Weโve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time weโre promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. Weโre also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says theyโll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more โ24 hoursโ are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!
