    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since yesterday as somebody had disabled the junction box.Yesterday, the technician said he would fix in an hour’s time. He has not answered my call since then. The contact centre guy was rude and said it would take another 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet “Your request SR10763307272324 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/21/2021 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app”. Still my issue is not resolved. Please let me know when will it be resolved???

    @ACTFibernet don’t believe in them. We are facing the internet issue from 2 days and they are not responding to calls at all. Their team came yesterday to look at the issue but they didn’t rectify at all. They said they are going for lunch and after that they are not back to work

    @ACTFibernet I don't why you people are closing ticket without even resolving the issue, and I am having frequently disconnection for last 2 months no one has bothered to check the issue. And you people can't even provide the subscribe speed. @consumerforum_
