@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet @actfibernet now have some shame and refund my money without delay. For this i guess u'll not make excuse that ur internet is not working. Like ur agent excused earlier saying its raining and took 40+ days for 7 days TAT.

@ACTFibernet First you give respect to the customer.. Atleast phone should pickup rt?? Ticket was assigned to karunakar who was the local technician doesn't lift the phone.. Just I want to switch this network ASAP because of this worrest technician.. Please disconnect my connection..

@ACTFibernet one of the worst costumer service for past 36 hours i dont have interest raised ticket no has called and in costumer car talking rudely this not the 1st time its the 5th time worst service it should have been resolved by yest 9pm now it sunday n9 calls no information

@ACTFibernet “Patience”? Ur service has been dead since Oct, complaints r ignored, every deadline is a lie & now u r asking for prepayment & penalty for a service u haven't delivered. This is not about patience. This is clear negligence, zero accountability & complete disregard for customers

@ACTFibernet I shifted my WiFi from 2nd floor to ground floor using the same existing cable - no new material or work done. Still being charged ₹707. Your team assured me the charge would be waived after shifting. Please help resolve this asap.
