@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is the 3rd day wifi is still not working and I'm regretting my recent renewal so bad rn. Tired of even trying to reach to customer support they've even blocked one of my family num. I would never renew act again after this period I'm 100% sure.

My internet has been down for 2 days. Ticket SR10978013594664 stuck at ‘CX Not Pinging’. No engineer visit. No response. Will proceed with a consumer complaint today if not fixed by afternoon @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
