    @ACTFibernet Are you sure? Dear Customer, due to technical issues your appointment has been rescheduled.Revised ETR is 9am-1pm on 28 Nov. Team ACT It was supposed to happen by ETA today by 7pm and then again reschedule and then you want 650 money in advance ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down for over a day now. The ticket SR10366442102494 is been closed with the status that the issue has been resolved but is not actually. And i'm not sure how such false resolution can be made by your team.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no SR10166444895894 is raised for service discontinuation. It is closed multiple times. Please discontinue my services. The bill till 30th Nov is already paid and no further payment is pending from my side. Please disconnect my connection.

    @ACTFibernet Fibernet prospect number 107663485589. I have been receiving only acknowledgements only but no information is been given till date regarding refund of my 4241 rupees. Your customer service is not at all good.
