@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet If you couldn't solve it permanently this time then I will plan to shift to another service provider. Every time it's taking more than 48hours. Even now it's past 24hours and couldn't resolve this issue.

@balamalladi @ACTFibernet hats off to ur amazing pathetic service & NO INTERNET CAMPAIGN,10 days not over & again testing customer patience again with such a pathetic & worst service. Leadership mgmt is great who cares salary in account but damn care abt customers.hats off.

@ACTFibernet - When we raise a request for WiFi not working, you close the request, stating please restart your router.. like - What do you think of your users? FYI.. WiFi is still very very slow..
