    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet my ticket no SR10163820695252 for this you have replied your representative will call me. Act person called me and told me you have raised shifting enquiry, not shifting he said in rood way.Then how customer care said shifting got delayed due to technical issues.

    @ACTFibernet a/c# 102016069233 I have act storm package with 300 mbps using to link archer c6 router. Continuously for 30 days you have been throttling my bandwidth down to 90 mbps, this is fraud. Don’t make me think Jio is better than you ethically.

    WiFi connected but no internet from early Morning .. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem..

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service by ACT. Shifted to new home so filed for disconnection on 31stdec with SR10263806634084 Applied new connection on 4th jan, executive asked me to pay 3 months advance. It’s 7th today & my service is still pending. Have been calling multiple people

    @ACTFibernet what kind of service you are providing, every day raising a complaint.Half of the day your internet is not working. DO you accept half payment? SR 11063844697144 is been reopened..Can you pls check and resolve the issue

    My @airtelindia broadband and phone is not working since December. Although I raised a lot of complaints, no working solution has been offered. Customer care is the worst too! Any service providers @ACTFibernet @JioCare are free to contact if they can install in 24 HRS. TIA

    @ACTFibernet After a week time again call back the customer service team.. First person transfer the call to escalation team & second person promise for same day shifting and waiver of shifting charge , but he disconnect the call before raising the incident .. Again....
