@Airtel_Presence , seems things are really bad at your end cause your staff themselves seem to be encouraging existing customers to move to @ACTFibernet for a better experience . Seems my area will be an Airtel free zone soon .

@ACTFibernet I got totally cheated by @ACTFibernet . I request all those who see this to opt for a better service provider. I paid more than ₹15,000 for a year of this, and they do not even respond to the complaint. Their links to rate the installation process, and the sales are invalid.

Pathetic service from #Actfibernet it's been 1 week since I raised a complaint that I recieved a wrong router while taking the new connection. They have given me Dual band router instead of Gigabit router, I raised the complaint on Monday 17 itself that they have given me the (1)

@ACTFibernet raised a complaint today morning around 10am (compliant # SR10257071201079) but around 4pm they closed my complaint without giving any resolution . am behind the ACT support for removing my GST# from the invoice for which they still dont have a solution. Pathetic

@ACTFibernet i have raised request for connecting shifting..Its been 10 days i have not received a single call from also from your team. I've been following up day in out but there is always same response that we will get back to you. You people have pathetic after sales service.

@ACTFibernet I made an advance payment for one month connection and modem. But the modem never came and when the customer support team was contacted, they said it was out of stock. Then you guys charged me 1 month bill and disabled my services and locked me out of the app.
