Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo

@smasithick It doesn't matter as Long as price is on a higher side people won't use that easily. Look at me I Brought jio air fibre base plan which cost 599+ GST it's way to costly for that 30MBPS. Now I'm using @ACTFibernet which cost almost 3500 for 6 months with 1 additional month as a Bonus. I'm getting better speeds and also FUP is at 3.3TB unlikely @jio Air Fiber which limited to 1TB post the speeds are the worst

@ACTFibernet ETA of 21:00 has passed and it’s neither resolved nor any further updates. I’d want the refund or extension in the subscription for the amount of days the issue is resolved. Would you provide the Internet if we delayed the payment by even one day after the last date?

@ACTFibernet Can someone from your escalation team contact me? I am getting no resolution from your team for a petty issue

@ACTFibernet, This is the 3rd time of a full-day Internet outage from ACT Broadband in Marathahalli. It always takes 8-10 hours to fix the issue. It's very poor Internet service in a tier 1 city like Bangalore.

@ACTFibernet pathetic service! Moving to absolutely anything else from tomorrow. Thanks for nothing! Also, your customer service representative on call seems to enjoy customer's problems. May be train them well.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Such delay constitutes deficiency in service. Kindly ensure immediate resolution, failing which I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action and seek refund with compensation. #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

@ACTFibernet from being used to one of the best to becoming one of the worst is commendable team ACT Fibernet. You are losing valuable customers. Thanks to the ignorance of your customer care team (one Mr. Dinesh is excellent in being rude and unprofessional). Keep it up 👏🏻

@ACTFibernet I'm tired of the constant excuses from your ground team. What's more concerning is the unethical practice. Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation and a firm resolution timeline.
