@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet the internet goes off on its own comes back on its own and then decides to dissapear for a day and ur customer care who have been practised to give every customer the same answer, act is in shambles. we do not pay for the net to go down every week pls resolve it

@ACTFibernet you people are quick to cut off services when there’s a lack of payment, but when there is a connection error from your end, it seems we customers are forced to wait for hours and hours because getting the problem resolved isn’t your priority, absolutely disgusting

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI- the ticket is escalated for more than 8 times, I just dropped an email to nodal officer, not sure how far should I go to get a resolution.
