@ACTFibernet really pathetic customer service.. has been trying from last 1 hour to get connected with, the automated msg makes me wait for 12 min and disconnects.. there was a complaint raised 4 days back and not resolved yet..really pathetic for such a big company..UNBELIEVABLE

@ACTFibernet Ping is currently 12ms when engineer did a reset yesterday for speed complaint. I have no issues if it is under 15ms to Chennai. Above that it causes instability to other servers I'm connecting.

@lavanyadeepak @ACTFibernet Yeah. Junction box in my house and it's down. They say it's due to fiber issue. 2 site engineers who seem to have a rift with each other. Just pointing finger at each other without fixing the issue. 🤦🏻 #PoorACTInternetservice
