@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet called customer regarding the update on my SR10265276049594. The agent who spoke first was so rude. My internet is not working from 3 days. I said I'll have to disconnect the connection. Agent directly transferred the call to disconnection team.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down from morning, needed assurance that it will be getting rectified immediately. Raised a request, ETA is given for a day more, some hours outage is fine but full day outages are not good. Please look into SR10265292427064
