    @ACTFibernet it's ridiculous it's been a month since internet services are down in my area still it's not resolved and the customer is dead-end none connects. I have visited the office no one is there, I just need a refund that's it's can't take this anymore it's very pathetic.

    Worst ever service by @ACTFibernet. Took money in advance, promised same-day install "at any cost" but never showed up. Huge disappointment as I needed it urgently. @JioCare offered free 2 months trial & was ready to install today. Stuck only because I paid ACT. Never again!

    @akshayyux @ACTFibernet Same with me, it's been more than a month now, there is no resolution provided from @ACTFibernetHYD . I called customer care multiple times, every time they say it will take 48 hours more. At this point I just want to get complete refund and choose another wifi provider.

    @ACTFibernet Does your team even know what they are doing I get multiple messages and calls regarding account deactivation and then restoration and a call from the local act employee stating I am coming to your location to fix the issue is there no coordination among your teams

    @ACTFibernet The connectivity issue is still not resolved. I want to proceed with disconnect. Instead, I got a bill to my email without having connectivity for the past 1 month.

    @ACTFibernet I made payment in Aug for a router,but it’s Oct now and still nothing.I was first told a week and my ticket was closed without resolution.Later was told it would be done in 48 hours,those also passed.I don’t understand what is so difficult for ACT to provide and install a router
