@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Could you please let me know why I am being charged 1299+GST per month for 400Mbps plan when new plan of 500Mbps is being sold for 1199+GST per month in Lucknow? 6 year old customer and this is blatant cheating! I want this resolved asap else I will be closing ACT!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Received a call from billing team admitting ACT’s mistake in advertising 500 Mbps, later changed to 50 Mbps without intimation. No resolution offered, very dismissive response. Audio proof available. Request support from ACT leadership to resolve fairly. #act_ceo

3/4 @ACTFibernet Worst part: WITHOUT prior notice, a technician came and cut the fibre cable and casually asked me to “raise a new complaint”. ❓ Who authorised this? ❓ Why no prior intimation? ❓ Why no written action plan?

@ACTFibernet My complaint SR10878364456393 was closed without resolution or notification. I opted for ACT AMZ Starter Plus Combo 6M (500 Mbps) but speed reduced to 50 Mbps. Multiple standard replies, no fix yet. Urgent resolution needed. #ACTFibernet #ServiceIssue #TRAI

@ACTFibernet pathetic service from the Actfibernet regarding my refund amount. I raised a request for refund in the month of Nov 2025 i.e.10.11.2025 Till now amount not yet received.without giving refund they closed my ticket this is the way they are looting customer money.
