@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet If you really want this issue to get resolved then can I get a relationship manager or similar to work with. Today your folks are working in isolation with no input from me and vice versa that's causing delays and frustration.

@ACTFibernet Do I always have to tweet in order for my issue to be resolved? Second time within 30 days I am facing an internet issue. Two employees rely on the internet as they are working from home. And all we're asked to do is wait for 24h. How fair is that?
