    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet Internet service down since Friday morning. Raised service request on Friday evening and still no action taken. Whenever I call customer care they are saying someone looking into it. Its been more than three days not sure what they are still looking. This is pathetic

    @ACTFibernet customer care person told me that 2 or 20 accounts they doesn't care. Thanks for saying that🙏🙏 Till now I'm in a feel that as a valued customer by having 2 accounts without moving to any other fibernet services.
