  @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid ₹2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.

  @ACTFibernet what’s going on with your Internet service? Raised ticket, tried calling consumer care (brainless bot) etc. SR10281119426264 I need this resolved, or help me with refund of the recharge and discontinue service. “Maintenance in your area” is not valid every time.

  Guys @ACTFibernet is a big fraud. They promised to return my money if I don't like services. They took 7500 in advance. Poor connectivity, it keeps throwing me off meetings. Now they say they won't refund anything. I am going to break and burn act fibernet routers and post here

  How much longer are customers expected to tolerate this? At this point, just come and take your router back. I’ll switch to a provider that actually delivers the service it promises. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix it—or lose another customer. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service
