@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Guys what the hell with the Customer service these days. I was using act blaze 6+1 which I renewed it yesterday but after sometime it was converted to monthly plan now your CS is asking to pay for differential amout. Is this a new tactic to take our money?

@ACTFibernet Internet has been going down for a day every couple of weeks lately. There's no internet at home since yesterday. Very frustrating! If it keeps going down, we'll be switching to some other provider.

@ACTFibernet I am not assured. You guys break promise on a regular basis. I complete my studies from home and fiber is how i do it. Every two months i face this. When i call customer care and opt to speak with the representative, it redirects me to a non existing number. So much for assurance
