@ACTFibernet Hello, Got a new connection a couple of days ago. The installation was quick. But apart from that nothing has been good. The modem simply stops working. All LED’s go off for a few mins. And then reappear. The connection keeps dropping. Too many issues.

@ACTFibernet My user ID 103403719528, internet stopped working now. I am not sure why the internet issues are happening frequently now with ACT Fibernet, very disappointing. Same issue happened on Sep 5th again today internet is down.

@ACTFibernet Again I am facing the same issue and complaint raised this evening. Asusual the complaint closed without any action. I am not sure am I using right service provider or not. It's really pathetic to complaint again and again for more than four times on same month for same problem.
