@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet & the height of unprofessionalism is when ACT app will just generate a ticket number without resolving the problem. Pathetic. 'Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10163668209124. Our team is looking into it & will get back to you shortly'

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 27th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
