    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD From last 2 weeks I am having an internet issue - it automatically keeps disconnecting during the day and in nights it's never visible to connect. I keep calling the ACt local technician placed within our towship he never responds.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Facing frequent internet outages with ACT Fibernet yet again. I've raised another ticket, but this has become a recurring problem. Other ISPs in my apartment are working fine, while ACT users continue to face repeated disruptions. Very pathetic
