    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    Hello @ACTFibernet You have a very stable network when no downtime But you have a pathetic support in Delhi-92 region It's been 2 days since the outage happened and no response or action Idk what's wrong with you I guess you don't want to operate in this region of Delhi
