    @ACTFibernet your charge your customers for the full month and give service for only a few days. This month alone I have raised complaints nearly every alternate day. Get your ACT straight! it’s become a bloody nuisance.

    @ACTFibernet Yes I got the call and I talked, but the issue is still not fully resolved.. 1. Package is showing as 75mbps but actually I am getting 50 mbps 2. Initially my bill used to come as 1031 rupees and now it is coming 1131 rupees, And during this two months, GST rate has not changed!!

    @ACTFibernet You are not serious about solving even the basic problems. You are not even serious about understanding the issue in its first place. How can you close any ticket without first checking with the customer. This is completely skewed and one-sided. This is intentional from you.

    The sense of urgency that @ACTFibernet is showing in closing the tickets without even understanding the issue (forget about resolving it) is amazing and at the same time disgusting. Just 2 years ago, I was telling that ACT has very good customer service. Surprising. @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet cheats!! Almost 15 to 20 days following up for a mail to customer care but looks like you people cleverly ignore, since mail asks about the promises you maid and points out wrong billing.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For the nth time your technical team is opening and closing the complaint as one related to speed. But if you read carefully, I have been harassed by your team that sent me SMS to downgrade my speed, sent me a huge bill and overcharged me.

    Hi @ACTFibernet iternet is not working since two days &we've raised an issue too. Your ground team came in, said they'll check the box and didn't return to sort it at all!! Majority of us are working from home and this kind of service is very disappointing! Please fix it ASAP.
