    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service! Ur customer service agent should understand people are stuck outside Bangalore, they still want us to pay even if I am not using it. And few days back someone called and asked ur pay penalty of Rs.825 and after 2 weeks again sending another of 800.

    @ACTFibernet worst service I am getting from your customer care..i am renting out my flat and need to transfer my connection to another guy .requested to cancel the connection and re imburse my money..and transfer ownership. you guys are cheating customers and closing tickets..

    @ACTFibernet I am the last to complain on Twitter but your service is horrible! To generate login and password, it takes more than 5 days. I am sure services were faster during pre internet era and the irony is the issue is with an ISP

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, i had spoke with Act Customer Care saying effective 1 July 2021 I don't need connection. They said sure will take up the request accordingly. Few minutes back got message saying account got deactivated and connection got disconnected
