@ACTFibernet You always say this but the problem keeps repeating. The technicians do not take my calls as well. It’s been more than 12 hours and it’s still down. You either compensate in my bill or help me surrender. I can’t pay for this pathetic service

@ACTFibernet has one of the worst redressal systems. I have not had wifi for the past 36 hours and every time I check on the raised ticket the ETR changes. I have now been told the technician was in the field all day but could not solve the problem. Very bad customer experience.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down since yesterday (Ticket: SR10176124767114). Spent whole day following up. Service guy kept saying “coming soon” but never came. 3rd outage in 15 days. Others in my community have no issues. Want to disconnect & get my money back. #ACTFibernet
