    Hi @ACTFibernet, I recharged for a 1-year plan, but due to a cable issue from your end, my Wi-Fi was unavailable for nearly 3 months. Since the issue was on your side, kindly extend my plan by 3 months or provide appropriate compensation. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet not needed i ordered a router myself. keep ur router with yourself. im only using ur isp because of your worth fr money plans and speeds. these kinda experiences make me want to leave ur isp and move to another isp. im staying anyways, thanks for ur wonderful service @ACTFibernet

    Hello @ACTFibernet I requested for a router change from ur customer care which was advised by the service engineer who visited for my slow speed complaint. The customer care rep advised me to opt for a 6month plan so i could get a free new router. What is this?
