    @ACTFibernet I paid in advance for a 3 month plan. Now I’m being charged extra and customer service says the 3 month plan no longer exists and so it’s changed to a monthly plan! How can you penalize customers for having availed your plans and schemes?

    @ACTFibernet Act is truly the worst internet service provider, not only do they fail to provide you with the internet service you paid for, they also take additional money with false commitments and never return the amount to the customer. Contracts mean nothing to them. #unethicalBusiness

    @ACTFibernet why you selling 50 mbps plan make it 35 mbps rather than cheating thousand of customer. If you can't provide required hardware and asking for money in case of router upgrade to match 50 mbps speed
