    @ACTFibernet One of the worst experience ever with ACT broadband that costed me 20K INR. Must say a pathetic support team and a dodgy backbone infrastructure which keeps interrupting often n often. I will certainly look out for other ISPs & never recommend this pathetic ISP to anyone!!

    @ACTFibernet unacceptable delay in restoration of services. 4.5 hours downtime now. In today’s connectivity dependent times, robust and reliable network is essential. Regularly facing problems with ACT Fibernet, time to look for alternatives?

    @ACTFibernet I would like to take a new connection with ACT. But ACT seems to be not interested. After placing a request, I got a call from ACT and from then no action from ACT. I did call your customer care today and a call back was promised. But no call from ACT till now.
