    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet network SR10280013087124 almost 5 days over there is no fix on internet, even the technician don't receive calls and if any delay means they charge late fees if bill missed, first fix your service, if stil same i wil disconnect..

    @ACTFibernet No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @veeransg5 @ACTFibernet Crap.. they just not interested in fixing issues.. It’s just mentality of Indian service providers.. they will take full amount but can’t provide service .. they take power from your home n provide connection to others .. there will be around 10-20 connections from each box ..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD fraud network providers always loot the people. Their employees in the Hyderabad area are so negligible, such a worst service provider. Do you want me to take the legal action on you guys ?? Such a worst people working in ACT

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet for 3 days now. Multiple complaints raised and still no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. I work from home and this has completely disrupted my work.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from sales team saying if you buy a new connection we will give you flat 1000 rs discount and also Install the connection same day. I paid the amt yesterday neither I got 1000 Rs nor the service is installed. I cheated by your sales team. Ac 101800834944

    If you are thinking of getting @ACTFibernet, don’t. One incident of rain will leave you without Internet for days while the customer care team does nothing to help. Oh, they’ll remind you to renew your connection while not actually fixing the issue.

    Update. Some technician from ACT installed the fiber. After about 10-15 mins, the internet stopped working. Raised a service ticket and waiting since forever. @ACTFibernet
