    @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

    @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

    @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

    @ACTFibernet WiFi is not working for 3 days and the Site engineer who works here is calling and telling not to give complaint or reopen the request and tells he will do it today tomorrow but he is not doing it at all.

    @raghavrammohan @ACTFibernet I also faced the same problem. I don't know what type of service they are providing. I will suggest you to use some other network because type of service provided by ACT is very pathetic. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service! from the ACT customer team.I applied for a new connection more than a week ago and have been following every single day since then to get the connection. I even visited the ACT office and the issue is still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet #SR10233369611772, Service request acknowledgement message says, expected to resolve by 12/10/2019 9:00 PM. Nothing happened yet. Your switch that provides the connection to my home is off for the past two days. In my router, it showing wan port unplugged.

    @ACTFibernet you just lost a probable customer, i proactively called for your services and the executive is not able to come and complete subscription from 4 days in Vidyaranyapura Bangalore, i can now judge the low service levels i could have faced if i had subscribed...

    @ACTFibernet I am not getting internet connectivity from past 7 days, i am repeatedly complaining this to ur customer service team, and they are simply closing the ticket and telling our technician has resolved this issue. But still that issue is not resolved. Can i get reply
