    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    why is it that we have to reach via social media to even get a decent ticket resolution and updates. @ACTFibernet like ETA resolution time just keep on expanding without comments. is there any technician man power shortage or operational challenges? No roper escalation paths

    @nithitsuki @ACTFibernet Bangalore, ACT layed out a fiber line, but it doesn’t terminate at my home, there’s a common box for connections in the area, so not true FTTH

    I recently changed Airtel to Act believing better service. The modem do not provide 2 frequency, my cams have 2.4g however mobile to configure auto connect to 5g in wifi. I called tech, he asked to call support, they informed steps of no use @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Still it not fixed I belive your team was bussy figuring out what reasons they can tell to the customer to avoid working ! It's been 3 days my security cameras are not working who is responsible if any theft happens ?

    I paid the full amount for the new connection on Wednesday (15/07/2026), but I still haven't received any update regarding the installation. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor service. please inform so that I can cancel my request. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet You run the internet business in Bangalore without having the power backup at Junction boxes? My internet connection went down the moment power went. This is totally unprofessional service from ACT. I would not recommend this company to anyone - A/C No: 102806254925
