@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet spent >5 yrs using ActFibernet. Recently relocated to a new home & finding difficulty to move fibernet connection.Customer support or advance shifting fees are unimportant to their engineers. Customer care & their app r significantly subpar. Time to switch to Airtel.

@ACTFibernet Is providing worst services. I have raised 4 times complaint ticket but till now no Technician visit at site. The day when I got connection I'm getting 10 mbps speed but my connection is 75 mbps. All tickets were closed without resolving issue and contacting me.

@vikhyat97 @VltSentinel @ACTFibernet it used to route through mumbai for few months, then they shifted to Bangalore routing. i used to get 50 ping when I used to stay in Ahmedabad. Its just a bad service and the technicians don't know what "ping" is
