@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet Looking into what exactly? Every other week there's some issue with your broadband. I have been trying to reach your customer service executive since morning there's no response whatsoever. Your local representatives are even rejecting calls.

@ACTFibernet whenever there is some internet issue, its a minimum courtesy to accept a complaint. Website / app / customer care number , none of them are working. I know your service is pathetic, but this is next level.

@ACTFibernet internet is down. Can't raise a ticket from the app, getting something went wrong message after few minutes. Not able to contact over the call centre saying it is busy. From last week too many times internet is down. If same continues, have to switch.

@ACTFibernet pathetic experience from you guys no internet access from morning, couldn't open your app because it has worse interface,tried calling your customer care they are response less just cut the call without explanation, couldn't use chat box because of internal error.
