    @ACTFibernet No who told you that I am still waiting for my refund. Your zonal manager Nilam told me that I will get my money back until wednesday i.e 2nd Feb 22, so obviously my issue still not resolved. I am waiting.

    Hi @ACTFibernet your service is very bad in lucknow Your service guys first tell me not to raise the complaint and then not resolving my problem of connection. From two days I am unable to use my wifi. They are not as answering my calls and my work is on hold

    @ACTFibernet Whenever I call, they either disconnect or if somehow someone new pickup the call they ask me to wait for 48 hours, but it does not help. I was thinking about suggesting your services to my friends and relatives as it is budget friendly then few other ISP, not gonna do it now.

    @ACTFibernet : Hi, I have raised many compliants from Dec 2021 until now regarding the refund of my balance which ACT had to pay due to disconnection after the bill was generated for DEC21. complaint number: SR10264014231280. This issue is still kot resolved. #REFUNDREQUIRED
