    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    @ACTFibernet first complaint number SR10138138554762 raised on 8th. raised another one today SR10138448405302. The net keeps dropping & not consistent. There was no feedback call & the issue closed from your side. Request u to kindly look into it as internet today is our lifeline

    @ACTFibernet SR10275768181480 Even after repeated calls, No one is responding to my queries, the ticket is closed without resolving. Customer care disconnects the call, by saying you will get call with in an hour, and no one is calling back. Pathetic service.@jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet The most ****** service after taking money they have disappeared and no way to contact the customer care. They don't share technician number I also don't know where the hell or what the hell happened to my money. Shittiest service nobody go for this ever.

    @ACTFibernet Still no one to respond.This is how the ACT is making the customers suffer with false commitments.The response is worse from the customer care ,they don't have the issue details and they try to convey the delay message,the delay which never ends..
