@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet You guys should seriously stop blaming the tools or the user. Blame for faulty connectivity is squarely put on the devices of the customer. Even after connecting the cable directly to PC the modem is blamed, without even hearing what the customer has to say.

@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service there is no live chat in app options you can last good only for 10 days and your problems start. Many are doing WFH and we can't have issues with our internet.We have to use our mobile data to raise a complaint to a ISP 😕
