    @ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

    @ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Don't know what type of service is this, Customer care executive said you can expect call with in 9pm.. and after few minutes received this message."Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 31-Aug(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT"

    @ACTFibernet Don't you give training to your CC? I left ur service in July, having paid till July end and your CCs still hound me for some fictitious amount for grace period. No one asked for your grace if I have to pay for it
