@ACTFibernet Your customer care agents are downright rude and refuse to transfer call to a supervisor. And neither do they give a resolution. They only know to day that I will receive a call back, which I never do. You can dscnct my internet. I am not going to pay this wrong bill

@ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

@ACTFibernet This is ridiculous! Took the new connection yesterday and paid 4k also, after that nobody showed up, even spent 2hr for customer care, everytime call gets connected they are telling me to hold for some time and they will forward to some other team, it takes forever!

@ACTFibernet A complaint has been registered regarding connection shifting before 5 days where only powerbox has been installed 3 days back and the technical person is saying it will take 7 to 8 days for giving the connection where he need to get approvals from the head office.
