    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.

    PLEASE DON'T subscribe to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket raised 2 days ago Still not yet resolved. A technician called me once regarding the issue and he's not lifting calls Since yesterday night There's not even a customer care number to reach out and escalate. WORST!!

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 24hrs , issue still not resolved.this is impact on our work. More than 200 houses internet down since 24hrs. Due to tree branch cutting by electricity dept. In Ameenpur Hyderabad. Kindly address ASAP. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Don’t send this default templates provide proper information of what is going on and why is it taking so much time to fix to have an better understanding of why its taking so much time. You app doesn’t give any proper information of the what is happening with the ticket.
