@ACTFibernet your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, I paid the bill at 8 am, called cust care thrice for reactivation, sent mail as well. Yet my acc is not reactivated and it is affecting my work. I'm out of options now don't know where to report.

@ACTFibernet Hello Act today i made a call to your customer support number and i selected the support launguage as Kannada but the guy who received the call doesn't know kannada. If the same thing happened again then we will take strict action against your banglore main branch.

@ACTFibernet Internet not working since yesterday, have raised a complaint, said it would be resolved by 1pm today , but I still have not recieved any updates on it. Your service is absolute garbage everytime, never can be resolved in a day or two ,will be changing ISP asap

@ACTFibernet you've been telling me via DM that someone will fix my issue. No one has for 10 days now. You have a std reply: This is not the usual experience. But my experience is real. Can you get your 'ACT' together and have someone trfr my home wifi. You already took my money.
