@ACTFibernet If I know you will charge for ROUTER I would have returned it while disconnection or I would have never taken it from you as I have my own new ROUTER. At the time of installation UR executive insisted nd installed the free router at my place. REFUND my money ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Hello, I recently disconnected from Act as I moved to a place where you don't service. For the refund initiation, they simply told me it all deducted as router charges. Which was installed for free a few years back. How can you deduct that now?? WHERE IS MY REFUND?

@ACTFibernet the owners of the house where the box resides have switched off power and no one else is ok with fitting the box ,your technician left without providing any alternative solution. This is how customer service should be handled #badcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet though they claim leading ISP factually they are not. For each of the problem they requires 24 hours of time , regardless of how much loss customer suffers.

@ACTFibernet , service is becoming horrible. Recently 3 months back the wire got upgraded & then all our issues began. Internet disruption has become normal now. And in last one week, we already had Internet disruption 3 times. Location: New Sastry Nagar, Erragadda, Hyderabad
