@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet The app currently shows “Awaiting for ETR” with no estimated resolution time provided. Please share a clear ETR and the reason for repeated outages, as the service disruption has occurred multiple times recently and is still unresolved.
