@ACTFibernet I am your customer for the last 7 years. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to ask you guys to remove the junction box installed in my premises (from last 6) years. Now from 18/8 i don't have internet. Your sluggish response wants me to switch to other ISP.

@ACTFibernet #Hyderabad I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and today I've been facing pathetic internet cuts very frequently for upto 36 hours. Happened 4-5 times in the last 2-3 weeks. It's horrible that this is repeating again and again! #actfibrenet #badinternet

@ACTFibernet No not yet, can you please arrange a call with local Hyd manager to get a permanent resolution. This is keep repeating, when get a new battery and close the ticket then remove the battery later then how come issue is resolved ?

@ACTFibernet Lost my internet on 18th saying terminal issue then what about my work.Facing a big loss of work, money&time.Very careless response from ACT team SR10165654478444. Act simply closed the ticket without fixing it. Why don't you provide technician number. Frustrating!!
