  @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

  @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

  @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   Hey @ACTFibernet it’s not been a month and we’re back with WiFi issues again. SR10181209256044 complaint has been raised but we’re trying to contact local ground level staff but no response from them. If this doesn’t resolve ASAP we’ll plan to terminate

  @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 4th july till now nobody approached me. This is how it is and I frequently called customer care and every time they say have escalated. I believe you are not interested to improve customer experience in Hyderabad.

  if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

  @airtelindia you are following the footsteps of your peer @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days of payment and everyday i have been told that it will be installed today.... Why don't you train your people properly to communicate clearly and set the right expectations to the customer...

  @ACTFibernet - Does it take 2 months to change a plan and deliver routers? You are just making false promises. The service ticket you logged is made up - I can’t find that ticket on my account. I want you to return the money I paid for the 6-month plan. #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad
