    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I spoke with the Customer Relations Team the same day and requested for a disconnection. A request was raised and then someone called to inform that they would be escalating this and placing a request for an audit of the route ( the cable route check ) to provide a soln. Waiting.

    Dear @ACTFibernet it's such a shame for a big ISP not able to resolve a small issue for 4 days, After so many call escalation and customer calls still no solution #shody service by @ACTFibernetHYD ref no: SR10162972603182 happy to switch to @airtelindia service

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys idiots or what at this time in night you disconnect the service for no reason even after so much of follow up and resolution. Either your system is crap or you play with customers. I need the connection to be activated as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet anything on this issue? It has been more than 8 hours since the issue and I see a lot of people facing this since morning. We are all working from home and it's imperative to have internet. Pls resolve this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Act is yet to issue me a GST invoice though i had submitted all GST documents prior to generation of invoice. Kindly get inclined to comply it. @nsitharaman
