    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet I purchased a 75mpbs plan effective 1st May. I was told I'll get a ~75mbps speed, but I get only ~25-30mbps speed. Ur service team told me the router given will support only 30mbps. Why was I lied to when I purchased the connection. You cheated me ID 102646803978

    @JioCare I am not disappointed, i have plenty of choices, but trusted @ACTFibernet but service has deteriorated, 8 complaints in last 30 days (No Internet). They need to return my balance amount and I am happy to move on. Period.
