@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet pretty pathetic billing support. I subscribed to value added service which never worked (yupp tv) Can’t pay regular bill and remove that All support is IVR&bots which don’t get this. I got disconnected as I can’t pay my regular bill

@ACTFibernet third class service provider. It more than 24 hrs since my internet is not working and nobody is there to look into this. Area representative is not receivng calls. Looks like only option is to change the service provider

My account (102016830741) is still in suspense mode and it's already 4hrs past of 72hrs resolution time to change my plan from Storm to Swift. I'm in not able to use internet from past 3days due to this suspension even after making advanced payment @ACT @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore @SandyMohanG your team is taking it for granted by closing the ticket without a notification or confirming the customer issue resolved, if you guys can't provide the prepaid service for a month then it's ur responsibility to refund for an outage days or provide a postpaid plans.
