@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet Kindly start your service in Kolkata. People are saturated with one of the worst network called Alliance. Everyone one wanting for a standard, customer friendly, fast WiFi network. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet It’s not important to contact me. Resume the internet connection immediately. Updated bill can be created later on. However it’s 65 days + 7 days(Internet outage) + 600 power discount to be deducted from the bill. Forward this to the team
