    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet in costumer call even if I choose the option as 4 for Kannada why the call is transferring to non- Kannada speaking guys , don't u guys have any Kannada speaking ppl in customer care center. This is very bad.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet It is just 4days new connection the bandwidth is not accurate.not even get 45 Mbps speed guys are giving false promises. ACT id 116639643985. I would open complaint at consumer forum.

    @ACTFibernet worst service provider . It's been 28 days my issue not yet resolved .daily I am reaching CX care but there is no use at all.if nothing can happen from your end just disconnect my ACT connection .So I can choose other service provider who care about customer.

    @ACTFibernet You guys never cease to surprise me. The internet connection works like magic till the quarterly bill is paid. Once the bill is fully paid, the connection immediately stops working. This has been my experience since 2018. You are easily the worst ISP.

    @ACTFibernet hi, my registered number is 9551099661 the 4k box remote is not working, how do I get a replacement? There are no apps to use the mobile as a remote for your box. After update the live channels come only after 4 to 5 times. Error 003
