    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your technician repeatedly to help in extending my internet connection to first floor.. he is just bluffing and not addressing the issue of extending my internet connection to first floor… its been close to 4 days now he is not picking up my call.

    @ACTFibernet service request number SR10759229180472.There is no proper reply from your end facing the issue from yesterday night my entire day got sucks without working due to act internet while connecting to your customer service executive they even not listening verypathetic
