    @ACTFibernet HI, I booked for internet service and paid 500 INR. Work order WO110778376757 A/c No 110778376039. The engineer visited my place and told that internet service is not available. Kindly initiate my refund as service was not provided.

    Hi ActFiber Chennai @ACTFibernet , I have been facing network connectivity issues for the past week. Already 2 tickets are raised SR10377773198214 and SR10377833707594. But just new issues are popping up. Now there is a network speed drop. Can someone look into this ?

    @ACTFibernet The service is going from bad to worse. Last month it was more than a week it was out of order and now it is three days and yet to be restore. Disgusting!

    @ACTFibernet I am sick of your poor service. Need you to cancel my plan and refund so I can get another connection immediately tomorrow. I requested my speed be upgraded even that is not being auctioned. What is wrong with you. If not addressed I will sue in consumer court
