    @ACTFibernet @TRAI I am writing this with utmost disappointment that we have faced the worst customer service from ACT. We have no internet connectivity for the past 3 days and we have recieved zero updates on the progress. No responses to mails or complaint tickets or calls.

    @ACTFibernet Your tagline says "Feel The Advantage" it's been more than 10 days, working from home with your service not fixing the internet is "Feel the Disadvantage" I have been promised everyday of 24hrs resolution for the last 9 days.

    @plabanpriyadars @ACTFibernet Brother @plabanpriyadars they have the worst customer service. Internet is down since 10 days. They dont resolve complaints from customer, rather they assure you with false promises that it will be restored within 24-48 hrs.
