    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet i have purchased your connection 1 month back in attibele location and your service is pathetic.I have already raised 4 tickets within a month because of internet issues ,local internet service providers are providing far better service then act

    @ACTFibernet Can you please explain how you automatically resolve the service request ticket without doing anything. I have opened a number of tickets regarding the billing and speed. they just automatically closed it without action.

    @neoelemento @ACTFibernet Im experiencing the same problems with ACT. Today the internet speeds just dropped so a ridiculously slow speed and is stagnant at that rate right now. I called CS and their entire system is down but apparently that shouldn’t effect our internet? It makes no sense.
