@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet @TRAI @ACTBroadbandIn poor customer service and centricity towards customer satisfaction and service recovery. The lock down period where no Internet is used still charging for the services and failing to adjust the period inspite of all records available.
