Lakhan (@LakhanINTS) reported@ACTFibernet router ticket SR10180951795073 and internet issue ticket SR10181008706246 were closed without my permission and without resolving or attending to the issues. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.
