    @ACTFibernet No update till now! How pathetic can the service get? Resolution time was april 22nd and today is??? And you folks are still not making progress or efforts to resolve!

    @ACTFibernet I am writing to inform you that my internet has been down for over a day, and the issue remains unresolved. Although the ticket estimated a resolution by 7:30 PM on May 6th, I still have no connection. Ticket - SR10380141565434 Looking for your support

    Update. Some technician from ACT installed the fiber. After about 10-15 mins, the internet stopped working. Raised a service ticket and waiting since forever. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI I spoke to a Pawan Kumar who said a technical staff will get back to me at 6 pm when I called at 5:30.He raised a so called PRIORITY internal ticket. No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

    @FiberAct @ACT_Issues executive requested for 8 hr down time, but still we are unable to use wifi, executive is not answering call anymore,it's more than 8 hours. I don't understand where should we connect for the issue. Ticket number -WO102801308032 #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet 7 days without internet You guys should stop your service altogether A week of outage is seriously unacceptable. I am expecting extension of my plan duration or compensation for this as I still have a few months left Before i finally switch

    ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.
