    @tmatthewj @ACTFibernet Try Hathway. Have been using it for a few months now. Connection went down for a day when there was heavy rain and the cable was damaged. Other than that no issues faced.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service and response by ACT.I have raised fourth tickets since Thursday & have not found a resolution.Since then have been trying to contact 3 technicians and 2 sales executives(5 days) & there has been no help.They are closing all the tickets w/o resolving.

    @ACTFibernet shittiest service ever. You guys should shut down your business and go back to whatever you all were doing before. In May for 15 days internet was not working. in June, from past one week internet is down. You guys are in competition with @NammaBESCOM

    @Airtel_Presence frequent v-fiber outages at Doddakannelli Bangalore. Complaint no. 108263122. Technician not showing up. Recurring issue. We are moving to @ACTFibernet if not resolved this time, as their service seems to be far superior.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Customer, Your ticket no SR1026734645140 is closed. This was the last msg to me on 28th May. It was not resolved fully. Your phone lines never work. I would like to discontinue your services.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I took the new connection with act fiber.The technician came to my home and gave the connection after that he said there is issue with router .The next he came up with new one and it’s not the 5G router .Till today I have raised many complaints
