@ACTFibernet As mail notification 72 hours passed but still no show. Could you please let me know when it is going to resolve. I paid three months service rental without using a single consumption of data. Still you people are making us suffering.

@ACTFibernet your support sucks. When you use Blink it quotes to promote your wifi, U shud be aware of their services and the time they take to resolve it. Raised a request 24hrs back saying there's an issue with wifi and blinked a million times but till now there is no response.

@ACTFibernet It was not an issue to resolve. I got a bitter experience with ur executive, because of ACT's policy. I will not blame UR ground level employees. It is due to UR management is putting lots of pressure on them to take unethical steps or words with customers.
