@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet registered mobile no-8143420858 i called your customer care twice with respect to bill invoice but twice you have closed my service request without resolving it . remember i will not pay any penalty if you charge later

@ACTFibernet Hello Act, I have requested to fix my not working internet connection 2 days ago and still it has not been addressed. If I tried calling your toll free number, Then I have to wait around 20 mins to get connected only to hear your fake promises. This is annoying.

The service provided by @ACTFibernet is not at all satisfactory. I haven't had internet connection for the past 3 days. So far, I have contacted the customer care 3 times. No proper response. All #EmptyPromises. They seem to take customers for a ride. #PatheticService
