    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Raised ticket SR10280695130624 and support blamed "6 devices" for my speed dropping that's not it. On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

    @ACTFibernet being useless as usual. SR10180583021694 raised 4 days ago, no resolution, no courtesy to call back, no technician assigned, won't even let me give up the connection. Ridiculous service.

    My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Merely saying "thank you" achieves nothing; it is essential to resolve the issue within the timeframe you specified. Constantly changing the schedule day after day does not solve the problem.
