@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Terrible. My complaint is pending for 4 days. Nobody has taken the effort to contact me. Just canned responses are coming. I spoke to the call centre run by third party and Mr. Venkatesh refused to give me the number to escalate the issue. Very very poor

@ACTFibernet No response. I spoke to the call centre managed by M/s. Transform and Mr. Venkatesh refused to give escalation information . Why? Your employees can't talk to customers ? Can't my complaint be escalated? Till date nobody has spoke to me about my complaint
