    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet USELESS (24/7) HELP and SUPPORT. If you are only active from 7.30AM -11.30PM. Make sure the internet works throughout the night. Many of us work different hours.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the quick response. Today it's all good, I'm reporting when I face the issue next time. On Tuesday it got disconnected frequently having red for internet in modem. I'll continue to monitor.

    @ACTFibernet your connection keeps disconnecting everyday midnight and next day morning it will ask me to re log in again with the credentials what a disgusting feature is that???? I@ use the same router you guys issued and it’s bad as well 2Ghz band internet doesn’t work (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team Act, I raised an issue on 26th February 2022 that my internet is not working and today I am facing the same issue. it happens in every 15-20 days I am without internet. I need a permanent solution for this...
