    @ACTFibernet My internet's been playing hide-and-seek for over 8 hours! 👻 My service request (SR10280074743814) is also ghosting me, no updates after 6 hours. Trying to talk to a human through these bots is like navigating a digital graveyard! 💀🤖😤 #ACTFiberdown

    @ACTFibernet By the way the toll free number is junk. No one responds to escalate and you have not even provided in the app too. That smart way of cost cutting. I will ensure all my friends and families not to opt for ACF fibernet worst service at one door step.

    @ACTFibernet i took connection apr 29. Till now they connection is down. They closing the ticket without rectifying issue. Customer care executive answering with attitude. This is the worst experience i am facing with Internet provider. SR10380047971474. None contacted me tillnow

    @ACTFibernet 3 days. No internet and no response. Account number: 101735161552 SR: SR10180032872522 I asked to move service to opposite house as we moved within the lane. . We still have to pay for the down time as well. Pathetic.
