    @ACTFibernet is a fraud company. Raised a refund request on 30th Oct and even after 25 days haven’t received it. Complained to customer care twice, they assured i would a call back within 2 hrs from refund team which didn’t happen. Stay away from this company #sacksatyapalmalik

    @ACTFibernet This is a standard template response. This is 3rd complaint this month, what steps are being taken to mitigate this? Area service engineer doesn't bother to pick our calls either.

    @ACTFibernet Account Id : 103016281190 I have been informed from the customer service desk, that there will be no charge for shifting my connection. Today after shifting, I got a message from ACT that there will be a charge of Rs.650 will be added to the next bill.

    @ACTFibernet Facing internet connection issues frequently and adviced us permanent resolution will be undergone but still no use. SR10363549176434 incident logged for the same. Kindly check the history of complaints. Looking for immediate action.
