@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Do you provide fraud training instead of training them to resolve issue faster? My last two tickets were closed without issue being resolved and your representative told me that they need to close the ticket before 24 hours.

@excitel_rocks Your Twitter handle says excitel rocks. But in reality it's exactly opposite to that. Very pathetic customer service. Your supervisors are not calling us back inspite of requesting call back multiple times. @ACTFibernet @airtelindia is way better than your network.
