    @ACTFibernet Should be ashamed of yourself. Promising the world thru advertisement n failing to deliver something as simple as uninterrupted service. Connection interrupted for box problem again n again over the last one month at prime location like South Delhi. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Internets been down for 5 days straight now. Your helpline numbers have been deactivated. Every morning I get a generic message with a new timeline for when the issue will be fixed. Is this how you treat long-time customers? On your annual plan?! Bloody ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 48hrs still the problem is not resolved. I did mistake of taking 9 months plan otherwise i would have taken a new connection from jio or Airtel in this much time .

    @JioCare Be on your toes @JioCare. If @ACTFibernet’s service continue to offer poor up-time, we would move over to you. But we need a quantitive better service than your competition.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection get interrupted randomly daily for hours. Tried complaining but no technician visits and complain auto closes. I need a call back from human support else will need to look for alternatives unfortunately.
