    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @jagograhakjago @ACTFibernet Dear consumer forum team, My internet is disconnected since yesterday and even after calling Actfibernet twice and requesting to fix the issue, they haven't yet fixed. Please interfere into the matter! My work has stopped because of Actfibernet!!

    @ACTFibernet has the worst customer service ever. I asked about my charges and the representative kept repeating about the plan I've took and didn't actually told me why they debited 2000+ Rs. from my account. It's like she was on loop kept repeating the same thing.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for shifting my connection on 8th of Jan. Old connection has been deactivated the very day of request but no response on new connection. Been calling the customer support almost every day but no actions yet. Very frustrating!
