Complaint No. SR10180655972374 was supposed to be resolved by 10 June, 9 PM, but the ETA has now been extended to 11 June, 9 PM. Internet is essential for my office work. Pathetic service

No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.
