    @ACTFibernet There has been request pending but no action has been taken. Kindly expedite the process. This is very poor experience. "Your request SR10159733517972 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/19/2021 02:34:21 PM (MM/DD/YYYY)."

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issue since 2 months of bad services . Everyday either speed is slow or net is down. This time it’s down since last 4 days and no resolutions. Even I put request for disconnection and that has been also closed without my consensus. Pathetic service by ACT

    @ACTFibernet This has still not been resolved @ACTFibernet . How long is one supposed to wait while you guys "escalate" the issues?? We're all working from home and what a major problem this has been for us today!

    Bureaucratic way of functioning is the policy adopted by @ACTFibernet .. The issue is with the wireless router which is not able to transmit the 400Mbps of speed as provided by their cable, but the team is again coming back checking the issue at backend cable..

    Why do Indian cos only wake up when I complain on Twitter? #customersupport @ACTFibernet? Reconnection request since 5 days now. Why do you try our patience? Calling CC hasn't helped. The nation is on #wfh. Why can't we expect a decent service? I have DM'ed my details.

    @ACTFibernet FYI: @ACTFibernet Got the callback and one person from technical team also visited, but the issue still persists. Could you please mobilise some resource to fix the issue ASAP.
