@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet takes the safest route & CLOSES tickets (even the reopened ones) related to service disconnection without any discussion. Amazing! If service connection can be smooth, disconnection must be equally simple. That's how great brands are built: great customer service.

@ACTFibernet internet is down since 4 days. No resolution inspite of several complaints. Can't afford so many days off work in a situation of work from home. I don't expect this from such a respectable fibernet company. Looking for a quick resolution.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service I ever faced. I disconnected my network on 29th MARCH and raised a request for router collection and was informed that it would be done in 7 working days but still now no technician was assigned to collect it.
