    @ACTFibernet ticket-SR10263655249354 ,this temp disconnct case u are charging me a fee with a promise that ,service will be activated immediately whnvr required as u will keep the port blocked for me ,now whn asked for same , port is not available. what kind f service is this?

    @ACTFibernet Nobody is responding for high priority service tickets. That too raised and following up the ticket status hourly. Customer service is telling high priority tickets are resolved in 4 hours but no calls from technicians even after 24 hours. Facing very worst support

    @ACTFibernet Area Technicain we have Hussain when I called him for the update which we got it from your cal Center team he just switched off his phone.. +91 733-7558531 . So this is how you treat your valuable customer? This is not acceptable . Need solution in order me hour
