@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Internet was restored on 7-Apr-2021 4pm. Nobody bothered to give me an update on what was the issue and what your guys did to ensure that such problem does not repeat. I wish your Ticketing System provides details of problem and fix done. Since that time, all is well. 🤞
