    @ACTFibernet The Internet is down at my home past 3 days, I have raised my complaint day 1 itself. Without resolving complaint got closed so I re-opened again.Till this day the internet is not restored and none of your experts cared to reach and tell what's happening.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely poor response over last 3.5 months to issue refund. Latest ticket raised today: SR10366662536313. Next option is to move out of ACT once current cycle is done

    @ACTFibernet internet is down from yesterday morning.. and ETA is 2 days to resolve. Almost every week or once in 2 weeks need to raise a complaint for internet issues. This is becoming regular now and impacting my work. Why is there no fail safe mechanism for the connectivity

    @ACTFibernet I have shared u my contact no but didt received any response or call from your end . Again u will replay back that your concern has been forwarded and it will resolve soon . Kindly reply anything els. Just ans me can u cancel my connection and refund my balance amount to my bank

    @ACTFibernet What is ******** is going on with you people. There is no proper response from u guys and dropping the calls without listening whatever we talk. Its been nearly 20 days, still not yet received refund amount. Nobody will give the contact numbers for escalation.

    @chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I raised 2 tickets including phone call to service center for checking the office internet fibernet connection. Not resolved till now nor did we get a call about the same. Service is in shambles due to this delay.

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India hay ACT please take your connection at your home. In a month 15 days your connections having problems and you cant even give proper services and change whole month. Batter i will take AIRTEL or JIO connection. Very same-less company looting only
