    @ACTFibernet Thank you for giving me worst of my life experience of being a customer. I really repent for having subscribed your service for 6 months (package). Since (16/6/2020) I have not been able use internet. Every complaint is closed without resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I am near to lose my job due not completed work on time. And it credit goes to @ACTFibernet If I lose my job that fraud company @ACTFibernet will lose his Business Ready for Consumer Court. 5 Days been no internet issue resolved by that company. 😡😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet there is constant internet issue with you, after raising complaints also there is no response. Your call centre is also not aware of the situation, nor there is any call back from your service team regarding the issue. Worst service team

    @ACTFibernet From last 3 days mine internet speed is fluctuating so much due to that I am unable to do work. What the hell is happening. Next time I will not pay in advance. if this issue occur countinous next day then I will complain on upper level.😠😠

    @ACTFibernet Please stop your false and fake advertisement. BSNL is better than you. This is the 2nd time I am facing issues with the internet in a single month. #ACT_ek_dokha_hey And you don't follow agreed SLAs. There is no timely closure of tickets.

    @ACTFibernet Why your customer support services are deteriorating day by day. I have paid my bill but it's still showing unpaid and this issue i have raised i guess 1 month ago but still it's not resolved. The internet speed is pathetic now a days. Please serve us better again.
