    In the current situation where most people are working from home and dependent upon internet service we also have @ACTFibernet whose team basically cheats on people on false promises and then stop picking up the call. Be careful with such fraudsters as they only want your money.

    @ACTFibernet i thought the 'feel the advantage - Work from home speed boost' offer was for free.. but i recieved a bill for this as well though it is only for Rs. 0.01 only but i cannot make this payment in any app until i pay minimun of Rs. 10... plz Help @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet Issue was resolved on first day & again repeated on next day & was resolved again. Today its not working again & unable to WFH. Raised a complaint & got a message by 4pm technician would reach me. Nobody has reached my location yet. My day is ruined.

    @unknownbps @ACTFibernet Same here..From yesterday there is no internet. Expected resolution was 7 PM yesterday.But still no Response from them .@ACTFibernet We pay u for whole month.. Please don't expect the payment if u continue doing this.

    @ACTFibernet Stop boasting off in social media and start working towards helping your existing customers. You have no minimum sense of replying or acknowledging a customers complaint. Your customer service is dead from past 2 days, first try to restart it, do your advertisement work later.

    @rite2ace @ACTFibernet Facing similar issue with @airtelindia in call of duty.... One day on a host I get 40ms ping and the next day it's 330ms ...ACT is not available in my area but seems like it's bad there too

    @ACTFibernet NO.. You didn't solve any greivances. You go and ask your so called customer care service you have made and given them practise to reply TO CUSTOMERS in a robotic manner. Poor response from you and your team. Waste of energy, time and our health talking wit you inhumane people.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD these people don't provide any coustmer support they make us stay for 5 to 10mintues and cut the call if we try again they don't respond or connect the call all their offices are closed since last year March and there is none to resolve my issue the.
