    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service

    @ACTFibernet I have paid for 3months in sept-Nov, but billed again for Nov. Last six months ACT had not provided adequate service, check service requests. ACT promised rebate for service interruptions, but not honoured. Please revise billing amount to my satisfaction.

    @ACTFibernet am still waiting for a call back from your billing department. This was requested on May 2nd, and marked as 'resolved' by the 4th. I was even sent a feedback link. I had requested both a billing dept call back, and a service dept call back.
