    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet You possibly have the worst after-sales service. New installation done on Apr22. Internet down every morning. Complaint raised every morning. Call Center helpless. Today full day no internet. Please resolve asap.

    @ACTFibernet Yeah resolved it by installing @airtel_xstream and you just terminate my connection with @ACTFibernet . For your kind notice i have got bill with shifting charges even not shifting.. ready to lose customers. Happy service 👍🏻

    @ACTFibernet I never shared any details. Don't just copy paste your scripts. ACT seriously towards resolution. My internet issue still is not resolved. Are you guys even aware of area where the service is down ???
