@ACTFibernet the worst customer service and worst customer experience. They don’t #value clients. They want their subscription amount after that whether you have problem or don’t they don’t care. You complain but no action is taken even after repeated mails and calls.

@ACTFibernet Trying to shift my connection for the past 10 days. Every time I raise a complaint a representative calls, promises to do the job in a day and just vanish. No updates after that. They all call from a spam number which fails to connect if we give a callback.

@ACTFibernet worst customer service. 100s of calls to customer care & escalations, there is no resolution. Everytime a new guy picks and confirms it'll be taken care of but suddenly right in the middle of a work day my wifi is disconnected with no intimation.

@JioCare @reliancejio Thanks for letting us know that you can't take up new customers. Even after 6 auto reschedule of appointments from Jio, internet installation did not happen (No. 8035835543). Wondering how future service will be. @ACTFibernet atleast won't let me down
