    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, a cut overhead cable near my house was fixed in just 30 minutes. However, I was subjected to a 24-hour internet outage for this. This is poor customer service.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since my router was collected, and there’s still no refund. First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please
