@ACTFibernet Yoy guys have the worst customer service . Lets that sink in. Its been 3 weeks your company has taken 8k Rupees for installation and still till today no communication, no one replying, no contact from your end. Consumer forum is next. Sorry.

@ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

@ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

@ACTFibernet always gives preference and importance to new customers only, they don't have space for the existing customer who is using their services for almost seven years. Their router doesn't cover an area of 500sqft, they force us to upgrade to 200 mbps plan for mesh router

@ACTFibernet I just got a call from one of their team members after posting here, instead of providing solutions to wifi coverage of the mentioned area, she was just arguing. They don't have a solution to provide the coverage except forcing us to go with a mesh router with 200 mbps plan
