@ACTFibernet Wtf?. Till today your technician didn't came to solve my issue. How can u tell it's resolved. First check. My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.

@ACTFibernet They never resolve your issue. It's just temporary. Installation person and services people are rude/use inappropriate language for customers. Never allow them when you're alone at home. They are not trustworthy reliable people.

@ACTFibernet Dear ACTFibernet, sorry we have lost trust on your smooth responses! SLA of 48 hours , no immediate response after 5 escalations on the importance of internet is a bad way of service you are showing to a customer. This is the last time I can take and will definitely move out

@ACTFibernet worst service provider in Hyderabad, Nagaram. They close the complaint without customers knowledge, no follow up from customer service. More over they charge huge amount then the local internet provider. The speed is never stable and always provide less then mention

@ACTFibernet Worst customer support team ever witnessed. Same issue raised 7-8 times in 3-4 months and still no permanent resolution. I am just losing my pay for the day as they give resolution after 24hrs from ticket raised. Local providers are far better. Regret to choose ACT.
