@ACTFibernet what an excellent service from you people in Nellore ,,,,,just had the connection three weeks back and haven't worked on single day properly and the customer care guys are super fast taking more than ten days to even come and check the issues. Worst service 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@ACTFibernet I referred 3 of my friends and they got connections activated. I didn’t got any discount in bill as mentioned. Please help on this. When I tried to call CC number, it says you account is not yet activated at all.. Don’t what’s wrong.

@ACTFibernet what a pathetic service. Every once in 2 weeks i face internet issues and whenever I raise ticket im assured that it will be fixed permanently and issues occur again. After raising a ticket, the field officer takes 8hrs minimum to get back #worstservice #act_fibernet

@ACTFibernet Hello ? Was the issue highlighted yet ? Did you even make minimal effort to find the root cause of this issue which keeps happening every 15 days at my location ? No follow up call made to me yet. How are you guys even surviving in business ?? You guys are testing my patience.

@ACTFibernet why is the act is still using the copper wire when all other internet service provider is using fiber I have learned that act is using copper wire only in hyderabad but not to other city
