@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

Please spread the issue what I’m facing I have got 3 loss of pay as @ACTFibernet service goes off every now and then and they don’t care they just disconnect service if we delay in payment #worstinternet #act @CyberCrimeshyd @THHyderabad act trouble me allot please help 🙏

@ACTFibernet After being your customer for 3+ years. And advertising your company I don't expect such bad treatment from your company where I am not able to even finish my work as the connection was deactivated mid work.

@ACTFibernet My connection has been discontinued while I was in an meeting and it's been about 30 hrs since I Requested for reconnection and still haven't received one. The customer care has been telling me the same thing since yesterday and I have received no follow up.
