@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 8nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time.

Act is pathetic every 15 days it keeps crashing and the engineer whoever fixes says incase of any issues in the future please call me, when I call engineer he informs to raise a complaint. Worst internet service cannot rely for working. @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn

@ACTFibernet Act is Cheating the Customer By Putting the Wrong Rates in the websites. when calling to the Customer care they are giving the High Rates. Ex: 40 mbps speed per month 423 excluding GST. But Customer care is saying 458 per month excluding GST. CC said site is wrong.
