@ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

@ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

@ACTFibernet i would recommend instead of showing empathy, work on issues on urgent basis as your SLA of 10 am has surpassed .i demand discount on bill for the days the service are down.@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir this is the level of support of private companies. horrible. Customer last for them.
