    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet being useless as usual. SR10180583021694 raised 4 days ago, no resolution, no courtesy to call back, no technician assigned, won't even let me give up the connection. Ridiculous service.

    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Finally a human stayed on call to listen an he asked me to change DNS. This is NOT a DNS issue. Now on hold for 20 minutes

    They again and again raise tickets and say, "Sorry, we are raising a ticket for your problem," but they didn't solve it, says will come tomorrow. Every day a new date is assigned. From the 5th date, today is the 9th. A team of corrupt and lazy people. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet services are again down - unscheduled This is happening repeatedly, lately. When I tried to raise a ticket on the site, I get the response "Sorry, we are facing a technical issue. Please try again later" !! What is happening?
