@ACTFibernet No wifi since yesterday, ur customer executives never respond, dont take advance payment and loot customers if you can't provide promised services....worst connectivity...no internet most of the time, charging for 50MBps and providing KBps speeds... worst service!🙏

@ACTFibernet you person called. Asked me same questions about which router etc. Provided responses. He kept thinking what next. I told I'm in office call have put someone on hold. He asked when can he call back. I told 1.30. It's 1.40 now still no callback. Unprofessional. #fail

@ACTFibernet worst customer service,I made the payment of my bill on first April and today is the due date,still no payment receipt and it is it still showing that I have due to pay .I have subscribed for your internet service for mainly WFH.

@ACTFibernet been more than 24hrs and no response yet. SR10555190302662 is the ticket number. At least confirm if I can get the service anytime soon. Never seen a company like this where customers can’t speak to the company executives!!!

@ACTFibernet really annoyed with your customer care. Calling daily for refund of failed transaction. your team is saying will send technician when asked about refund. Employ some worth staff.
