Now I've opened another ticket - SR10265665883984, the person who came yesterday, first of all came very late i.e at 8:30 pm and just looked around and said we'll do it tomorrow and closed the ******* ticket. Is this the resolution you give @ACTFibernet Is this how you resolve?

@ACTFibernet Madurai if you're facing issues in your end it's your responsibility to fix it. You're NOT offering services for free. Why should customer suffer especially with a long term plan with their money stuck with you? under 15 ms to Chennai is fine. 30 is NOT fine.

@ACTFibernet Fix latency in Madurai or return my money! I don't pay you to change my usage according to what you deliver! You must deliver what you promised. Customers arent fools to be okay with whatever poor quality service you offer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ACTFibernet not solving the issue but closing the ticket without resolving it - SR10265356345874, if asked why they closed, saying customer did not pick the call WHEN everytime an ACT person came, I was with them looking if they'll resolve or not. (1/2)
