    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet You provided the engineer number for the concat and he is not responding at all and there is no support from customer care as well. Where do I get information??? Will customer be silent till as long as you fix? Is this the process!!

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet from the past 4 days.I know there was a broader issue.But 4 days down time is too much.Other isps restored quicklMy WFH impacted hugely due to this.Customer care is useless.please restore or else I 'll switch to another network.

    @ACTFibernet If this is urgent thn what is slow in your definition. It does not take 5 days to restore internet. Airtel already restored internet within 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet its been 5 days. Daily ETR is changing. I have raised complaint on App and here on twitter. Still no use. No answer from any officials. Jio and Airtel and even BSNL are functioning within 24 hours. If u can't provide services today we shall move on to other .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No technician has shown up, your call center still gives false answers, it has been 4-5 days now, no resolution in sight.. are you guys even intend to provide services going forward or simply go on with scripted responses like: backend team, 72 hrs & so on..

    @ACTFibernet issue not resolved yet SR11076775598574, more than 24hrs time gone. No help from customer care and area technicians so far. The urgency you guys show while selling the connection pls do the same during issue resolution

    @phonesephoto @ACTFibernet Same problem. ISPs have flouted rules and let their cables hang. So the govt has cut all the cables. We suffer because of the ineptitude of companies.
