@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet i had an connection from your service since 2013 , recently my house is being renovated for which i had disconnected your service , and your service guys removed my connection promptly leaving your hub at my residence utilising my power disconnecting my line.

.@ACTFibernet Our internet went down since the heavy storm in #DelhiRains. Possibly the ACT cables that bring in the ethernet were also damaged. I raised an issue on the ACT app and was given a time till 4 pm today. No technician came but got a msg that issue resolved. It didn't
