@ACTFibernet I raised many complaints about the network issue. tickets are getting closed but issue is not getting resolved .And twice network engineer visited and dint resolve the issue and they aren't even responding to calls.

@ACTFibernet As usual am waiting.... No call from any service engineer either. Have some courtesy to the inform about service disconnection because of your maintenance works or any other failures but inform so that we can make alternative arrangements. You take even 1week but inform.

@ACTFibernet There are lots of miscommunications on last 2 days. 1st they said it's related to permission issue, then they fixed the box in my neighbourhood and agreed to give my connection back. But now there is no response at all. Will you ever be able to solve this?? Really fed-up
