    @ACTFibernet Last Friday I didn't had internet for 6 hours as there was sm issue wt ur junction box. Today again the internet is down. 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. How am I supposed to work with this unreliable broadband? New tkt: SR10265513150494

    @ACTFibernet This issue is now happening everyday. Last Friday I didn't have internet for 6 hours and now again today the internet is gone. Really pathetic service @ACTFibernet

    @DoT_India - Can you please assist in this constant harassment from @ACTFibernet . They provide highly intermittent connection and it's not because of service disruption, rather it's because their engineers keep connecting my broadband line to junction boxes which doesn't...

    @ACTFibernet It's not a temporary issue which I would be okay with, It happens very often and ping stays high for hours, even days. Since you don't have a BNG server in Madurai as you said earlier, atleast fix the ping to the nearest server?

    @ACTFibernet Despite 24 hrs after furnishing details the company is neither responding nor can you place complaint as phone line is busy @AshwiniVaishnaw the Airtel company must have an option of closing down the connection on app itself It must be mandatory

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Is there a required internet disconnect, as I get this problem once a month? Does it also affect other people frequently? If needed I can send my roster, so that you can disconnect internet during my weekoffs if it is something common; I don't mind.
