    @ACTFibernet Airtel is far better in terms of services.. Atleast they don't give false commitment to users... Entire day wasted, customer service people just passing the ball from one to an other.

    @ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet User Name: 102597471125 Your request SR10259822215670 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/19/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Still how long do we need to wait for resolution???

    @ACTFibernet your Hyderabad team has not been able to resolve a wifi issue for more than 24hrs. Ground level employees are clueless about when and how it will be fixed
