    @ACTFibernet - I have sent an email on 5th Sept to your helpdesk , and waiting since then. Call center no one gets connected. its about Billing. @TRAI - there should be SLA from the these companies to respond to the customer..

    @ACTFibernet it's more than a week and I have raised 2 service requests but the issue is not being resolved. Why you capped the data speed and not added detail in your plans based on bandwidth so consumer is aware before taking your services.

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT Fibernet. We raised a complaint yet we have had no internet for 2 days now and my husband and I have been stranded without internet. This is the 3rd time in the past few months we are facing no connection and the service is horrible. I've DM'd the details.
