    @ACTFibernet pathetic after service from your end.. No internet connection from yesterday yet it is to be resolved. Everytime you call a technician he says just 30minutes and the work never gets over.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from a customer service executive. She assured me she will connect with the service team and they will resolve my problem. But till now no one made a call. Why this false commitment? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet for the last 3 days. I raised the case SR10366749849194 4th January and every day the resolution date keeps on extending Your support team is not even providing the higher official contacts. Please arrange a callback with higher officials

    @ACTFibernet They just keep responding with the lame "high priority""soon be resolved""I'm escalating it" customer response template.But no action has been taken till now. It's like Act Fibernet is illegally having their property on my premises even after I have termination.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is still not working, it's the 4th day since the issue stared. Will i get the connection or shall I change the network. Kindly confirm me by this afternoon. I can't wait anymore, my daily office is getting affected. Seems no improvement in the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Resolution time 54hrs taken dear, Why this kind slow service ur providing by @ACTFibernet I'm very disappointed this time, and my major issue is ur engineers are too bad, I tried to call more then 20times but no one was answered, very irresponsible team u have.

    @ACTFibernet What will I do with call back? U need to pull it Jaipur team for being so unprofessional and careless. In today's scenario it takes no time in winding up set bussines due to poor service. Jaipur staff is totally irresponsible & careless.Need to change all.
