@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

@ACTFibernet Internet not working since yesterday, have raised a complaint, said it would be resolved by 1pm today , but I still have not recieved any updates on it. Your service is absolute garbage everytime, never can be resolved in a day or two ,will be changing ISP asap
