  @ACTFibernet I spoke to your customer care guys and explained the box already is there, I think there is a short due to lightning and you guys need to come to my house to actually physically fix it. There was supposed to be a visit today in the 1st half, but I have not heard anything yet

  @ACTFibernet I have never seen a such a worst costumer service team like this such a a worst behaviour they’re begging to make the payment once it’s done none of them picks up the call. They’re very rude to
