@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet I will intimate the same to my apartment members and make them aware and I will warn others not to take ACT connection. I had Airtel , though some connection issues were there , AIRTEL never cheated like ACT.

@ACTFibernet I called from my end multiple times to CS and the other guy finally listened and escalated the issue after so many attempts.. the technician fixed the issue from his end w/o reaching the site.. I mean if this is this easy why delay at all.
