@magantigopimla @ACTFibernet Hon’ble Minister, Please don’t ignore this issue. Our internet goes down almost every day, and each outage takes 8–10 hours to fix. There’s no communication, and no compensation, and we are fully charged for the service.

@ACTFibernet I had made the booking, and the customer service mentioned that the technician will reach out to me today. But no one has reached out. This is not the service expected after you take the 3 months payment. Customer service isn’t reachable as well. Details in chat.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 20 days of slow internet, but 10 days of notifications & slow internet "Your bill is due on X date...." They'll send u mail, sms, and even WhatsApp, this mass spam for money. Kindly stop it and focus on providing a smooth and fast wifi experience.

@ACTFibernet My ACT connection in Nagole has severe latency jitter 24/7. Internal ACT hop (10.x.x.x)fluctuates 2ms→30ms even on LAN, proving backend/OLT congestion. Tested on multiple routers & devices; same issue at another ACT home nearby. Pls escalate to backend OLT team ASAP
