    @ACTFibernet , #actfibernet It's been a week since i raised a complaint and all i could see is fake commitments from customer care service, technicians and nodalofficer. Anyway i've raised a disconnection request. So sit back and relax since you've lost one of your customers.

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience iam facing with ACT,Since last 6 days was no connection at area thirumullaivoyal Chennai Tamilnadu,worst customer service,Worst customer care approach,they asking me cancel the connection if its not working,I lost my complete day to day work...

    @storyteller_ind @ACTFibernet I got message that expected resolution on 18 December 2022. No point of waiting with these people. They can't resolve the issue. It's better to switch to other internet operator. No internet for the past 6 days. @ACTFibernet what a wonderful service.
