@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. This is the second time the junction box in my house has gone down and your CC just claims it's a fiber cut. Last time they kept giving the false updates for 24 hours before I figured it's a box problem. Now the same story - SR10377246153214

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service! 6 months of intermittent disconnections, multiple tickets raised, zero resolution. Engineer promised switch replacement today, never showed up, not even answering calls. #SR10377229431954. 12 years with ACT, last year has'en the absolute worst!
