    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection No10567115

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection was suspended without resolving the billing issue. Two tickets are open , still my connection is suspended.

    @ACTFibernet Act fiber net comapny is fraud company and this company making profit without incurred of cost but company making revenue from customer. Company themself raise invoice or bill against customer and taking money from customer without giving information.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ur customer care executives dnt know how to talk to customers, i was never informed that the service will be charged 206rs per month, they just activated it without proper communications, and now u are bounding me to pay the outstanding amount,

    @ACTFibernet Terrible service. Internet stopped working yesterday night. Prior to that same situation 2 days back. Last 45 days at least 5 interruptions. Account no. 110000049376 . You should not charge customers for non delivery of service.

    @ACTFibernet technician came n worked for 3 hrs, couldn't find issue , he left without giving me any answer, when i called customer support agent is rude ,he ended my call straight away saying they will try to fix it today, this is such unprofessional and derogatory behaviour @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have connection of Act fiber net broadband with user id number 101010146633 I have raised router request on 7th Oct with service number SR101660340934 with full payment with UPI transition id 227731779406 no one resolved my query no one reached
