  @ACTFibernet Still the problem is not solved, you guys seriously taking care of your customer. It's been almost 48 hours but still there is no solution. With due all @ACTFibernet customers should move to another telecom service

  @ACTFibernet worst service standards. Complained fr a small internet connectivity issue and even after 16 hours no one came. Is the entire city has only one technician? And ivr call centre is the worst and disastrous system. No way you people were customer service oriented

  @ACTFibernet Since 2 to Day the same reply 48 hours, you are not waiting for payment for an hour, but we have stop our office activities because of your cheap Service which is still not solved since 5 days @DoT_India kindly Take against this Company for not taking care of customers needs

  ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

  @reliancejio is the worst either in mobile or fiber. No response even if you visit a store. From past 48hrs my wifi is not working and cables are damaged due to rain. Rain stopped 36hrs ago and still no one to repair it. @ACTFibernet resolved within hours for my other connection

  @ACTFibernet I don’t want “24-48 hours, extensive damage, team is on-site” bs. I want a new engineer assigned and for this to be fixed today.
