@ACTFibernet Pathetic service and response by ACT. Have raised fourth tickets since Thursday & have not found a resolution.Since then I have been trying to contact 3 technicians and 2 sales executives(5 days) and there has been no help. They are closing all the tickets w/o help.

@ramszz @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin What the hell. Speed test can be done by the user itself but that isn't the impending issue here. I hope @ACTFibernet adds up lost days to the package and extended the renewal date for the losses the user has to go through.

@ACTFibernet 6 months since I took a new connection Sms every week I raise a complaint for connectivity issues. I stay in central bangalore. Everytime every week 2 days I don’t have act connectivity. Same now. Will you ever pull up your socks?
