But you have caused mental harassment and no fixed the issue and closed my service request by yourself. Check at ur end who closed the SR & why without call or resolution. I raised a request for removing your fibernet modem from my house on 25.01.23 and shift it to nearby houses who still use ur service. But till today even after 15 days no response... I paid advance and simply waiting now. The sales guy is rejecting my call. For new connection itself you are treating customer like this !!!
