@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet I keep getting constant speed issues where I get like 1/5th of my plan speed. Its very frustrating. I even have an Airtel connection but I never face these problems.

@ACTFibernet no executive or representative has contacted us yet. It’s been days since we raised request to transfer out connection. Work is not done but I get mailed saying my issue is resolved and I have to pay 400/- and worst is they are asking a feed back for incomplete work
