@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@Bengalurpaiyan @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

@ACTFibernet Very bad customer service and IVR system you have. I cannot reach a customer service agent when i have an account which is in a disconnected state due to ownership transfer. But, from the same phone i can reach customer service using an Active account. Not Happy..

@ACTFibernet I took connection on 16/1/2022(A/c: 101639153135) after 3 days of hell with your service went for disconnection on 18/1/2022. Today refund team called me to update refund but no one came to collect the faulty router which is provided as part of the package.

@ACTFibernet worst service from you ..am using act Fiber from last 15 months and there is a power box fixed in my home with 7 other connections.while installing the power box technician said there will be 100 rs discount for every month for power bill but till jan2022 no discount

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet When am i getting my refund? Customer care is pathetic if we ask for refund, they open the ticket for internet not working when the service is already disconnected. ACT out fast and speeden up your processes..
