    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD start spending some money on service also instead of marketing. I have raise a complained regarding the internet issue which is not yet resolved. And when i call customer care it ia of no use. Worst customer care and service is been provided.

    @ACTFibernet its 96 hours. do you even intend to fix it or should i just switch? kindly confirm your plan of action so that i can switch or think if i should continue keeping act once u get in touch and provide the speed as per what you are charging for. i am not at all happy or satisfied.

    @ACTFibernet provides the worst service in Bangalore. Their internet goes off at least once in a month minimum and there's no way to get the money adjusted for no internet days except calling them which they don't pick the call even after waiting more than 15 mins.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i had raised a ticket its been more than 40 hrs no resolution i had got, if try to connect the customer care they are disconnecting the call. Your ticket SR10165673746754 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Aug (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30
