    To give them their due, @ACTFibernet has really upped their customer service game over the past 18 months. I had another outage yesterday and they were relentless in fixing it as soon as possible. Much appreciated.

    Your router reset itself, @ACTFibernet. Now I can’t access the internet even though it’s working. The wifi name and password reset themselves. I can’t access my wifi. I can’t access your tech support team either. I have work to do. This is not the first time.

    @ACTFibernet Facing connectivity issue from past 2-3 weeks but the issue is still not resolved. Connection is not stable. Lot of fluctuation in bandwidth.
