    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet So basically after asking to share details on DM, you’re just back to not following up the matter at all. Just like what your Customer care operators have been doing for 24 hours. What’s even the point of this? I haven’t received a single update on DM.

    @ACTFibernet very poor service .. cheated me for a plan saying 8260 plan with free WiFi Router and when I paid amount installation people came after 3 days without router saying it’s not in plan now.. pls help

    @ACTFibernet I have connectivity issue since 4 months. I have been complaining again again, the service will be activated by on one the engineers and later it goes off once in every two days. After register the complaint, this takes 3 to 4 days for the solution. SR10156877675642.
