    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    So @ACTFibernet has been down since yesterday and @Airtel_Presence went down now. So 2 broadbands down and now @reliancejio hotspot is helping me work. How many Wifi connections should one have as backup 😒

    @ChaitanyaKiran8 @ACTFibernet Yes 🤦 If this happens one in six months means thats okay but only one 10th nov this happened and they fixed the issue on 13th now again it happens also they will charge 1200 per month 😭 Should shift to Jio or hathway soon

    It’s very frustrating experience @ACTFibernet It’s more than 2 days that the services of 110360878483 are suspended just there is confusion and no means to reach out to support. Are these the standards set for those who pay you in advance for the year services. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet .@ACTFibernet The only good thing you guys can do for now is discontinue my internet service, and give me my refund back. I would not like to continue my broadband service with you guys anymore. I am done with the outages!!
