    @ACTFibernet Still issue not resolved after many followups. You guys impose penalty of rs 100 in 1 day delay in payment nd able to refund amount from last 1 month. Unbelievable. I have only one left to go consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service.Its been over 3 days and you have still not entered request for disconnection.Not sure how many days are required for disconnection.Had heard of people struggling for new connection but never imagined one needs to struggle for disconnection too

    @ACTFibernet Been more than20+day,issue unresolved(used net for 10days)yet ticket closed. Today got a text asking me to pay the bill for nxt month ,should I pay the bill n wait for you ppl to resolve within 2021? Anyway cant rely on u ppl, got a back up connection from @excitel_rocks thank u

    @DeepakG36517151 @arpithgoel @ACTFibernet Mera to speed sahi aa raha hai but samjh nhi aa raha abhi 3 day hua hai new connection ka continuesly 3 day morning 4am to 7am internet connection nhi hota today right now 12.30am to till time internet connection nhi hai inka executive aaya aj but till issue same

    @ACTFibernet turnaround time for service request is already relatively higher for #Act than other service providers. After 24 hours the technician calls and says he don't have equipment so will take some more time, not sure how much. SR10160447452852

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Kindly cancel my subscription and refund amount to my bank account. Before doing that we need to know how much we are getting to my bank account and we are not at all interested in refund the money in Act fiber wallet. Please call @ 9553664363.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I've raised 30 complaints regarding reconnection & billing issues since 28th July and still it is not resolved. If this is how you treat a customer like me who has been using ACT for the past 7 years, god bless the people who want to take up ACT now
