    @ACTFibernet hello team, My internet is down from yesterday evening. I tried to connect with you over call but after 10 minutes the call is disconnecting automatically. Waiting for such a long time and not able to share the problem faced doesn't resolve my issue.

    @khannasair2200 @ACTFibernet Extremely annoying and frustrating to follow up with @ACTFibernet. My complaint is pending from 14th Apr SR10255221018190 and there is no sense of ownership and responsibility. The committed timeline is also crossed however the compliant is still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet What a sheer ignorance in terms of onboarding. Took my money but have not installed the connection for last three days. Continuously connecting to customer care, area manager but still no response.
