    @ACTFibernet My subscriber ID is 103016534622. I had a very customer experience from act guys. My internet was not working for many days. The act guys gave me worst customer experience. They are opening and closing the request without resolution. Disgusting.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issues with internet I tried to connect with Customer care and I selected Kannada as my preferred language.. But why my call is connected to Non Kannada person ?!! This is not way of serving ppl

    Dear @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 48 hours without internet connectivity. Complaint registered via app around 4:30 pm Sunday and ETR keeps on changing. As of now ETR is 23 Aug 9:00 pm but still nothing. Urge you to fix this issue ASAP Thanks!
