    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet you have one of the worst customer services and engineers .. i had lodged a complaint on 12th feb ... 6 days later its still not resolved .. your engineers blamed my router which was promptly changed but the problem continued .. now they have not resolved the issue

    @ACTFibernet account no 10386777840. Paid monthly bill on 14th thro ur app UPI. Payment not reflected n raised issue on support on app. No resolution and ur call centre told it will be sorted n resolved. Service suspended today. Pathetic n poor service. Resolve immediately
