    @ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Technician Akhilesh confirmed the issue would be resolved before 4 PM. It is now 5:30 PM and he is not answering my calls. Why are incorrect ETA being provided? Kindly look into this and expedite the resolution ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What patients should I have your coustomer care is abusing total Hyderabad has same issue and hanging calls in mid of conversation is this the way you tackle issues

    @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

    @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

    @ACTFibernet What kind of **** response you guys give to customers, why dont you refund the amount ? i ll get some other provider, there are a lot many who knows how to handle customer well rather than harrassing them.
