Nothing happened. then it was not possible to get to a human cust rep even after 20-30 times of trying. Sent a email to nodal and the connection was restored in few hrs.

All your number does is just keeps the line in waiting for a good 5 to 10mins and then the line get disconnected automatically. So pls don't give or share numbers and mail ID which are of not much use.

It's just frustrating if you don't give a deadline to fix the issue. The CS is not good at handling. There is a lot of uncertainty.
