was 200mbps. May I know why it is so? I have already contacted customer care, but no proper result.

    @ACTFibernet (2/2) a huge area. So in our city the service of @ACTFibernet is not that great as it's facing accute shortage of staff and we're unable to meet the public demand. So please solve these issues and at the same time requesting you to speed up my new connection.
