    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet your service is very slow in Warangal, raised an ticket on nearby relocation request on 4th October still ticket is not solved. Request to please solve the ticket SR11566028927734 as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore As expected there won't be any solution from unprofessional & unethical company. I decided to STOP taking their services & Will insist other customers as well. They're only behind money & don't want to provide service or improve their gaps. #StayAwayfromACT

    @ACTFibernet Team I don't understand why you are taking so much time. At the of installation you promised if you don't like our service then you can ask for disconnection and you will refund all money. But now when I have raised for disconnection,you guys are doing time pass?
