@ACTFibernet From past 8 days Internet is not available. And every day I get new date of resolution. Is Act Fibernet going to give discount these days on bill? As 8 days without Internet why the User will pay for it. Not sure how many days more it will continue.

I have been facing an Internet outage for more than 24 hours with @ACTFibernet. Despite raising the issue, every time I call customer care I only hear that the waiting list is more than usual and I’m asked to check the mobile app. Unfortunately, even on the app, there has been no proper response or resolution. As a customer who pays bills on time (and even receives multiple reminders to do so), I expect the same level of efficiency and reliability in service. It is very frustrating to experience such long downtime without proper communication or support. Request @ACTFibernetHYD to kindly resolve this at the earliest and ensure better customer support.

@ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @ACTFibernetHYD worst service connecting shifting got delayed no prper reaponse , since yeatrday follwoing up for connect no proper reaponse tge agents are lying in all asspects. I request people dont trust act fiber and take connection..

@ACTFibernet It's an another tweet whenever i call the customer care and complaint regarding internet disconnection they keep pushing it to another 3 days hell with this please provide me a refund I'll go find an another alternative option also there's a box installed as well
