    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet , I was told a representative will call me in 48 hours, no one did Earlier they said it’s junction box issue, then main line issue, now they are claiming flooding Who is incharge ? All of my work has come to a halt and I am facing penalty

    @ACTFibernet Every Saturday Internet stops working. Why can't the technicians fix it properly. Technician disconnecting the call. Not responding to calls or messages.
