    @ACTFibernet in a single month with in 6 days same thing happened NO WEATHER ISSUES NO RAINS. Results in no internet connectivity. DM u my location and my contact, @ACTFibernet I am using ur service since last 4 yrs if it continues.. I have to look for someone else ISP

    @ramszz @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin What the hell. Speed test can be done by the user itself but that isn't the impending issue here. I hope @ACTFibernet adds up lost days to the package and extended the renewal date for the losses the user has to go through.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for reconnection and they took 2 weeks to lay the cable and now have issues with payment. No proper response from the CC. After all this, thinking that disconnect is the better option.

    @ACTFibernet Having a hard time getting my connection installed. I was promised connection on day 1, been a week no progress. I was even promised a refund if not installed by today. I request you all to please install my connection today or refund my amount. Very bad service.

    I have raised the internet issue yesterday morning i.e(5th March 2021)Since from yesterday , whenever I call customer service. They are saying single dialogue it will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue.Already 24 hrs crossed. May I know when this 24 hrs will complete. @ACTFibernet
