@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet contact GAURAV from the disconnection team, he is aware of the issue & he is the one who advised me that it will be done automatically once the December 2022 month will end but when it did not happen so I had to raise a new ticket in January 2023. I DO NOT OWE ACT A SINGLE PENNY.

@ACTFibernet , I received a legal notice to pay my dues. I reached out to customer service to discontinue the service due to poor experience but they took long time to disconnect and now I am being charged because of them. Please assist as my queries are not being answered.

@ACTFibernet yesterday i registered complaint on internet not working. still the issue is not solved. i am very disappointed on your service. very very long time to take resolve the problems. if my issue was not solved in today. definitely i will quit @ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet I'm glad i referred my friends not to go for Act services. There is never a single week without issue and no immediate response by support. Its been 2 months since I took new connection and suffered alot, even today same issue. Better to go for Airtel or Jio

@chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet again we are facing problem either with no connectivity to internet or slow speed. We already lost 8 days without connectivity in Dec 22 and now it is started again. ticket SR10366736337914 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 04-Jan. Pathetic.
