  @ACTFibernet the service have become from bad to worst in recent times. I renewed my plan last month and there were frequent disconnections in less than a month. Worst part, it takes more than 48 hours to fix the same. I’m with ACT for more than 10 years but it’s time to say bye.

  @ACTFibernet , My Ticket number is SR10176242169544. Due to my internet connectivity issue I reached out to the customer care more than 10 times. Every time instead of resolution they give assurance and change the ETA. Really frustrated with this pathetic service @ACTFibernetHYD
