It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?   I have an active ACT fibernet connection. I tried to login my ACT fibernet app but recently its not logging in. I reinstalled the app and tried to login but it is saying as mobile number is not registered. I need immediate solution for this because my billing date is yet to come and i dont even know the exact date. Also i am without logging in App im unable to raise ticket for any issues , check usages etc.. So kindly fix this issue asap or give me any update why im facing this issue ? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too
