@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet thank you reliable,fast service for last 24 mths. May I request you to reword your subscription reminders? When there is at least 72 hrs remaining for due date. A reminder that says "remains unpaid" is an accusation even if it is followed by plz ignore if paid.

@ACTFibernet Has anyone told you that your customer support is one of the worst on earth. After making cust wait for 20 mins on phone, you send a link for applying relocation, which doesn’t send otp. Login account doesn’t have option to apply online. And you charge premium price
