@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet has the worst possible customer service ever, 10/10 would not recommend. If you have @airtelindia or @reliancejio in your area go for it. Act is not worth the hassle and their 6 months commitments.

@ACTFibernet Your customer support says that the credit can be given only on my ACT a/c. Neither I have one nor I intend to. It's an UNFAIR repeat business strategy 'coz the cashback is NOT on your service per se. It's a white collor crime. Wonder how many subscribers could have fallen prey.

@ACTFibernet I have disconnected my services 2 months back due to slow network and Iam requestiong for the refund since 2 months but there is no response from your side. This is not the way you treat your coustomers. I need my refund as soon as possibel or I will find a legal way
