@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@ACTFibernet Thanks. Yes the service engineer confirmed that the issue was fixed. The internet speed is however slower. The app recommends to change the channel but not how. Your bot does not have that option too.

@ACTFibernet You think customer is fool so, it's easy to loot there money in the name of refundable deposit. If I raise a complaint I expect some kind of reply about resolution provided. Even if it's not favourable to me I should get some communication but Im getting SR closed

@ACTFibernet Raised this ticket and no action taken on it SR10358376234972. The Engineer called me and asked me to change the port by myself in the common box, I said I don't know much about it and asked him to visit. He simply closed the ticket. Worst experience guys.
