Has anyone switched out from @ACTFibernet ? I closed it as they could not provide stable & on promise service. I am now harassed with a dozen spooky calls per day to reconnect. And the IVR option for ‘don’t call again’ doesn’t work. Calls come across the country. @ACTBroadbandIn

The engineers tell everytime that we should call them if any issues and when we do they say call service centre . Service centres have no idea and they say sorry . @ACTFibernet @ConsumerCourt_ why doesn’t the court look into quality of these companies ?
