@ACTFibernet Customer care says if there is only 1 connection discount will not be given which was not informed at starting. How illogical is this if 1/2 connection still box is powered and I am paying my electricity bill. Right away I am removing the connection!

@ACTFibernet dear service provider ur employee sold me a 3+1 plan in april and before due date renewal msgs started coming for which i complained to which emp said he has quit the job and customer care opened complained to which lucknow alambagh's shailendra kumar told new story

@ACTFibernet Thier service is the worst, and their salesman is a liar. They claim to have a connection in our apartment when we book, but after payment, the technician says there is no connection in our building and the salesman no longer answers the phone. FRAUDSTER
