    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet not able to connect to internet, I tried reaching you guys on phone, but couldn't connect on that also. Registered the complaint on actfibre app and got a msg in a minute saying that everything is working fine from our end. Please look into the issue asap.

    @ACTFibernet I've been facing issues constantly and I'm not satisfied with the provided services. You can see the service history. I'm facing at least couple of issues every week.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, the internet went down yesterday morning. I was told it would be fixed by 7pm. It's been more than 24 hours, the internet is still down. Ticket # SR10348962831832. Are you actively trying to push people towards Jio Fiber?

    @ACTFibernet Again the exact same outage which happened on 29 October 2020. Showing connected but nothing works since 1030 AM. Looks like I need to start looking for another Broadband service provider.

    @zeneraalstuff @ACTFibernet i have switched to Jio and there was only 2 Hrs interruption of service on 25th. So far good.
