In the october month, I was not able to use Internet for the whole month due to shifting and other process, but still receiving bill with extra amount when internet is not working. Have continuously complained regarding this, but no solution provided.@ACTFibernet

On the top of that, they want to install a kind of box in my house with 7 other connections. That means I'm going to pay for the electricity that this ****** box consumes. Apart from that, if any user connected to this box faces any trouble, they will knock my door. @ACTFibernet
