@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Subscribed to Smart Max 799 in July, Internet died after a week & hasn’t worked since. Raised multiple complaints, No proper response. This is unacceptable—fix it ASAP! Please let us know if this can’t be fixed - Refund, we will be more than happy to switch.

@ACTFibernet Still no resolution, in add to that I received extra bill of 500 for DNT security deposit which I don't know what it is about and was not informed about any such amount prior, This is agent who made fool out of me into taking 3 month plan bhavya : +91 87925 89614
