    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit You are forcing customer to cancel the connection due to your incompetency of your team to resolve a technical problem or even cannot fix the process. The Nodel team and apellete team is highly useless team getting simply paid not being customer advocate. They are forcing cust.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet I don't think you need more than 5-6 months of times to look into customer issue. We have been constantly approaching about the updates but nothing has been received so far.

    @Airtel_Presence have u discontinued airtel broadband service is HBR layout Bangalore???…u seem to be competing with @ACTFibernet in “customer don’t care” attitude … can I arrange for a pick up n drop for your service engineers to do needful ???

    It's a shame that after 4 days of purchasing a plan for ACT Fibernet, they are not able to activate my connection. Multiple calls to support, sales and emails to both Nodal officer and Appellate authority but still no help. Pathetic service @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Installed ACT in December, not been useful at all- the range of your router is 1 room which is ridiculous! Now I am trying to get an upgrade on your team's advice and waiting for "call back in 24 hrs" for two weeks. Sick of following up. Pls help.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Very bad services. Their executive makes fall promises. After taking payment no service. A team full of cheaters. Do not refer to anyone. 9205590856 this guy from act took payment and now not even responding to calls for installation.

    @ACTFibernet I paid one year subscription, but due to uncircumstance situations I disconnected my connection. But without paying my balance amount the ticket has been closed. Please help on this.
