@ACTFibernet I'm expecting a call back as soon as possible. How many times do I need to follow up the complaint number... Each time just saying it will be sorted before 24 hrs.. now it's more than 24hrs.. I had registered by 5pm by yesterday when I called they told that I registered by 6pm

@ACTFibernet Act was good until today. That's because it's been down since morning and no one is attending the calls. The message said it would be alright by 3 pm today, but no sign of internet yet. I wish I never chose this.

Worst services from act, wont responds to the calls or tickets raised. For small reconnection also taking weeks to resolve. It will take few hours to reactivate but they taking days. @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD, @ActfiberC
