@ACTFibernet Worst fibernet experience with ACT. After connection I have been raising request to fix the issue but not addressed and now when I want disconnection they are closing my request without any action. I just want this to be removed.

@ACTFibernet The technician contacted me and they said that they can't do anything because @ACTFibernet has no bandwidth as there are too many customers...so just to send you an email and tell about the problem Please let me know if I should think of another ISP if it's bit managable

@ACTFibernet I got my internet disconnected permanently last month. There is a balance amount of Rs. 2516 that can be seen on my ACT account which you have to refund. Regarding this I have called your customer care end number of times and have also dropped a couple of emails.
