@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@KTRTRS sir, this cheap @ACTFibernet , I called them million times to unsubscribe me from yupp tv scope but they are charging me 230rs every month, whenever I call their customer service they say within 24hrs it will resolve but in 2 months I called 20times still not resolved.

@ACTFibernet never experienced a service worse than yours. Your customer support executives are good for nothing. I had an issue with the billing but you people can't solve it. Pls learn some ethics & customer dealing. I'll file a complaint in consumer forum against @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Repeated offence by your service technician, y should we create new ticket when incident is not resolved and closed , we need to have option to open the incident when it’s not resolved and closed , how many nee tickets you want to keep opening..
