Not even disconnect the service of customer also requesting ...i am follow-up with thier team last on 29th nov -22 but till date no a single solution we have recived ,this guys really looting money from customer don't use the service ever @ActfiberC @ACTFibernet

Still no update received from your side, i called you customer service and again they are saying same thing, and also they are disconnecting call. Worst experience from @ACTFibernet, i think i should look for some other broadband.

@ACTFibernet It’s been 6 days from the complaint but still your internet is still not working . Note - pls don’t say I didn’t pay the bill . U didn’t resolve the internet issue. So I didn’t pay .

@ACTFibernet I had a bad day today because of your representative. I raised a disconnection request yesterday and now i received a call from the act support they are saying that I have already paid for this month and they won't give refund for the remaining days after disconnect.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what a worst network after multiple times complaints also no issue resolve frm ur side . Everyday after 4 internet not coming we r paying 859 every month Bt fedup wd ur network 101108620009 . Worst service take money on the of best network 😡😡😡😡😡
