@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@ACTFibernet I have requested for cancelling of static IP plan however even after cancelling it, I am being charged for it, I raised multiple tickets for it however never got the amount reduced from my bill, now my account is suspended thanks to your pathetic responses.hating it!

@ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ Pls look into this daylight robbery..Their connection was not working for bill payment, But we have to pay fine for that...Last time also,it was Same but they told to try on Mobile data..They why shld we use Act Fibernet..

@ACTFibernet The worst service provider! They sell you service and do not bother to honour it. Keep threatening to cut the connection (either ways their wifi is down 2 weeks a month) the latest is they go back kn what they sell (as per their policies) send conflicting emails for money #noACT

@ACTFibernet 4 days later and still no call from ACT! Just emails on how you’ll double charge customers and try and twist their arm into paying additional over the service you sold us. Went on Facebook and realized bad service is synonymous with ACT!
