    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been getting disconnected for a whole day multiple times in the last 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. My consumer id is 102758157263. I'm tired of your stupid AI chatbot. If i don't get a call from a human customer service agent by tom, I'm cancelling.

    @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.
