Praneeth (@Praneeth0723) reported@ACTFibernet I waited and finally gave up after 4 days and asked ACT support team to cancel connection as it's getting too late. They told ok and said that I will receive the amount back in 7 working days. But I still didn't receive the amount.

I have paid Rs.826 on 5th Nov 2020 to renewal my connection. I was promised by the sales person to get the connection in 2 days.
