@UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

@ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

@ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me mention to the concerned team about the second box..

@ACTFibernet , how do you recruit your customer service reps? By knowledge/patience/how quickly they close ticket? I guess the third. Without resolution, the person who came tells he will close the ticket as its not fault in line. If he doesnt close request by EoD, will lose job
