    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl

    @ACTFibernet Facing frequent disconnect in service, the real reason is issue with cable, don't know why the @ACTFibernet is not willing to replace the cable, if not possible to replace the cable refund the paid amount.Your Service request SR10381746959914 #CustomerSupport

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet - I have raised a complaint about internet service outage on 28-Aug-2026 and issue is still open. The issue remains unresolved as on today morning and despite promises from customer service, issue is open. Complaint ID: SR10381779208664
