  @ACTFibernet love this game that you are playing. "Revision of ETR". 30 Jul 26 - 0900-1300, 1600-1930, 1930-2100. Latest is 31 Jul 26 - 1930-2100. In the meanwhile, visit by 3 technicians. Problem explained to all of them. Wonder when will u get tired of this game.

  @ACTFibernet Kindly escalate to your leadership. There is no call back from technician at all. I dont even know if he is working on the issue.
