  Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.   Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet
