Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for? I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.
