    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet — SECOND PUBLIC ESCALATION I raised ticket SR1108149816874 over 2.5 days ago for my internet service issue. ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

    @excitel_rocks My best advice first un tie with @playboxtvapp and tie up with good OTT providers. Then your service will be grown. Any how I am planing to move @ACTFibernet as you have removed ETV win for new customer and renew plans.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 3weeks now and a week since I raised this issue on X. There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

Don't you guys have shame to bill for 30 days when you are providing services only for 28/29 days in a month ?? Worst internet service provider in recent times..#JustAsking
