And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

I was told a new router will be given for this new plan. It’s been more than 5 days and there is no option to contact customer service.

Sukumar (@sukumards) reported@ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.

This is very dissapointing. Request you to please priortise this SR
