    @ACTFibernet worst customer service. No customer support... Internet issue every time takes more than 24 hrs to resolve. 6-7 days this month. Time to moveon from ACT

    @ACTFibernet No update yet. In last 30 days I didn't have a connection for 16 days. No point in being associated with you even after being a customer for 10 years, I ve decided to move to a different and better service provider. Worst provider currently in the country you are. Bye.

    @ACTFibernet, No internet for the past 14 days despite multiple complaints. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zero support, zero accountability. Paying bills for nothing! #WorstService

    @ACTFibernet , @ACTFibernetHYD .. It has been around 10 days since the internet service in my apartment has been down. I had raised a service request, but the resolution ETA keeps getting postponed to the next day, every day. This is extremely disappointing.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Bengaluru, wifi isn't working since 24 hours. Call waiting queue is 30+; told it would be fixed by yest, then 12pm today, and now 9pm. Can you actually update what's the issue? Realistic timeline to fix and don't give false hope. This is in Banaswadi area.

    @ACTFibernet Incompetent fellows!! Every day your incompetent customer service staff inform that it will be resolved by tonight 9 pm and it never gets resolved! Wasting my days by being an ACT customer

    I have faced internet connectivity issues 3 times this month totaling 13 days of disrupted service.I raised multiple complaints, the response has been highly unprofessional and delayed. This level of service is completely unacceptable @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
