Also said it will take time to resolve the issue, you may disconnect the connection, we will initiate the refund. Team it's been week still my issue not resolved its hampering my work.

Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.
