@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet My broadband is down for the past 1 week & hav been following up for resolution. Without resolving they have closed ticket. Shame on your technicians. You Really have to look at your customer service people. horrible in handling us. Been here from '14 & leaving now.

@ACTFibernet it’s very difficult during times when critical meetings are happening whilst working from home. For the last few days been working with hotspot connectivity. Planning on surrendering such poor Internet provider with the worst customer service! +wrong repair TAT !

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT Team, When compared to other service providers, your monthly cost remain high. Request to consider the tarriff as your basic plan starts with 800+ Rs Those who Work from home feels much comfortable with Airtel or Jio where they provide basic plan with 500/- per month.
