    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet recently I active my wifi and do recharge but it's almost 5 hours and wifi is still not working. I miss my already 3 meeting and I got delayed in my work so please do something otherwise I will discontinue the wifi.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday morning. Raised ticket yesterday, updated its resolved. But it didnt resolve. Now raised again SR10881027205844, ETR is tomorrow 7pm. So i need to bear 3 days without connection?!

    @ACTFibernet no internet from the past 48 hrs ? No resolution ? When is it going to be resolved? Ticket resolution time keeps changing and your customer service is worst than a robot answering questions.

    @ACTFibernet router ticket SR10180951795073 and internet issue ticket SR10181008706246 were closed without my permission and without resolving or attending to the issues. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.

    @ACTFibernet you guys actually do not have shame anymore. If not the constant internet downtime, it's the inconsisten speed and CONSTANT packet loss all the time. Act used to be the best in India now it's just ****

I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.     Hi @ACTFibernet, I recharged for a 1-year plan, but due to a cable issue from your end, my Wi-Fi was unavailable for nearly 3 months. Since the issue was on your side, kindly extend my plan by 3 months or provide appropriate compensation. Please look into this.
