@ACTFibernet When can I expect a solution boss. When we miss target date topsy bills act charges penalty of some amount same should be implemented over customer issues are not fixed on time it should be penalty to getter better service. No update even after 24 hours . I might take it legally

@ACTFibernet Yeah provided me solution after 6-7 day's. Multiple clueless calls from your team , rude behaviour from each of them and at the end my bill isn't waived off yet. So waiting for my bill to het waived off.

@ACTFibernet Hey, I'm seeing consistently low speed with my connection and it's mostly half or even lesser compared to what I have paid for. There are tickets opened almost every month. I opened one today for the same issue SR10166361060404. Can I get compensated for this breach?

@ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.
