@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet every month Im facing internet issue 5 to 6 times, and for every complaint u are taking 3 days to resolve, and most of the times u people not even responding for calls. I paid for 6 months... and u say we don't refund amount, but u can disconnect the internet.

Since I have not gotten a resolution and your "team" members don't even have the decency to pick the call and call back. The closing of the tickets without a resolution is cherry on the cake. I am raising a complaint today. @ACTFibernet has the worst service ever!

Once upon a time @ACTFibernet was such a flawless service provider . 200 MBPS constant speed . These days it hardly works . Terrible service .

@kingslyj @ACTFibernet @RT_com No, it's got something to do with ACT. It doesn't work normally, it doesn't work with encrypted DNS, it works with a VPN, it works on mobile Internet with that same encrypted DNS. So it isn't the website itself that's the problem.
