@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

@KotakCares @KotakCares there's no error message. I believe the Kotak DNS resolution fails when connecting via @ACTFibernet - this is true for the app and website and any payment gateways that attempt to open the net banking portal for Kotak. Super inconvenient currently. Still ongoing.
