@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet I hope you are not a bot responding on behalf of ACT. As far as I can make out, your service people are dead. For transfer ticket of my connection, your support is taking more than 10 days and still sleeping, and we are supposed to work from home based on your service.

@ACTFibernet Its one thing for the internet services to be down, but if ACT customer care hangs up the call midway whenever a status update on the issue is requested, its really disappointing. Its been less than a month since I've subscribed to ACT, and ur services are terrible.

@ACTFibernet My ACT connection with Customer ID 102003553454 is NOT FUNCTIONAL since this morning (16th Jan 2021). Since FOUR of us are completely dependent on ACT for completing our professional responsibilities,I request that ACT Fibernet repairs my ACT WiFi IMMEDIATELY.THANKS!
