    @ACTFibernet 45 days 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc-101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    @ACTFibernet We contacted the local ACT technicians regarding service availability. They informed us that extending the network to our location would require the installation of two additional poles and approval from higher level. Considering the growing demand and potential customer base

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    One fo the worst internet services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I came home to not have the internet working for 4 days and still no resolution. It seems like I need to get them to respond and plead with them! ID: SR10180688521974 if you need a connection please don't choose act
