    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet I am raising a ticket almost everyday. It's getting tiring and impacting my work. You need a long term solution. Please have someone call me, the box needs to be fixed

    Hi @ACTFibernet - since there is a box installed in my house which uses electricity, the technician mentioned the units consumed for that will be refunded to me in my ACT bill. But that has not been adjusted. Can you please check and help? Account no 110806926073.
