  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no resolution has been made on this issue that has been pending for weeks now . You take prepaid payments on internet bills and don't refund the amount for unrendered services back to customer as per policy but force the customer to make payments fie discontinuation!

  @ACTFibernet Im representing Shri Balaji Classic Apartment society. Act is drawing power from our apartment illegally to power up neighboring users' connections. in spite of many requests, no action has been taken..We will pull the plug if this issue is not resolved!!

  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 778.8 and due amount is Rs 0. - this is what I received,i am aware that we only have to pay 400 on temporary disconnection. Please take a prompt look into it d bill for dis month paid
