    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    SR10380451034251 @ACTFibernet Calls made to customer care gets disconnected, Refund not getting processed for 30 days, No links are sent to me but custome care says I dont not use the link.. No supervisor calls back!! So what's the solution now ?

    @ACTFibernet I guess this will get resolved tomorrow ? I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently? And no one sorts it out before 24 hours!

    @ACTFibernet such a bad experience. I have been raising the request for shifting of connection. It was supposed to be done yesterday and yet nothing has been done. The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

    @ACTFibernet SR10280515875104 - no one has called us so far. We are WFH. How long to resolve the issue? Why does a small 15min rain disrupt your service when a tier-two city with @airtelindia wifi doesn’t get affected even after heavy rains
