@ACTFibernet I'm not at all happy with the resolution. I have got loss of pay because of your delay in service. Who is going to bare it. Almost 3 days LOP has been imposed for me because of your service delay. Once subscription end I'm going to remove act connection for sure.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When are you planning to resolve the issue. Will you guys Atleast take up the issue which is posted on 18th Dec 2021. I really doubt your SDM, DGM and all the management are just sleeping. Are they just paid for sleeping.

@ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.
