.@ACTFibernet I requested disconnection on April 18th, and it has been granted, and I am sending the required quantity of mail and SMS everyday for due. The service was quite awful, and it was the worst I've ever experienced. closing all my family 7 accounts. @consumerforum_

@ACTFibernet No internet since morning. Raised a ticket in the app, called up the customer care, still issue is not resolved. Disappointed with the service. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
