    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

First thing i do every morning is to raise a ticket that internet is not working.Ticket raised for disconnection is closed without any discussion.Even if you take that, please dont subscribe for 6 months bcoz yu they dont care once paid

    @ACTFibernet Really Low quality service from people officials blocking my number to careless visits now after 7 days of relocation request I get know I cannot have a connection in my home after paying 3 month's bill, great service please refund my money back.

    @ACTFibernet First you have stopped ur service since last 3 days and on top of that your unprofessional customer care rep. They are rude, impatient, unempethetic . The last rep simply hung up on my face and denied supervisor escalation. I want to suspend my connection. Do the needful

    @ACTFibernet Nobody has reached till now, this is disgusting behaviour. How hard would it be to manage work at home with no wifi, this is not the first time, this happen often. Very irresponsible service i have ever seen
