    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I joined ACT a month back and have already raised 3 tickets for connectivity issue. This is the worst service I have experienced. Even last ticket was resolved in more than a day.

    @ACTFibernet This is my 3rd complaint for slow speeds even after installing a Deco mesh router. Your engineers seem more focused on closing tickets fast than actually fixing the issue. Enough of temporary fixes;escalating to management for action. #ACTFibernetFail #SlowInternet

    @ACTFibernet I have taken ACT fibernet connection couple of days back 200 mbps plan but the speed is not suffice my purpose, I have requested many time customer care to disconnect the connection, but they are not listening, please help.

    @ACTFibernet - dear team, I raised for deactivating my service. Paid for 3 months, used hardly for 15 days. Still none has come to collect Router and amount is not refunded as mentioned in the FAQ. A/C:103727867250 #dissatisfied

    @JioCare Your services suck. Your technician never visit instead keep call rescheduling without even calling once. Do u even monitor their inefficient behaviour SR: 0002K3MK9. If u can't serv, better refund and disconnect. I'll switch back to #ActFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the reply. I'm very well aware of the bill due date. but sending out warning messages for account disconnection before the bill due date is unwarranted and rubbish customer service. I have been a customer for over 12 years, seeing such poor comms is disappointing

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your services Top with other ISPs in couple of thing i can say. 1. Top in charging customers 2. Top in worst service. We finally decided to quit and 2 different ISP connections will get at your one cost.
