@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet All troubleshooting including clearing cache is always done and my setup is not new. When I raise a SR, they would change something in backend and the speeds resume. After few days again it gets back to slow speeds. Not sure what config is updated in backend which is always reset

@ACTFibernet Yeah provided me solution after 6-7 day's. Multiple clueless calls from your team , rude behaviour from each of them and at the end my bill isn't waived off yet. So waiting for my bill to het waived off.
