Dear all whoever is seeing this @ACTFibernet I have reported an internet breakdown 3 1/2 days back, None of the customer support team is capable of solving the issue or rectifying the issue. I have called them almost 30 times customer care. Ticket details: No:SR10259877462812

@ACTFibernet Check the call record when I tried to reach customer care on 17th July and when Customer care clearly told me there won't be extra charges... I want the wave off for the reconnection that is added on the bill.
