    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    WTF @ACTFibernet, I disconnected my broadband connection almost two months ago, and you send me a Bill for last month, when you’ve even acknowledged the disconnection!? RECTIFY THIS ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet given to us is this your Area Tecnical person Mr.Ramanan 500043 is our Pin Code and he says due to VPN connection it will come slow i use VPN only for SAP after that i close it ,for some other purpose also i am facing this slowness kindly resolve this or i will shift to others.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10179796368604 was closed claiming the issue is resolved, but now there's another outage again! This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. How many times will you close fake tickets while customers suffer? Fix this new outage immediately

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

    @ACTFibernet Even when the issue is as clear as anything, even after ~12 hrs they have not done anything. Pathetic service. I have been assured multiple times to get a call from technician and backend team yet nobody called.
