    @ACTFibernet almost every week I m facing internet disconnect issue. Can I expect permanent fix for this issue? Also by default you are giving 24 hours resolution time and then used to come in last hours. Can you improve this concept please?

    @CskKhan @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what a waste service you hv,just to fix the cable infront of my home its taking you guys 5 days and everytime I need to explain issue to new customer exec and reply is same vr working,SO its big joke operating in multi cities SR10162694409202

    @ACTFibernet SR10862587122862 arbitrarily closed despite having discussion with network head, support engineer wasting whole day to get partial solution BRX issue. ACT to ACT didn't connect and rest all ISPs gets connected. From now, other ISPs not getting connected.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 23 days. Reason is box permission issues from another building. Many SR tickets raised. Even sent an email asking to fix the box in our building. Still u reply saying box permission issue and no calls. No refund, no connection I am surprised!!!!

    @ACTFibernet team, Pathetic support. Still issue is not resolved. Ticket no : SR10262665755972 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/22/2021 07:00:00 PM.
