    @ACTFibernet whenever there is a power cut, internet shuts off. After several complaints, one of the UPS was replaced, now in less than a month, same issue.

    @ACTFibernet closed existing ticket and given new ticket number SR10162692945011 . Also I got notice that if I don't pay bill in next 2 days my connection will be disconnected! why should I pay if you don't solve my problem for more than 2 months? #Actfiberpoorserice

    @ACTFibernet If there is dumbest customer care , you guys would belong to that. On a busy working day, not having internet connection for almost 24 hours and you guys are taking own sweet time to resolve. Trust me who on earth will trust your network and services again.!!
