@ameyalfcdatar @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u will find becuase I am also got frusted with there service In a month max time they have issue and for solving that they take next day of issue occur🤦🤦🤦🤦May be they collected so much money from PPL and now they they don't want buisness.

@ACTFibernet very poor and worst service. Day before yesterday 22 hours internet was not there deu to fiber cut,after resolve issue. Again today morning when I check around 4 am it's not working. Again in terminal box issue 🤦😠😠Refund money close company😠😠

@rajeevmetal @ACTFibernet I second that. Same experience for me as well . They even respond to Twitter messages after 3 days. Their service engineer is quite inefficient and respond to issues much late

@ACTFibernet I have booked and PAID ACT Fibernet connection 6 DAYS ago and yet I haven't received any call from your side regarding the installation process and the customer service is not picking up the calls. Is this the service you are providing? City - Bangalore, no use mailing also.

@airtelindia Fibernet service is horrible. During office hour when almost everyone is working from Home they start the maintenance activity and no internet. It’s time to change the service provider. @ACTFibernet pls contact me asap.

@ACTFibernet Very poor customer service I have raised a complaint 4 days back no one is coming to resolve daily I am calling. And the customer representative directly disconnecting the call without asking please disconnect my services and refund my money 🙏

Your team didn't give connection and no refund till today also. Very very bad experience with Act and not trustworthy. Complained several times but not response yet
