@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@ACTFibernet its the 3rd day there is no connection. I had payed for 6 months connection, how do I get back the amount for remaining 5 months? Would talk to customer service, but except low quality chatbots, you have nothing. please give a number to call and request refund.

@ACTFibernet Bought flexi bytes yesterday from your app. Money deducted instantly but still waiting for data. Called customer support multiple times but they seems like a puppets ,consistent response->working on it. What a pathetic customer support & App.
