    @ACTFibernet Wtf?. Till today your technician didn't came to solve my issue. How can u tell it's resolved. First check. My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10162653296152 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/22/2021. I have been nerver seen such an pathetic service with an any Broadband service as @ACTFibernet. is delivering their ******* service It's been 5days they are resolving thier issue

    @ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

    @ACTFibernet I have two accounts with you (my mistake) last Tuesday, I attempted to change my plan and made a payment of ₹6,718 for Account A. However, your system incorrectly applied the payment to Account B. I have contacted customer care at least 5 times to get this fixed 1/n

    @ACTFibernet This is in reference to your email regarding Ticket No: SR10279140396969. Your response stating that no clips or equipment were used on the wall and that no damage was caused by your installation personnel is contradictory to the facts observed during the site inspection. As you are aware, your installation personnel along with your legal team visited our residence on Friday and inspected the location personally. During this inspection, the circumstances of cable routing and the marks near the TV area were clearly shown and explained. Despite this inspection, your email again states that no clips or equipment were used, which does not reflect the actual observations at the site. Therefore, we request you to please clarify the following: 1.What was the official finding of the inspection conducted at our residence? 2.On what basis has ACT concluded that the installation activity did not cause the damage? 3.Why was the complaint closed without acknowledging the evidence presented during the inspection? We request ACT Fibernet to re-examine the matter objectively and provide a written explanation along with a clear resolution.

    Hello @ACTFibernet your technicians have closed my complaint without even making a visit or fixing the internet. I have taken your service because your technicians are always prompt. I am unable to work due to this. Not able to escalate on the app either. Please get in touch asap. Thanks.
