    @ACTFibernet Kindly give me a month wise receipt of the Wifi I am using. I have tried contacting customer care several times.But they are not providing me the support in the raised ticket. They even close the ticket without resolving.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, if someone has a ACT Fiber's Switch setup in their house/office, how much discount in terms of power consumption, are they entitled to each month?? And is it provided automatically or does a customer have to run after your .@ACTFibernetHYD branch staff to get it?

    @ACTFibernet our internet is not working in bengaluru. I’ve restarted the router a few times but still it says no internet. I’m residing in manjunatha layout area. Kindly help us on priority so that work is unaffected by it

    @ACTFibernet Pls cancel my subscription from immediate effect as you are non-responsive, non-supportive to my concerns. I cant speak to anyone in ACT bec I am told to use the app. The APP sucks and goes in loop. So how the hell do I communicate my problem?
