    @ACTFibernet There is no response from your end yet. Your customer care is telling, there may be mistakes in invoice and hence customer should check sms messages from your end. Is it the right practice you are following? Don’t penalize customer for your fault.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago I wanted to raise a complaint that for service shutdown when the @ACTFibernet needs to refund me they are asking me to pay the price for their internet shutdown.. Can they be fined for this

    @ACTFibernet SR10160326380129 this ticket is closed without resolution. I got a call but it was disconnected after only 2 rings and no option to call back. Is this how you resolve all tickets??

    @MaheshGayii @ACTFibernet Good decision, I also took same decision. Technicians don't know the exact issue. They only know swithoff the router and SwithOn. Remove the cable and connect to laptop. This is my daily activity past 5 months onwards.
