    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @bharath_kiddo @Airtel_Presence I have faced similar issue in Chennai region last year,during meeting the Speed get reduced continuously for a week even if we made complaint it got ok for one or two days later the same issue,so I disconnected and migrated to @ACTFibernet ,now no such a issue

    @ACTFibernet When, when I will ask?....it's been 3 weeks you are not fixing issue from root. Only replacing battery. I will take this to consume court for not providing proper service to the customer.....please add the no of days, service not provided to my 7months plan
