    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ConsumerHelp_ @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 has been pending with no proper action. The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative or providing updates. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this issue. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @ACTFibernet finally able to raise ticket SR10279946371274. They say 5g doesn't work in another room in a rented home too, now even 2g is not working

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday. We also past the resolution time provided on the ticket. There is no option to escalate. We tried the on call support but no resolution. This is impacting our work from home severely and is highly inconvenient. SR10179974943164

    I could find many others, who have also reported the same internet connection issues to the same X handle @ACTFibernet. And they were also left unresolved. This is very bad. I am switching to other service provider very soon. It is affecting my work.
