@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it's been almost 3 days since the ticket opened , and yet no ETR provided and action taken. Called customer care almost 7-8 times. Last interaction with customer care was horrible and he was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Ticket#-SR10178007519536

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is the 3rd day wifi is still not working and I'm regretting my recent renewal so bad rn. Tired of even trying to reach to customer support they've even blocked one of my family num. I would never renew act again after this period I'm 100% sure.
