@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@ACTFibernet This is second time in a month.. The internet service is not working for a day and there has been no response or action taken on the complaint. This is very frustrating. Kindly take appropriate action to resolve the issue at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet worst network issues. Have been using it since a year now. Connectivity issues keep repeating every time there is a moderate/ heavy rainfall in Bengaluru. Poor customer service. Decided to discontinue with the subscription.

@ACTFibernet I don't have internet connection from last 4 hours. I have raised the service request SR10265523860844 for the same 3 hours ago. Still the issue is not resolved. Kindly resolve the same, it's very urgent.
