    @ACTFibernet “Your ticket SR10263629842334 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/7 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT” I didn’t get any resolution yet. Please help to fix this.

    @ACTFibernet No update till now...its been 3rd day no net @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet very careless customer service, no one lifting our calls and also blocked our numbers.. Worst Experience

    Worst experience with act Fibernet. I am using it with two accounts with 75mbps speed but I have never seen more than 10-15mbps speed in two areas. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet Why are you making false promises and keeping consumers in dark. When you cannot provide uninterrupted services,dont accept subscriptions. I have not seen such a poor service from a service provider.

    @ACTFibernet I dunno why your service is so pathetic. Every now and then the broadband is down and it takes ages to get fixed. As a result our work gets impacted. Highly unprofessional

    @ACTFibernet @jaagograhakjago ....And, he was saying that wait for 24hrs for it to get resolved...so, a complaint of 28Nov(originally 21Nov) which cudnt b resolved by 07Dec(today) is fine with ACT FIBRENET ? As per him the latest bill of Rs 422.30 is for the payment of internet from 21Nov 30Nov21?

    @ACTFibernet I took the connection for 3 months Swift plan with free router. At the time of booking,you guys promised the router will support 75Mbps.I raised a complaint,after facing poor speed now your engineer is saying router will support only 40Mbps. Cheated!

    @ACTFibernet received msg saying my RMN has been changed to some X no by ACT. I haven't placed any request for it and changed number is not mine. Hackers play at ACT or internal systems rogue act? Compromised customer info?
