Only thing they can do diligently is disconnect the connection for bill not being paid on time. But won't answer ever for any issues and complaints.

Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Who is going to bare it. Almost 3 days LOP has been imposed for me because of your service delay. Once subscription end I'm going to remove act connection for sure.
