    (2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Its been just 2days after your team helped me with the connection, and now i have not getting internet since morning 6am today!!! How the hell does your team act tackle it on weekends??? Your service is getting really bad and connection too, no doubt with the speed.

    @ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

    @xxmahibogixx @ACTFibernet My internet issue is still not resolved. Ticket has already been raised, but there has been no proper response from the ACT team. Both ACT Business Plan and Home Plan services are not working. Requesting immediate support and resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct This is beyond frustrating. I raised a request on Sunday, and it took 12+ hours just to register a ticket. Since then, I’ve been given false updates every time I call, and now it’s been 4 days with zero resolution or even a proper callback.

    @ACTFibernet Give us an ETA. It’s not like we are in Tier 2 or 3 city. We are in Bangalore and the lack of urgency is appaling. With service like this, I am not sure how you keep up with NPS and CSAT scores. If the connection is not up and running by tomorrow, we want a refund

    @ACTFibernet Account Number 103016866602. I am writing herel email as a final attempt to resolve a critical issue before I escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum and the Cyber Crime Cell. Despite multiple attempts to engage with your Customer Care, Billing, and Escalation departments over the past month, I have received no meaningful resolution. Case Background:I was a customer of ACT Fibernet until 2023, at which point I officially disconnected the service and moved away. However, in April 2026, I was shocked to receive billing notifications and SMS alerts for an active connection under my name. Points of Contention: Unauthorized Activation: This connection was activated without my consent, knowledge, or presence. ACT representatives have stated that a connection cannot be activated without customer consent; yet, I have provided none. Lack of Physical Infrastructure: I do not possess an ACT modem, there is no fiber cable running to my current residence, and I have had zero internet usage. Identity Theft Concerns: The fact that a connection is active in my name without my physical involvement strongly suggests that my identity has been compromised or misused to gain access to your services. Security Risk:I am deeply concerned that my identity is being used to facilitate internet access for unknown individuals. Should this connection be used for any illegal or anti-social activities, I will be held unfairly liable. I have requested the Escalation Team to provide details regarding how consent was allegedly verified and the specific installation address, but these requests have been ignored. Required Actions:I hereby request the following actions be taken immediately: Immediate Deactivation: Terminate the unauthorized account (103016866602) and cease all "defaulter" communications and billing. Also Block me from ACT Services so that in future even willingly I cannot get your serivices. Full Disclosure: Provide the documented proof of consent (e.g., call recordings, OTP logs, or signed installation reports) and the physical address where this service is currently being provided. Written Confirmation: Provide a formal letter stating that I am not liable for any charges or activities associated with this account since its unauthorized reactivation in April 2026. This is a clear case of Identity Theft. With the information you provide, I want to file an FIR for identity theft and move the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for professional negligence.
