    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

    @ACTFibernet This is the worst ever broadband I'm experiencing. With so much of uncertainty we never know when the network goes down. We never know status of the service tickets. Act fiber doesn't ACT

    @ACTFibernet Did I heard right that Act is running everywhere in Hyderabad though it's an unstable broadband. I raised multiple requests and there is no proper resolution provided. The internet is unstable and I need this to be fixed within 45 minutes as I need to join call.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after connection is given, there is no proper response from your customer care Chennai. I have been raising tickets every month now atleast once for disconnectivity issue for the past one year. No proper resolution is given to us.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working again. I had complained on 9th Dec that internet is not working and it is resolved on 12th Dec afternoon. And today again it is not working. Due to this frequent disconnections it is hampering my office work.
