    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet You have advance bill payment system and I had already paid bill of February 2022 and raised the disconnection request on 27th Feb. so why this bill is being sent again and again? FFS stop this evil practice. I’m never going to use ACT again nor would recommend it to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet .. your wi-fi NOT working for the last 36 hours. We couldn't register complaint in your App. Complained thru WhatsApp, recd ticket number. Recd calls after 24 hrs from your landline. They checked our availability. NO ONE turned up yet. Will you ACT NOW?

    @ACTFibernet Team, I'm having such a bad experience with your helpdesk and call support for the service request SR10264268766716. I just requested a manual bill for the month of Feb 2022. Misinformation from the call support and no response from helpdesk its been 7 days now.

    @ACTFibernet No I have even spoke to your customer care executive. He didn't respond well. I have been your user and a customer for a very long years. Never delayed a single payment. But still I am not even provided a wifi router. If I have to spend extra on just a router.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 48hrs since I have paid for the fibernet connection. But still there is no call from the team for the connection they just had informed that a box needs to be installed in the Appartment. #delayedservice Please take necessary steps for quicker service
