  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I haven't had internet for the past 72 hours, and a complaint was raised yesterday - SR10180679769244. I understand there was heavy rain, and I waited for the resolution, but this is testing my patience.

  @ACTFibernet Still waiting. Today is the last day of before my connection is disconnected. I have no problem in switching to jio if you are not interested. Rare imstance when a customer want to stick to a particular internet provider but company is not interested. Lol

  @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever, week back itself I bought there fiber network since then I'm facing issues yet no-one is responding service & engineering are so arrogant they don't reply nor takes your calls.. I'm regretting now

  @ACTFibernet But again, the only resolution is paying additional for a data cable to connect the 2 routers. If you are offering such a mesh network, why is it not mentioned on the website nor explained by your salesperson before finalising the purchase?

  @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet just one day, another rain, and again your internet is not working. It's just crazy. I am going yo customer court and will drag you down there.
