    If you're planning for ACT broadband, never opt for it. Worst service ever. My escalations haven't been resolved for many months. I've been charged for higher plan but I was provided with low plan. They cheat customers. I've escalated to all the level, no use. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service at #Rohini and very bad backend tech system. We paid fully in advance for 6+1 month and even then our connection has been disabled thrice for non-payment. My son has JEE Mains exams and it's causing so much trouble in his online education.

    @ACTFibernet @yogeshRahi They keep on changing TAT but they won’t tell truth. This happens to everyone but we have to suffer no compensation nothing to customers. If we forgot to pay they charge late payment fees etc but for these kind of outage wt customers get tension scolding etc etc

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet Its been 3 days since I registered complaint...and still now the broadband connection is not working When u ppl are gng to do it ? Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10365159144574 has been registered. Our team will ensure fastest possible action
