  @ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  @ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

  @ACTFibernet Even your app is not working to raise the concern. When I click on Not able to use internet option. Before it was asking for a message in app itself and ticket was getting generated.

  @ACTFibernet More over more than 20 plus calls been made to just identify the problem and finally I had to spent lot of time along with act tech team. The same website from Hyd location from my same team are able to access without any issue of this static ip. I am not sure what's that

  Hey act why is my internet only working at speed not more than 50 mbps when I have to pay for 150mbps? Also, in that plenty of drop speeds every alternate hour. Have raised tickets only for you to close it without resolution @ACTFibernet @ConsumerCom
