    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too

    Hey @ACTFibernet, Iโ€™m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. Iโ€™ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Wifi not working, blue light shows up since 36 hours Raised ticket, spoke 3 times on CC waited 30 min each time to connect to an agent, still no use Waited all day for technician to fix it Please help out, didnโ€™t expect such pathetic service SR10180978587984

    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2โ€“3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet +change mybplan from 400mbps mesh to 150mbps mesh. Yesterday yiur helpline asked me to pay pro-rata for 400mbps upto yesterday and 1100/- which and paid. After payment of over RS.7500/- today you suspended my internet. You are total frauds. I am filing a police complaint
