If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet. Does the client have any remedy ? Problem is due to ACT providing broadband through cables hung from EB poles, Trees enroute and Likes . They get snapped

The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.
