@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

I’m going to change my connection and I’m gona tell all my collegs,Frnd’s whom I’ve referred to this pathetic service provider @ACTFibernet to change as well coz they’ve no service stranded to their honestCustomer. In last 3 months this is my 4 LOP is markd coz of network issues.

@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint on Feb 1 regarding incorrect update of data usage and whenever I receive a call from your team they just say that they're forwarding the issue to backend team that's it , the backend team didn't contact me nor did they resolve my issue.

@ACTFibernet After multiple attempts to first relocate, then disconnect, the connection was finally taken off a month ago but no refund has come for the 6 months that I paid for in advance. Worst service!
