    again interrupt in internet service for 2 days, don't know you people doing, **** @ACTFibernet, don't know how u digesting our money without giving proper service, instead of looting money like this, u can beg or do something to earn money. SR10365912652524 is my complaint id.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple srs in past 10 days. Tickets are just being closed, issue still remains unresolved. How many times do I raise an sr for the same issue. Probably will disconnect today if my issue does not gets resolved today. Your customer support is dumb

    @ACTFibernet - I've tried to call your customer care more than three time. Chose Tamil language.. system says connecting to customer service executive after that dead silence.. Suddenly Internet not working and I'm WFH 🤦 Please look into it ASAP Location: Chennai

    @ACTFibernet What the hell is happening with my recharge every time. Every time I do the recharge and I have to call the customer care to get this updated or resume my services. Apart from this today dated 19-9-2022, I called one of your executive Saba, she talked to me rudely.

    @ACTFibernet Resolved but with lots of efforts and follow up. Still ACT Fibrenet should reduce the stipulated time for rectification from 24 hours to 1 or 2 hours . When Electricity Boards resolves issues within 1 hour of complaint, ACT Fibrenet should not take 24 hours for resolution
