    @ACTFibernet Is ACT App plain or over smart trying to intrude into privacy.The App has the required details like name mobile number. Today when I tried to get support for disruption in service, it insisted that I give permission for location (contd..)

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet Hi Both, it’s been close to 8months I’ve requested to remove CPE switch box from my premises and after writing to Appellate (Madhan Damod)it’s been such a careless and irrelevant reply I get all time & still issue is been not resolved. Ac ID 102340037938

    @ACTFibernet On what basis SR11057265286133 is closed? No resolution, no confirmation and you closed the complaint. Pathetic and unacceptable. Please reopen it. I am unable to reopen it from your Application or SMS service.
