@ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

@ACTFibernet I might going to deactivate your **** connection and switch to airtel or jio I also going to move from Chennai and i got my internet disconnected midnight 1 am now time 9.40 am still the issue hasn't been resolved and i have called customer care multiple times 🙏

@ACTFibernet no internet since last night. You have made your customer care unreachable by automatically dropping customers from the waiting queue. No support is available on chat. Your customer service has worsened. Don’t you think 36 hrs to resolve simple issues is unfair?

Hi ActFiber Chennai @ACTFibernet , I have been facing network connectivity issues for the past week. Already 2 tickets are raised SR10377773198214 and SR10377833707594. But just new issues are popping up. Now there is a network speed drop. Can someone look into this ?

@ACTFibernet DM the account number already. It says today evening can be fixed, I have complained day before yesterday. Usually ist taking three days to resolve the issue. It's very hard for a professional to work without internet.

I installed act wifi few days ago there has been a lot of internet fluctuations during these days complained many times but my issue was not resolved I need refund of my money or my grievances be heard ASAP @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @DoT_India tell me one thing once i disconnect your service and a refund is due, your customer service says you dont refund. is this how u cheat people.
