    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet I'm feeling your plan are expensive. I think you should reduce the cost to retain the customer and who requires 3300 GB i have never crossed 1000GB. I'm planning to switch over now I have 75mpbs basic plan which cost 968+GST included. I'm planning to cherrinet or jio

    @balamalladi @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Still the saga of Pathetic services continued. Net was restored for a few hours to help u say that net has started. Since then again not working. Bala sir, do you have any command over your company employees or they enjoy free pay

    @arunbothra @ACTFibernet - they've got a useless chatbot which we are put through to in order to raise a complaint. The bot is of no use except for wasting your time before being able to raise a complaint.

    @ACTFibernet shifted to new apartment in April, due to non availability of network in new location was not able to use my broadband connection. Now getting bill for non usage period. Please help me in this case.
