@ACTFibernet New connection promised within 49 hours in Jubilee hills rd 86,after taking payment is not yet done, more than 200 hours over,very poor service from Act, staff are rejecting the calls, when called for update, I am calling daily, very stressful and unprofessional

@ACTFibernet Sadly it worked only for 24 hours & became unserviceable again. New SR10130949239282. The technician was worried about closing SR than providing lasting resolution. Now I am without uninterrupted internet for the last 10 days. So much for big claims made by @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet I subscribed for new act connection in Jubilee rd 86, on 2nd October, executive promised me connection within 48 hours, but as of now (192 hours have passed), I am still waiting for connection, poor service and execs dont answer the calls, they reiect your calls.

@ACTFibernet I have had a good 10 years of this service and it's been pathetic over the last 2 years. Literally 50+ complaints on the same issue and same complaints every month. Can't handle your staff arrogance and lazy work. Time to look for another source of network provider.

@ACTFibernet upgraded to ACT storm last month as per your suggestion, used LAN connection during exam. Neither field engineers nor backend identifying the root cause of slow bw issue. I request to refund my loss and want to disconnect permanently.
