    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet Everyday we are facing connectivity issues in Tirupati. Nobody will respond even when we reach to your office. So reckless and worst service. When i connect to wifi everyday, it says no Internet. Disgusting Internet service provider.

    @ACTFibernet every month you are billing me 100rs extra, fix it before my last due date. This billing problem is from past 6 month every month I am calling your cux service but same issue. Still I m on call with u she put me on long hold with no reason. 110493123854

    @govilkargaurav @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet -Why should I wait for 48hrs. If any network issue came.While providing connection with2-4hrs u people will tell and then what a language using. If customers ask for resolution. Seriously it is not a good to be an act customer any more.Not giving respect to customers

    if you are working from home never ever opt for @ACTFibernet as it's the worst broadband service in India. They'll not respond and your work will be halted for days together. @ACTFibernet i am going to but @airtelindia if issue is not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Worst services I have ever used. I have 2 Accounts in use and requested for permanent removal of one of them on 19th August, 2021. I requested on customer care service on 7288999999 the number given on Internet and they said technician will come within 24 hours.....

    @ACTFibernet Dear lethargic act team, So far no response... I've been following up since last week. Today I've called around 7 times, the customer care executives are keeping on hold for more than 15 minutes. What sort of professionalism is this???
