@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@ACTFibernet 4 my new installation, took a 6 months plan and paid also. Before that, was getting 15 calls and after the payment, no one even bothers to install. Got a call from 8792924903, had to cancel all plans and come home and now he is not reachable

@ACTFibernet Well I still don’t have any internet, so I’m not sure about what You categorize as a problem being solved.... you’ll haven’t done anything besides sending this false message above. When will you get the internet back up. It would be great to have it for more then 24 hours!

@ACTFibernet My internet got disconnected Monday (Oct 25) morning I waited raised complain same evening 48 hours crossed none reached to resolve till now I called Customer care 3 times recieved same answer every time Technical support team will address.1/1

@ACTFibernet Tried calling Mr.Lankesh (the manager), Mr.Shivakumar (engineer) and Mr. Govind... not one of them took the call. ACT is the epitome of what a bad service looks like through and through!!! Both your internet and customer service are non existent! Waste of money! #badservice
