    @ACTFibernet The problem is resolved . Thank you so team . But I wanted bring it to your notice . That they have intentionally disconnected my internet and given my fiber net slot for a new customer who stays in the same building . Kindly do guide them to be ethical and solve it rightly.

    @ACTFibernet without my consent and without even the zee5 subscription ending you guys are charging in advance plus you have not given an option to customer to cancel we have to call customer care and keep on waiting in your **** queue . Thats unethical take immediate action.

    Just in the month of 2 months .. @ACTFibernet .. Again internet issue at the time of 3:00 in night.. U guys legit @airtelindia mifi dongel dosent gives slow internet but never keeps you down .. Fast internet , fiber cable .. !!! Huh !! Nice joke...

    @ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing internet issue since Sunday afternoon. According to customer service it should have been resolved in 24 hours, but still no solution. Service Engineers have marked as resolved without resolving it. Service graph is just going negative.

    @ACTFibernet I waited and finally gave up after 4 days and asked ACT support team to cancel connection as it's getting too late. They told ok and said that I will receive the amount back in 7 working days. But I still didn't receive the amount.

    @ACTFibernet It was resolved but again no internet connectivity for 2 hours yesterday. You can refer escalations in your escalation section from our society. Will monitor the effectiveness of the solution and connect at the given no as suggested

    @ACTFibernet Had frequent internet issues for past 1 week. They asked me to change router. Being 4 years customer asked the customer rep to give router as free. He said that we even have 10 years customer and wont give free router. Switching to Airtel broadband they give it free.
