@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet havent received any call post the call got disconnected and told the issue to your team, issue is 400 mbps connection i have and speed is 20-30 mbps, highly sporadic from last few weeks, high latency and horrible service, ur team saying router is not capable, but its ur router.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC .Ticket ID SR10177814771344. Without informing, this ticket was closed, then I called the customer care and re opened it and they said they would resolve it on priority . Pathetic services. I have BSNL connection as backup.

@ACTFibernet The ETR was 9 PM on 6th Nov, now pushed to 7 30 PM on 7th Nov — unbelievable! Never seen a wifi service this pathetic. Every outage, just new excuses. Thinking of filing a formal complaint with @TRAI now. Absolutely done with @ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet Iam sorry but I am writing this after i have the third sms notifying me that the issue will be resolved next day at 9:00am . First without resolution a ticket is closed,next the customer services are always busy,next it takes forever.

@ACTFibernet Your sales team promised next-day installation, but after payment the technician said there is no router box nearby. Now refund will take 7 days and customer care is not responding properly. If this is not fixed today, I will file a case on the Consumer Portal

@ACTFibernet …Your internet service is by far the worst and you guys are only good at sending reminders about paying the bill and not sending any intimation regarding any maintenance in the area and you guys expect the customers to constantly fall behind you!!!
