@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet again drama of your engineers and customer service has started. No internet since last night. Ticket not assigned. Engineer not there, no ETR. Work from home is in a deep ****. Getting whole area moved to airtel/jio fiber now.

@ACTFibernet Really disappointed with the broadband Service and Behaviour of customer service executive. Kindly train your Customer service executives on how to talk with the customer. I will be discounting the ACT broadband for all the inconvenience caused.
