@ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am ACT fibernet customer for the past 3 years. Every year I have paid the fees in Advance. Now my internet connection is down for more than 10 days. I am not receiving any help. I was just waiting in the call today for 30 mins and disconnected.
