    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my service is disconnected today and I have no update on the refund for the amount of Rs.945 that I paid on April 2nd. I have been not using internet all these days and asked to disconnect the service. Today internet is disconnected. I request for immediate refund

    @ACTFibernet Even when the issue is as clear as anything, even after ~12 hrs they have not done anything. Pathetic service. I have been assured multiple times to get a call from technician and backend team yet nobody called.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @jagograhakjago Please review this thread. Act Fibernet charged me ₹3500 on 6th April, however they refuse to service. It’s mentally harassing. I’m unable to WFH and this is a serious violation of basic consumer rights. Please help!
