    @ACTFibernet As mail notification 72 hours passed but still no show. Could you please let me know when it is going to resolve. I paid three months service rental without using a single consumption of data. Still you people are making us suffering.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst broad band company in india . Their service in Mount Joy extension Bangalore is down from a week no response to the cut cable . But a&&holes will promptly send the bill .

    @ACTFibernet @saurabhmukerji @balamalladi I have requested broadband connection on 8th June and paid the charges,your executive promised me within 7 to 9 days,still no one responding,your customer care no till now not connected,Refund my money I don't your worst service like this

    @ACTFibernet is the worst worst broadbad internet service ever . Since 1 week the service is down . No one to pick phone in their call center . Don't buy #ACTFibernet it's the worst .

    @ACTFibernet have been trying to change plan since last 10 days with no luck. Horrible customer care service. All is required to just change the plan. Time to think to move to other service provider @airtelindia #poorservice #broadband #ACTFibernet

    @SandyMohanG Pathetic customer experience with @ACTFibernet. Hope you can look at improving customer support. Given the situation, understand the shortage of people, but not to an extent of not resolving for 15-20 days. #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet with work from home internet is super critical for us and your customer service till now is pathetic. I've been trying to get in touch with for transfer for past four days,tried visiting your centers in Bangalore, called both your numbers, emailed & still no response

    I've never seen such a worst service from a broadband network. If you are planning to take on act broadband service please don't or else you'll regret. They never really respond and solve your issue. There is no day without interruption of internet connection. @ACTFibernet
