    Dear @ACTFibernet my connection no. Is 101013457797 Your customer service associate keeps call on hold for hours if they aren't aware of resolution. This is pathetic from your firm. And definitely a red flag from customer perspective.

    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    @ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city

    @ACTFibernet what a worst experience we are paying for 400 mbps speed and we are getting only 100 mbps speed and once contracted with act technician they are saying that there is a problem in your router for the past 2 year router has became the problem

    @ACTFibernet Wooo that's a great reply from you.. iam not waiting to listen this type of message..... If there is technically problem they resolve the issue 3 to 4 hours .. may not to take 1 to 2 days .... My boss not paying salary on 26th August 2022. because of my internet issue..

    Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet Just speed is not the problem. The Internet is getting disconnected every 30 minutes and my meetings are getting effected. Anyways I have shared my account details with you. Not sure if this finally gets fixed as I have tried to approach you guys every possible ways since 2 month

    The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.

    @ACTFibernet It’s your task to cancel and refund my entire money back in my bank account if you can’t I will file a complaint and also dispute the payment with credit card company with all the proofs against you. As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud

    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
