    @ACTFibernet So @ACTFibernet you would fool customers with discounts when you are new in a city and later start looting their money when you get stable right? Define your policies first! Also train your customer service agents. If this continues, you will lose customers!

    @ACTFibernet Great thanks for coming up with a new reason again extending it one more day, worst nd pathetic service ever and when we called customer care they will tell us this your new ticket wahhh nd they will not have any details from when I am facing issue and existing tickets TECHNOLOGY

    @ACTFibernet We have two accounts actually and both bought in 10days gap. One in office and other in home. I do have referred two of my friends. But I wish we switch all of these out of ACT now. Just because of your poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Let me sum up the issue in few words. In 2019 ACT entered our City. I was already aware of ACT right from my Bangalore days itself. So immediately took the connection in Madurai. They gave me few offers based on my eligibility.
