@ACTFibernet it's been 1 week I m struggling 4 activation of my internet account which was disconnected without my knowledge as I raised issue 4 change of name n made payment of Rs.7146/-. Still everytime I am informed that I have dues of Rs.200 so my net cannot get connected.

But now your team is not answering the call properly, and I got a message that installation is rescheduled to Friday.This is imapcting my work badly. Totally unexpected behaviour from @ACTFibernet .This delay should have been informed at the time of onboarding your customer.

Hi friends, please don't opt for @ACTFibernet in chennai. they are not even able to send their service guy for a week. In every call they say the service guy will come in 2 hours. Even after 100 hours, they wouldn't send anyone, yet claim to still send service guy in 2 hours.

@ACTFibernet A ticket was raised 3weeks before for disconnection wef Dec 31st . You guys have sent a bill for the month of Jan and you guys are irritating me with 10-15 calls a day. I have spoked to customer care as well Sud I take a legal action ?
