    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the best ever worst service. Since 4 days you people have failed in providing a consistent service person to reconnect my WiFi. For 2 days we have been recharging extra data packs for work purposes and we have to pay your monthly bill also

    @ACTFibernet It's a routine for me now Every week I will do one thing Just Wake up in the morning and raise a ticket and come and tweet here without even checking the internet. As I'm sure that my internet will have same problem everytime as the way of service provided by you.

    @ACTFibernet SR10265505581284 no internet since yesterday morning 11. Been more than 24 hours @ the internet is still not working. What kind of service is this. More than 10 members using the same provider from my apt and surrounding area has raised individual complaints still issue not fixed
