    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet what do I do if telecom operator starts cheating the customer? Its the 6th day today and no response for resolution. Just this mng a lad from Chennai called up promising to resolve my query by today, but as usual this is @ACTFibernet service at its worst

    @ACTFibernet Facing connectivity issue from past 2-3 weeks but the issue is still not resolved. Connection is not stable. Lot of fluctuation in bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet This is like waking a sleeping horse and asking for a kick. The issue is resolved but your response time is worst as I mentioned earlier. I have also mailed to support id but no response. As I mentioned ACT is a piece of **** unless you improve your resolution time from 24 hrs.
