@rsprasad @DoT_India Also no response when we call the customer care, request you to please make them collect money only when they can provide service and it's ready for connection, many people are fasing this issue specially with @ACTFibernet in tough time and refund also not happened till now.

@ACTFibernet Day by Day your services become worst I am seeing the changes of SRV from last 6 years. Low speed issues every day but no response from Team. Never going to recommend your srv. Meanwhile I am removing server from my house which you guys installed on my roof top.
