    @ACTFibernet No one has started working and no one has contacted me yet . Please learn some customer service, your technicians have no interest in serving customers. Very poor experience, I will be shifting to some other provider which is more reliable

    @ACTFibernet Fake promise from ACT. Agent denied if you close the door you ll not get internet and he didn't bother to come home and check why frequent disconnection. He just told there was a issue its fixed ticket was closed. I was promised he ll check line to ensure all good

    @ACTFibernet This is worst Behaviour from your team. I have contacted for WiFi connection KYC got completed and got an update Installation will be completed by end of the day. Till now no one contacted me when I called the KYC guy He is not at all Responding .

    @ACTFibernet What a surprise when I raised complaint just few minutes they closed the without any update at the same time I request disconnection immediately took action and kept the compliant upto 48 hrs super

    When you need a connection, Act Fibernet will call you ten thousand times a day. When we need the connection shifted AWOL. Horrendous service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It was a worst experience being customer of ACT instead properly listening to customer the call center becomes hyper on customer and start shouting instead of solving the issue. This way ACT works after taking payment from customers. There are many options of other networks
