I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?

Look at me I Brought jio air fibre base plan which cost 599+ GST it's way to costly for that 30MBPS. Now I'm using @ACTFibernet which cost almost 3500 for 6 months with 1 additional month as a Bonus. I'm getting better speeds and also FUP is at 3.3TB unlikely @jio Air Fiber which limited to 1TB post the speeds are the worst
