@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet 2 days since your internet is down at my home. Local area team leader promised it would be done by 12pm yesterday, then kept changing time to 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and so on,and today your team isn't even lifting my calls. Third day that my work is being impacted. Worst.

@ACTFibernet A generic response wouldn't work here. The unavailability of wifi is causing me approx 3000rs per day, are you willing to compensate that? I'm sure you are not capable to do it. What you can do is , reactive my service immediately else give me a specifc ETA for it.

@ACTFibernet so I live in lajpat nagar 2 and the wifi is out for more then 3 days now with is wrong with this company their customer care isn't helpful their repair person doesn't pick the call I have used Airtel and excitel in past and this is the worst one ever SR11064991889454
