    @TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet 3 weeks up and still no resolution. I have called at least 6 times to the customer care team. Everytime the template reply "Sir we have escalated the issue and our executive will reach out to you within 24 hours" it has now been 504 hours!! #dontbuyactever

    @ACTFibernet Not fooling your customers at all. Your customer care call center is down in dumps. You just disconnect the call in between. Your app does not have the option of raising complaints against rude employees and unasked for robotic marketing calls.

    @ACTFibernet Again i have trouble from act fiber .. And i want to make sure i post this at every social media.. I called up customer careens asked why my internet is not working .. the customer care associate tells me that there is a disconnection at the power box ..

    Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet , It’s been more than 10 days since I’ve requested for relocation. After 10 long days, they said they can’t provide a new connection which is just 2 streets away. It’s time to focus on customer service. The worst part is I took 6 months pack.

    It's been a month till now. Why I didn't get my refund fully. This is so bad I never thought you service will be like this. I'm so disappointed with your service. I need to know the proper response about refund I'm keep on Calling customer care but there is no use.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet worst service.pathetic customer care.. I would suggest no one should take their service esp cable/ streaming service. The IVRhas Kannada option but it gets routed to Telugu customer service. What an insult.Don’t keep Kannada option of u cant route it to Kannadareps

    @ACTFibernet Hi. Since yesterday morning my ACT is not working in Hyderabad Parvathnagar area. I raised ticket. 24hrs already over.noone came and noone called me.I am doing WFH.I want to escalate this. Phone -7532000194.
