Please ask your ACT engineer to call me as whenever I call customer Care it will take 10 mins to connect and every time i will get reply like “It will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve” from 27th May and hardly I used internet for 7 days @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet there is constant internet issue with you, after raising complaints also there is no response. Your call centre is also not aware of the situation, nor there is any call back from your service team regarding the issue. Worst service team

@ACTFibernet It's almost 4:30 no calls no messages and no update.. this is definitely going to delay for tomorrow and I called to enquire about this issue with Actnet Box not any fiber cut to be delayed long. Takes our full money but does not deliver services as promised.
