  @ACTFibernet Nope you dont regret anything , stop lying to yourself and to the customer's face . Your technician / engineer wantedly disconnects my calls when I ask him for an update , thats the level of service you guys provide to the customer . Will be disconnecting the services asap

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's been more than 27 hours without internet, but now and then in between for few mins. What kind of service this is? I am not sure, if internet will work after another few mins or not? Isn't it a scam to make us pay for a month, while no service for a day or more?

  @ACTFibernet Again impacted with network issue. Complained raised last evening and no resolution till now. This is my 3rd complaint from the day I have shifted to my new location. Pathetic 3 times outage is 10 days is outrageous!
