Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

rahul thakur (@rahulthakur000) reported@ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

If I am trying to connect to customer care service it takes 30 mins to connect to an agent. Your chat system is not that extensive. How do you expect your customer to connect with you ?
