    @ACTFibernet You have not yet answered me. You are not supposed to close the ticket. The question was raised here, make sure put the answer here. Last time asking before legal procedure -Tell me if your service is prepaid or Postpaid. If you don't answer , forget the router

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD has the same issue from 2 weeks ago. Any permanent solution at all? The box in the street keeps being disconnected by the house owners. People get this resolved once and for all.
