    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team/ Ravi, Why is there always an issue with the billing? When we sorted out and resumed the connection, now I should be paying Rs. 838/-. But the bill shows Rs 1137.81/- Is this business process going to continue the same way?? Nothing sync!

    @ACTFibernet This morning, your technician came down and broke my fully functional, one week old network connection. His reasoning was he needs the junction box some place else. I got no response on when connection will be restored. Opened a ticket too but nothing happens.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, it’s been 2nd time I’ve tried to reach to ur executive on dispute on wrong or false billing amount but guess what both the times request closed with contacting and without resolving the issue… need an immediate attention on this otherwise pls proceed for disconnection

    @ACTFibernet SR10257631206142 is raised for no internet and it's been more than 7 hrs not resolved, reason given that other person has vacated his house. This is outrageous , why should my internet connection depends on someone else relocating. THE WORST INFRASTRUCTURE
