@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet such a bad service! Reviewing after paying n waiting for over 3 days now. Paid for the installation, documents submitted and they told me they would install the device by evening. And three days passed by. Now they don’t respond my calls and I can’t expect a refund.

@ACTFibernet Worst case, while asking for a workaround to fix, ur cust suprt exec is giving wrong info that the balance on the accnt will be carried fwd on pro-rate basis and adjusted on the modem purchase. Now from billing department that is refused.

@ACTFibernet if the customers pay the bill amount a day later then we are penalised with fine, and the internet stops working on the clock, but there is no SLA on resolution, or prompt response, and the customer has to pay for non working internet.
