    @ACTFibernet There is absolutely no action from your end. You only keep closing ny service requests without consulting me. I raised ticket for disconnection and the same has been closed. Who gave your team permission to close the ticket without my consent?

    @ACTFibernet My problem is resolved and I understood that a small problem which could have been troubleshooted if someone called me. But disappointed that Nobody in your technical team did that. But they were quick in sending me a mail for closing of complaint.

    @ACTFibernet hi we paid for installation of internet.. And person was unable to find hub. So we said.. we dont need anymore. Now our 3800/- rs are struck with yiu and no one is responding to it since 2 days. May I get a resolution please or can you adjust that amount
