    Really poor service @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days since we have raised complaint for rectifying broadband issue but there is no response. Here is the ACT issue no SR11063217922121 and ac no 110437308126. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY Can there be some penalty for such ignorance ?

    @ACTFibernet What an experience from the customer team ..!! He says pay the latest bill and we will reverse it later .? What rubbish . U can charge double and still ask us to pay the incorrect bill .? Shame on you

    @ACTFibernet is making full use of customer helplessness, NO ISP in India provides good service. @TRAI please come up with penalties for these guys like we had penalties for cellular companies for call drops. #actfibernet
