@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet I took 7+1 month pack and paid in advance. I was having Internet issues from 2 months and engineers could not solve it. I disconnected it. Now 5k amount is the refund that is left. Call center disconnect the connection and no one is helping.

@ACTFibernet my issue is unresolved for months. I have been provided with an incompatible router for 100 mbps & now my complaint to change the router is not being heard in spite of continuous request. I paid the amount as told by your executive for installation & router.
