@ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

@Airtel_Presence No worries, I switched to @ACTFibernet. They did installation in 2 hours of request being raised and I have 250+ mbps on my devices. Happy with what I have. Leaving @Airtel_Presence was a good decision!! Thanks to your customer service for not responding on time!! 🥰

@ACTFibernet your collection team is so dumb they don't understand basic things lady by name shailaja and they have disconnected my business internet line and they are so rude. It's just worst have been using your service from past 5 years in 5 locations around banaglore.
