    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    I already informed to @ACTFibernet customer care twice still getting the same calls Funny part is they are asking me to keep my mobile DND to avoid frequent calls What does it mean don't I get any other calls ??? Worst customer care for proofs you can hear the recordings.

    @ACTFibernet Wow, see the screenshot Day2 with two times internet services down. Mein night shift krta hu or mere boss ne mujhe notice bhej diya ki mein kaam nhi Krna chahta esliye wifi ka excuse bana rha hu.. 2 din mein 2 baar service down. I think it's a good time to back off.

    @ACTFibernet Working as of now. But there has to be a better way to contact customer care when App chat bot is not working, the 18001022836 toll free number is saying "the number is busy"

    @ACTFibernet how long does it take to process a refund? I am following up for a month now! Your helpdesk over email, chat and call not able to out the issue. I am told refund is processed but I never receive the juspay link to update details. Account: 101591207920
