    @ACTFibernet internet has gone down 4th time in this week. Everytime I raise an support request through app, someone comes in and silently fixes it and goes. Never seen this mystery person. I want to meet this mystery person and ask for permanent solution. Kindly help.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor services from Actfibrenet. Even after 48hours no rectification. What do you think of the business customers. Don’t you value the time. I got message today indicating it may be resolved after another 24 hours. Do you need 3 days to resolve your network fail?

    @ACTFibernet there is a recurring internet issue in my area. What should I do to get it resolved permanently? I have been calling customer support but they just say that a link switch has failed, and 24 hours response time. This is now seriously hampering my work. NEED AN ANSWER

    Hey @ACTFibernet My internet connection hasn't been working since yesterday afternoon. Despite putting in a request on your app and multiple calls to your customer care helpline (unavailable!), there's been no help. This kind of service is just poor. Please resolve this asap.

    @ACTFibernet Even tried calling customer care. and they say we have created an SR ticket and somebody will reach out. And then guess what the tickets get closed automatically. Such a pathetic customer support.

    Totally non responsive service support from @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet towards a plan upgrade request for Giga speeds. Unattended requests when customer is seeking enhance payment and service options. It’s been over 3 weeks to this. Why market when you can’t Support ???
