    @ACTFibernet Now after reopening the complaint the customer care is asking another 24 hours to resolve it. I don't understand why it would take 24 hours when already more than 96 hours have passed and the same complaint is not yet resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Internet down since Thursday afternoon. After repeated calls I was assured that it would be restored today. Complaint was closed 2 hours back and internet still not working. Acc ID is 102015797180

    @ACTFibernet - As soon as we pay the full amount, no one picks the call nor neither anyone is attending us for installation! Sucha bad service it has become now! I have been using from 4-5 years and was proud of it! But now by ordering new connections I feel I made a mistake!

    @sudheerbhat @ACTFibernet Idu ahankarake paramavadhi maga !!! Airtel at one point of time was like that now things seem to have improved !! These days everything is AI chatbot managed even in case of issue they do it internally and then inform us no visits these days only if the wire is cut they come

    @ACTFibernet What a Shame on you Act. High cost but poor service. I raised a complaint on failed internet SR10241269366152, yet no restoration so far. Better shutdown your service if you are not capable. Frequent loss of internet yet no good service.

    @ACTFibernet sucha worst service in Bangalore!When we trying to call to customer care,the call gets disconnected as soon as we reach token 1!And the installation guy speaks in sucha rude manner, he installed the same service next to our home!Now he says he never visited our area!

    @SocialWork_Anil @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Earlier they used to take 24hourz for resolution, now they are taking 48hours minimum: for dis-connection issues and taking-months for their scammed-upgrade/downgrade problems which are not-going to solved untill are unless they get-exposed in public***** !

    which was simply rejected. After calling the helpline they promised to have it checked and the waiver processed. But guess what? It was rejected again. I had no option but to pay my usual monthly plan amount. @ACTFibernet is this the type of customer service I should expect?
