    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    Dear @ACTFibernet 10 days before renewal of plans email, whatsapp inbox and SMS inbox is filled with your mssgs to renew the plan. But, when there is an issue you just raise a ticket & keep shifting the resolution time as per your choice with 0 contact point. It's time to shift.

    Extremely poor service by @ACTFibernet , False claims and promises to users. Not processing disconnected request and forcing me to continue using their services Service goes down every week. Don’t ever go for it

    Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet has been down for 5 days despite raising a complaint (Ticket ID: SR10176728931784). The complete lack of urgency is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will terminate my connection and escalate this matter to consumer forums & TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service.Multiple calls in the evening no response from the area technical person. From the last 24 hrs no internet. Ticket raised this morning, still no response. Pathetic service. We are the prepaid customer. Ticket no: SR11476796641304. Take action
