    @ACTFibernet 4 my new installation, took a 6 months plan and paid also. Before that, was getting 15 calls and after the payment, no one even bothers to install. Got a call from 8792924903, had to cancel all plans and come home and now he is not reachable

    @ACTFibernet This has been resolved, it took kore rhan expected time for your team to resolve. Not a great service from a metro politan city perspective. Will get more support in my village. Will rate at 1 out of 5

    @ACTFibernet Extremely bad customer service , have paid the money for new connection for the last 5 days now, still the installation is not done , would not recommend to anyone its better to go with other service providers. Extremely poor service

    @ACTFibernet Your service is not good. We have raised a complaint over one week ago and there is no solution yet. Your call center doesn't answer calls despite 30 attempts. Looting my money. I've paid for 3 months in advance. I want a refund
