    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet internet is not coming from last 4days on words raised complaint but my issue was not solved worst service from ur side no resolution no coustomer care support but If 1 day payment late u will stop services if problem come from ur side ur not respons after 4days also

    @ACTFibernet I've made 5 calls over a span of one week for following up with your billing team to have my invoice reflect the revised amount. No action yet despite chasing them. I'm not making my payment owing to this. Do you advice me to make a switch to other service provider?

    @ACTFibernet my current plan gives me 3300 GB to use in a month....i have used 249GB till date for March. Your app does not have an option to down-grade my plan. Please help!

    @ACTFibernet internet is down for the past two hours and there is way even to raise to request!! Everytime you change your system and everytime you make it hard for the customer to ask service. And by the way your chatbot is absolute garbage.

    @ACTFibernet I made payment on 15march and later on account was suspended . I called customer care and raised a complaint to activate it. Its been 72hours and they are telling it will get resolved in 24 hours from past 3 days. Not sure how long will it take to activate.
