    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet there was no follow up since morning, earlier when i had @airtelindia broadband they used to resolve issues within an hour.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I haven't had internet for the past 72 hours, and a complaint was raised yesterday - SR10180679769244. I understand there was heavy rain, and I waited for the resolution, but this is testing my patience.

    @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying โ‚น12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and โ‚น62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.
