  It is one of the biggest mistake I did by switching the broadband provider from pioneer broadband to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Instead of multiple follow ups there is no response. My old provider used to resolve the issue in 1 hour which act faild to do in whole day.

  @ACTFibernet It's Been a worst experience with customer support for solving an issue related to Billing variance ,I have been in touch with the customer support from past 4 days and getting the same reply 'we will get back to you' and our team will call you back,very pathetic

  @ACTFibernet This was lodged today 9.30AM Ticket : SR10354976875302. Missed call given to 7406380033 as per process. Neither issue is resolved nor Cust Care called to resolve this.

  @ACTFibernet i took my act connection in november 2020. My plan was of 6 month+1 month with 100 mbps speed. but the speed i am getting since november is only 30-40 mbps. After every 2 days there is a problem in my connection. Act is giving poor service.
