@ACTFibernet your team has not been resolving multiple complaints of mine since 2 months. Every technician or agent on the call wants to close the ticket and not resolve the problem. I waited for quite a while for the issue to be resolved. No progress

@ACTFibernet your donkeys( technicians) shout at customers without understanding issue. Beg that issues be not raised in the app. You make customers wait the queue for 20-30 mins to talk to other donkeys(customer support). Instead of this beg for money, I will drop monthly cheque
