    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Your service has been extremely disappointing. SR11079836610294 was raised, but no technician has visited yet. I’ve already called support team 3 times with no resolution. This is the 2nd time in a week I’m facing the same issue. Completely unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet SR10179931727424- Internet down for 4+ days. Previous ticket was closed without resolution. Engineer confirmed switch issue but no action has been taken. No follow up so far. Extremely poor service. Need immediate escalation and restoration.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30 PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

    @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10179796368604 was closed claiming the issue is resolved, but now there's another outage again! This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. How many times will you close fake tickets while customers suffer? Fix this new outage immediately
