Ruchi (@_4Ruffle) reported@ACTFibernet That’s pretty smart I see. Well you closed the earlier ticket cause it had 10AM eta. New ticket got 2pM next day so you get more time. I have already lost entire day worth of it, reopened the closed ticket. Why no resolution or follow up yet.

I was told someone will contact me but again no contact from anyone from ACT not any new update if anyone is even working on the issue or not. Please fix this issue asap.

Then they will connect with you their local service team. They will request you to continue ACT. After that, the next day the service team came to my home.
