@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

Hi @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for a week to get a new connection after making the payment. You mention it be get installed within 48hrs and it’s being a week. If the installation cannot be done please i initiate a refund so I can ask a different service provider.
