    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with the connection. Since the past 3 days frequently the net is getting disconnected and you are sending novice engineers who blame routers for poor connectivity or wires or some other pathetic excuses. If you cannot provide a connection, mention it.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 UNRELIABLE, worst internet service, I am facing 2-3 days of internet loss every week. Unfortunately i have just paid for 6 months and now i want a refund or i am going to consumer forum court. UNRELIABLE. Ticket SR10163355434154. Problem repeats again and again.

    @ACTFibernet below is the message I received from ACT support on whatsapp yesterday - Your request SR10263364655414 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/30/2021 10:00:00 AM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED YET!!

    @ACTFibernet I hv spoken with Dharamaraj and Ramprasad frm Bellandur Service team , yet upon multiple follow ups they ignore the service or call!! I dont mind sharign the call logs, text and their numbers here !! Will you ever resolve the issues!! @airtelindia will ur serv be better???
