    @ACTFibernet such a reckless service... raised a relocation request where there are ACT customers and the location is 500meters from the existing one. You call only asking for bill payment. you hardly care about customers..Better to migrate to @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband

    @ACTFibernet I applied for reconnection and they took 2 weeks to lay the cable and now have issues with payment. No proper response from the CC. After all this, thinking that disconnect is the better option.

    @pkhammu2005 @JioCare @ACTFibernet Don't go with JIO.... They are worst service provider ever. There network always disconnect or network slowness. Broadcast not for them where no proper support.

    Worst support from @ACTFibernet. Ur customer care doesn’t work. No one even answers even after being on hold for 20 minutes. Uve introduces some BOT system which is horrible. Pathetic service.

    Raised complaint for shifting request for internet connection 2 weeks back with user id :102141981417 but till now no tech team is reached me and same time we have to wait too long to reach the customer care .This is the worrest exp with the act fiberbet. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The internet has not been working for the last 3 days. And getting through to your call center took me 3 hours only to get an answer that it’s ok if I disconnect my ACT connection. Amazing customer service for the regular monthly payment I make. Thank you

    @ACTFibernet It is now almost 12 hours since the Internet went down. I have raised a ticket and made multiple follow-up calls, but the CC just provide a template response. Does it take > 11 hours to resolve a fiber cut? This is horrible service.

    @ACTFibernet very unreliable Customer service. When a call for installing a new connection you get multiple calls but once you internet service is down(1 week now) and you raise a ticket or even try calling customer care either the line is always busy and there are no call backs

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down since 26th August with Ticket number SR10176825524824, was informed to be resolved in 3 days, again today on followup your customer care said will take 5 days. Can you lookinto this and get it resolved. Else will have to switch to other better ISP

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I spoke to couple of folks already since yesterday and till now there is no action. Am extremely disappointed. Raised a disconnection request. Refund my entire amount as you didn't provide me the required service after paying for entire 6 months.
