  MY bad experience about ACT Fibernet @ACTFibernet. In the first place, I request everyone not use their service because this company policies are against customer. Their refund policies are against Consumer Protection Act, 2019.I request @TRAI to take action on this fraud company

  @ACTFibernet this is a dense mf company. I got a disconnection done and they said they only owe me 1400 for 3 months of pending service? Well I paid much higher for 3 months. And its been a month and I haven’t received my refund yet. How long should I wait? Or would I not get it?

  @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

  @ACTFibernet what’s the problem with your network? More than 10 complaints within a week and still the same issue. What kind of pathetic service you are providing? Giving free one month is of no use, if you cant provide seamless internet for one month
