UPSC Mentor Piyush (@PiyushIASMentor) reported@ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 10:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?
