    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ksblvizag @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely. The call center is playing games too. They have no clue as to what the issue is and when it is supposed to be resolved. When asked for the supervisor, they transfer the call and disconnect it after a min of holding. The worst service ever.

    @ACTFibernet Thankyou so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 You have been checking the issue and resolution from last days while I raised complaint before 20 days superb. First answer why did you issues bill when fault is in your side. Monthly 582rs why did charged 1045rs Need immediate assistance about the bill.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from ACT in Vizag. We have been without internet since 3rd April 2021. The call centers personnel have no clue of the status of the issue or the ETA. They just provide some random ETA and status.
