    I've been struggling to reactivate my ACT Internet since yesterday and no proper response from the customer service. Even after clearing the due I am not able to login, it says I still have due. @ACTFibernet I'm not even able to get anyone from customer service to explain this.

    @ACTFibernet Now the customer care executive are not picking after waiting for 5 minutes of waiting many times.Many people are using ACT in my apartment society and all are facing the same .If this kind of service and response continues we are all going to switch to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Looks like ur customer care has to be trained. This is the 3rd time I have tried connecting to CS team. From 30th number ,I reach the 1 number to CS person n alas the call gets disconnected. 1 time I agree, but constantly 3 times looks something really to be learnt.

    @ACTFibernet When can I expect call back or any progress ,It already more than 24 hours since I raised the issue and yet no update or progress. I hope you understand in current time we are connected to work through internet and 1 day disconnect means 1 day loss of office work.

    @ACTFibernet It is customer to struggle with ACT to get the problems resolved. I have been writing to Act help line regarding double payment inadvertently made a week ago, but inspite of repeated reminders Actvyet to come out of leathergy. Credit rs.778.80 to card account

    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a plan of 750GB with 75 Mbps for 3 months. But that max speed I get is 2-3Mbps. Even after raising multiple complaints, my issue is not being resolved. Either provide with a working router or cancel the plan & refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet got ACT connection a month back and I clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service or even the free trial because i am not gonna use it anyway. Received a 200 rupees bill today. sort it out at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet Got ACT internet last month, and I had clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service after the free trial. I am anyway not gonna use the free trail as well. Today received a mail saying I m charged 200 for extra service

    @ACTFibernet How can ACT Service close the ticket without asking the customer if the issue is resolved? Are we playing a game here where I keep complaining & the service personnel close it only to keep their fake scores up of cust satisfaction. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE
