@ACTFibernet There is no response from your end yet. Your customer care is telling, there may be mistakes in invoice and hence customer should check sms messages from your end. Is it the right practice you are following? Don’t penalize customer for your fault.

@ACTFibernet worst services ever. The least you can do is take the complaint for deactivation. Internet is not working from two days. Raised several complaints already. My biggest mistake was putting it at my work place.

@ACTFibernet is the most pathetic network connection in the country. DON'T GET THEM. It's been around a year since I've tried to get my deposit back after cancelling after a ****** connection. NO RESPONSE FOR A YEAR. I've written over 50 emails and 20 complaints. PATHETIC.
