@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet I’m an employee and working from home, what is the point of paying for internet which works not more than less than 10 days a month. The worst part is I have paid for 1 year package and can’t even get out of it now. I wish I had a chance to switch network.

@ACTFibernet Yes the internet service has been restored after 2 complaints over past 2 days. Request once again to advise your Visakh office to repair the problem permanently. They are always doing temporary quick fix and hence we are facing problem every month. Trust your intervention helps

@ACTFibernet Let me know if you want more than one month time to fix the issue. It has been more than one month and you failed to fix the issue. While calling ur engineers,they are suggesting to use laptop with LAN cable for one to two days than only we can help you..
