@harishineffable @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu This guy called me and told we are ready to give connection,in 1st call conversation and in very next call iam in leave i can't come today,we see tommorrow.what kind of cheating company is actfiber,i paid in june 2020. no shy no shame no service at all.

@ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@TRAI @ACTFibernet @APPOLICE100 ACT took payment of 650/- for reconnection purpose on 4 june2020,till now no service no refund,nearly 100times i tried,some useless contact number sent in message which doesnt ring or connect.i fedup,is there anybody can serve justicr for me or not

@ACTFibernet, everytime I think your service can't get worse, you prove me wrong. ETA for resolution is always towards the end of the day. Being a software engineer working from home, ACT's resolution time is bothering me. Frequent outage in my connectivity. You suck. -(1/2)

@ACTFibernet Ticket ID: SR10175912624294 Internet is not working and I have been told that the resolution will be done by tomorrow. You cannot expect us to wait for the resolution till tomorrow. When ever there is an issue you are almost taking 20 hours as a resolution time.

@ACTFibernet Truth is out. First ACT rep said net disconnected due to non-payment. When I countered with proof, they said reconnection team will call in half hour to set up time for reconnection. Then came the msg that issue will resolved before 9 am June 18 1/2

@ACTFibernet , I got this connection thinking it would have good service and an uninterrupted one. Alas, it’s absolutely terrible. It gets disconnected once in an hour for the 15 to 20 days. I was having Jio FIBER. I think ACT will put JIO to shame with such disgusting internet.

@ACTFibernet This is the third time my Internet is not working in the last 30 days. First two complaints are SR10275506675384 and SR10275799434484. And now I have filed SR10275909569224. I want this escalated and should not face anymore issues again.
