    @ACTFibernet you guys seriously one of the most f##@n internet providers available in munnekolala marathalli location. Every single month there is an interruption with my internet. Like seriously guys😡😡😡🤬🤬 And ur customer care numbers also dosent work!!! Wao 😡😡🤬

    @ACTFibernet not sure what’s happening. After the arrival of competition, our connectivity is going down every night at 10 PM and the MTTR is going up. Something’s wrong with your service in Bangalore as this was never the case before. #NoConnectivity even now.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since Saturday morning 6th March and it rectified for few hours yesterday and same problem started again. None of the numbers 9121212121 or 7288999999 are working. Hope you are working? None of your reps also answering.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday evening(1st March 5PM) in our society (Saideep hulas). It’s not yet fixed, when I reached out to customer support, I have received an arrogant answer that I have to wait for 24 hours later again 24 hours more. @tv9kannada

    @ACTFibernet There was ticket was raised on June 2nd . It was closed without any update. I called the team to reopen the ticket and within 5 mins the ticket was closed again without any help. So what you want to say that you will not help us? Or don't want to care our issues ?
