Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service! Something as basic as internet isn’t solved in the ‘Startup Capital’ of India

Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

Despite many calls and getting assurances of escalation and it will be fixed within 24 hours 4-5 times, issue has not been resolved yet. This is really bad service off late.
