    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic experience trying to disconnect account. No proper IVR options, have to reach a human through some other option. They take your details and transfer to a very rude "disconnection department" who ask the same details again. No wonder they're losing customers

    @ACTFibernet @rohitreddy88 And now there is no response from either the @ACTFibernet team, or the technician. The customer care asked for 'one last chance', and of course, that also went down the drain.

    @ACTFibernet today technician tells us that the router is faulty and that we have to pay for a new router as 6months have passed, we are not falling for this scam...we have not had any issue with Airtel and we are shifting all business...God Bless ! With this kind of bad service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your service is horrible. The field engineer who's meant to resolve issue is closing the complaints without actually resolving it. Pathetic service!
