  @ACTFibernet When will they call? I can't keep waiting for hours/days. Or fix your IVR instead of cutting off customers who want to talk to a person instead of a robot.

  @ACTFibernet pathetic support from you guys. My connection was disconnected in April end it's 2 months so far no refund initiated. Ticket open since 28th April for router recovery and nobody contacted.
