    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet I am using your service .I was paying 659 monthly plan .but today they charged rs 796 .means 118 for late payment.its not right.if I am paying my bill after late they are charging too much then if I will any internet problem will they pay me money for that.

    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Hello Act, Your team said they can't provide service in my area and took the routers back, But not willing to refund the extra amount that I have already paid, ticket # SR10279795323424 is opened with no update or resolution since ages.

    @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10179750318014 is expected to be resolved by 14-Apr between 07:30 to 09:00AM NO CALL, NO RESOLUTION YET. IF UNABLE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet SR10179931727424- Internet down for 4+ days. Previous ticket was closed without resolution. Engineer confirmed switch issue but no action has been taken. No follow up so far. Extremely poor service. Need immediate escalation and restoration.
