    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet the issue is not resolved. I'm still facing the same issue. Literally it's been a year and you guys are unable to solve one fluctuations issue. Damn im paying and still I'm unable to receive the services. Literally just check why I'M unable to use AWS properly.

    @ACTFibernet Raised a service request SR10166656642392 to upgrade my internet connection. Your rep promised to revert back in 24hrs, but no one yet has reached out to me. Thank you for making your intentions clear & proving your inability to serve customers when needed.

    @ACTFibernet This fluctuations stopped only for 2 or 3 days and then the same issue. I didn't receive any call back that you promised in personal chat, can you please tell me why?? Making fake commitments, also please have a look on your back end team who don't give a damn about customers.
