    @ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a request for relocation one week back (Ticket SR10254566778274). Expected resolution was today. However, nobody from ACT has contacted me yet. Please let me know if you can move my connection. If not, will need to find another provider.

    Note to my self: Wednesday 07-April-2021 - #ACTFibernet is down since yesterday 11:15am. Almost 14+ Hours downtime for multiple customers in the apartment (last tweet Weekday should be Tuesday and not Monday) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet if the customers pay the bill amount a day later then we are penalised with fine, and the internet stops working on the clock, but there is no SLA on resolution, or prompt response, and the customer has to pay for non working internet.

    @ACTFibernet First of all this number should work, either it is always unavailable or busy. Yes, the issue has been resolved after multiple escalations and you forced to work my entire family on a workday on mobile hotspots as your team took more than 27 hours to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet conxn is not working consistently for the last 3 mnths, ur servce engr checkd nd informs, modem/router is not supporting the upgraded speed, that you upgraded w/o my consent. now asking me to change a model that was working fine
