Contacted support, 3 engineers, sales person, team leader & issue manager - no resolution. multiple tickets are being closed without an physical check or asking customer. engineers asking why are you re-opening ticket when internet is clearly not working. This is peak patience, please allow me to contact to an manager or someone who takes care of kellys,kilpauk chennai division... customer care folks just hang up the call, i have proof regarding this. please help or give my money back
