    @ACTFibernet what’s the problem with your network? More than 10 complaints within a week and still the same issue. What kind of pathetic service you are providing? Giving free one month is of no use, if you cant provide seamless internet for one month

    @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

    Worst customer service I have seen so far.. Multiple follow ups, mails, raising tickets through calls. But no solution. @ACTFibernet

    @arunbothra @ACTFibernet @SwiggyCares Both are slow in customer care services. First one could not process a request for relocation for 10 days, eventually had to switch to other connection and second one did not returned my money and it's been an year.
