    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @rnyayapati @ACTFibernet @TRAI ACT has blocked my email ID. Internet was not working for days on end and hence, I cancelled the subscription. Apparently, their refund policy is NO refund - so to suppress my reminders and escalation, they have blocked my email ID itself - ID-10-Ts - no means to connect

Over 20 days post-disconnection, and still, no one has shown up for router pickup or refund processing. When I disconnected due to no internet issue, no technician visited for a week to resolve the problem
