    @ACTFibernet Guys seriously your service sucks from 3 days m trying to resolve my issue by connecting to u people but it’s of no use. If this is the case please cancel the subscription ill go with other products which are customer friendly and helpful. You guys are useless.

    @ACTFibernet signed up for a new broadband connection 2 days back. Was promised 48 hours installation and the sales rep was extremely prompt in signing me up. In fact, she refused to hang up until I paid. Now, I am waiting & waiting! Can someone expedite this? Anyone listening?

    @ACTFibernet :: this the service we are getting every month 1-2 days issue will be there and resolution takes min 24 hrs time .. give me the answer how to use internet for that 24 hrs.. if the answer is mobile data I then disconnect the connection and let me enjoy mobile data
