@ACTFibernet the worst customer service I can ever expect. These guys are worse than any provider in the country. Closing the ticket thrice without informing anything to customer. The only target is to close the ticket, no matter if it is resolved or not.

@ACTFibernet Horrible customer service. Internet is down from more than 2 hours . No engineer assigned and customer service agent is asking me to wait for 2 days. @trai @jagograhakjago . ACT provides below average service and charge heavily. There is nobody to question.
