  .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754

  @ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i never expected this from guys, i have connectivity issue today early morning and till now the issue is not yet resolved and technician did even care to call me such worst service u have
