The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

Even after 11 days of follow up and escalating to the Nodal office I do not have a functional internet ! One team says it’s the other’s responsibility resulting to harassment of customers. Hope they fix it today

ETA alone gets changed with the resolution no near in-sight, This is totally unacceptable and a breach of trust. Doesn't ACT have the proper infrastructure and infrastructure support to handle such an issue
