    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet Since airtel was having frequent outages, I took ACT 4 days back. Of that it's been out for 2 days. I mean WTF. Stop taking upfront payments if you can't provide reliable services

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My internet is down since today morning. I already registered a complaint SR 101********44. ETA is 23.10.2025 16.00 to 19.30 hrs. Why so long and what's wrong? Can't you fix this earlier than this? #Act #Internet

    I have disconnected using your app as the 7 yr old connection since nt working for 15 days and u were unable to provide service at my location still i am getting bill non payment call daily 5 times a day @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago using @reliancejio and very happy with it .

    @ACTFibernet It's a common issue nowadays; service is poor every 2-3 days. There is internet downtime. No permanent solution or fix.
