    @ACTFibernet No, the mentioned grievance had not been resolved. This is to inform you that I still didn't receive referral amount to the account. Now that's really poor service. Looking for instant resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service. I am not having internet since yesterday afternoon, even after raising a ticket they are not interested at all to resolve urgently. It has hampered 2 days of my work and still no Fueld engineer is assigned and no work started.

    @ACTFibernet It's resolved thanks. One thing is that your customer care always says fibre has been cut irrespective of what the problem is, even in the is case they told the same. Turned it was an adapter issue at the box. Tell your guys to pass on genuine information to the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service that I have ever seen. Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.
