@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@Airtel_Presence I reprtd for freqt disconnection (10001525012) but full day connection gone. Am registering complaints since 2 or 3 months, but all efforts r in vain in-spite of static IP . Am nt sure u guys r going 2 help/fix. May have 2 migrate to Act. @ACTFibernet offers plz

@ACTFibernet Still, the issue is there, but as per your team members, it's resolved. I have a 50mbps connection but not getting even 30mbps. We are frustrated now, it's our mistake to choose ACTfibernet. Thanks

@ACTFibernet Worst ever service witnessed and so lathargic customer care and service people I have seen ever. Its been more than 24hrs to resolve this Issue. I am doing WFH and need to put extra money for my data on this..mmPs My mistake that thinking automatically resolve.

@ACTFibernet worst service ever no proper response for 2 days no connection in ambattur no response. Internet is something essential for daily work and no response in rectifying the lost connection. Customer service doesn't pick up the call at all. #quitACT

@ACTFibernet 102522302477 internet is still not working from hours even after making the payment and receiving the reactivation notification. This is unacceptable!! Kindly sort this on high priority as work is pending due to your negligence.
