  @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @JioCare @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

  Your internet has been down since 3 PM. I already contacted customer service multiple times but have not received any help. The ETA shows tomorrow 3–4 PM. For service down issue why are you taking 24HR ETA?? This is impacting my work. Please resolve this ASAP. @ACTFibernet
