    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is not at all responding. I am having issue with my Billing details and no one is responding since 15 days. Now I am recieved message stating connection will be stopped.

    @khannasair2200 @ACTFibernet Extremely annoying and frustrating to follow up with @ACTFibernet. My complaint is pending from 14th Apr SR10255221018190 and there is no sense of ownership and responsibility. The committed timeline is also crossed however the compliant is still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet This problem never happened when we used to visit the offline branch for the payment. But it looks like you have turned the tables and devided to not support the online users!
