  @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

  @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

  @ACTFibernet The timeframe to fix this is 24 hours and that is way too less if you’re waiting on your technicians from space. If they’re available nearby must not take longer than 30 mins. This is spectacular! @ACTFibernet uses technicians that belong to other planets and other galaxies.

  @ACTFibernet . I have a swift plan where till last month my speed was good around 40mbps .. now getting 10 to 15 maps..while raising the complaint they are saying to change the router , for this I have to pay for 6months again .why this info not provided before . Worst service I
