    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 25th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Till now I have made all the payments ontime. But for this month I will not complete the payment untill the problem is resolved. So please don't send me message that there will be late payment charges.

    @ACTFibernet The benefit ACT is that they are the lone service provider near Tripura’s Galaxy. Tellapur. Evn after no proper speed and internet we have to rely on ACT. Trust me many ppl like me are waiting for other service provider to come, so that we cn discontinue your service
