    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet There is some issue with your digital tv services located in Eluru, A.P. for quite some time. Made several complaints but no action was taken till now. Please look into this and advise the concerned to fix this asap. Thanks. #Actdigital #ACT

    @ACTFibernet It's been two days since the internet went down, and couple of times the ETR has been revised, it just hit the trust I have on ACT, I demand details on why there is a delay as it impacts my work , I see very poor quality service SR10380418918674

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 2 days due to ACT infrastructure issue. Now being asked to host ACT box with 24x7 power support in rented premises for just ₹59/month. I pay ₹9/unit electricity. Compensation not justified. Active prepaid plan till July but no resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet I need the reconnection ticket to be actioned. I have allowed your team to install the Ariel wiring installation set up on our property and was promised a free connection for our society’s CCTV security surveillance. Been 2 months now and no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet been more than 24 hrs my wifi is down and absolutely no help from your support team None of your representatives answer calls, no idea when it's going to be fixed Customer care says it's been marked priority but no movement whatsoever Disappointed!

    @ACTFibernet I raised my complaint around 6pm but you have the worst customer service as you never resolved the issue on the same day if reported after 4pm. I faced this issue in the past as well. Completely bullshit

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.
