Dear @ACTFibernet you guys are able to provide new connection on a location within 48 hours but to relocate a connection on the same place is taking more than 10 days vey bad customer service this is not a good business practice in this competitive world😡

@ACTFibernet I've been your customer since 5 years and holding 2 connections on my name. Because of one of their staff's attitude I have asked to terminate both the connections. Their customer care also has happily accepted the request which shows how they are giving value
