  if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

  @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since my router was collected, and there’s still no refund. First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

  @ACTFibernet Your connection is down every second day and afternoon. Temporary fixes don't work. Ticket SR10281177638534 is repeatedly serviced and closed and reopened.
