    @ACTFibernet Your app is of no use. Just like your internet. The issue is still not solved. There is no communication from your side, whatsoever, either in the app or from someone. I know you have still not fixed the problem.

    @ACTFibernet no action is taken, u keep on raising tickets it is like never ending process and based on my experience from past 12 days almost 50+ calls i spoke to ur team&u cant deliver router, without router u cant modify plan with my existing comparible router what a shameful process u hav

    @ACTFibernet Warning to @ACTFibernet customers: They owe me ₹5,914, offered only ₹1,000, and closed the ticket. This is fraud. If you have refund issues, document everything and file consumer court case immediately. They don't respond to complaints, only legal action. #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday evening and there is no resolution despite contacting customer support and your team is successfully dodging attempts to make a telephonic conversation. This is pathetic.*One of the leading ISPs* can't actually fix small issue.
