How illogical is this if 1/2 connection still box is powered and I am paying my electricity bill. Right away I am removing the connection!

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.
