    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACT @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's becoming worst network day by day I am unable to use connection because of connectivity issues from past 1day and I am unable to raise the ticket from application nor I am unable to call to customer care. Is anything done here to customers.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no online option to downgrade a plan when you have an option to upgrade it through app. Can you please justify? Does it make any sense? Just to loot a few higher bucks in the name of service?
