    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what's the update on this? Half of my lane has a connection and half of us don't. Not sure why it is that the other half is suffering. Also what's the status of my compensation for complete month that I had no internet? My internet is down since 19th. #ACTFIBER

    @ACTFibernet It's already 5 days request given for disconnection no action n repayment. Logged consumer form complaint. "Your Grievance has been successfully lodged and your docket number 7828952"

    @ACTFibernet your customer support is absolutely pathetic! I raised a ticket 3 days ago and it’s still unresolved. Even after escalating to customer care, nothing is moving forward. Worst service experience ever!

    @ACTFibernet i am paying approx 6000 but they said I have to purchase a new one.if you can't fix it ,please tell your customer in beginning that if any router issue then customer has to pay.i am stopping your services thank you for bad customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I have reported internet issue ,engineer came and confirmed it's router issue,he is saying it's out of warranty .if you will take 200 mbps plan will give you new router otherwise I have to purchase.why it's not been told that router will be not replaced.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, your network is consistently inconsistent and it's availability is unpredictable. I cannot rely on it and could not plan anything before and is impacting almost every week. I regret that I have a act subscription. No customer response, the app is not useful.
