    @ACTFibernet very bad service from act fibernet. And sales person committed for new connection and provide new router and all the things. But they installed all used router and all things. I complain many time but no one take action. If u not do anything then I will disconnected

    @ACTFibernet Fraud services by act internet technicians , I’m facing frequent internet disconnection issues since 3 months , every time I open ticket their technician close ticket without even resolving issue . I raised ticket for disconnection , they closed it without my knwldg

    @ACTFibernet Am holding ac no. 103015926746 today while checking the internet speed its only 60mbps even in 5g, engg came & 2 change the router, considering the long standing customer asked replacement, cus ser told replacement not possible want to close, i need rental refund!

    @ACTFibernet Am i paying 1500rs every month for one of the slowest fibrenet connections ever? All your ads say you have the fastest internet service provider ever and that NASA thinks you are the fastest? Do you take us for fools? I can barely listen to a song. FIX IT!

    @ACTFibernet hi ACT team , I have raised complaint yesterday with id SR10267480409524 . No one came to check and closed it without checking. From yesterday I am getting no Internet connection.

    @ACTFibernet Few minutes back had discussion with act executive and agreed on disconnection and full refund of payment, this is the lean experience provided to customer even when the fault was from sales end, I will never recommend any one and will go to consumer court also.

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT. Hope you're doing well. I'm definitely not happy. I've been a loyal customer for years and every time I face an issue. Local team is either VERY RUDE or become AWOL. Is this an indication for us to migrate to other service providers?
