    @deep_vlogs @youbroadband You made a mistake brother your hard earned money is gone in drain. They won't respond and internet will always be down, better ask for refund and go for @ACTFibernet. I'm suffering since 6 days and new connection just 15 days now and I used internet for hardly 4 days & its down

    @ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

    @tpkumar1506 @ACTFibernet I know!! We have a BSNL connection at home. To be fair, so far I have had no problem with ACT in the last year.

    @ACTFibernet Any update on my req raised on 9866743251. If you can fix these issues stop promoting urself in Hyd. U say u are best, u are are more than worst. Just a small switch issue takes ages to resolved. Bill gets generated on time

    @ACTFibernet If you as a corporate have an iota of shame, start caring for the customers before some competitor takes it away from you. And finally, it's 48hrs, and my problem is yet to be attended and resolved. Fix it.

    @manchusri @ACTFibernet Including their on line monitoring. So many unhappy folk but glad there is one happy customer - hope that can spread soon. 48 hour response is seemingly a fairytale - out nearly all week for me and still out.

    @ACTFibernet From yesyerday morning till now no network from your act. Called to customer care mutiple times, simply providing diplomatic answeres. How ACT management are thinking a person working from home, how will he work. The only answers Ian getting is 48 hrs. Worst worst service

    @ACTFibernet you have very poor service in our society .. Internet keeps dropping.. today there is outage from 8-9 hours .. raised ticket and eta resolution is mentioned 21st Aug .. close to 130 families are using your service.. Do you want us to change service provider
