    @ACTFibernet my complaint no SR1106289358982 please get it attended. We are very disappointed with the frequent breakdowns and then the service post the complaint. Please create a better process,one can’t only depend on the call center

    @ACTFibernet you guys are really amazing to make customer fool. I have tried multiple times to downgrade my plan, but app will always have issue, if I contact customer care they say it can be done only starting 3 days of a month, it mentioned no where. Looting customers. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet you people are fraud and cheat people. After telling me I will get a new dlink/tplink router and collecting full amount, I was sent a used tenda modem. I want to cancel my new order and want immediate refund.

    Worst customer support team @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Been more than 3 days and yet there is no update on my ticket to change/downgrade plan. Customer support rudely says go and do whatever you want and don't give proper update on the ticket.
