    @TriumphDhaval @GTPL_Hathway This is not the first time! Previously faced the same issue with @GTPL_Hathway @CareGtpl So finally decided to switch to @ACTFibernet by recommendation from everyone I hope I won't face any such in future 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    @ACTFibernet is the best FibreNet experience for me in Ahmedabad. The contact person Mr Ankit Pandya handled the installation very well. The app is very much interactive as well. It has been two months of time period and my connection has not broken for a single moment.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @consumerforum Same issue again, the data is finished. ACT shows 500GB downloaded at 2 AM, when our entire office is shut down by 7 PM. How is this even possible? Two days ago, your team told us to “switch off the WiFi.” That’s the level of support we’re getting.

    @TRAI should come up with some rule of ivr calls from telecom companies like i got calls from @airtelindia at 8.30am and @ACTFibernet at 9.30 if calls like these happens to every customer then what will be their mental status? Because now a days depression is hitting hard to every 1s in 5s. So some rules to be brought into consideration like how dubai has you cannot call random customers.
