@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I have seen Many worst service providers and @ACTFibernet is worst among the worst. I've paid INR 10945 for 300 Mbps and 8 months package on 22nd April. From the day(23rd) it got installed I'm getting only 30mbps and when I asked the technicians they're saying this much I'll get.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst service I ever faced. I disconnected my network on 29th MARCH and raised a request for router collection and was informed that it would be done in 7 working days but still now no technician was assigned to collect it.

@ACTFibernet internet isn't working since yesterday. BBMP folks took down the cables hanging below certain levels, post an unfortunate electrocution event. I raised a complaint with your team ~24 hours ago and I haven't heard back. Request you kindly restore the services. TIA
