    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since 12 hours now, I have not received the ETR yet. Registered the complaint, telephoned the customer care as well. I don't see any progress. Frustrating as a customer. I am a subscriber of your 6 month plan. ACT please act immediately.

    @ACTFibernet You people are cheating your customer. You are charging money without giving even connection. First pay the advance then you have not provided the connection but start charging the fee. It has been more than 2 months and still you are not ready to give the refund.

    The service of act fiber is not at all good at my location. We are obsessed with raising complaint tickets every month. The service takes at least one day. Those who are doing work from home are facing a lot of problems.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Yes. I would look forward to that. I have been your customer for 5 years and, EVERY SINGLE RENEWAL, I have to message, call up, make noises & I am given that credit with a promise that, next time onward, it will be done automatically and you don't have to remind us. But no change
