@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@ACTFibernet There is no internet from the past 4 days.I know there was a broader issue.But 4 days down time is too much.Other isps restored quicklMy WFH impacted hugely due to this.Customer care is useless.please restore or else I 'll switch to another network.

@ACTFibernet from morning wifi is not working and i have raised a ticket also, no one has contacted me for this issue. When checked with this area TL, he is also not responding. Ticket # SR10376786869424.

@brahmagyanii @ACTFibernet There are very frequent disruptions by Airtel, hence I want to change. The act connection I had before was fantastic, not one complaint about disruption nor speed!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No technician has shown up, your call center still gives false answers, it has been 4-5 days now, no resolution in sight.. are you guys even intend to provide services going forward or simply go on with scripted responses like: backend team, 72 hrs & so on..

@ACTFibernet its been 5 days. Daily ETR is changing. I have raised complaint on App and here on twitter. Still no use. No answer from any officials. Jio and Airtel and even BSNL are functioning within 24 hours. If u can't provide services today we shall move on to other .
