    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it’s been more than 48 hours my issue is not yet handled. Customer care said I’ll get a call before 6:30 pm I guess their watch stopped at 6:29 pm. Will you people atleast have the courtesy to call and update the status. Shame on @ACTFibernet no regard for customers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket has been raised for the internet issue and informed engineer about fibre cut in New Bhavani Nagar Boduppal. Your competitors iway and excitel solved the issue(fibre cut) but ACT is yet to react. Service is not good and delay. #worstservice

    Hi @ACTFibernet . You guys really rock in giving consistent pathetic customer service. My internet is down since yesterday. Raised a ticket, spoke to your area engineer Mr Mukesh and also your head office person Suraj. Nobody is now even picking the calls and sending messages.

    One of the worst internet service provider in Bengaluru area @ACTFibernet . First of all 100mbps net pack will give only 5-6mbps speed on that from past 48hrs my internet connection is down and the customer service people are making excuses for not attending issue. Pathetic!!
