    @ACTFibernet Since I took the connection 3 months ago, I've been facing internet disconnectivity issues every 2-3 days. 3 days ago, the router even stopped connecting to the internet, but the internet works when WAN cable is connected directly to the computer....

    This is definately bad @ACTFibernet ! I rasie a ticket before hand so you guys will have time to help me! But you guys do not have the basic courtesy to call me and check on the issue! Everytime I call you are just telling me that I will receive a call back from escalation team🤦

    @ACTFibernet I have been very patient and now the support team is of no use they just say you will get a call back from the escalation team. they close my ticket without any reason and all the shops are shut down and I'm left with no help! @ACTFibernet It's disappointing and worse 🤦

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days now and issue has not been addressed. When I called customer care, they said nearly 8 to 9 ports are affected. I don't understand why there is so much delay to address the issue. I want to disconnect my ACT connection.. Just let me know the procedure..
