    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India i got a call yesterday and @ACTFibernet is charging me for 150mbps and giving me 100mbps. Reason being old cable. One of the engineer called and said need approval for changing cable and customer care says no approval required. Clear case of cheating and exploitation
