@ACTFibernet Wtf?. Till today your technician didn't came to solve my issue. How can u tell it's resolved. First check. My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

@ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

Actually I am using excell broad band, their service is excellent, they give most priority to customers but unfortunately they don't have power back up, so I shift to @ACTFibernet after confirming if it's have power back up, u ppl lied to me and gave connection.
