Your customer is so annoying that to they disconnect the calls when we call them for enquiry. Even though mistake is from your end, you will not agree and disconnect our calls. Customer Complaints are never cared. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Pathetic Service! Ur customer service agent should understand people are stuck outside Bangalore, they still want us to pay even if I am not using it. And few days back someone called and asked ur pay penalty of Rs.825 and after 2 weeks again sending another of 800.

Also @ACTFibernet check all our bills paid in past. Everytime we miss the bill due date we pay ₹100 extra fees without questioning. And now we have faced issues from ur side regarding connectivity around 15 times in past few months. We need a compensation for this now.
