    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @i_sreenivas @ACTFibernet Their app is such a crap. It won’t allow you to raise a support ticket until you access to our location. They anyways have the address of broadband installed but still they want location access. Breach of privacy. Good to get rid of their services

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst internet service providers in Chennai. SR10363461034184 - Last 7 days internet not working. Still, now the issue is not sorted. one of of worst & fake commitment networks. #Actfibernet

    @VaanampaadiRavi @ACTFibernet I came across your tweet, can you please check ping time in Ookla speedtest ACT Chennai server from Madurai? I'm from Madurai too, and I'm getting terrible ping times. So I just want to confirm if it's just me or everyone. Help would be appreciated.
