@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@ACTFibernet - he suggested to move my modem from 1st floor to ground floor. I had asked him to help me with the wiring. He asked me to do wiring connection with the help of electrician. But promised that he will help me with the end connector piece (rj45).

@ACTFibernet - I waited for half a day and then after losing my patience, I raised another ticket which got fixed the next day afternoon by a different service agent. Now, since I was not happy with my speed, I asked the agent how to get better speeds. He said modem placement

@ACTFibernet If there is an example of giving worst service to the customer, i think you will be the top. Since yesterday I internet is not working. Called your customer care 6/7 times, everytime they say , they will fix it shortly, but no communication is done after that.

@ACTFibernet The time has been crossed already. I am working from home and my work is suffering because of your pathetic service. Resolve immediately else disconnect it. I will use another service providers service.
