@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet In the last one month.. I hardly had internet working for 4-5 days. Outage on all the other days. Tried multiple times to reach out to customer care but no response. No estimated resolution date given as well. So reckless behavior from ACT.
