    @ACTFibernet the first thing ur ppl do when a tickt is raised is to close the tickt which is yet to be resolved and say we will fix the issue in 2-3days. One of ur customer care exec was not even interested to retain customer when I said I will exit. He replied please go ahead

    @ACTFibernet Same issue started with ur technican facing internet issue & tried to reach ur technician from registered num my calls are block by him, when i call through diff number he says he blocked my num as instructed by manager & says tweet what you want this this service act provides 😡

    @ACTFibernet I have not received the refund after the closing of the connection (account#102011483462). Your team is closing ticket SR10263907670561 without providing any resolution. Please STOP harassing customers and try to upgrade your service.

    @ACTFibernet is it holiday for act fibernet? I have raised ticket for internet issue at 9AM, till now no one contacted and didn't get resolution. It's better shift to @reliancejio if your service continues like this.

    @ACTFibernet :Your ticket SR10263950917804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 1/20 (MM/DD) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. This was the response sent at around 10:25 today morning and still waiting for the fix. Do something soon
