    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. Been more than 16 hours and there is no internet. Technicians are not visiting and call centre executives are disconnecting the calls. Havn't seen such pathetic service in over a decade. Suggest not to use their services.

    @ACTFibernet The internal transfer to billing team never work i must have been transferred to billing team at least 20 to 30 times but not once they answered. I don't know who manages the billing team but there is no contact person or escalation team. I tried all possible way.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 months I am chasing the billing team to get my query resolved but they never reached me. The worst part is they closed the case saying that they try to reach me but no answer. That is a big lie, I have a call record to prove it.

    @ACTFibernet The issue was fixed at around 7:30 PM. And the issue occurs again now. What had you guys called up for when you were requested not to disconnect the internet?????

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever. Liars of the highest order and the most unprofessional behaviour. Just a bunch of money grabbing con artists. If your service before activation is this bad then it will definitely be hell for your customers post installation.
