@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet there is no internet from past 20hrs and it takes 24hrs to ONLY check what’s wrong with the connection in this era where IT is at boom.have been calling the cust service for around 10 times and the only reply you get is 24 hrs TAT. Really pathetic and unprofessional.

@ACTFibernet Tell me again: how do you compensate users for your downtime?🤔 Yours is a prepaid service - meaning you take money in advance to provide service. So when you fail consistently, what are customers paying you for? Shouldn't you be refunding for downtimes?

@ACTFibernet Your service has been degraded off late as you take more than 24 hours to fix connectivity issues. Do you happen to know people WFH these days and this affects work. I am thinkin of movin to different service provider now.
