    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I have sent so many emails and called everyday but there is no resolution yet , you seem to be only caring at the time of taking a connection but not after becoming a customer , very poor service

    @ACTFibernet I have raised two complaints and no one is bothered to come back to me, it’s been more than 10 days since i raised the issue , this is very bad customer service

    Got my internet connection disconnected in the mid of October and you are yet to process my refund. I guess, you are proving my decision right. Pathetic service! @ACTFibernet

    @Pavan_07goyal @ACTFibernet I have had issues with Act fibernet too. They're service has been pathetic. Specially at work place. Nothing happens when there's no internet. If the same happens again this month, I'll change it with JIO
