    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet we pay you time to time atleast make your service better I tried calling the customer care for my Internet issue and the phone isn't connecting after language selection and I wanted to change my phone number in the app I'm not having any access to my account.

    @ACTFibernet this is ridiculous, Everymonth atleast there days there is service outage, I even raised a ticket but still none of the action takes place, I don't know you guys really care of your customers or not

    @ACTFibernet That’s not correct. I received the call at night 8 pm after restoring network. I called up ACT customer care nd no help their i called up 3 ACT employees who installed nd technical expert at ACT my location and they refused to help. End of day I took new ISP to get internet.

    once again interrupt in network from ACT, very worst service provider, today was the 1st working day of the month and facing trouble, ACT fiber app also not working, pls help to clear issue asap, don't know why we facing this lack frequently @ACTFibernet @reliancejio @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet how can you do business pathetically and taking customers money for granted so nicely and disconnecting the internet and leaving us to trouble situation in the middle of work..Other service providers are far better in resolving the issues @JioFiberVoice @airtelindia
