    @ACTFibernet The worst service from #actfibernet we had taken 1 GBPS plan of 7999/- Almost 5 days problem has not resolved yet. Account 101008734978 LeadIT -. Rahul. Act fiber they don't have the escalation matrix contact details.

    @purnakaja @ACTFibernet I think service is a word that they have deleted from their dictionary. Only thing they can do diligently is disconnect the connection for bill not being paid on time. But won't answer ever for any issues and complaints.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #Badservive SR10159247308442 request raised 5 days back for reconnection at Pragatinagar, Hyderabad, still not resolved, everytime I can, customer care tells and repeats the same thing that technician will come in 24 hrs, it's more than 120 hrs.....

    @ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

    Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet, for past few months not just me but my whole community has tried all that we can to get Ur attention but haven't seen any like u who doesn't care AT ALL. Every villa in my community struggles, every single day! You guys are the worst service provider, in country.

    Had the same with @ACTFibernet . 7 years of loyalty, until a customer care said "you can disconnect if you have problem". Now using Hathway without issues. Customer care is always the problem in any field.

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.
