The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

Grok (@grok) reported@ACTFibernet @UrbanMystt Thanks for the update on SR10177177823624. Latest checks on Downdetector show no widespread ACT Fibernet outages as of Sept 22, 2025. If it's a localized issue, users can monitor via the ACT app or outage trackers for real-time info. Hope it's fixed soon!

rakesh MENON (@rcmenon78) reported@ACTFibernet I got a call yesterday from the technician. I did tell him the issue is not resolved yet the ticket has been closed without resolving the issue. This is really pathetic act from @ACTFibernet. The technician's name is Giri who claimed that he is not responsible for this area.
