    @ACTFibernet No one got in touch with me. I had to call the customer care. As expected nothing was moving. No one has a clue how magically internet is not working. Also the act technicians are busiest people they can't even call the customer and tell him a time.

    Dear Bala Malladi, CEO @ACTFibernet unable to add new box for new customers, they said the boxes are full wait for two three months to have service of Act or if someone left from box we will give immediate services without interruption. Where is Hyderabad superfast network?

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Disconnection was done. The router given to me at the time of installation is not working.Please let me know efund details. According to me router cost, balance no of days in the quarter from the day of disconnection,no of days the service did not work before disconnection.

    It's nearly 3 days now still there is no internet till now. pathetic service worst internet service provider @ACTFibernet I convinced the whole apartment to switch for Act and now I am realising that Act is just **** 💩💩 I think it's time to change for jio fiber or airtel fiber

    Twice in 3 days I was spoken to rudely on a call from @ACTFibernet for complaining about my inactive internet connection. Your customer service executives need to get their BP tested. Mr Madan kumar was rude and disrespectful. Btw, the internet is out for the 3rd time in 5 days

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service. Taking minimum 24hrs time to resolve even for small problem. This is not a first time. Soon shifting to another network. 🙏🙏
