    @ACTFibernet its been 5 days since a request is raised for shifting the internet connection, no response no visit and request Lying idle till date mentioning wrong remarks on the ticket. Is this service really worth 1500 INR every month?

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service, no one responds properly. I made an ownership change and it was inactive as there were dues in the old account. When I approached Customer service, one said I have to clear dues. I got an invoice with 3750 and charged 4460. And I paid 4460

    @ACTFibernet Worse of services, very disappointed by the way of service handling. Every time they call for money continously. But when it comes to giving services and after sales it's pathetic.
