    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @Airtel_Presence Airtel fiber down since yesterday. You guys said it will be resolved today by 8 am then 12.30 and now there is no message or call to resolve. Pathetic. I have to switch to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 12th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet team, I am really frustrated with the customer care. I have called your customer care 8 times today. Everyone is saying I will get call back in 1hour, 10 mins, 20 mins etc. I have received no calls till now. My internet is down and no resolution at sight!

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet service for the last 3 hours. Neighbors and around face the same issue. Outage seems to be bigger... and no notification from your end or any ETA for the fixes... Didnt expect this from a brand like yours
