The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

After 7 support calls, the issue is still unresolved—and calls keep getting disconnected mid-conversation. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately.
