    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

    @ACTFibernet Worst response from the team... Internet is down for past 24hours and no one is taking responsibility to close or not even talk to understand the issue. customer care only says i have increased priority. Nothing happening really here.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Had a worst experience with ACT Fibernet in Delhi. Employees are highly unprofessional and are only good for giving false hope. Registered on 13Jan, following up even today to get installation done. Will never recommend anyone to go with ACT in nearby.

    @ACTFibernet So it’s still@open and still same status. Dear Customer, Your ticket no SR10251693158856 is closed. Ticket re opened more than 20 times. Hope you look at your services. No wonder why people are leaving.

    @ACTFibernet I just took a connection 2 days and very disappointed firstly the sales guy is not responding to calls as he said he will send bill sooner. Secondly I am unable to add Netflix to my account for the cashback I was assured. Please ask someone to resolve the issue.

    Dear act fibre please improve your customer care services (help line).there is no option for telecommunication. I just thought of shifting to another broadband as your speeds are very low with one pc and one mobile in use. @ACTFibernet @actfibrehyd
