    @ACTFibernet such a huge waste customer care, No connectivity, and an app which has no chating facility. It's not what you promise when u come to give connection. Too slow says 40 Mbps and nothing near to it.

    @ACTFibernet I just had conversation with one representative Mr Naveen and asked for delay in installation of service, informed will be get done 2 weeks because it was escalated to higher level. This shows their integrity to customers and their response. He disconnected call.

    Worst E-Commerce Experiences imo, 1. @Flipkart (Products get very delayed and delivery time is too long) 2. @Cashify_ (Their technician never arrive on time, plus they don't know anything) 3. @ACTFibernet (Just plain pathetic customer service & internet service) (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Worst broadband network ever and even worse customer support. Took a plan for 75Mbps but they provided the router which supports only 45 Mbps, what a scam. I have been calling them continuosly to change the router or update the plan but there us no response.
