  @ACTFibernet I have disconnected my account and raised the refund request but i didn't got any call and got the message showing your ticket has been closed not able to reopen and also i didnt see any refund amount processed. Trying to contact customer care but not working, Help

  @ACTFibernet Even after multiple calls to the customer support, the problem isn’t resolved. Response from customer support was I’d get a call back from technician. I didn’t get any call back either. When can I expect this issue to be resolved?
