    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet Approx for evry 2 weeks I hav been lodging the complaints. But no proper and permanent solution has been provided. Every time an agent appears aftr lodging a complaint n say that this will b the last time. But I feel like ur incapable of providing net services nymore

    @ACTFibernet I am facing the slow connectivity issue severely from the morning. Kindly look into the issue immediately. The router also should be replaced, it has six months warranty. Please connect with me over the phone immediately.

    Pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet ! VPN gets logged out after every 15 minutes after getting connected to ACT Archer C5 . Technical support does not attend the problem seriously and closes ticket on it's own . I think I made a mistake by putting my trust on ACT services.

    @ACTFibernet This is 3rd time in a week, having internet issue. Please have some commonsense & payback my LOP which was bcz of for 3days now. And call kept on hold for too Long Disgusting Service And @ACTFibernet will be responsible for the Loss if I lose my Job.
