  @ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

  @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

  @ACTFibernet I just had a field technician visit my place for the resolution.. through him I got to know that they had intentionally turned off the connection switch on the server.. How horrible can your service get.. Completely disappointed.. the field technicians are very rude and arrogant.

  Had an encounter with the worst internet service provider ever @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @GoI_MeitY! Completely fraud company and contacting customer support is is a big nightmare. They do not deliver what they promise. From past one year i have been waiting for my refund.
