@ACTFibernet when someone asks you for a reconnection, you guys are all happy and provide us with it. Any help after that is completely ignored by your official's, mainly @prasad. All i had asked him was to help me with the wifi PW change as I do not remember my old PW.

My @airtelindia broadband and phone is not working since December. Although I raised a lot of complaints, no working solution has been offered. Customer care is the worst too! Any service providers @ACTFibernet @JioCare are free to contact if they can install in 24 HRS. TIA

@ACTFibernet On Jan 2nd I reported a concern on my Bill to your help-desk team over Email, till date there is no response from them even after multiple followups. Why do you ask customers to send email if they are not going to respond ???
