    @ACTFibernet Hi.This is really pathetic, no one has got in touch with me till now, you people go all out to attract new customers but when someone wants to disconnect this is the kind of service we get, hope my refund is processed at the earliest

    @ACTFibernet very bad network in Petbasheerabad Kompally area. In one month I have raised 3 tickets which means I had issues for every 10 days. I have faced a similar issue in other part of Hyderabad. People in Hyderabad please don’t prefer Act network #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet worst of worst service. Cancel my service and delete my account... It's been 8 days I have been out of internet no one responds and closes ticket without resolution..ticket no. SR10165330771664. #shittyact

    @ACTFibernet @haq_minhaj It’s same with ACT as well same level of service.. issue will not get resolved in a day.. you won’t get any updates or calls or follow up.. all you can do is raise a request and wait for a good auspicious time for it to get resolved.. Give a try for Airtel maybe they do better
