@ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

@neoelemento @ACTFibernet Im experiencing the same problems with ACT. Today the internet speeds just dropped so a ridiculously slow speed and is stagnant at that rate right now. I called CS and their entire system is down but apparently that shouldn’t effect our internet? It makes no sense.
