    @ACTFibernet dear #Bengaluru don’t ever take ACT internet connection.. worst service anyone can provide.. 300Mbps gives 32mbps.. no one cares in ACT.. their call centre and on field technical staff are arrogant to the core.. Disgusting ACT .. you are competing with others?

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service never expected this from ACT I am contacting you guys from last for 1 month for a small issue which I am facing and I've called you guys like 40 times but still my issue is not resolved are you guys do only fake promises and making a customers fool.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks ,though the service has to improve drastically. Retailing bandwidth isn't a easy service , unless you are addressing this aspect of tour business ,you are like any reason n of mill internet provider !!

    @ACTFibernet I have a serious issue with your service. Your customer rep said I will get connection in 3 days and today I’m being told that ports are full and it will take 7 days! After making 3 month payment with GST!! What the hell?

    @ACTFibernet My Regd Mobile No. with act fiber net is 9401252145. My refund of Rs.2903/- is pending since 14 Jun 22. The customer care is not resolving my case and giving me my refund. they keep opening the tickets and close it. but no refund resolutions. Request do needful

    @ACTFibernet I have shared the details. Yesterday on the conversation with your marketing agent I asked how much time will it take, they said we don't know it's in process if you can't wait we can refund you the money. Just a disrespectful reply for a customer who has been waiting for long.
