    @ACTFibernet I have been reporting this issue for almost 4 months by now and no one is looking into this issue religiously. Also, complaints get closed without resolution or false commitments. Moreover, your escalation team and ground staff are helpless.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, you started your operations in Bengaluru Karnataka, sadly you don't acknowledge this that Bengaluru supported your business. Customer Care IVRS first language of choice is Telugu. Shockingly Kannada is at 4. @CMofKarnataka

    @ACTFibernet I have created more tickets with ids SR10211571335452 SR10212074555092 SR10212845468732 SR10213875452312 SR10216010193332 Everytime support guys will call and say fixed and close the tickets, the issue never fixed, the actual issue is, internet is disconnecting continuously.

    @ACTFibernet Am looking helpless now. I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet I’m waiting for a call from tech support, someone who can help configure my MI router, it says network issues due to DHCP server issue. This is MI router 3C. Im waiting for that call since 3+hrs now.

I got fed up of complaining and their false claim of speed. I surrendered my router. Big mistake. Now my deposit money and my router is with them. Frauds!

    @ACTFibernet Frustrated with the behavior of ACT technicians. Issue started with a customer switching off junction box and technicians could not transfer it to another location and created a disconnection request on my behalf which I never asked them. Lost hope on @ACTFibernet
