    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Promised me something provided some different solution... I have the call recordings of my full bill being waived off you can't cheat me in this way by waiving off only mere 800 from 2k @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet 2/n Now I keep following up for the refund of 5806 Rs. Emails are sent to everyone including nodal and appellate authorities but of no use. You guys keep pushing without initiating the refund process. What's wrong with your customer support?

    @ACTFibernet Multiple factors known only to service provider. Service provider expects service receiver to be an expert. Service engineer calls on Sunday morning and says will come in one hour. Then closes complaint simply saying customer problem.

    @ACTFibernet very pathetic service. Plan given for 400 mbps. Router given for 100 mbps by ACT. If service requested, technician closes complaint saying customer device problem. Not once but 5 times.

    @ACTFibernet My account has been suspended. I had taken a 3 month plan on 27 Aug and billed Rs212 in november. I had requested for service disconnection on November 26 and it was agreed that I wont face any service disruption and the bill due would be adjusted in 3 plan.
