    @ACTFibernet Just to let you know I got a call from your technician today from (+91 91540 95438) he was insisting on closing a ticket and his TL spoke with me and told we can’t give the router and said to close the currently open tickets, he was rude, speaking in harsh tone [1]

    @ACTFibernet There is no resolution at sight. Why is this nit attended on priority ? I have paid you for a yearly subscription and there is no internet for 24 hrs in a metro. No one is reachable. Pathetic customer support

    @ACTFibernet Requested disconnection on Apr 6—service stopped promptly.After 5+ days, no one has collected the assets despite daily “will be recovered” msgs.This delay is cost me daily rent due to pending handover.Who is accountable? Is this service quality in a metro city?

    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?
