@ACTFibernet Horrible experience even before getting the connection installed. Your sales team is very persistent, calls and texts till 10pm urges us to make payment so that the connection is installed in the morning next day. Once the payment is done, all of them disappear.

@ACTFibernet Even worst is customer care lady who I spoke to today afternoon. Totally arrogant way of talking when I explained my concern. You guys don't even have a trained staff who doesn't know how to talk to a customer.Very arrogant!

@ACTFibernet It's resolved thanks. One thing is that your customer care always says fibre has been cut irrespective of what the problem is, even in the is case they told the same. Turned it was an adapter issue at the box. Tell your guys to pass on genuine information to the customer.
