    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct This is beyond frustrating. I raised a request on Sunday, and it took 12+ hours just to register a ticket. Since then, I’ve been given false updates every time I call, and now it’s been 4 days with zero resolution or even a proper callback.

    @ACTFibernet Registered Mobile No : 8015115434 I was asked to close the previous ticket without even resolving the issue and asked me yo create the new ticket and no fix for my issue till now

    @ACTFibernet How come it's taking more than 2 days to resolve the issue? Connection gets deactivated if payment is delayed by just 1 day. But there is no compensation for no connection for more than 2 days

    @ACTFibernet internet stopped working from yesterday evening, 5xtimes this month. I will have to switch to airtel if your service does not change. I am an old customer. your customer support team is pathetic. SR10280004314794
