    @ACTFibernet Really shame on ACT they cannot resolve a technical internet disconnect problem for 4 days and i got a call from retention team forcing me to cancel the connection as they dont have solution. ACT is loosing customers due to excellent poor customer service. Board of members know?

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to call your chennai team to address my problem. Prashanth is person who said it will be attended in 1 hour but now it is 4hrs . No one Bothered. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet How can I raise a complaint for low speeds? No option in the app. Also, you should look at the late fee you charge for even a days delay in payment. I don’t see any compensation for poor service.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit You are forcing customer to cancel the connection due to your incompetency of your team to resolve a technical problem or even cannot fix the process. The Nodel team and apellete team is highly useless team getting simply paid not being customer advocate. They are forcing cust.
