    @ACTFibernet I did share the details through DM, yet no response from you. Wondering why did you ask those details. The junction box is connected in our building and powered up from our EB box. Please take that crap away from our building, before I remove the box and throw it away.

    @akhilvadiyala @ACTFibernet And their resolution time will always be fixed time which is 24hrs 🙏🏻🙏🏻. Whenever we call it would be 24hrs. I don’t understand this 😓😓

    But @ACTFibernet will never refund the amount for the period for which they take to resolve the "No internet" issue.
