    Seriously this is ******* service via ACT internet @ACTFibernet I request if you want to Peacefully life don't take it otherwise you will get Thousand of calls from them and aftert that you cant stop them. @ACTFibernetHYD. I request all, please suggest me to stop this.

    @ACTFibernet Internet stopped working on 15th January and after 5 days of registered complaint SR11766827585114. So everyday they promise they will resolve the issue today. Only one request, please take your router and refund the money. @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I have taking Subscription for YuppTvScope with SonyLiv,Zee5,Hotstar and Voot.Other services are activated but "Voot" subscription is not activated.From 3 days i am contacting customer care but it is not resolved.Raised complain as well "SR10266835125620".

    . @ACTFibernet Internet is not working for the last 7 days. Only 1 day it was active and then disconnected. I already raised a disconnected request. Then, the customer representative said it would be solved in 2 Hr. No one even contacted me. Definitely raising it to nodal.

    @ACTFibernet Every month I am facing this issue again and again due to this I am missing my client deliverables and calls ..if this will happen again there is no point to continue this service ..I need this issue to be resolved by today before EOD ..kindly take this as high priority

    @ACTFibernet every month same issue Internet is not working. And you people are taking 12 hours to resolve issue. We paying for internet so we can work peacefully. If it is same we have to think twice to continue this service. You tell your self as no 1, I doubt it?

    @HathwayBrdband then they will disconnect call but no one reaches back and another useless **** from @HathwayBrdband calls back asking to explain the issue again. I left me good connection with @ACTFibernet because of #fraudhathway
