@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet I had taken this connection for WFH if connectivity issues happening twice or thrice in a week then what's the use of taking ur connections who is taking responsibility for my loss for this connectivity issues even ur technicians r so lazy that till now it's not fixed...

@ACTFibernet very unreliable & fraudulent Customer service. I subscribed long term plan with confirmation of refund in case of relocation but the company is now refusing sighting fine print in T&c. CustID 103332233170. Pl think twice before going long term with this provider.

@ACTFibernet Guys it's my humble request to everyone who is looking for internet connection don't ever go for ACT, they are worst. Go for any broadband @airtelindia @reliancejio . Even you can use you mobile net but don't go for ACT.
