    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet your service is the worst. You have no direct line to your customer support and you take ages to respond back to your faithful customers. I’ve tried ticket, email and calling and there has been no resolution for weeks now. Pathetic. You lost a long paying customer
