    @ACTFibernet the service has become very pathetic. The support team and technical service executives are not fixing issue. They are simply closing the ticket without addressing customer issues.

    @ACTFibernet My connection has been discontinued while I was in an meeting and it's been about 30 hrs since I Requested for reconnection and still haven't received one. The customer care has been telling me the same thing since yesterday and I have received no follow up.

    @ACTFibernet Act is a very bad nd a fraud company. Refrain from using it. They charge u for 300 Mbps and would give u less than 100mbps speed and for anything and everything u have to keep restarting the modem.
