    @ACTFibernet havn lots of prob wit d connection, speed has dropped, evry few days connection is down. If u cant provide service tell us will shift to sm othr ntwrk. Minimum 7 days netwrk is down in a month which is ridiculous 😠 waiting for @reliancejio fiber

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working at my place from the last 8 hours. Registered a complaint but no resolution so far, customer support team is not even picking up the calls. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet asked for relocation in the same apartment, just a change of door number, but got a call from y'all saying service is not available at new shifted address. Unbelievable, pathetic service.

    @MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet ...even as they had ₹6780 of my money with them. I cancelled the subscription & got refund. Moved over to Jio. Guess what, when I brought this issue to the notice of their COO he just helped in cancellation & refund. They let a customer go just like that!!!
