Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable.
