    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    i had raised a ticket with @ACTFibernet with issue regarding disruption during meetings while using teams, webex etc. and the ticket was closed the next day without any update. Today I call to ask about the resolution done, the cc created another ticket to give me the info..sigh

    @Airtel_Presence leaving @ACTFibernet seems a mistake in Blr..their service team always showed up in time. @airtelindia your team needs to learn how now to leave ppl hangup..not even a single call in 3days from service team..instead I'm calling the salesman repeatedly

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet must be having one of the worst customer service in India. None of the customer service people have any respect towards the customers. Complaint raised 1 month back,every 1 week it's been closed without even customer consent. Not even a single call back!

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working since morning, it is taking longer than expected. Ticket#SR10266510127954 Asked for early resolution but customer care exec gave tomorrow evening as ETA. Our office work is stalled.

    @ACTFibernet another breach of service. I never requested to reactivate the account and got a message stating account has been reactivated without my consent. I have placed the request for disconnect last week.
