    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 2 days and there is no internet. Other flats in the same building have the line up. Engineering is bluffing everyday and not working well. Just check the number of tickets raised for the issue in last one week. Need urgent support

    If this is the experience before installation, we’re not interested anymore. Please cancel & refund ASAP. Would rather go with reliable providers like Airtel or Jio. Pathetic service. #bangalore #bengaluru #actfibernet

    ACT Fibernet or acting company? Router dead since yesterday. False updates, no technician arrives, no call pickup, customer care clueless. Late fee for customers is strict. Where is accountability for service delay? @ACTFibernet @TRAI
