    @ACTFibernet please hire some efficient people for your customer care service. I had a terrible interaction with your agent and finally when she couldn’t answer my questions, she disconnected. Now please dont give me this was a network issue excuse.

    @ACTFibernet my issue is un addressed and engineer is stating wire problem I want the issue to be resolved today at any cost or else I may be forced to escalate the matter to ministry of telecommunications

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD but it’s now 10:00 am not is come and fixed the cable …when someone is requesting it’s you should something urgency is that’s why can you pls check ask someone to come rectify issue

    @purnakaja @ACTFibernet I think service is a word that they have deleted from their dictionary. Only thing they can do diligently is disconnect the connection for bill not being paid on time. But won't answer ever for any issues and complaints.

    @ACTFibernet team number is 101565291223 since yesterday it’s not working today your person visited and change the port but he says for activation it’s will 6 to 7 hrs he come in afternoon and till mow no internet since yesterday

    @ACTFibernet, for past few months not just me but my whole community has tried all that we can to get Ur attention but haven't seen any like u who doesn't care AT ALL. Every villa in my community struggles, every single day! You guys are the worst service provider, in country.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

    @ACTFibernet need immediate attention to ticket SR10259880207342, whole apartment is impacted due to not replacing battery, again I see you focus more on ticketing SLA rather than customer, it's closed and opened multiple times

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #Badservive SR10159247308442 request raised 5 days back for reconnection at Pragatinagar, Hyderabad, still not resolved, everytime I can, customer care tells and repeats the same thing that technician will come in 24 hrs, it's more than 120 hrs.....

    I've taken ACT net cnnctn at my home & in last 15 days weird things hppnd. Without using daily, 100+ GB gets used leaving no bandwidth for genuine personal usage. Chngd pw, reset devices, contacted & raised cases with ACT but no body gives a damn! #cheat #fraud @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet getting 8 Mbps after paying for 300 Mbps line. Running pillar to post for resolution. Proof= capital is rarely used to improve service quality!

    i am facing internet issue since morning i have raise a ticket on this TN:SR10165990101754 i was told that it will be solved in 3hrs but after 3hrs they told me to wait for more 2hrs still its 530 my issue is not solved. Hoping for the fast response. @ACTFibernet
