@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@Ajay_Kumar_AJ @ACTFibernet wow this turns out to be a common issue with ACT. facing similar issue, get only 50 Mbps although its 150 Mbps. Every day same issue. Something need to be done.

@ACTFibernet There is an outage today. Raised a ticket, tried reaching out to the account manager. No update. You are prompt in taking payments but when problems are reported you just ignore SR10261345123902
