@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet No technician has shown up yet, and they are not answering the calls from the app. The real issue was a different wire cut unrelated to the poles. Stop shifting blame when there's zero effort to actually fix the problem.

@ACTFibernet Still no response from anyone, customer support said it would be done by afternoon but still it is the same, the issue is not resolved. Even after 5 days you don't care about the customer,you just keep increasing the ETA which is the only thing you know.
