    @ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    @ACTFibernet guys please dont go with act fiber net. It is very very bad response from them its been a two weeks that i have raised for new connection every thing is done from my end but the thing is they have did not installed the internet till now and not even call back. Waste

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia this sort of fooling game is been played on India and our govt is doing nothing. If not Indian govt then I have to ask help from other source coz I can't get trapped fooled by service provider in India. They charge me for 300mnps speed and provide less than 100mbps.

    @ACTFibernet still not fixed. Give me my deposit money rs 1000 back. Its been over a month now. how much time do you need to refund? is this your service? highly disappointed. what i learned is- ACT dosent refund the deposit money.

    @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet can you see that they are happy to welcome you and my office will reimburse installation fee as well. I am so done with your net service which goes on and off And more over for 1k you provide speed of 75MBPS and for same or less cost @Airtel_Presence gives 200MBPS

    @ACTFibernet Act disconnected my internet without intimation. Was informed internet will be active in 4 hours but now its been more than 8 hours and internet is still not working. Have made more than 10 calls to customer care who keep giving false commitments.Terrible experience

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 40 hours post raising ticket (SR10156949125235)for no internet. Since then there has been no action on this, called customer care multiple times but no action yet. Request you to kindly cancel my connection and refund.
