@ACTFibernet Internet down last night at 9 PM, registered complaint approximately around 11 PM. Today morning I check ETR not updated yet. I call the customer care in the morning around 8 he says Mr.Prasad technician will arrive at my place and sort out the issue.

The service of act fiber is not at all good at my location. We are obsessed with raising complaint tickets every month. The service takes at least one day. Those who are doing work from home are facing a lot of problems.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
