    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet Sarkari department banaya hua h aapne ya fir harass karna achha lagta h, connection kya sarkari quote ke under h ki 1 Chhota sa issue resolve hone me 2 din lag gye and still u are not able to resolve issue really ridiculous job, I wonder @Airtel_Presence @GTPL_Care

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic…..Technician’s come without proper equipment promise to be bak soon but never come bak. You guys can send numerous emails msgs to remind for renewal of ur pathetic serviced. My fault to have done the renewal. Cancel my subscription n refund the money. Chor company

    @ACTFibernet I was explicitly told by ur back end team that an opt was required to close this ticket. I dint get one and I dint give them one. So when u can't figure out a solution, u unilaterally decide to screw what the customer wants and close the ticket?? Explain this like in 5.

    @ACTFibernet I’m facing Internet issue from 2 days, I re-opened the ticket SR10380387303044, when I am trying to reach your technician he is disconnecting the call, no response at all, from last 2 days internet is not working from morning 5 AM.. worst service #act #badservice

    @ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet I want this issue to be undertaken with speedy resolution. I am waiting for you to consider my request. I have much more work to do and this things are happening. If the resolution time is evening 7 pm then it is problematic.

    @ACTFibernetHYD I would request everyone not to take ACT Fiber as they are one of the worst service providers , they will come within 5 minutes for Installation but for any service request even after 3 days of raising complaints they are not responsive. @ACTFibernet
