@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet Hi, please see my direct message on my open case SR10375884906550. My internet is disconnected for non-payment even though I have cleared all the dues after making a request to reconnect. PLEASE RESTORE CONNECTION WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Very poor customer support.
