@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet @bada_paww I have been facing this no internet issues 3rd time in this week. Whenever i try complaining they ask me to wait and take 2-3 days resolving it after constant calling. And now it has happened again and no one is responding since yesterday. Please resolve it by tomorrow.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs since I've lost internet connectivity everytime I call customer care they have a default answer of fiber cut. I was promised the Connectivity will be restored by 12:30 PM IST but until now there has been no resolution.

@ACTFibernet The app does not move beyond the Home Screen and most importantly the Support icon is greyed out but all the offerings keep popping out -definitely NOT the support page And this is one of the most popular ISPs in the country
