    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet It was not an issue to resolve. I got a bitter experience with ur executive, because of ACT's policy. I will not blame UR ground level employees. It is due to UR management is putting lots of pressure on them to take unethical steps or words with customers.

    @ACTFibernet worst ISP when the internet goes it never comes before 3 days and after many complaints and the joke is that no one responds
