@Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

@ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

@ACTFibernet This was really an aweful experience. ACT took 24 hours to resume my internet services. It was a week day and a lot of my work has been hampered. I will asvise to all ACT users to switch to other ISPs if you are looking for a better service. Pathetic ACT

@ACTFibernet I called customer care 14 times since yesterday morning , the response what you have typed is the same response I get from them, every time they tell they are escalating it, can I know if 14 escalations are not sufficient? I am ready to escalate 100 times..this is ridiculous
