    @ACTFibernet , Ridiculous support from @ACTFibernet its been 1+ day and no one has taken any initiative to resolve the Wi-Fi issue and my registered complaint has been closed now without any resolution .. Registered complaint number :-1029527206759 #pathetic customer support

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 just an info to all act users who have been facing speed fluctions with tp link archer c20. Its cos of old firmware of tp link router. If u update the same the issue will b resolved. Been raising multiple complaints but they wud ask us to restart d router.

    @ACTFibernet 2/2 they wud even close d ticket everytime. Restarting of router isnt d solution as dis model of router can habdle way more traffic than its capacity in my case. None of the technicians suggested this. A router issue cud defame ur awesome service. Plz take care of it

    So pathetic is the @ACTFibernet service. Long wait on calls no reply on service request . Pathetic .From last night no internet but they are least bothered . They are bothered for just new connection.

    @ACTFibernet It has been resolved in 36 hr when I personally contacted multiple technicians and requested them to resolve it. Also my 2 days salary has been deducted by my employer,Please suggest who will repay that. Disconnecting your services after this week,Thank you for the worst service

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing internet issue for the 2nd time in one week. Last time i was without internet for 18 hrs. This time it has been more than 15 hrs and the issue is not resolved yet. My work got affected for 3 days in one week.

    @ACTFibernet network is not working from mrng,customer care people are useless not providing proper info on the issue they just said tech team will call but no one called back very unhappy req no SR10362751075292 and Co no 7904102136 raised ticket 4 times still no response
