@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet If this is the horrible manner in which ACT operates, I'd rather shift my connection. I don't need your irresponsible services any longer. There's no way to raise a request for my concern on the APP & the CS exec who called me said she would take care of the amt.

@ACTFibernet story.. A box with 8 connections is available in a building. But due to some reasons they relocated the box. They relocated the box but not the 8 connections. If we ask why?? they say it's not our job and tell raise complaint Ruthless.. Senseless.. Irresponsible guys

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have opted the @ACTFibernet that they will provide their service at the earliest possible but now I regret that I should have gone with local brand, atleast they respond in one day . Here it's been four days but still the problem is not resolved. Worst service.
