  facing low speed internet from morning @ACTFibernet raised a ticket SR10377971861454 and it has been straight away closed without even a slight progress. no confirmation has been asked for the fix. always facing terrible customer support from ACT.

  @ACTFibernet i have paid 20k for a year in April 2025. I have taken ott for 295 per month in August....now I haven't paid OTT fee and why the HELL are you disconnecting my internet services...Do you people have common sense ???? you disconnect OTT service but why internet ?
