Since Jun I hv been following up wt c. care of @ACTFibernet & @ACTFinbernetHYD to shifting the switch box installed in my premises (Request # SR10160700861067), more then 20 reminders been sent to your customer care including your nodalofficer, but no action. Could you act ASAP

@ACTFibernet My ticket id is SR10263524575744, I don’t know about what service issue other customers are facing , bt the service was excellent for me , had a power issue in the main hub within 10hrs after reporting, the issue is fixed kudos to both service guy & ACT.
