But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected. If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.
