WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

which was simply rejected. After calling the helpline they promised to have it checked and the waiver processed. But guess what? It was rejected again. I had no option but to pay my usual monthly plan amount. @ACTFibernet is this the type of customer service I should expect?

@ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn Ur engineer came and disconected the connection. Its been 4hours..no internet.. Is this a service you guys provide??? And even the engineer is not recieving the call. WHAT IS THIS. WORK FROM HOME IS GOIN ON!!!!!!

@ACTFibernet two weeks back had the same issue with my connection. Again today the same problem. is this gonna be a regular problem then please let me know. i could find a better service provider out there?

@ACTFibernet So I faced a service outage last month for 1 full day, which was more than 24 hrs. I had to call the helpline numerous times to have the status checked. After the issue was resolved, I raised for a waiver request for the day I did not use the internet

@ACTFibernet Your call back is not helping to solve the issue from past 20days boss. Make your people have some sense & talk bcz you give a faulty device nd now say we cannot replace the device, but you say the device is the cause of issue. What the heck is this.
