Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.
