    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet now we can't send even an email to act fiber abt internet issues. Customer care is mostly robotic and won't connect to human agent. I guess not paying the bill is the only option for these fellows who don't provide internet even after taking advance rental. #actfiber

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service! 6 months of intermittent disconnections, multiple tickets raised, zero resolution. Engineer promised switch replacement today, never showed up, not even answering calls. #SR10377229431954. 12 years with ACT, last year has'en the absolute worst!

    @HathwayBrdband Everyday downtime and doesn’t browse at all I can’t work or use it on my tv it loads even in 360p quality Pathetic service and I can’t talk to any person on call and diva is horrible I will Shut down your services I will better shift to @ACTFibernet
