@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

Hello @ACTFibernet it’s close to 24 hours and my ticket still hasn’t been resolved. The ETR gets pushed 6 hours. I have been facing constant issues with my connection from the past 3 months. Please help or else I’ll find a better service provider.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD from today morning internet is down.And no technician is lifting calls.the issue is in rajiv gruha kalpa, near to pragathi nagar. One executive told server is down another told junction box is damaged...why need to fool customer.
