    @ACTFibernet The issue has been resolved after 36 hours. One suggestion please work on the resolution time of the issues raised by the Customer since almost everybody is working from home and a issue that persists for more than 24 hours can have a disastrous impact on the a person's career.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer support is unbelievable. Taking 50 odd days to resolve a single ticket - still unresolved. Even after escalation to ACT "appellate authority". Please get your 'act' together.

    Listen to this story of benaami type company @ACTFibernet. No internet since 1 June. Ground engineer of area Ravi says I cant do anything. Switch box in BJP office. They have switched off mains. Is this the story they tell customers? No customer service ph nos works. Benaami?
