@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet It's been 20 days that by have requested for address update which was incorrectly updated when connection was given. I called customer care 5 to 6 times during these 20 days and everytime they ask for 24hrs of time to resolve the issue but no sign of them.

Worst service by @ACTFibernet I raised an issue 2 days ago.They say all scripted lines. 1. Issue will be resolved by 24hrs or by 8Pm 2. Supervisor will give a call back in 4 hrs Telecallers are not even aware when the issue is going to resolve. SR10159043999372 #actfibernet
