    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet My Customer prospect No 102647938922, I clearly told executive I needed connection by today morning and he guaranteed, but now he is not taking my calls or responding to messages after payment was done for 3 months. Feel like cheated, ACT was wrong choice.

    I used @ACTFibernet from 2019-2021 they had the worst services. And now after again moving back to Bengaluru I made the same mistake. It's time to say TATA to their ****** services. @ACTFibernet it's 2022 at least improve Lil bit on your services.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working since Saturday and the faulty router has not been replaced as promised. I would like to disconnect the service, at least process the refund of 5 months' advance payment at the earliest. Can't wait forever.

    @ACTFibernet my complaint it is SR10264766874372 It was supposed to be solved by may 9, but still have no solution. Your customer care team just tells we will fix tomorrow but nothing happens. What kind of service is this?
