@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team has contacted us yesterday and they rectified the issue. Thanks for your help. However, the Internet is a lifeline for people like us who are working from home. Kindly take action immediately, the last 2 days were a mess, working through the hotspot.

Poor service from @ACTFibernet I have asked for disconnection. they say we have no refund policy for refund amount in account no 103011716323. @TRAI please look into this already I have to get refund for my previous connection.
