@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

Very Bad internet @ACTFibernet Its been 22 days still my issue isn't resolved. Everytime tickets gets closed but my issue is not getting resolved even 2days ago I opened ticket but it got closed I don't know how. Very bad experience on your part. I need this issue to be escalated

Worst thing about @ACTFibernet is that who lives in individual homes as humans and we cant get a connection. only people living in apartments get the connection not for anyone.
