@ACTFibernet as usual behaviour. Still issue is not resolved. Its been 24 hour now. Well i'll make sure to take new network from next month, at least there will be good support. The time has come to kickout ACT.

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service providers.Tried to seek help but no response showed. They ill talked and said their is not valid reason to arrange call with supervisor. Firstly they gave wrong info. and now being a covid patient I can talk to my family becoze of their fault.

Your customer executive told me that I have 15 days for payment when I ask them to change my plan. Still my account get suspended, even after assurances from your side. Neither you change my plan to monthly even after 36 hours. Now asking me to pay for 6 month plan. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @Majji007 ACT has memorized few lines to their customer support resources. 1- we have prioritize ur ticket. 2- Sir dnt wry it'll be resolved within 24 hr. Mine 24 hr is going to over morning 8 AM. Lets see which engineer is coming midnight to resolve my issue.
