    @ACTFibernet again facing worst customer service. Ticket SR10364491477176 was closed without any solution. Again raised another ticket SR10364532906582 but no solution yet. Agents ending the calls in middle. Have to follow all procedure from the beginning to reach your agent ???

    @ACTFibernet Is there any problem giving a new connection at Coimbatore? You dont want to give back my old account balance 2000Rs. Is that the reason for not giving a new connection?
