    @sathishemjay @ACTFibernet All their support staff seems rude and don't listen to issues to resolve. They start arguing instead of addressing the issue. Worst customer support ever 😡 rate this service zero everywhere. I am not going to use their service again. Good riddance.

    @ACTFibernet #CEO PVV Srinivasa Rao if you are taking 24hrs to send your technician to rectify a switch power issue of a small apartment then you are incompetent. If your customer care is telling lies then you are in wrong business. Compensate your customers. SR10178864715964

    @ACTFibernet blamed the customer, wasted 2+ hours on calls and spoke like recovery agents. Collecting money without delivering service is unfair trade practice. Refund the excess charges OR provide a compatible router. Worst ISP experience in India. Regret choosing ACT.

    @ACTFibernet My connection is not working since last 7-8 days. Request raised since last 7-8 days. No resolution. Not even a call. Chatbot also not working. SR11878819276504. Everyday the request is updated with new timeline. Extremely horrible service. Please look into it
