    Your request SR11556478301102 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/12/2021 08:00:00 PM. The issue isn't resolved yet and there's no response when we follow up customer care to resolve the same ASAP. It's WORSE when we are working from home and dependent on @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet You guys fixed the issue with a new modem, I appreciate but what about the commitment? I was told to pay 3 months rental fees in advance to avail the modem upgrade but I see a bill now in my account to pay for modem price that to for a incorrect modem model.

    Day by day your services are becoming pathetic, no correct response from customer services and they are hanging up the call, shouting on customers, issues in every two months @ACTFibernet please improve your services we are loosing money because of you guys #patheticact

    Please waive the amount in this month bill , I didn't use internet in the last month for 9 days. The customer support is worst @ACTFibernet or else disconnect my broadband, I don't want to use, I will go for other broadband providers.
