    why is it that we have to reach via social media to even get a decent ticket resolution and updates. @ACTFibernet like ETA resolution time just keep on expanding without comments. is there any technician man power shortage or operational challenges? No roper escalation paths

    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please

    Dear #actfibernet #chennai i took the gx box coz u said no junction box nearby feasible, u found one, still i said chalo fine, now pls explain how come i having paid for a premium service am stuck with no net
