    @ACTFibernet complaint # SR10258448376172 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/22/2021 05:00:00 PM. I can't believe it takes more than 24 hrs to resolve an issue. Should I take off from work tomm?

    @ACTFibernet Provided details and it's been a day not received any cal. When I try calling it's a IVR and disconnecting w/o proper info. Was trying to fill shifting form but it keeps asking to try again after filling all details. Tq fr ur WORST service..@ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet You better stop providing services. Always problem with the speed and connectivity. It's better to migrate Jio broadband.

    @ACTFibernet I got a message from @ACTFibernet stating my issue will be resolved by 22nd June 4 pm. Now I have to wait another 24 hrs to have net connectivity! Can someone look into this on priority?

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my contact number through DM. I am sure there is some conspiracy going on . Every time i raise ticket i get the solution but that work for just one day , how this is even possible.
