@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet And I must say you have a very third class App where nothing works. I have initiated the request for emailing the receipt several times since morning and ever time it says e-Mail sent but I am yet to receive my bill and receipt. You are really the worst internet provider.

@ACTFibernet I am facing internet issue since Sunday afternoon. According to customer service it should have been resolved in 24 hours, but still no solution. Service Engineers have marked as resolved without resolving it. Service graph is just going negative.
