    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    Dear @HathwayBrdband stop torturing Ex-Customers . Your service was poor.. that's the reason for opting out and joining @ACTFibernet . Don't call daily and message often with discounted rates. We needed good rate of speed which is not available with #Hathway 🙏 தெய்வமே.. stop.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. Thank you very much. But would appreciate it if there wasn't any cause for the grievances so frequently. Response time from reporting outage has improved somewhat but can be better.

    @ACTFibernet I feel the DISadvantage. They expect me to get up and switch off and on the router20 times(if not more) a day. The most unstable WIFI service.Not worth the money charged (110000155926)

    @ACTFibernet As expected the issue reported never get resolved on time, I have been complaining that my internet is not working from yesterday and the Turn around time is being extend every hour with out any proper explanation and I have left with no alternative
