    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet regret to buy their internet. I took top speed of 400mbps. SALES to Support all are idiots. give you fales and pathectic support. Labour to engineer banakar bhejeto. Labour bola speed divide hoti hai... That was the momement I wanted to bang his head on the wall.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Facing No Internet , logged a ticket ‘SR10177338816334’, and now with almost close of day trying to reach to get an update on my Service Request. Not sure why this is getting soo overly complicated and frustrating experience now

    @vijay_p25 @ACTFibernet True, last week they called saying that it would take another 2-3 days to fix, sighting pending permission from authorities. No communication since then. The assigned engineer keeps changing with each date and no one picks the call. Airtel had already fixed their lines in my area

    @ACTFibernet - raised SR10377193219914 approx 12 days ago. Shift request. Till now neither anybody has called and nor any engg has turned up. My wifi connect still at old location. Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Worst experience.

    @btwitsjaffer @ACTFibernet Nah, 21 days is way too long for fixing an internet outage—most ISPs target 24-48 hours, but complaints show ACT often drags it to weeks. Check Downdetector for similar issues in your area. Hang in there!

    @ACTFibernet , internet is not working for the last 45 days in the medchal city, when u r going to restore internet services back, if u can't give has our money back so we can shift to other internet service providers.
