@JioCare Fiber cut has been observed from more than 48 Hrs, twice mailed to customer care, your ******* service engeer is not picking up the calls. Working from home without internet, do you even imagine, how hectic is your service? @ACTFibernet Please contact at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet Yes , the issue resolved. But, your service not up to the mark . You need to change a lot especially the way customer service people responding to customer. They just put the call on hold to check the issue and the call will be ended after some time.

@ACTFibernet No, it hasn't been resolved. My ask was to get me a refund given your services are getting interrupted every week and I don't want to continue with you guys but your customer service team tells me that's not possible.
