@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

@ACTFibernet Update : @ACTFibernet doesn't inform customer that the speed mentioned will be supported by direct connection only and in wifi only 35-40 Mbps can be supported even if they are providing 75 Mbps plan.

SR10164703190514 customer support does not have any info they just says Fiber cut where the actual issue to power supply to switch and it took 24hrs to visit the technician and left saying no ladder will bring even after multiple follow up team couldn’t @ACTFibernet

1/3 @ACTFibernet I am old act fibre customer and i requested for old price which are not giving then you offered me the new price with new offer 6 + 2 that also you're not giving what you guys want us to do?? Maybe you want us to go for other service provider.
