    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely shameless and ridiculous services you have. Every week 2-3 times, your broadband is not working. We people have to work, study in our lives. And there are absolutely stupid people sitting in the customer care team saying repeatedly the same thing.

    WTF is happening with the @ACTFibernet team I. Am facing the internet disconnect issue with the broadband at the same time every day iam trying reach the concern team' they are ridiculous they were not answering my calls and threatening me with some some bad words.
