@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

Hi @ACTFibernet I recently started using your fiber service with 150 MBPS plan, but I am actually disappointed with the service. I am getting very high latency i.e. 30 ms everytime. I am a Work From Home guy. I need at least a good latency.

@ACTFibernet It's more than 36 hrs no help still, need proper long time solution for this monthly charade when you are minting money at customer's expense else refund deposit and we can opt for other providers

@ACTFibernet When I raised complaint the local guy called me and said server is in Hyderabad and not in Ahmedabad (my place) so latency will be high and closed the ticket.
