    @ACTFibernet Wooo that's a great reply from you.. iam not waiting to listen this type of message..... If there is technically problem they resolve the issue 3 to 4 hours .. may not to take 1 to 2 days .... My boss not paying salary on 26th August 2022. because of my internet issue..

    @ACTFibernet It's not a short period it's a longer issue basically your team not taking basic measures on wiring seems& those wires touch to electric wires and electricity departments cutting those wires and for fixing may taking longer time . Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.

    @ACTFibernet Its been just 2days after your team helped me with the connection, and now i have not getting internet since morning 6am today!!! How the hell does your team act tackle it on weekends??? Your service is getting really bad and connection too, no doubt with the speed.

    @ACTFibernetHYD Hi Actfibernet Just to inform in old city your network connectivity is very low after paying for 150Mbps still I m getting 90mbps. I have raised so many complaints but no use. No proper resolution this day that day only commitment but no resolution

    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet May I have someone call me at my number? When I try customer service, the system doesn't recognise my subscriber number - and so unable to book a ticket. It's surprising that I receive messages relating to billing every month 😎

    @ACTFibernet Ticket ID: SR10180988438314. No resolution, no technician, no callback. This is unacceptable. I had to return to the office and work late due to your excuses. I plan to complain publicly and discourage others from using ACT Fibernet. I'll switch providers tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

    Have applied for new connection on 3rd July. Full advance payment taken but its been 72 hours completed nobody has come to install the wifi. Very poor service. @ACTFibernet
