@ACTFibernet - I must say one the best company that is looting the customer money. Shame on you!!! What sort of pathetic company u r running. The only company where I have seen don’t give a **** about customers!! Disconnected still keep on charging customer!

@ACTFibernet I have a very unreliable connection. I have complained multiple times in 3 months still no resolution yet. An engineer came put tape to cable and said he will repair it next time.Would you mind if I pay the bill next time instead of every month?

@ACTFibernet Hello, I raised a complaint on Sunday evening. The time slot for my service changed to every 4 hours like 9.00 to 13.00 then 16.00 to 19.30 it was happening last 2 days. Service person has not come till now. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.

@ACTFibernet Standard templated response, u sent the exact same message day before yesterday again sending the same, customer service at its worst, do u guys even read the messages? Anyways will be cancelling this if the internet doesn’t come up today..
