    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    I have shared my details in the personal messages. @ACTFibernet has closed the 2nd ticket without resolving the issue. It's just a bill request that you are unable to fulfill. Pathetic service and customer care.

    @ACTFibernet one of the biggest liars. Why the hell you aren't paying the dues of power usage. Didnt resolved the settlement. Screw your customer service and your business etiquettes.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 24hrs i raised complaint regarding internet unavailability. Issue not resolved till now. Had 2 wait for atleast 20-25min 2 connect to helpdesk. Pathetic service. Would choose other provider next time, looks like they offer better services at better price

    @ACTFibernet before sending ur tech team for such major shifting do train them before assigning the task. They've plugged in a wrong port caused the connection loss and lockout.Even ur Customer care executives don't know when they need to assign a qualified engineer for an issue
