    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I logged a ticket at 8 pm this evening and was told the technical team will resolve in 4 hours. The ticket now reflect 4th may 8 PM as ERT. Can you help.

    @ACTFibernet Shared my number in private message.if you can't fix it permanently let us know here in the Twitter itself. Atleast people think twice before buying ActFiber. Everyone in our area is saying ACTFiber is not good.Packets are dropping very frequently and frequent network issues.

    I did a mistake for taking @JioCare connection instead of @ACTFibernet. Jio Fiber is pathetic with zero percent support. Their customer support is lesser than Worst
