@TRAI @ACTFibernet @APPOLICE100 ACT took payment of 650/- for reconnection purpose on 4 june2020,till now no service no refund,nearly 100times i tried,some useless contact number sent in message which doesnt ring or connect.i fedup,is there anybody can serve justicr for me or not

@harishineffable @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu This guy called me and told we are ready to give connection,in 1st call conversation and in very next call iam in leave i can't come today,we see tommorrow.what kind of cheating company is actfiber,i paid in june 2020. no shy no shame no service at all.

@ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

@ACTFibernet, everytime I think your service can't get worse, you prove me wrong. ETA for resolution is always towards the end of the day. Being a software engineer working from home, ACT's resolution time is bothering me. Frequent outage in my connectivity. You suck. -(1/2)

@ACTFibernet very bad network in Petbasheerabad Kompally area. In one month I have raised 3 tickets which means I had issues for every 10 days. I have faced a similar issue in other part of Hyderabad. People in Hyderabad please don’t prefer Act network #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet The worst experience of internet ever in warangal. It's almost 10th or 11th time , I am experiencing internet connectivity problem from March 2022. Every time some or the other issue crops up and the resolving takes around 2 days. I really feel sorry for taking it.
