@ACTFibernet we lost connectivity yesterday evening and raised a complaint immediately. Until now, there is no update. When I called to customer service, I was kept in waiting for 15min before someone connected and kept me on hold for few minutes and disconnected call. Disgusting

@ACTFibernet Issue not resolved speed only arround 39 mbs, Mr Satish Mishra AM ACT South Delhi has told me that the company ie. ACT provides a speed of between 30-40 mbs in 4g and 60-75 in 5g only and he can't do anything regarding the same. How come Airtel is giving higher speed in 4g?
