@ACTFibernet I was suppose to get my refund on July 30th and its Aug 20th no one responses on mail or non of them call me back aft my complaint. Really frustrated by your financial dept. Are u really fraud? If I don't get my money in a day I'm gonna file a complaint for sure.

Now I've opened another ticket - SR10265665883984, the person who came yesterday, first of all came very late i.e at 8:30 pm and just looked around and said we'll do it tomorrow and closed the ******* ticket. Is this the resolution you give @ACTFibernet Is this how you resolve?

@ACTFibernet it’s been seven days & still no response from your company after taking the payment for new connection.. Big mistake opting for your service will not recommend anyone or urge everyone not to go for @ACTFibernet broadband services..
