    @ACTFibernet I installed ACT last week and the experience has been pathetic. I was given an offer for a free router for a 3 month plan. But the router I was given does not support the connection speed. Raised a query on Sat, it's Wed now but no resolution has been provided.

    @ACTFibernet worst service. Without any request connection reactivated. For a period no connection and demanding payment. Nodal officer not useful at all and worst service provider. Totally not professional

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I requested for a new connection on 15 March and paid the amount as requested by your sales representative. However, due to technical and logistical problems, the connection is still not provided. Can you please close the request and process the refund?

    @ACTFibernet I am fed up with the services provided by you . Two days back only I got a call from ACT regarding the feedback and now I am facing the same issue backend problem from your side . Dont even bother to get it done since I have switched to a different service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Fed up with your service. Yesterday there was no connectivity for 4 hours, again there's nothing since morning. What's going on? I have got to switch to another service provider, can't have this affecting my work two days in a row!!
