@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet It's 8th time i am reopening my ticket with ID- SR11066815146362 and without resolving it everytime they are closing it. Delhi people refrain yourself from buying ACT wifi plan. Go for jiofiber Or airtel wifi Or local wifi. Their service is far better.

@HathwayBrdband then they will disconnect call but no one reaches back and another useless **** from @HathwayBrdband calls back asking to explain the issue again. I left me good connection with @ACTFibernet because of #fraudhathway

@ACTFibernet every month same issue Internet is not working. And you people are taking 12 hours to resolve issue. We paying for internet so we can work peacefully. If it is same we have to think twice to continue this service. You tell your self as no 1, I doubt it?
