    @ACTFibernet can you provide an update on the ticket SR10180709586464? My work is completely on-hold due to this. There was issue with other service providers as well but they have fixed it on priority,only act customers are facing issue in my area since yesterday #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups. Enough excuses. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #BroadbandIssues

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.
