    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet around 9:30 am today the technician finally called informed thaf the issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Its been more than 3 hrs and resolved. Not sure whats wrong with ACT these days. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and never faced such issues.

    @ACTFibernet All I am asking is to get a call from Tech team working on the issue and still there is no follow up, glad you guys stick to your New Policies "DON'T SHARE UPDATE WITH USER".

    @ACTFibernet my technical complaint registered yesterday is still open and no action is taken on the same .The update provided by the technical team is completely false and mis-leading . The ETR gets changed on its own Account No 102701449171

    @ACTFibernet it been 19 hours no update yet on the status of the ticket . Customer care has no information . The escalation desk calls and disappears without any update .

    Call center guys are themselves asking to cancel and go with @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia .. Jio will soon be gone from market . I have never seen such pathetic customer service from a so called industrial conglomerate.
