@ACTFibernet Your customer care agents are lying nonstop since morning 10 AM, my internet stopped working the previous local tech used to know the reason for frequent issues and he used to fix it in 10 min.. now I have no internet since 10AM .. can you help ?

I think act fiber is the worst service ever @ACTFibernet promised me to give there Internet service yesterday but they are not responding till now . @ACTFibernet vizag is the worst . #cheateractfibernet

@ACTFibernet I'm working from home and today was the worst. I couldn't get any work done. I restarted the router and every other thing,but nothing helped. I'm escalating the matter now. Pls understand the situation
