@ACTFibernet I am unable to use your broadband with a VPN and your online customer care bots are worse than pathetic. Neither is it possible to contact customer care, as the numbers provided don’t exist or don’t event ring.

@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

To add on @JioCare , after multiple calls to customer care the ticket got closed as resolved without even addressing the issue! How can that be possible!? Compared to Jio fibernet @ACTFibernet is much much better. Thanks to your horrible service I'll reactivate my @ACTFibernet .
