@ACTFibernet Poor resolution of complaint. Placed complaint at 5.30 pm. Message says will be resolved by 9 pm. Second message says next day 1 pm...when everyone else doctors, nurses, lift technicians BSES is working 24x7 to fix things asap, internet goes out without resolution

@ACTFibernet I am very much disappointed with ACTFibernet, Internet connection not working properly. After a huge struggle I got the connection and now it's not working as expected. I want to disconnect it, requesting you to please revert back my money. I am requesting @TRAI to look into it.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD no internet service from past 5 hours. Raised a ticket and in reply I got it's going to take 24 hrs to resolve. To restore connection can't u send ur tech to verify why 24hrs for that. U need to upgrade on ur services.
