    @ACTFibernet Guys, Please address oops atleast acknowledge users issues for the existing services. I have requested for disconnection on 13th Aug after experiencing no service from 1st Aug, till now no action and no refund. Everytime I call same response, our team will call you with in 24 hrs

    @ACTFibernet been more than 24 hours since our Internet has been down..Technician never came.. Customer care did not help. Pathetic service.. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes more than 24 hours for you to work on complaint on Internet which is so very crucial in present world

    So far the worst experience ever in seeing up a Android box. #Act4kStream at this rate not even sure if you can sustain a customer for 6 months of trial period. During setup I get "Invalid MAC ID" error and your tech support are learning about this the first time. @ACTFibernet

    @actfibernet Pathetic service no sync between CC, BILLING DEPT AND BACKEND DEPT AND RETAINING DEPT. Promised something to retain after that billed for what was promised to wave off. After 3.5 years saying good bye. Can please ensure refund and collection of router is done faster

    @ACTFibernet First time user. Started using the service on sunday. The internet is not working since monday noon. No customer support. Everytime customer care number says queue no at 30 and get disconnected after waiting over 40 mins. Pathetic experience.
