They just call and say they have fixed it. Which means there was some issue but it repeats. @ACTFibernet getting worse. Noticing it from past 2-3 months.

On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.
