@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet My account phone number 8801313102, I have switched to new house and I raised a ticket for house shifting 5 days ago and spoken with 25-30 calls and they gave all false information and they are inpatient on call and disconnected the call on my face waste service.

How many SR's should i need to raise @ACTFibernet for the power backup issue? Not more than 15 minutes i get internet if the power goes off. Why can't you provide the fibernet cables direct to individual houses rather providing with single jn box just like jio or airtel fibernet?
