@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

I called up the @ACTFibernet customer care number yesterday in the afternoon, and then again in the night, to remind them that the work was still pending and that nothing had been done by your technician while the resolution was supposed to be between 7.30 AM and 9 AM today.

My complaint was assigned Ticket number SR10165741740924. Initially, this is what you had to say: "Your ticket SR10165741740924 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 31-Aug (DD/MM) between 07:30 to 09:00 AM. Team ACT". Do you ever mean anything you promise @ACTFibernet?

@ACTFibernet Please do. As a loyal customer, I find it disheartening when your CCs are unable to give any proper reasoning and tell me to pay up for grace period or face litigation. Like seriously? Maybe you need to relook at your CC training

@ACTFibernet The service is disrupted since early morning and since then the service is not restored. Just getting automatic reply with some timelines which are not feasible and customer care support is of no use. Kindly have the issue addressed on priority.

@ACTFibernet raised complaint yesterday that internet is not working and it is still not resolved. Every month your connection gets disconnected 3-4 times and team takes 2 days to resolve. Pls disconnect my service and refund the amount. Connect no:101572778470.

@nikhilp2208 @ACTFibernet My issue got resolved by factory resetting the router. I was facing this issue only on Android apps and not in the browser on mobile. Guess something is being cached. You can try factory reset. If you don't want reset, connect LAN cable to your PC directly and use its Hotspot.
