@ACTFibernet The internet is disconnecting as soon as there is a power cut. This is causing me a lot of issues whenever I am in a meeting I get disconnected if there is a power cut... Ticket number SR10162280473142 has been registered.

@ACTFibernet Reopening this thread. Just after a 1.5 month of service the internet service has gone for a TOSS. @ACTFibernet due you even care for providing a reliable service??? Even after repeated complaints there are no improvements in your service.

@ACTFibernet is there way to contact your costomer support? I don't find any support number or support email but all I can do is raising an ticket with some bot which never tells the exact resolution time.
