  I have raised 2 tickets in the ACT app, 1st one was not actually closed, got a call from team and they crtd new ticket by closing 1st. New ticket was automatically closed again, without any followup, I reopened, now again its closed without any resolution @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

  What’s frustrating is the mismatch between promise and delivery.

But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   It has become common to see electricity vanish at the slightest hint of rain. Now even the internet goes off when it rains. Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.
