@ACTFibernet @DoT_India while taking the connection it was informed advance rental plan, mean, once I pay only I will get service, now they have charged the rental for non usage dates like postpaid and asking to make the payment. I placed the request for disconnection on 20th Nov

@VaradhKrish @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your local service guy is forcing me to ask my building owner to install the junction box in the building which is supplied to multiple other users who is not even in the same building.the service guys says he can’t rectify it unless he receives multiple complaints

@ACTFibernet I am still facing the problem. The team closed the ticket last Friday. And then due to weekend, we couldn't check the problem. We saw the problem last Monday again. Unable to reopen the same case as it's more than 48 hours. But team kept saying they will fix but still not fixed!!

@ACTFibernet I have raised multiple requests to fix the internet issue the same is still not been fixed more over they ask to the bill with providing services i have paid for 75mps router an they have added 40mps router even after multiple requests no resolution received from act
