    @ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 4 hours after bringing this to this platform. And still see no response, when the management is so reckless what can be expected from lower staff. Don't try to fool customer by giving false impression.

    @ACTFibernet HELLO i raised a request to downgrade my internet plan but customer care executives are keep ignoring and doesn't have any option in app itself They said it would get downgraded in 48 hours after 96 hours also showing the same thing and my ticket is still in pending

    @ACTFibernet the worst service provider no proper customer care no proper sales team waiting for installation from 1and half month. If you follow-up also no use they won't respond. Planning to go consumer court.

    @ACTFibernet @RajeevLM Their is no-point in contacting to ACT-customer-services, people who work at ur offices are unskilled labour****** they need to be educated first******** no-proper technical-knowledge and no-kindness while speaking to customers****** and i wonder how is ur AUDIT-team examinin!
