Chennai peeps, I am looking for broadband alternatives to @ACTFibernet. ACT has literally been messing with my head for over a month with their pathetic internet speeds and terrible customer service. Is @airtelindia any good? Is @reliancejio available in Chennai? Please advise.

@varunkrish @ACTFibernet I have tried to so many ISPs in the past in chennai.. you broadband, act, bsnl and airtel. airtel is the best among them in terms of quality and service.

@bada_paww @ACTFibernet 24 HOURS HAS ALREADY BEEN PASSED AND YOU ARE SAYING NOT TO WORRY 😲. I'M UNABLE TO WORK BECAUSE OF THIS AND IT'S A HUGE LOSS FOR ME. IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GUYS PROVIDE THEN WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. #WORSTSERVICE

@ACTFibernet I have called you 5 times and my internet is still down. The worst customer service who keep repeating recorded blurbs but not fixes. I will literally unsubscribe if I don’t get a response ASAP!!
