    @ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

    @ACTFibernet Worst management ate my money in the name of reconnection in june refund mail sent,but no refund given,dont know whether they have some shy and ethics.5times i spoke to management at office as well as via call,they will assure 4day will credit back,but no use @TRAI

    @harishineffable @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu This guy called me and told we are ready to give connection,in 1st call conversation and in very next call iam in leave i can't come today,we see tommorrow.what kind of cheating company is actfiber,i paid in june 2020. no shy no shame no service at all.

    @ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @TRAI @ACTFibernet @APPOLICE100 ACT took payment of 650/- for reconnection purpose on 4 june2020,till now no service no refund,nearly 100times i tried,some useless contact number sent in message which doesnt ring or connect.i fedup,is there anybody can serve justicr for me or not

    @ACTFibernet, everytime I think your service can't get worse, you prove me wrong. ETA for resolution is always towards the end of the day. Being a software engineer working from home, ACT's resolution time is bothering me. Frequent outage in my connectivity. You suck. -(1/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience with your broadband service in Delhi. Facing issues with router your app gives error while diagonse (over 1 month)/ now). Router of cheapest quality. Saved by @ACTFibernet during these WFH lost my faith in Airtel. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet I have never seen this kind of service. You have most worst services being provided. From past 1.5 months your executives are not able to solve a small problem and is been disconnecting my account again and again. I have around 40 SR tickets with me.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi Tried through IVR, App but unsuccessful. IVR redirects to App and App keeps throwing an error stating 'Something went wrong please try again. And what double standards you guys have, for new connections there's a customer care, but for existing connection there's 0 support.
