    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @consumerforum_ Please let me know the process for filing complaint against the Act Fibernet and the TRAI for misleading, irresponsible and failure to rectify the internet issue, as have been doing multiple follow ups with vendor ACT fibernet and are unable to resolve issue.

    @ACTFibernet There is no callback and no help of any sort. And everytime somebody opens a ticket and closes it within a few hrs without anything resolving. Is it your hobby to close tickets? You expect consumers to leave their life and chase you as their full time job?

    @ACTFibernet SR10253187235759 - dis tkt is getting close agn n agn without proper update. Getting call frm ur team tht they will remove the charges, but still closing ticket without removing the charge. Last mnth also faced similar issue, I am fed up with ur service
