    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet No internet on Monday morning and wfh not yet started for this week. Trying to reach act customer care via call and chat lady 3hours but no luck. Please do the needful ASAP. Just 5mins technical assistance required but not able to contact any of your staff.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic experience from you guys no internet access from morning, couldn't open your app because it has worse interface,tried calling your customer care they are response less just cut the call without explanation, couldn't use chat box because of internal error.
