@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet Don't provide fake promises and fake commitments. Issue is not resloved yet and no one showing interest in resolving the issue. I think it is the time to change to another ISP who will lookinto customer issues seriously.

@ACTFibernet what does it take for your customer service team to escalate to a senior. You guys are not allowing me to disconnect the service nor the CS team is willing to escalate my issue. Being a customer for close t two years I'm completely disappointed.

@ACTFibernet It was restored an hour back and again it stopped working, can't you guys find a permanent solution. If you think you can't fix, try outsourcing for a better company or return back my money I will go for another provider.

@ACTFibernet is this how you treat the customers ?? N resolve the issues tomorrow will be the sixth day without the internet n everyday it is the same story 24hrs 24hrs.. such a bad service was not expected n they have no contact of the technical team as well
