    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service. My internet has been down since 19th June. Despite multiple complaints (Ticket ID: SR11075929222634), there’s no resolution—just daily extensions. This has impacted my work badly. Not recommending your service . #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I recently renewed my plan for 6 months. Now I am facing internet not working issues frequently at location PIN 501510. If you can't provide un interrupt services, refund my money. I will chose other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet There was no internet for more than 6 days as the neighbour removed the connection from the box I have raised multiple complaints but there is no response from ur team. As a result I'm planning to remove @ACTFibernet n going for other network . Thank you

    @ACTFibernet Guess what, you wont even care to resolve it by today either,your service has gotten so poor i cant even comprehend,regular outages,speed of50mbps while i pay for 200mbps,no response when complaining,no compliance @ACTFibernet #actfibernet
