    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Got a call from 099167 17634 today morning and from 078295 87734 yesterday offering exciting discounts to reconnect. I have chosen a different ISP, no plans to switch. Raising the issue on social media has worsened it and more calls have started to come. #fail

    @ACTFibernet I have raised two SR with your Support team, SR 1024063104678 and SR1023914603229 also I had a word with one of the managers ( Mahesh) although I have not received any call back from the so-called backend team. I still waiting a call back from the support team

    @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet Exactly, I've faced the same issue Since yesterday in Bangalore! There's only 1 std tweet reply from them. I've paid for 6 months adv, I switched aftr good reviews and recommendations.. Now I'm regretting, and beginning to think it's a bad decision if this is their lazy attitude.

    @ACTFibernet We are sorry 😐 to say that until speed consistency as well as uninterrupted Service is ensured continuing association with @ACTFibernet is not possible. Therefore, refund the 6 months advance amount paid forthwith.
