@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet pathetic, worst and disgusting experience. Issue is not resolved even after escalating it to nodal officer. They give a timeline and extend it. Stay grounded when you are growing big. Worst customer service will bring business down. RIP ACT

@ACTFibernet company pays around 60 rupees to customer for keeping the box. And the technicians would be coming to customers house any time if there is a problem with any of the connections.

@ACTFibernet sir ticket no SR10363753399554 is being closed repeatedly without attending. For the past 3weeks internet is not functioning.I paid Rs 2200 for direct fiber, but the technicians are not responding. so Take action to restore the internet service ASAP. Ph:9443264089
