    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet My connection has been discontinued while I was in an meeting and it's been about 30 hrs since I Requested for reconnection and still haven't received one. The customer care has been telling me the same thing since yesterday and I have received no follow up.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @TRAI - Dear Act fiber team Jaipur Rajasthan, it's been more than a month I have disconnected connection and submitted router as well. Yet I have not received 1500 rs refund amount.. I had made multiple complaints but no answer. Please solve the issue.
