    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    Worst service @ACTFibernet, no engineer called , no one resolved . I thinking now to switch to other supplier

    @ACTFibernet Why shall I contact. I never asked to activate, one of the associate Mr. Imran called me and activated my account without my permission and later on after vigourous follow up got it disconnected and now people send me bill which was your associates blunder

    I hv taken 6 months plan and it will complete on 15th Apr 21. But as I am going to transfer i have recharged for 1 month. Even i have recharged for 1 month my previous plan is active and ACT has suspended connection. For this I have already contacted customer care. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am having such a bad experience from your customer service representatives my services are suspended even after paying the bills and everyday your agent asks for more 24 hours

    @ACTFibernet Routine dialogues have been listening since 4 days escalating this on a priority and will be resolved in 24 hours, when you people are not be able to resolve the issue within the given timeline make sure you don't tell the time frame simple as that

    @ACTFibernet I don't know why you are closing the ticket without resolution. I have reopened the ticket for the 3rd time the ticket number is SR10255153708663. This is happening from past 2days. Pls do something and fix it.

    @ACTFibernet I have been calling numerous times to resolve my issue but your teams are not responding at all. They visit my house and say will return but they do not. Why should I pay that big amount for renewal, I pay around 20k plus each year, do not expect this kind of service
