@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. When tickets are raised, they will just change the status to resolved but do not address the actual issue with internet. In a single day at least 8 hrs there will not be any internet.

@ACTFibernet this is mental harassment. My internet has been down since yesterday morning. I’ve called for over 20 mins multiple times same response: “please wait.” I’ve lost 2 days of work The delay is due to a powered-off junction box not even in my home.

@ACTFibernet Enough is enough! I’ve been asking for the last 6 MONTHS to remove this pole, and still NO action, NO response! I’ve waited long enough — since no one cares to respond, I’m going to cut down the pole myself. If your connection goes down, don’t blame me.

@ACTFibernet Even after several complaints, there’s no response. I used to come to Twitter for help, but now even that’s being ignored. The service is getting worse day by day. Regret choosing ACT.
