I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.
