Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

I mean is this the way of looting customers like two days of each & every month you want the customers to not use internet and pay you complete month bill!
