    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet 3) I am not sure why you are pushing for disconnecting a line? Or you are deliberately asking your customer to leave for other ISP? If safe custody is not even a policy then why its there in your support options. whats the procedure to temporarily hold my line.

    @ACTFibernet you will not fix the issue or won't take action. Just think we are doing WFH, so for us internet is very essential, getting payment correctly right, then y can't u give proper internet, i am getting very bad scolding and worst name in my company because of u, don't act too smart

    @ACTFibernet Still no calls no resolution yet. If only the service speed were as fast as replies on twitter Had my previous connection from @tataplayfiber they were not only better in services but had an way efficient team to address concern . Regret not continuing with them switching to ACT

    i am going to file a complaint & case in consumer court for not providing proper service & support after getting internet service charge payment correctly, pls try to response to customer with correct manner, every month 2 or 3 times same issue @ACTFibernet. @TRAI @JioFiberVoice

    @ACTFibernet SR10365267826864 - More than a day internet is down. Service person dinesh saying that already 70 complaints are there, they will resolve only after that. Is this the way act service works?no higher mgmt to escalate. Pathetic service, dumb management. #actfibernet#
