    This is a clear case of deficiency in service & unfair trade practice under Consumer Protection Act2019. This is not the first time I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernetHYD recently their service has dripped to gutter level.. no proper response #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for your reply, I was wondering if I should pay my next Sept month bill right away or wait until the connection is resolved. The gap or the disruption in the service needs to be accounted for in the next bill. Kindly advise.

    @ACTFibernet Please note that I stay in the same area a few hundred metres away from a gated community...they have the internet without any issues and our particular area doesn't have since a week.. this we cannot justify to my apartment people or community members.

    May I know what is the problem for you to install modem and required setup for internet? Account No : 101769429054 Multiple times I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernet . But a small hope, that these guys will not repeat next time. But you guys are habitually doing these things. Day before yesterday I have paid for the connection, after that I keep on doing follow ups, and customer support team keep on saying “Today the installation will be done”. I still wondered, how you guy’s surviving in this competitive world with this poor services. Wake up man & improve your services. You are loosing customers Trust finally. Fedup with all these, looking aggressively for @Starlink services

    @ACTFibernet I would like to shift my connection to 6 location, I tried to do it on ACT App but the ChatBot isn't useful. Please help me on this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACTFiber is getting wrst, snce last 3 days there is no intrnet & there is no response by when it will get fix, aftr giving a call to customer care an agent name RAM threatened to disconnect the network if we do multiple follow up. This is nt expctd
