@ACTFibernet Paying for your services upfront, is straight up a wrong decision. Your services are significantly bad right after payment, everytime, how!? And you don't allow to reduce the renewal tenure in app! Not once I have not regretted right after paying for a longer plan for ACT.

@ACTFibernet lodged a complaint yesterday. You have not sent any engineers to my house not have I got any call from them. I am disconnecting, you might care abt your customers in your Twitter page or Public profiles but you don't have the infrastructure to back it up.

Worst customer service by @ACTFibernet Been 3 weeks since an double payment due to some technical issue, no resolution yet. After numerous redirects to many irrelevant departments SR Tickets gets created and closed, buy refund never came. #actfibernetworst #badcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service and unprofessional. I requested for new connection was asked for address, and was asked to pay for 3months in advance, sales executive was behind promising me installation with 24hrs until I paid, then stared real action.
