    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Worst service ever. No internet since 48 hours and no resolution after complaining twice. Tired of complaining every 2.5 months. If anybody is concerned then rectify as m paying for it and you will not extend my plan irrespective of without net.

    @ACTFibernet Team, raised ticket 2 days ago. Issue is not resolved no response from your team. Request you to take this as an escalation if not possible share the details on how to proceed further as even your app doesn’t provide that info

    Its been 2 days...lost our working days in office..spoke to 5 to 6 Customer Care representatives but there is no resolution. did not even properly capture the exact issue in their entries and asking to do trouble shooting steps ..where as cable is broken in reality @ACTFibernet
