@ACTFibernet please hire some efficient people for your customer care service. I had a terrible interaction with your agent and finally when she couldn’t answer my questions, she disconnected. Now please dont give me this was a network issue excuse.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Ticket No.: SR10155019453772 Net is down since 4am this morning. Was told someone would visit me in two hours to check the issue didn’t happen. Ticket was prioritised twice but no response still. 3rd time asked for an escalation line got dc. No resolution yet.
