    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet i have complained twice for my speed issue. I have taken a 75mbs plan from beginning. First solution was i need to upgrade my modem coz it supports only 30mbs. Second time they said only using cable i get 75mbs. My speed has been only 20mbs maximum. Worse isn’t?

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection has been down for more than 15+ hours, & despite raising a complaint through ticket number SR10967392115504, the problem remains unresolved. As a customer of a reputable company like urs, I never expected such incompetence and lack of concern.@SandyMohanG

    @ACTFibernet why this is happening in your network . When we ask for the shifting you ask it’s not possible because shifting cost is less but the new connection cost is more u make more money of it . Ok then when we say give the connection you people say 1st you have to pay

    @ACTFibernet Ask them to fix router problem by installing new one instead of old one. With in 20 days , am arising 8th complaint on internet connection slowness. Still how many days or years required to fix the issue. Need immediate and permanent solution on priority basis
