    If I need a free router, when I contacted @ACTFibernet support they told me that they'll contact me in a day regarding this, then they told me that the issue will be resolved till Monday (7 June) 1pm, I didn't hear from them & when I called they disconnected my call 2 times

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 2 weeks neither the internet issue is been resolved nor the refund is been provided.. ur customer care agents place the call on hold for 15 mins and the disconnect.. planning to switch to a different provider hopefully @airtelindia would be good option
