@Technology @ACT @ACTFibernet there any way we can find the people who (the mobile device)connected on a particular date our wifi network. Someone nearby connected and they cast their phone a video with volume and this caused an very severe shock to my mom.

@ACTFibernet Nodal Authority & Appellate Authority is not even replying to mails since a week. Really feeling pathetic about @ACTFibernet. Only technical issues will be created for employee account whereas the concern is legal & being fraudulent.

@ACTFibernet Since yesterday 6 pm the internet has not been stopand we have raised the complainant twice and still the issue has not be resolved and we are working from home and we are unable to continue our work. And the customer care executive has not been responding properly.

@ACTFibernet No, its not resolved. Have raised a complaint with Nodal Officer also. But since a week Nodal Officer has not replied. Hence, have mailed to Appellate Authority. Hoping that Appellate Authority is not negligent aslike Nodal.
