@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet We were promised to take a 6 months subscription in order to get free installation and router along with Netflix subscription. Now the customer care denies this.

@ACTFibernet I told them I will have no other option but to cancel all my ACT connections (we have 4 other accounts including a school) and switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. So he raised another ticket (SR10367252981201). Ticket was closed without resolution again. Horrible service!

Hey @ACTFibernet this is the second time Im facing the connectivity issue 6 hours back i have raised the ticket issue has been resolved again I am facing the issue. Even I have raised request multiple times to switch my connection to other junction but still you people ignoring

@ACTFibernet False commitment by act support team. In Nov 2022 I was asked to take 6 month stromplan. I was told by Act executive that we will provide monthly receipt of every month for reimbursement purpose also. After so many calls i am still not getting monthly receipt.

@ACTFibernet i have been using the service for the past 5 years and with the belief that the sevice is good, I recommended my friend to get a new connection . Now, in my life, i will net recommend anyone. Such liars or should I say fraudulent!

@ACTFibernet When I asked if you can not give me the service then terminate the connection and refund the amount to which I was educated policies that refund is not in your policy. I guess, giving false information is in your policy
