    @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ One of the worst service i suspended my connection 15 days back and they said refund has been initiated within 48 hrs But 14 days completed still amount not been refunded I have spoke to the. Service desk and mailed to his senior most authorities

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Most impotent customer service. Turning out to be the next BSNL I guess. SR are raised only to be closed without resolution. Customer service keeps transferring the call to se backend team then is never available, seems like a ghost team.

    @ACTFibernet this very sad the internet service was good and speed till 2021 Aug the service related cables or speed became worst in HYDERABAD like Muradnagar, Mehdipatnam, Mallapally, Redhills..internet wire issues, disconnects & slowdown is major issues. Plz doneedful immediate

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst services experienced, it just a name but ther service is really poor. I had to install the junction box at my building to get the connection as I was the first customer in my locality (Gangadhar Nagar, JP Nagar 1st phase Bangalore) to get Act Fibre.

    Hey @ACTFibernet In spite of my complaint about sloppy cabling done by you in our building, no response from you. Cables are laid across the stairway negligently, there is a chance of someone having a bad fall and you will be held responsible. #ActFast
