    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet Well it has just been over a week now and my internet is down again. @ACTFibernet just let people know you are not worth it and let them explore other vendors. Such a pathetic service and then these engineers don't take your call on time. I will be discontinuing this month.

    @ACTFibernet From Hyderabad 101774296616 problem with Zee5 not working since a week. Umpteen times raised ticket & over mobile. But of no use. Please close our account and refund balance amount. As Reliance is offering for same amount with additional services.Worst of the Worst.

    @ACTFibernet worst Internet provider. Their ppl call promise to come n change routers but never come. You ppl close the ticket also. Ur call centre number doesn’t work. I am facing issues n act doesn’t help.

    @ACTFibernet has the shittiest customer service and service provider in India ...I am dealing with the issue for 14 days still now no resolution done ...such a waste of money to buy ACT

    @ACTFibernet ref.SR10380398296974 It’s been 10 days and still no proper resolution from ACT. Tickets are being closed without fixing the issue or even informing the customer properly. Very disappointed with the service and support. This is becoming the worst customer serv exp
