    Got another call from @ACTFibernet Finally after a month and half & close to 20 calls, problem resolved in just couple hours.Thanks to @Twitter @TwitterIndia .Imagine the time and energy spent for a simple problem.Such inefficiency of the customer support. Is this sustainable?

    Worst service i am experiencing with @ACTFibernet loosing connectivity for 2 days in a week while working from home is like pandemic in itself. No customer care numbers working do hell with you guys. Exploring other service providers now.

    @ACTFibernet I still have the same problem, when ever something is important it will get disconnected simply. I moved to different service provider. Can’t trust u any more. Worst pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet is there anyone in the company who takes their job seriously in addressing a complaint? And that too a chronic one! Pathetic service and highly incapable customer support team. Internet disruptions every month without fail

    This is really hilarious , I didn't expect this kind of behavior from ACT . I thought ACT fibernet connection was the best but it turned out to be one of the worst . They are neither responding nor solving the issue . And even my money is not refunded . @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet no response for my complaint since 4days #syednajam not lefting calls #+919542445231,+919912143847 no response for calls. Worst experience with actfibernet. Send your technician asap.

    @SpurtyRao @ACTFibernet Yes, I do have a subscription at my hometown too. #JioFiber is the reason, I'm working from home (Home Town) without any problem.
