    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Do not do it. It is the worst. They take advance payments so customers can keep on running. If the internet works for 1 day out of 30, feel blessed.

    @ACTFibernet Did not receive a call from anyone till now. The local technician and some supervisor aren’t answering my calls since yesterday. Customer care has been ‘escalating’ this issue everyday but no response. Waiting for this torture to finish soon.
