@ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164636972934 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Apr between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT . During WFH, don't you think issues like this should be resolved in 2-3hrs and not in 28hours .

@ACTFibernet I have a connection in the name INFINITY JEWELLERY AND BULLION. 102017767363 is my account ID. My internet is not working from past 5 days. I have made 2-3 requests and also called 2-3 times. Every time the time to resolve the issue is getting extended. Resolve ASAP

@Airtel_Presence Airtel cares has become Airtel doesn't care any more. Gone are the days, when Airtel used to reply to messages and had brilliant customer support. Seems time to switch to @ACTFibernet but only if they reply.
