    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet you should shut your shop as you don’t how to run your business. Your broadband services are down since yesterday and nobody at your end acknowledges this , forget about restoring it. This is in SJR Eastwood Layout.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a refund request on 26 January 2022 with Ref No. SR10363992124516.They closed the ticket without providing the refund.I raised a second complaint with Ref no. SR10364081455545,this also closed without providing the refund and no call back received from act.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 103rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Ridiculous service you prvd 2 ur custmrs. I ws on cl wid on of your reprstativ her name is Ravali. She was being rude to me and also gave me false infrmtion twice and 3rd lie was she tld dat she is gng to transfer my cl to disconnct team and den vanished. WOW!

    @ACTFibernet As your customer care people said they will transfer money from one account to another account but now they are telling we can’t do this. Why each of them telling on there own knowledge. And closed the ticket without my permission
