@ACTFibernet is just the worst service provider out there. Took a connection 7 days ago, and it hasn't worked for 5 days out of that.

@ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. It's working today. But it was definitely down yesterday around 9PM in many areas in Bangalore. I suggest now Technical team should look at why Mobile App was not working and Why customer care numbers were not going through in hour of need.
