    @ACTFibernet The technician contacted me and they said that they can't do anything because @ACTFibernet has no bandwidth as there are too many customers...so just to send you an email and tell about the problem Please let me know if I should think of another ISP if it's bit managable

    @airtelindia airtel am look to get broadband services in my area. Bt ACT net service are already run in our area which is very over charge. I am look fot to take the service of you in area. If you can plz start your service in Lko Indira Nagar Takrohi. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Has there been any outage of recent? Unable to use both 2.4G and 5G. Although, 2.4G wasn’t working from a long time even when I was told it would work.

    @ACTFibernet Worst fibernet experience with ACT. After connection I have been raising request to fix the issue but not addressed and now when I want disconnection they are closing my request without any action. I just want this to be removed.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are thiefs of deposit money you guys never refund the full amount and harrass customers, we have to keep calling you everyday wasting our time and even after raising complain on app you guys just close it with confirmation from customers #bycottactfibernet

    Therefore, it doesn't make much economic sense to continue using your broadband service, which anyway doesn't offer thrilling speed n services esp. when there r options such as the newly launched @ACTFibernet in Lucknow which offers a thrilling speed nd services at a great price.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, my internet has been down for 3 days. An engineer visited after 2 days but the issue returned within hours. I can't reopen the ticket, and despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited since yesterday. This is affecting my work.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to shift my wifi box to our newly constructed building but none of your tenchinicans seem to bother to come. My previous SR was also closed promising me that they would shift the box. I have raised an SR again - SR10180632693894 Kindly Help

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 9:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?
