Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

@ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

It is that time of the month when the spectacularly crappy @ACTFibernet connection goes down. I’ve raised over a dozen tickets in < 12 months. My connection which was down since this morn has been disconnecting and connecting on its own for the last 30 minutes!

@ACTFibernet ACT is the cheater and worst service provider. Grabbing customer's money by not returning long term plan money at disconnection even for shifting due to corona. Keep yourself away and never to go for new connection.
