    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    and we are back within a month, raised a req, wifi not working since more than 8+ hours now. raised multiple reqs, tried calling your folks but their phone is always busy. @ACTFibernet won't let me work calmly i guess

    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    Hey @ACTFibernet Highly frustrated with your service. Internet speeds are constantly fluctuating, and the signal drops entirely at times. To make it worse, my support ticket was closed without any intimation. I need a fast resolution! Ticket: [SR10581829926764]

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet @rishdxtp Hi @ACTFibernet do we have any updates on this SR. While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service. Further, I advise escalated support to look as this case.

    Thanks to the wonderful high speed service provided by you, I am sitting right on the floor next to my modem to perform any internet related activities as moving 1 metre away would cause the internet to stop. My mobile data plan is simply better. @ACTFibernet
