    @ACTFibernet From Jun 14th I’m having frequent internet troubles. Finally, 10 days ago technician told me he will install junction box at my home as permanent solution. Its been over 10 days and no response. Internet troubles for over 2 months. Please fix

    @ACTFibernet easily has the worst cx. There's no way to actually reach a human agent, you'll have to wait for hours on end and still there'd be no response. The support bot doesn't have all the options. If any of you are considering to go for ACT, please don't.
