    Terrible service by @ACTFibernet, every other day, Absolutely no internet connection and we are ended up paying a hefty amount every month. These guys are doing Loot in the name of Internet service-and we the customers are badly waiting for the JIO fiber.

    @ACTFibernet you guys have the most rude people who come to our house to try and "fix" the internet. They'll do half the job and leave. When we call back to tell them that it's still not working they say "it's so easy to fix why should I come to do it".

    It's a shame that ACT cannot publicly give an announcement to their customers so they are aware of what's going on. No emails, No SMS and ACT should be really ashamed of not able to fix it on time whereas the other service providers were able to fix it within 24hr #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet It's DAY 5 of no internet and every day @ACTFibernet just keeps LYING that the problem will get fixed but NO ACTION AND RESULT. They conveniently keep pushing there resolution date. Will any supervisor or manager take note
