@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Very poor internet service for the changes paid every month. Streaming of videos in the beginning of the month very worse when my usage not started. ticket SR10764500115524. Have been complaining every month on this issue. #poorcustomerservice #poorCRM

@ACTFibernet I lost my internet connection as on April 1st and raised a TT for the same. ETA for resolution was 1pm of 2nd April. Neither it got resolved nor anyone from customer support is helping to close or address this issue. You lost your goodwill today.
