    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.
