@ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

Completed regretting for being an @ACTFibernet customer! 🙏 Just to avoid nuisance, I chose to pay the highest premium available for 1-year to avoid all the non sense. Yet, it doesn’t reflect on your app & it still says ‘amount is due’ No one cares to answer it too!

@ACTFibernet proved worst service provider again. What should happen to services once you do the payment ? It should start immediately right ? But that’s not the case with act Fibernet. Made the payment 2hrs back still services not restored. Customer call wait time 30+ in queue

@ACTFibernet Issue has been raised for internet not working quite a while ago and also informed them to address it on a priority basis since work is getting hampered..they have not even living up to his words as they are changing their turn around time according to their wish..

@ACTFibernet very much Disappointed with your service team. While taking new connection of Plan Act Incredible, your sales team told to pay for 3 months Rs7076 and get free wifi router and free installation. But after installation, the router is not supporting the plan speed.
