@ACTFibernet we were told that the issue will be resolved by 1pm. “Your request SR10159347995742 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/11/2021 01:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app” we do not have internet yet. Please resolve ASAP

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #Badservive SR10159247308442 request raised 5 days back for reconnection at Pragatinagar, Hyderabad, still not resolved, everytime I can, customer care tells and repeats the same thing that technician will come in 24 hrs, it's more than 120 hrs.....
