  @ACTFibernet I had to call on my own multiple times to get this 'resolved'. Separate call to get my account reactivated, another call to get them to change my plan and now waiting for 48hours to receive internet! You guys are wayyy too slow!

  @Abzalk3 @ACTFibernet Yep! Had to pay an additional 1k to get my plan reactivated. The rudest customer care executives I've ever talked to. But, not in blr now and don't have time to change provider so, sticking with this for now.

  @ACTFibernet Not needed. Already resumed the plan, will have to tolerate you guys for another 6+1 months. Paid an additional 1k just to get service back.

  @ACTFibernet Don’t send this default templates provide proper information of what is going on and why is it taking so much time to fix to have an better understanding of why its taking so much time. You app doesn’t give any proper information of the what is happening with the ticket.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

  Your technician Kamal acknowledged the junction box is old and promised a replacement with a proper battery backup within 2 days. Now he is ghosting my calls. Fix your infrastructure and replace the box immediately! @ACTFibernet (3/3)

  @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot.   @ACTFibernet Hi Team,It's been 24hours now, still my internet is down and for my entire area, No response from CSR and the field engineer number is switched off. The SO CALLED MANAGER GAVE HIS NUMBER FOR ANY ISSUES was very rude on the call yesterday and now not even responding.
