    @ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

    @ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provider in town, I have called 5 times selecting IVR option for Kannada speaking agent & I always get Non-Kannada agent. On asking them to transfer me to one, they either disconnect / put me back on IVR. I am paying gor 300mbps,but they give me 40mbps.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 53rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    My @airtelindia broadband and phone is not working since December. Although I raised a lot of complaints, no working solution has been offered. Customer care is the worst too! Any service providers @ACTFibernet @JioCare are free to contact if they can install in 24 HRS. TIA

    Every month, someone cuts @ACTFibernet wires and customers lose internet connection for a day at least. This joke of a service has been going on for several years now.

    WiFi connected but no internet from early Morning .. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem..
