    @ACTFibernet I think your customer care executives are trained to say that we’ll resolve this in priority but they don’t have any clue on what’s happening otherside. If you are not able to resolve the issue within timeline atleast give an update. It has become recurring issue.

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 22hrs, no internet. What's wrong with customer support? Ticket SR10165713884004 still open, no engineer visited. This is repeating every month. Will you wait for 24h after due date for bill payment? If you won't, then why should we for service?
