    Pathetic Customer Support by @ACTFibernet Unable to reach Customer Care as it says it's busy all the time. They have sent me a text stated that I am trying to call them so better use the app, but there is no option wherein I can talk/chat with some representative one to one.

    @ACTFibernet your support helpline number has been ported and the local manager in Delhi only has 1 line to say’it will be resolved’ it’s close to 24hrs since the fault and no resolution. You should shut shop with such rubbish technical team

    .@ACTFibernet You guys have lausiest app. There is no option to raise issue, If it's different than predefined one. Earlier you could call and someone will come and fix the issue. Service was the only reason I picked ACT over @airtelindia
