    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    Act and it's customer service team feel that the world is inhabited with ailens and bots @ACTFibernet. I never knew they have an habit of creating a ticket and closing the ticket without taking any action.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10151652873232 is expected to be resolved by 1/28/2021 03:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY) T&C apply. This was the second message again changing the date to resolve.. no technician has visited our place to solve the issue, this is worst service

    @ACTFibernet See I was told again that by 2pm today issue will get fixed. Still nothing. I spoke to your Customer Care Executive again and I was told that I will not have to worry at all. What is happening @ACTFibernet will you not fix this issue? So wrong!

    @ACTFibernet In a month how many times does the fiber get cut? Actually how come a optical fiber can get cut? Why can't you say the actual reason for being the service down.

    @ACTFibernet It's not the Resolving of the issue. They are taking more time in resolving the issues. They have taken almost 12+hrs for resolving a small issue which is due to disconnecting of Leads

    @ACTFibernet @rakeshkombra One of my worst experiences with ACT Fiber net in Bangalore.. DONT TAKE ACT Internet Wast service and no customer support and customer care agents and respond and they don't have a proper team.
