@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

Very worst experience with ACT Fiber Chennai full of false commitment. Very poor customer care. Not at all picking the call. Had a very bad experience. Planning to move to another fibernet connection.😡😞🫤 @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet You customer service is pathetic. I had recently disconnected my account in ACT. I raised a request (over call) to remove the wiring at home but did not receive any response. Also the ticket got closed without any information.
