    @ACTFibernet Great job on this one. But your service and network is horrible. My internet has not been functional for 3 days. Your engineers are pathetic. They have done a horrible job in installing wires. There are three different connections(not mine) connected to our junction box at home.

    Again the @ACTFibernet has proved that it is the worst internet provider. I called customer care in Oct-2022 to ask is there any feature to postpone non usage days of internet in my plan. The executive has told, I can avail that option ones I started not using the active plan

    @ACTFibernet your representative mislead the customer, Mr Ravi 7838706398 told me at the time of installation that one month charges will be waived off if you take 6 month plan but after paying 6 month advance, connection got suspended 6 days no internet, missed my child classes
