@ACTFibernet Don't fool me, none has tried to call me. Really worst customer service and there is no responsibility by any employees in Chennai including TL(Stalin), Velan(sales team), and customer care representatives. For installation, Velan called many times now no response.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service from ACT. Poor connection followed by not refunding my paid amount. It's over a month, when my refund amount was promised, but now ACT is neither acknowledging my mails nor refunding my amount. Is it a company policy not to refund ?

@ACTFibernet multiple calls, mails regarding refund of my money after disconnection. No response. It was assured through multiple phone calls that I will definitely get my refund. But still did not. I was a customer for last 5+ years. Feeling very very bad.

@ACTFibernet 103441701726, I have called customer care many times for refund. Still none have send any persons to collect the router for refund process. These persons Stalin(TL), Velan-Sales Team and Dinesh-installation none has responded my query.

@ACTFibernet Too late , just paid @airtelindia broadband for new connection . They are on the way to Install service Account:102424069132 But yes I took this decision after talking to your retention agent shrawani . The way she spoke to us was bad really bad as if she owns the company .TX

@ACTFibernet worst kind of response from your team. A worst connectivity followed by not refunding my amount. It has been over a month when refund money was promised to me, but no one responds to mails or calls. Is it your company policy not to refund the amount?
