Complaint raised morning 21st dec 2022 @ACTFibernet Support says 5 to 6hrs issues will be solved. Do u know the value of time. Without internet no one can work from commercial sector. Do u know saying 5 to 6hrs , how much it effect for business sector. Waiting till now.😬

@ACTFibernet my internet is down for last 6 days. Nit resolved yet, one or the other engineer keeps calling and informs that, they are working on it or else they say it's resolved, not resolved still. Worst experience SR10366601249544

Hey @ACTFibernet, it's been 15 days since I cancelled my new connection request and raised a refund and it's still not resolved. Promising a service, failed to fulfill and refusing to pay the money back is unfair and feels like a scam.
