    @ACTFibernet I paid for 6 months , now representative came and told there is no box in your area, but customer representative told before it will take 48 hours now not responding and they are telling it will take more time may be 20 days. Need new connection faster

    @ACTFibernet I paid for new connection for 6 months, they promised to install within 48 hours but it is not happened and there is no response from customer care who assisted me for payment. Please look into the matter. Need connection within 2 daya

    @ACTFibernet Hello, after relocation request the Internet stopped working, its been a day and no one came to look into the issue. If your service is like this no one will be able to do WFH.

    @ACTFibernet hi team, internet not working for last few days, some router issue,I had requested for home visit to fix it n specifically told them come with laptop n LAN, your executive came home n was extremely rude n said he can't fix it and asked to call customer care

    @ACTFibernet Regretting doesn't solve the problem. It's now 18 hours from disconnection. Even a small provider can do faster than this

    @ACTFibernet Kindly close my connection permanently. There is no option in your app for the same. I tried contacting your customer service number 3 times, they says to hold on and disconnects the call. I don't have anymore time to wait for 15 mins on call before connecting.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet is the worst internet service provider in Bangalore. They do not respond to your complaints. Their technicians just close incidents without resolving your issue. The connectivity is down for more than 15 days a month. They dupe the customers false

    @ACTFibernet Horrible connectivity. Very unstable. Pathetic customer service. Customer care numbers can rarely be reached. And on those rare occasions, the CCE puts you on hold for eternity. Paid for a new connection on 25th July. It's yet to be installed.

    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet . I am very sorry to note that none was attended though the complaint made on 12/07/2020 @ 9am . The downtime have to be recorded and accordingly the period should be extended. I made a great mistake ie., renewed the subscription

    @ACTFibernet increased monthly tariff without even informing. Moreover, over and above that increased traffic, I am being asked to pay monthly bill. When I raised alarm, customer care executive called me yesterday to say he will get the bill adjusted. It never happened though.

    @ACTFibernet but I don't accept being kept on hold for 3-4 days in a row. Also, one of the executives informed me that a request for disconnection was booked, which was not made by us. Going to follow thru anyway, thankyou for the service when it was good. Sad to say it SUCKS now

    @ACTFibernet Requested for Permanent disconnection on 2nd August and you guys have done temporary disconnection and sent revised bill for 10 days But used your service only one day. Can’t even call your customer care. Slow claps for the awesome service.
