And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

Vinay (@vpeddi) reported@ACTFibernet 300 Mbps SME connection getting only 9Mbps and no service at all… more than 24 hours of opening a ticket, issue still not resolved with no idea of resolution and no phone number to escalate!!! Pathetic service. Moving to Jio… nothing can be worse than this!
