@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

@ACTFibernet No internet connection from yesterday.. Weekly once power will be disconnected. Every time fibernet issue not yet resolved. Don't ever go for ACT.. Worst customer service..

@ACTFibernet fixed a box and using my electricity, promised 100₹ per month which will be deducted in next plan but now offering 50₹ only that too for last 6 months, why can’t you add discount for next 6 months as well for upcoming bill . So unfair, pathetic customer service.

@ACTFibernet No phone call from local authorities, request for extending Lan cable takes such long time !! three days visited local office and asked them providing the ticket number but till date no action taken ......should I migrate to some other service provider ??
