@ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service provider in IPS never seen such a worst services, They share a static IP which is different in What is my IP and showing something different in Firewall, been trying to contact them since yesterday, no proper response.

8 Days and @ACTFibernet is not able to resolve a problem. The sad part is that the frontline is not able to understand and escalate the issue .

@ACTFibernet Don't believe them, the words change and action differ when you opt for disconnection and they don't refund your money even when it was clearly discussed on the refund T&C when applied for connection.... Never go for long term ACT plans, from my real experience
