@ACTFibernet I just talked to customer care and asked about the ticket status since mentioned resolution time is 7pm. The reply from the them " it's just a expected time , we are not sure if problem will be solved in time frame. DISGUSTING is a small word for your service

@ACTFibernet This is the second time internet is not working with in a week. Such a poor service even though u charge premium compared to jio, airtel. Well,seems like its time to switch.

Yes, I do agree that connectivity is an issue across many parts, but I don't believe people would be queuing up to pay Rs 84000 a year for connectivity in numbers that make it profitable to operate.

@ACTFibernet Most pathetic service. It's been 4 months since I've put in a request for a new router. Yet to recieve any call backs from you guys. Despite calling customer service 50+ times during these 4 months.
