    Dear @ACTFibernet my connection no. Is 101013457797 Your customer service associate keeps call on hold for hours if they aren't aware of resolution. This is pathetic from your firm. And definitely a red flag from customer perspective.

    @ACTFibernet It's not a short period it's a longer issue basically your team not taking basic measures on wiring seems& those wires touch to electric wires and electricity departments cutting those wires and for fixing may taking longer time . Resolve the issue soon impacting our work.

    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    @ACTFibernet yesterday morning itself I've paid for a new connection since no one came installation and ever your executive also not responding properly after payment completed its very horrible and yesterday same time I've get a hathway connection also they completed same day

    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

    @ACTFibernet you guys never fail to surprise us. Every month there is an internet issue. You guys are absolute ****. I mean is this the way of looting customers like two days of each & every month you want the customers to not use internet and pay you complete month bill!

    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.

    @ACTFibernet - Pathetic service..the network is down since yday noon still unattended..the customer care numbers r available - limited hours..getting thru is a big challenge. Vtg grt difficulty opened a ticket to know etr is 1 day.Internet is so critical but resolution 1 day.crap
