    @ACTFibernet so my contract ends, you threaten to cut the connection after the contract ended. I renew, and Internet isn't working. 27th time in 3 years with ACT that connexion doesn't work. You expect me to pay for the days it doesn't work?

    @ACTFibernet The resolution of the problem is temporary and keeps recurring. Tech Support is hesitant in understanding my everyday hustle. Please provide permanent resolution else consider this message as withdrawal from your services- disconnection and refund.
