Worst Service ever, I even tried calling the engineer and no one is picking it up. Ticket number: SR10876091404244. @ACTFibernet If this issue is not fixed by today I will have to change my ISP.

@ACTFibernet In Kengeri, Bengaluru your ACT Network completely goes down after 1 hour of power cut. Is that the only power backup at your end. We keep UPS so that work doesn't affect and because of your service we anyway can't work

@ACTFibernet , the worst internet provide and worst service. Every second day there is a connection issue and it takes a day to resolve. Literally every second day. This is my office connection and it totally messes up our entire day. Regret using ACT.
