    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    @ACTFibernet my cousin paid for your new connection in Bangalore on Tuesday and was promised installation in 2 days. Still there are no calls from the technicians/helpline not responding as well. Please help!! @recurshawn

    @ACTFibernet Request act to teach how to handle the customer while on the call. Just, i reached to customer care. CSR put me on hold and disconnect the call.

    @ACTFibernet Internet restored now for request SR10280004314794. Thanks for resolving, but the repeated “24 hrs” updates were frustrating. Hope for better service going forward.

    Extremely Disappointed with Customer Support for @ACTFibernet On 1st of May i had raised a request for connection shift to my new place which is just outside my old flat. I received SMS saying the technician was going to come on 2nd, but he didnt.

    Hi @ACTFibernet this is regarding my request SR10280004314794. It’s been over 5 days with no internet since 29th April. Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI I spoke to a Pawan Kumar who said a technical staff will get back to me at 6 pm when I called at 5:30.He raised a so called PRIORITY internal ticket. No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

    Now that you and your ****** support has wasted my 3 whole days due to which I wasnt able to do my work, and faced issues with moving out, Thanks for wasting my time @ACTFibernet but now I cannot take it anymore

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple complaints over the past few weeks with zero progress. Providing a refurbished router has not resolved the underlying issue. I need an actual service intervention, not more scripted follow-up calls without action.
