WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

@ACTFibernet You guys were late to react which is not my fault, I was using hotspot to the whole day to do my work. You have been able to reach me in the past there is no reason why you couldn't yesterday. Please don't make more excuses. The issue was resolved after 5-6 hours of outage.
