@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet What kind of service is being provided by you guys? One call center agent is telling that the issue will be resolved by 6:30 pm and when I called them again they are saying that if by 7:30 pm the issue is not resolved today, it is my choice and I can shift out of ACT

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT is one of the worst broadband service provider. Everyday there will be issue with connectivity. Poor service. Customer care people will never respond. In Nellore it is too worse. #BANACTFIBERNET

@ACTFibernet I placed a connection shifting request and it has still not been done and in my bill the shifting charges have been added. Also my existing connection has been cancelled. Customer care just creates new ticket and then marks it resolved on their own. Not happy at all.
