    @ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

    @ACTFibernet Yes,the problem is resolved after approx 48hours of the breakdown.I am fortunate that I was not fired for Monday morning!I wonder,how come a reputed brand like ACT actually took 48hours to resolve an Internet issue?Is it because my area is little remote than Hyd(i.e.,Shamshabad)?

    @TAAssociates @ACTFibernet My Act Account: 101013365834 is disconnected every things since 20th September 2021, for no reason. You connect after calling everytime and disconnected after 2 days. I am frustrated with this service. I am working from Home, but I have no internet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

    @ACTFibernet Am holding ac no. 103015926746 today while checking the internet speed its only 60mbps even in 5g, engg came & 2 change the router, considering the long standing customer asked replacement, cus ser told replacement not possible want to close, i need rental refund!
