  @ACTFibernet We are having Internet issues since 15 days and there is no solution or reply from ACT. We are running a business here and we need 24/7 connectivity. Just waiting for another ISP in Hayathnagar area for switching from such horrible service.

  @ACTFibernet Check the call record when I tried to reach customer care on 17th July and when Customer care clearly told me there won't be extra charges... I want the wave off for the reconnection that is added on the bill.

  @ACTFibernet When we ask to disconnect the customer care knows to call thousand time to re confirm and tell we will be charged and when we have some issues it's least considered.. Never expected such a service from ActFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD the service in our community is very bad. there is no internet connectivity from yesterday. the same is happening twice a week. that means we are getting 3days a week. the technician and sales person does not even respond.

  @ACTFibernet Very poor and pathetic response from the customer service. Now they are saying it's all configuration issue. Behaviour is very very bad. Instead of solving the issue they are trying to escape. Please refund my amount. Not satisfied at all.
