    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I paid huge amount for high speed internet but the speed less than what’s mentioned on my plan. They confirmed there is an issue. But why do I pay extra amount for high speed when it’s not even provided. Once my current plan gets over, I am never going to use ACT again

    @ACTFibernet I really don't know how serious are you about customers, they told they will solve my issue and did not respond back. Such a poor customer service. I wanna get rid of the setup box on my building having 9 connections. Painful customer experience
