    @ACTFibernet I have nvere seen this kind of service. You have most worst services being provided. From past 1.5 months your executives are not able to solve a small problem and is been disconnecting my account again and again. I have around 40 SR tickets with me.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested a new connection. But i don't want now this connection in this area. Also facing lot of problems in installation so I don't want this connection any more. As there is no efforts put on this initial stage please cancel it and refund.

    Hey Act support Hyderabad, I was contacting you guys for a help regarding my network at bowenpally. I have a plan of 100mbps, and i get speed of not even 50mbps and the upload speed is 10-15mbps. Which disturbs my business @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD hoping for a quick reply.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It been more than 3 days since my internet isn't and your team is just keep on giving excuses. This is ridiculous and pathetic service and would never suggest others your network 😒... Please solve ASAP....

    @ACTFibernet @ACT @ACTFibernetHYD Guys, almost a month is completing and still I did not get my refund, Complaint thousands of times but nothing works, you guys are also ignoring my CONCERN. Is this how the service provided ?? 😑😔

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC don't want to be part of act now the above ticket is closed and yesterdays new ticket closed again if call customer care now again they open new ticket is this is the way u treat ur customer not even a single tech called i will close my subscription do it

    @ACTFibernet at this point I don't care about the down time. I want to know the issue behind the down time. I am extremely tired of raising support tickets every one to two months. I expect disturbances in services but not every time. Check how many times I have raised complaints
