    @ACTFibernet there is frequent breakdown of services in Masabtank Shyamnagar, it has become routine.Restoration takes days Even identified problems are never addressed permanently Internet wires are so precariously placed that they get snapped, there’s no power backup,Disgusting

    @ACTFibernet Posting a thread on the dispute I raised on my Feb & Mar bills & the followups I did for past 45 days. Yet to get "any resolution". The result would be saying good bye to ACT group

    @ACTFibernet My internet is disconnected again! If this is going to become a regular thing, please let me know and I’ll switch service providers. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve this each time as well. Complaint registered: SR10253671716182

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 2nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this.
