    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer support! Following up since 3rd of Jan 2022 and till date you are issuing tickets and without resolving closing and , lack of coordination between back office/ app developers/ feild executives. Your IVR needs to be upgraded. FAQ s don't help

    @ACTFibernet why don’t you do anything about your internet service, everytime there is no internet and this is impacting my work as people are still working from home like me. Since the time I got act connection there is not a single month which went without any disruptions.

    @ACTFibernet hello it's been 12 days since my connection cancellation request raised...SR10163819519334 may I know why it is taking so long just for Such simple thing. I even got call from disconnection team and i clearly confirmed to cancel.Still no action after repeated emails.

    @ACTFibernet I am so unhappy with the kind of service you provide, every time there is no internet, why don’t you have a better quality products of wiring in place, this is impacting my work. I guess it was biggest mistake to have ACT in the first place.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since yesterday evening around 6 pm. ST number is SR10263900535174. I have raised multiple trouble tickets How do expect people to work with this type of terrible service.
