@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet worst service, again net is down from last 2 hours. If you can't work on it better don't offer subscriptions to the end-user. Every other day there is a down time of 10-15 hours. #poorcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet #worstinternetserviceprovider raised a request on their app and got an immediate reply saying the issue has been resolved… Amazing how they “resolve” issues without looking into the issue and fixing it… the epitome of bad service !!!!

@ACTFibernet Service Request SR11763902897234 was tentatively said to be resolved by 8pm today, no response from any of your teams regarding the issue, internet has been down since morning and I keep receiving sms for recharge? Recharge for what? No internet? Beggars.
