    @ACTFibernet service is cut off for no reason, and no resolution from past 24hrs, dial customer care, raise request from app literally no use, no call back yet, the number one worst internet service from Act, haven't expected

    @ACTFibernet good work in disconnecting the network even after paying for port hold request. @ACTFibernet gives a new connection with frequent drops. Network team closes tickets without solving the issue and agent calls and say's don't reopen the ticket, it impacts my score.

    @ACTFibernet 3 Complains in 15days . 2 of them with in 2 days. Way to go. After waiting 2days for you to fix an issue you finally fix it and 15 min of getting confirmation of issued being fixed there's no internet connectivity again. You are really the Worst service providers

    @ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.

    @ACTFibernet i don't know why your people give wierd reasons like "Furniture" , "WALLS" for slow internet speed. Do you wish your customers to carry the router with them all the times to get good internet speed.? Worst ever service by a broadband service provider.

    The installation person I manier times but no response. I’ve WhatsApp him he has seen aswell but still even after 48hrs of NO internet NO one from @ACTFibernet have bothered to respond back to me. Worst service #DontsubscribeAct #dontbuyactfibre
