    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying ₹12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and ₹62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    are making deals with corporations and mandating to take connections through you only to **** service customers. Life had been so good with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD, then came this Airtel a**hole.

    Surprise, surprise. @ACTFibernet is dead AGAIN. I literally just complained about this exact issue, and the 15-day outage cycle strikes again. You are repeatedly destroying my essential workflows. Provide a permanent fix immediately or I am switching providers today.
