@ACTFibernet Is your service professionally managed in Bangalore? Paid 6 month advance payment for ACT Swift plan on 02.07.2022. Till now installation not completed. Today service engineer came with a single band router. When asked they don't have dual band router in stock.

@ACTFibernet Am still waiting for a resolution to my query , have been contacted by about 5 representative from ACT , have given all the ACT equipment back to the onsite tech who visited my place , yet no news of my refund .

@ACTFibernet I have been using Giga plan, since it was launched in New Delhi. Earlier I was getting full speeds on Wireless with WiFi 6 (AX5400) Router. But from last three months facing slow speed issue. Complaint a lot many times, still not resolved.
