    @TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

    @ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

    @ACTFibernet This is a fit case for Consumer Forum. For deficiency of service Customer has to run pillar to post to get the refund. for Your Information I got Jio Installed the very next day of giving the disconnection on the Act App.

    @ACTFibernet infact my internet was working and some technician came and did something at junction box because of which my internet stopped working. thats how your technicians are working. they resolve one issue and create issue for others

    @ACTFibernet After 24 hours and multiple complaints, your team giving no response and claiming we will not be able to help you can escalate to higher ups. Sr11065463358064 was raised yesterday, your engineers don't pick up calls. Help or refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved after 1.5 days. Ideally this should have been 4-5 hours of work. Think, @ACTFibernet should do better than this in addressing this type of total outages. Or else you would loose customers like me very soon.
