    Hi @ACTFibernet I had requested for the router change 1 month ago. Your technician told he'll come & change it & closed the ticket. He never turned up despite 100 followups and now he has stopped taking my calls. If my issue is not resolved in next 2 days, I'm switching to Airtel

    @ACTFibernet I have a serious issue with your service. Your customer rep said I will get connection in 3 days and today I’m being told that ports are full and it will take 7 days! After making 3 month payment with GST!! What the hell?

    @ACTFibernet the guy yesterday told me he wil have to change the junction box and place it in my building terace, I give him the permission and then he disappears and calls me says he wil mark the complaint 'resolved' & wifi wil be available. Now there is no wifi.Disgusting!

    @ACTFibernet Request you to cancel services & stop fooling customers. Every month, atleast twice the internet is down & when i raise complaint, it takes almost a day to resolve. I am wfh, stock trader. how do you expect me to do my work? Will ACT bear my losses??
