@ACTFibernet I am facing lot problem of internet. This is in my son's name. Repeatedly requesting to recetify, but it is fallen on deaf ears, one of the worst worst internet I have seen. I can download a file in very good speed in idea sim atleast 200 kbps. Ac no 101113654712.

@ACTFibernet at this point of work from home, you do not have 24x7 support. I paid for 6 months, and still overdue messages keep coming. Now in the middle of a production issue i lost internet. Who is going to be responsible if i lose job over this?

Not able to contact customer care and if try to msg or chat this will be the problem as above. Worst service and connectivity from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. You can check my complaints that howmany times I have registered a complaint on internet connection and slow speed.

@ACTFibernet your internet service is the worst we've seen in the recent times. So much packet drops, latency, intermittent connection disconnection, sometimes for longer than we can afford to. ACT at its peak of providing substandard service with substandard technology.
