@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

Worst feedback I am sharing to Omkar for his work/attention/attitude. Is really no one ready to take the call during this 40 mins? Or didn't transfer it?

@ACTFibernet I have deep respect for Customer service people, but your customer support keeps disconnecting my call, I am talking very politely with them but still this keeps happening, I have to call 5 times just to get a simple bill fixed. Horrible!

@ACTFibernet on call with customer care team & saying @ACTFibernet has discontinued Netflix from value added services. If so, why don't share the same information a week back when I raised the issue? No one is ready to solve the issue but suspension/payment follow ups are at most priority.
