    @ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

    @ACTFibernet Do you care to contact me on ongoing issue ?? It’s been 24hr + since there is no internet. Tech support hung up on me. Field engineer got offended since I RE-opened the ticket .. I requested for cancellation even for that no response. How useless support you have ?

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not resolved . The callback didn't help too as the executive again states the policy only . Merely stating the policy here won't help when your app is designed in a way to collect money at the time of disconnection !!!

    @ACTFibernet My feedback is not good. The reason you have given to me for internet down is not acceptable at all. Ask to your Management Team always keep backup engineer as standby if someone goes on leave. @Balamalladi13

    @ACTFibernet It's more then 24 hours. Nobody have contacted me yet. I can not loose my job because of you people. Shocking is when I spoke to area incharge Mr Ravindra Reddy about the issue. He don't have an answer he don't know about the issue at all, and it's almost 24 hrs. @balamalladi

    @ACTFibernet 1 time they said to change router i said k next time issue said change wire k they did that and next time agian they said router not supported other technical person came after o serous on him he set the connection and agian power issue they said they will fit power bank

    @ACTFibernet i am having horrible experience week on week basis with ACT. I am facing internet issue with my 6month plan almost once in 2 weeks and 2 days go off in resolving this from ACT side. I have lost 20days in total. So basically I paid for 6 months but will get 5 months.
