@ACTFibernet If you as a corporate have an iota of shame, start caring for the customers before some competitor takes it away from you. And finally, it's 48hrs, and my problem is yet to be attended and resolved. Fix it.

@TRAI @ACTFibernet your network is the worst in town, where internet is used the most in weekends & every weekend there is an outage. Third class service issue & we've paid for full year in advance & we don't get and refund for service not given. 4days/month = 1½month/year.

@ACTFibernet Very Sad, into the fourth day, and the problem still unresolved. As a customer I think I have the right to know what the problem is, and its progress status. A courtesy call with an explanation could have done wonders. That's too much to expect I guess.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet around 9:30 am today the technician finally called informed thaf the issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Its been more than 3 hrs and resolved. Not sure whats wrong with ACT these days. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and never faced such issues.
