@ACTFibernet Hi.. @ACTFibernet head office located in Bengaluru.. If I choose kannada language in customer support, they will answer only in hindhi telugu and English.. For what purpose the office is situated in blre Karnataka???

@ACTFibernet Internet is down for 48+ Hours. Customer support on phone is pathetic. They abruptly cut the call while I try to figure out issue. And area manager isnt picking up call after the complain has been filed

@ACTFibernet Why can't you hire your staff who knows kannada ? Office located in Karnataka and if I call customer support they will answer in all other languages except kannada.. Can you clarify on this @ACTFibernet ..????
