    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I already have firestick why would I use your setup box if you can't provide live tv channels. It's very bad service and support.

    @ACTFibernet What is the precise timeline of resolution? Why is there no communication from your side about what the actual issue is and when it'll be fixed? I am just tired of seeing the irrelevant ETR times on your app which haven't been adhered to 6 separate times in the past 3 days.
