    @ACTFibernet I am experiencing very worst perfomance when giving the correct information from your side. Now I enquired to customer care about the same issue they are not responding to me and they just hung up on my calls. Is this your service to the customers? @ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet There is junction box placed at my residence since 2017 and there is no compensation for the power usage from past 4.5 years … There is no option in the app to raise a complaint for the removal of the junction box.

    Hey @ACTFibernet I've raised ACT Fibernet disconnection request on 2ndNov RefNo SR10163388304494,I got call on 7th Nov engineer was rude and disconnecting my calls, they closed request twice (I reopened)stating I've changed my decision to continue service which I never agreed.

    Hi guys see here is the worst network in India @ACTFibernet Every month I'm getting network issue. I requested to change my net cable from present junction box to other junction box one month back. Because of your guys I got escalation. " Now facing network issue" night shift😡

    @ACTFibernet Well it's been open for more than an hour.. You guys should have some resolution by now I tried changing routers and using just the LAN cable as well I end up getting DNS or DHCP errors
