@ACTFibernet We can't trust you until and unless we get the internet connection. Earlier also ,you have frequent disconnections. Whenever there is a frequent issue with power supply, you need to look for alternative. But you people never did it.

4 days since my @ACTFibernet connection went down in Chennai. Ticket still open, with no indication of how long it will take to get fixed. All I get is the automated message of "Your ticket is taking longer than expected". No other ISP is so sluggish!
