@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet My Internet is not working again. Every 15 days there is a problem with the junction box. Raised a complaint yesterday evening and no technician is assigned yet. ACT is the worst service provider in this country.

@venkybengaluru @ACTFibernet This is a Bengaluru based company and it doesn't even know what the local culture and language mean. @ACTFibernet I guess ur PR and marketing team is as worse as ur customer service and net speeds. Shame on you. Shift ur HQ to north or chennai.
