    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    Again the internet is not working @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TRAI .Not even 48hours have passed still facing same issue .If you can't provide a good service then don't make bloody promises .Worst service in whole world.this week itself there was no internet for 50 hrs.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Today the technician named Kannan calls me and tells me I need to pay Rs 650 for reconnection, OR I have to take a new connection. When asked for reconnection, he says there will be problems with reconnection, better take new connection.

    @ACTFibernet i raised a request at 10:30 yesterday for internet not working. When i called after a few hours i was assured a person was working on it but at 6pm a person called to ask about my problem saying that he was just assigned and then stopped picking my calls
