    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I will now be filling a complaint on consumer grievance portal and make sure that I don't continue with @ACTFibernet and ensure that all the connections in my building are terminated by the builder and give chance to Jio or Airtel or even Excitel, but not these losers.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the service and support. I've been facing frequent internet disconnections for over 15 days and have raised multiple complaints. A technician finally visited yesterday evening, diagnosed that the issue is with the router 1/n

    @ACTFibernet Even the house owner is chasing ACT team to remove it from his terrace. For that also there is no response. Whoever is handling the box installation is causing all the trouble Be a Lil more responsive, when 3 active connection holders are complaining about one issue with box.

    @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

    I paid for a 3-month subscription, but your network quality is terrible. Customers shouldn't have to beg for the service they've already paid for. Either: Restore my connection immediately, Refund the downtime period, or I will cancel ACT and move to a competitor. #actfibernet
