    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Since airtel was having frequent outages, I took ACT 4 days back. Of that it's been out for 2 days. I mean WTF. Stop taking upfront payments if you can't provide reliable services

    @ACTFibernet registered number 9176616816. Internet down from noon. No response from callcentre. Multiple tats and now tat moved to tommorow. Listen to call recordings when asked for supervisor I was denied. I have dropped a note to your CEO Srinivas too
