    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet #Balamalladi @Consumercourtin @PiyushGoyalOffc Will Act Fibernet make an effort to ask Appellate Officer to call me. Emails sent to Appellate Officer are not replied back. Is this the way Act Fibernet Treats Customers. Why is Customer service there? Really Shameful!!

    Dear @ACTFibernet i had a broadband connection by your company. Since the connection was very poor, i want to discontinue the service. I have lodged the request to discontinue several times. But it is not happening. Please look into it. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet No internet since morning, raised a ticket and some person came, but left without fixing or providing any valid reason. Pretty bad service!!! Complaint no : SR10265691597014 But Thanks to @reliancejio , i am able to work without any issue.
