@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service providers.Tried to seek help but no response showed. They ill talked and said their is not valid reason to arrange call with supervisor. Firstly they gave wrong info. and now being a covid patient I can talk to my family becoze of their fault.
