  @ACTFibernet The technician contacted me and they said that they can't do anything because @ACTFibernet has no bandwidth as there are too many customers...so just to send you an email and tell about the problem Please let me know if I should think of another ISP if it's bit managable

  @ACTFibernet Your support is pathetic. Just onstalled it 1 month ago and expeirenced a connection issues. When i called the support they asked me to wait for 24 hours? Seriously, 24 hours to solve 1 issue? You guys are living in the past.

  @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Its new connection prepaid, then shifted my house day before, got shifting charges. Now they disconnected the service without any intimation. Have paid the damn charges but again i should pay reconnection charges...dont know what on earth is happening

  Dear @ACTFibernet net speed is very slow. Some times mobile data is far better than your's broadband speed. It is taking more than 15 minutes to upload less than 70 MB file.
