Every time there is an outage, additional number of days should be added to the plan to customer plans so that our money is worth.

I have shared the pics of the Switch box with Nodal officer and still getting emails from them saying we are working on this. Not sure how long does it take to replace a battery in switch box. Pathetic service by ACT.
