  @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days ACT executive installed Router but not working as expected availed 300 mbps getting 110. Rewired: same result. Supposed to install dummy router. Tried reaching exec no response. Pathetic service. Want to cancel my connection. Kindly do the needful.

  Hello @ACTFibernet, I took a new connection with 6 months plan in July 21. In Aug 21, Due to covid we moved to our home town. I requested for temporary suspension of service. Now we came back to hyderabad. Your team asking us to pay the bill again. What's going on here? @TRAI

  @ACTFibernet Y is the technician of d area able to rectify it. Ery 3 days problem. How horrible cn service gwt down. G did d entre year pymnt coz our child is giving board exams.N since yday night no acess to Internet. Half the campus have acess and we don't. Do u en kw how frustrating it is

  @ACTFibernet internet not working for more than 24 hours despite multiple calls and complains. Customer care has kept me on hold for 15 mins and counting. Missing important wfh calls because of this. Worst service ever. Account number - 110452050490 Kindly resolve on priority
