    @ACTFibernet Hv been tryin to contact since 2 days. Every time there's a wait for 10 mins & more. Then the call gets dropped before I can speak to any customer support executive. There seems to b a connectivity issue with my Wifi here. Been more than 48 hrs. Get in touch ASAP.

    Terrible service by @ACTFibernet, every other day, Absolutely no internet connection and we are ended up paying a hefty amount every month. These guys are doing Loot in the name of Internet service-and we the customers are badly waiting for the JIO fiber.

    Recently I moved into a different location. My jio service engineer denied installation. I shortlisted @ACTFibernet & @airtelindia Big mistake! believing act sales emp Thufail for his false assurance. who didn't make it. Now I don't have any services from act + my money with them

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting service. I am waiting for the installation from past 5 days. Everytime I call the customer care they are saying they will install it by EOD. The technician assigned must be on notice period that he is not having time to resolve priority cases. Liars!!
