@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 5 daysNo internet,3days of calls. No response. Promises of “30 mins” by Kishore—still nothing. Forced to spend 40% extra on mobile data because ACT failed to deliver. This is pathetic service. Who will reimburse the loss? Or do customers not matter?

@ACTFibernet the internet has been down for 8 days straight, and it was also down for 2 days in last 20 days. Such long outages are unacceptable and disrupting work. Ref tkt# SR10176821777854. Please resolve this immediately and issue a refund for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet first you offer inconvenience then harass and then say this cannot be offered as a resolution. Made 2 blunders : Taking Internet service, paying upfront. This is expected to happen

@ACTFibernet What are you working on? I never thought that Twitter would become a source to talk to ACT Fibernet. Other broadband services were able to provide new/restore connection with 1 single call, here ETA is increasing day by day by day but no response or no restoration.
