    in these 10 days and probably would have installed connection as well. Yesterday @ACTFibernet your guys promised me to onstall connection bh 21st May and today denied. Isn't it fraud and kind of false promise ! @ACTFibernet could you please look into this matter and help us.

    @ACTFibernet Dears, The ACT Fibernet is one of the useless broadbands I have ever used in my life. I have raised ticket 11 days back, no one has responded so far. They dupe the customers with false promises but shameless. Complaint No : SR10264770743596

    @ACTFibernet ACT BANGALORE- FYI this issue is consistent in our Apts complex always goes off air many times every day but it returns back it’s own with in 2-3 minutes. Need to investigate this issue and required permanent fix.
