@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Today I discussed with customer care and she told that I can not change plan myself , it's needs to be done by customer care only. It's wrong process, to not give the liberty to customer to change the plan.

@ACTFibernet Any update @ACTFibernet ? I have not heard back from anyone. I call the customer care number everyday and everyday they tell me someone will contact me in 24 hrs. I can personally hand deliver it to local Ahmedabad office if you provide the address.

Why is @ACTFibernet sending multiple text messages per day reminding to pay bill when the bill payment is not overdue and there is sufficient time to pay the bill before 23:59:59 hrs on the due date. I receive endless messages inspite of me never ever paid beyond the due date.

@ACTFibernet Please stop making fool to your customer, technician doesn't aware about the issue, when I call them they says "sir apki complain mujhe aayi nhi h main kaise aapki help Karu". This is pathetic and worst internet service
