    @ACTFibernet Internet down since evening of 3rd March. Customer support not able to give proper estimate time for fix. If you can't fix then please disconnect the connection !! It's frustrating to reach out everyday.

    @ACTFibernet two weeks back had the same issue with my connection. Again today the same problem. is this gonna be a regular problem then please let me know. i could find a better service provider out there?

    @ACTFibernet I hate raising complaints on Twitter but my experience with you has been extremely poor. Paid for a new connection on March 1 (Monday) and it's been five days and no technician has contacted me and installation is still pending. I was promised a 48 hr installation.

    @ACTFibernet I will file a case on you in consumer court in charges of cheating and fraudulent and playing with customer . It has been 17 days and no connection is given. I registered complaint more than 48 hours completed and no response.

    @ACTFibernet So I faced a service outage last month for 1 full day, which was more than 24 hrs. I had to call the helpline numerous times to have the status checked. After the issue was resolved, I raised for a waiver request for the day I did not use the internet
