@ACTFibernet SR10177683344624, here me out irresponsible people, In #kismatpur the services are pathetic!, no proper technician available, after 6PM you will die trying to get response, WORST EVER SUPPORT IN KISMATPUR, This is second issue in a row this week @timesofindia

@Mee_Rudra Faced similar issues for 6months with #Jio broadband. Worst ever ISP I have seen from last 15years. Even though I work for JIO, Switched to @ACTFibernet . Peaceful from then. Some time we will have intermittent issues but we will have some response from ACT.

@ACTFibernet Took a connection 7 days back. Service has been down for 6 of them. No restoration in sight. They refuse to disconnect and refund the money either. Stay a million miles away from these scammers @chennaipolice_ needs to take strict action against such criminals

@ACTFibernet You should be ashamed of the pathetic service and escalation level you are maintaining in Kismatpur area, The service response has drastically went down and people are cancelling the connections. And your escalation dont mean a anything cause no ACT technician kismatpur cares.

@ACTFibernet It took entire day to resolve the issue. There was no power cut, no line cut happened at our end. It was your team's laziness. The house who was providing electricity disconnected their electricity today. Your team lacked proactiveness and thus a day completely wasted!!

It was communicated by the ACT agents that if after upgrading the issue will not resolve, the amounts will be refund. I don’t see any such options there. I am keep on raising the tickets, but every time it is getting closed without even contacting with me. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Original resolution time was 10 am today. Now it is 9 pm. When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!

Also, @ACTFibernet you are the worst in terms of service. And because of that, you are going to lose a customer of 10 years. I would rather have a connection with decent speed where they respond immediately to issues rather than high speed and no response.
