    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet The cx service line is always bz (not available round the clock) n if we some how reach out to someone no response... The actfiber App says "there's no such mobile number registered with us" now until yesterday I was logged in with the same number n raised a complaint as well.

    @ACTFibernet yesterday after 3 days connection restored again today from 6:30 pm Not able to use internet , what is this ?? we are facing problems as we r working from Home, Kids attending Online Classes.Act service is not like earlier.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, past 4days Internet services are barred, as per your commitment resolution 48hrs. But no response as such. It’s the ACT is going to shutdown? If yes I will look for other ISP provider. My registered mobile:8008215252.

    @ACTFibernet You don’t connect me to anyone to speak about my issue. Escalation to team leader not happening. Contact details of field engineers not being shared. Request for call back not being honoured.

    @ACTFibernet it's day 3 of no internet. People are just calling us and taking details and then nothing. Absolutely no response. We have told that a tech person would need to visit us but no action! How is it that you're so particular about bill payments but not about resolution

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using your services for long now. My fiber connection is cut and no one has addressed it since yesterday morning. Numerous calls to the call centre have been of no help. My work is affected. Need immediate response #badservice #disappointed

    @ACTFibernet There is no connectivity since yesterday. And no one bothered solve the issue. This is 2nd time within 3 weeks. We all know how we are working right now. And without internet it becomes miserable. At onside you talk about speed and service the other side no response.

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you #Actfiber. You people are cheating the customer. Service request raised but was not rectified. For 100MBPS package you people are providing just 15.7 MBPS speed since many months. Plz fix the issue at the earliest 101012661548. @DoT_India plz take action

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for resolving! feedback I have is please train your customer CARE agents or at the minimum please interview them before hiring. Charan was horribly rude. I thought the support was 24/7 but Charan informed that technical issues are resolved only during the business hours

    @venkatkp @ACTFibernet When ever I raise SR, technicians comeup with fake promises and close the tickets. There won't be permanent resolution. I just now reopened the ticket which was closed yesterday.
