    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10163610707334 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/3 (MM/DD) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT I have complain on 28 nov last but no technician has come I am feeling very bad of this service the customer care service also not helping me.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10163610707334 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/3 (MM/DD) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT act people are doing froud I paid online and person also come and take money another thing is that no internet is coming and no service in my locality

    @ACTFibernet So bad connection everyday cant sit with this issue and stop my work from home.Either ul fix it with your router as its mor than 1year im using ur service i brought routers youll want ur specific routers then yull get ur router or juz Refund my amount il go 4 airtel

    @ACTFibernet You people are unfit, you can't do anything...you are just looting customers money without giving service to them... One simple generic reply you will give. You can't do anything more than that in practical.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACTFibernet, sorry we have lost trust on your smooth responses! SLA of 48 hours , no immediate response after 5 escalations on the importance of internet is a bad way of service you are showing to a customer. This is the last time I can take and will definitely move out

Why cant you fix the problem permanently. Unskilled unprofessional fellows ... Pathetic service.. poor..worest in CC

    Worst experience with act Fibernet. I am using it with two accounts with 75mbps speed but I have never seen more than 10-15mbps speed in two areas. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet Pretty infuriating experience to lose Internet connectivity AS SOON AS there is a power outage! There is ZERO backup and the local technicians are helpless as they say the batteries provided to them are very sensitive and go bad quickly

    @ACTFibernet This is a very bad business practice conning customers by charging automatic subscriptions. I have spoken to ASHA from customer service who was very rude and blamming me for not realising that a was subscription added to me. Do the right thing and reverse charges

    @ACTFibernet Full monsoon came and went by in Hyderbad and I did not face a single day of downtime with ACT. Please do not go with Airtel or Jio for cost benefit, ACT is the undoubted leader when it comes to service.

    @ACTFibernet i have been added yuppscope service without informing at the time of installation. Once i realise I have spoken with customer service for reversal but i was still billed 200 /- for something i haven’t subscribed.
