    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 4 last 3 days ur team is escalating my issue to concern team but no action, every day it's assured to me that devce will be picked. What's the point of escalating when ders no action. And I have to wait on call for an hr to connect to supervisor.

    @ACTFibernet your donkeys( technicians) shout at customers without understanding issue. Beg that issues be not raised in the app. You make customers wait the queue for 20-30 mins to talk to other donkeys(customer support). Instead of this beg for money, I will drop monthly cheque
