@ACTFibernet what's the logic behind hiding past SR case, within your app, once they are closed? Don't you want customers knowing their history of bad experiences with your service deficiencies? This is unethical business practice to hide data that customers are entitled to...

Hello @ACTFibernet when will you fix the internet instead of just increasing the resolution timeline, your CC is as clueless and unprofessional as they come. She put me on mute and went for a walk and then disconnected the call 10mins later. Pls help disconnect my connection.
