    @ACTFibernet Though I’ve paid my bill, you guys keep on sending me those irritating “Pay your bill today” messages. And the irony is we can’t find the same persuasion from you guys for resolving the connectivity issues that pertain whole year. Pathetic must say!

    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet SR10176559125694 in Kismatpur Maruthinagar Colony (Opp. Lane to SBI Bank Kismatpur) the services are terrible all the people withdrawing Connections due your poor service, during rain every other ISP Connections stay intact except yours @timesofindia

    @Asif_Shaiks1998 @ACTFibernet I think it all depends on the area. In my case, I was using ACT for over a year and never faced any problems. Every provider has some issues, but in my location ACT worked well for me.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Still no one has visited my house and the issue remains unresolved. This is absolutely pathetic service. Empty words on Twitter don't fix real problems. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with you this time, but never again. Next time, I’ll definitely switch to another provider.

    @ACTFibernet Chennai poor service. Chatbot evasive, dodgy indifferent. Suggest customers not to pay too much in advance. They give excuses, that too at their own convenience. Say will be rectified by 7. 7.15 you track. They say call us between 9 to 7.
