@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

It's been three months since i started using #JioFiber and I realised that @ACTFibernet is much better, the speed on #JioFiber is very uneven on regular basis and customer support @JioCare is clueless, will discontinue it

@ACTFibernet Is there any update on when the device will be recovered. I'm literally frustrated. If u dont get the person to recover device by today, I swear I will sell it or won't return at all😡😡. Ur one of the WORST ISP I've ever seen in my life. "Hathway" is far better than u.

I had one of the worst experiences in getting a WiFi connection through @ACTFibernet recently. After confirming multiple times from them whether their services were available in my area, I got a reply from them after making the payment that they won’t be able to do so.

@ACTFibernet I have transferred ~11k advance for 6 months through an agent named Mosamil on 4th Oct. He promised connection within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours. Noone contacted me and I have tried to contact customer care atleast 15 times. Could you please refund my amount?

@ACTFibernet She would have tweeted using her mobile data. @ACTFibernet instead focusing on this marketing provide good service 2 ur existing happy customers, we will do the rest. No internet for 8 hrs and no fix so far.
