@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

Hey @ACTFibernet There's an internet outage in my area. There been complaints lodged for a few hours. You haven't fixed the problem. No one's even called or come to take a look. You're usually better than this. Come on guys!

@ACTFibernet Ok but make sure the issue fix permanently. Because having network issue during office hours are horrible. I think some issue is with fiber cable it broke again and again. Either using old one or broken one.
