@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet hi my experience with your organisation points out flawed processes. For a deactivation, its pending for 3 months now - acc 102517156587. There is lot of cleaning work need to be done if ur targeting customer delight. The product is good but the dlvy n xp is bad :(

@ACTFibernet @balajisha06 Act people don’t have a proper technical team it self. Even I am also facing same issue but they will say only one thing switch off Wi-Fi and On. Issue will resolve and they will@close the ticket without our permission

@Umasank14246278 @ACTFibernet I felt the same dude. One of the worst service and customer care. Firstly they tell me my number is not registered. Secondly the customer service agent put me on hole for 15 minutes when I started explaining my problems and did not she said a word and put me on hold.

@ACTFibernet Again the same sally sob story from your team on a call. We have re-opened the case and we will fix the issue... What were they doing for last 7 days. And now that I have Airtel that is brilliant.. Refund the balance money ACT. You are hopeless...

@ACTFibernet I have been a long time customer. I referred someone and after 4 days they have a connection with a default password and no instructions on how to change it. The customer support is pathetic. The feedback link does not even work.
