@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet Very poor and pathetic response from the customer service. Now they are saying it's all configuration issue. Behaviour is very very bad. Instead of solving the issue they are trying to escape. Please refund my amount. Not satisfied at all.

@BhavaniP5 @bada_paww @ACTFibernet I was also frustared.. I am using act since 2014, Finally I sent mail to all id which are available over website. Sent to support team, nodal officer and appellate authority.. Then my issure resolved in less than 24 hours.. Request to do the same.

@ACTFibernet You are giving the worst ever experience which a customer can face. Everyday we get a ticket raised and everyday same thing happens. We will definitely go for a new service provider but want our money and the torture we went through back
