    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again and no one called up. 3 long hours disruptions in 6 days ? Cursing my self for paying advance payment for this kind of pathetic services by ACT. Can I expect quick resolution of this repeat issue? Hope, ACT leadership listening to their customers voice?

    @ACTFibernet In 45 days of having ACT fibernet, I've had no internet for 5 days.. check complaint history. Reason - no connectivity in our area Will you give refund for those 5 days?? Also internet has still not come back. Appalling service
