  @ACTFibernet I haven’t been able to access the internet since morning, and the contact numbers listed on websites are all out of service. The automated bot only creates tickets that never actually resolve the issue—completely useless...

  @ACTFibernet My internet is down (SR10179693934304) since mrng and no one is working on it (tech team, spport team and even Nodal). I m cheated by ur sales person. I was told that there is a sprte tech team for my society and that tickets r hndld by that team so tckts r fxd fstr.

  @ACTFibernet Whom we can reach? Nobody is available to resolve this issue - No internet. Your customer care is ****, not at all useful to resolve issues. The issue never gets resolved on the very first complaint. Customers need to chase the CC to get the issue resolved.

  Very pathetic service provided by @ACTFibernet When you can't provide service to your customer then why do you sell your product as hyped? Better is @jio_fiber then @ACTFibernet .
