Despite many calls and getting assurances of escalation and it will be fixed within 24 hours 4-5 times, issue has not been resolved yet. This is really bad service off late.

I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted.
