    @ACTFibernet My ticket SR10264798927855 was expected to be resolved by 13-May between 16:00 to 19:30. WHY IT DIDN’T GET RESOLVED YET? Why are you blocking Customer’s money for indefinite time??

    @ACTFibernet i did payment for new connection on 10th May, Still there is no action taken to set up the connection. How you will handle any future connectivity issues. It's a big concern for me now.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD am facing the worst service in tirupati. No response from your team. Customer service is asking to come to Hyderabad for resolving the issue. No1 leading company for name sake. 7days out of 27days we faced the internet problem.
