    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @VijayGopal_ @ACTFibernet Amazing service from ACT. Never faced any issues. Technical glitches do not warrant additional resources just because few users are facing issues. It won't make economic sense for them. But you didn't tag the telecom minister or TRAI. Very much unlike your behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet Because soooo slow . So many complient raised no use . And ACT application such a dum if you need to open the app tomorrow click it now it will open tomorrow app .

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I had moved from Blr to Hyd recently and its been a week waiting for re-connection and activation of my old account in Hyd. Is this how ACT plans to help digital India and support WFH challenges? 1 week and still technicians are not sure what needs to be done..

    @ACTFibernet outrageous act by ACT. my invoice had issue as paid twice in May. June no invoice raised by ACT,July got invoice for June as well; raised a concern on call & email. No revert recieved. 2day my connection is disconnected. I want the service to be resumed immediately
