    @ACTFibernet still no response from your customer care representative. They just stop picking up the call. If you guys are not capable of putting up a wifi service just issue me a refund and I will shift to other vendor

    @ACTFibernet speed is very low. Buffering and interrupting. I doubt if the service is as per the plan.

    @ACTFibernet Screw your service. Are you gonna compensate me for the loss of payment I had to incur? Your executive confirmed to resolve it by 9 PM. My whole day went by! Zero commitment. Such a pathetic service!

    @ACTFibernetHYD, @ACTFibernet hello, is this a network really, it's been 5 days without having a network, raised issues of no internet, no one contacted for resolution and still suffering. SR10180446074274, no one attended the issue. Can we raise this issue at @consumerforum_.

    @ACTFibernet such a ****** customer service. WiFi is not working for over 20 hours and no one is resolving on a priority. They either disconnect calls or say a technician is assigned and then no one comes. Very close to switching providers. FIX THIS ASAP Ticket SR10280475714804

    @ACTFibernet It’s beyond frustrating. I have had the same issue twice in the first month of coming onboard. I am using @airtelindia wifi back home the last 3-4 years and such instances have rarely occurred. What are you doing wrong? @ACTFibernet
