@ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

A lot of people warned me about @ACTFibernet and how pathetic the service is, but I witnessed it first-hand this time. I’ll wait two more days for my refund to credit or else I’m filing a complaint on the consumer forum.

Isp @ACTFibernet in bangalore is so dogshit that when their internet goes down, the only customer care you can talk to is their stupid *** chat bot and when you raise a ticket they just conveniently keep delaying it until their customer is forced to kill themselves.

Lost internet on friday still @ACTFibernet is still figuring out when to resolve it. Have raised more than 20 complaints about no internet in 2 months. Customer care helpline giving some random timelines. And this is on summer. Oh god please save me during monsoon #actfiber
