    @ACTFibernet - My internet is not working since today afternoon. I raised a ticket on your app and I got a message that it will be resolved by 9 PM tonight. It's already 10:15 PM but internet is still not working and all my attempts to reach on Customer care is just a long wait.

    @ACTFibernet has been cheating customer. This year again like every year, they upgraded my plan to a plan of their choice and sent an exorbitant bill. Refused to answer my calls/ mails. @TSConsumers @jagograhakjago @Eatala_Rajender

    Update: Received full refund. Literally had to drag their COO into the issue to get it resolved this quickly. @ACTFibernet you guys need to de-bloat upper management and un-thug ground level beat minions. Alvida.

    @ACTFibernet the Hyderabad operations of Act Fibernet is really bad. I have taken a new connection more than a week ago. I signed up for 12 months but not activated yet. Poorly managed operations. Lack of coordination between technicians. No response to calls

    @airtelindia Contact me when you have the plans to lay proper fiber lines in my locality. I'm amazed to see the worst ISP @ACTFibernet even laid fiber. @JioCare has as well. Can't believe still copper wires laid while a lot people have been requesting for fiber connection!
