    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Kindly start your service in Kolkata. People are saturated with one of the worst network called Alliance. Everyone one wanting for a standard, customer friendly, fast WiFi network. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet Weekly outage due to wire tampering at junction box. No action taken despite repeated complaints. Today: 12:30 AM complaint, no visit till 2 PM. SR11079930861814 Fix permanently or I escalate to TRAI.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not fixed. No status update.. nothing happened. I even emailed to nodal officer and he also seemed to be sleeping on this critical issue. No response from anyone. Disgusting service by @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.

    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment.
