    @ACTFibernet 18days and my previous account is still not deactivated. Your agent Senthamizh was extremely arrogant over the call just now and had the audacity to ask me to escalate the issue to any level and NOT give me the refund(that was promised on last call) #consumerissues

    @ACTFibernet if there is another word for pathetic service it should be ACT. In last one month we raised more than 100 complaints and it's not resolved yet and don't ask to DM because we did 100s of times. Just refund our money.

    @ACTFibernet I have created a ticket on Sunday for no internet access. It's been 3 days and no one has come to check. The ticket was closed without any last mile checks. I created ticket on Monday again but no one has come to resolve the issue. It's been 3 days. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet 2/2. I've never experienced any internet service provider taking 24 hours to fix the issue. And this is happening every alternative week. You need to focus on this issue to retain your customers. How we can do work from home if there's no internet for 24 hours.

    After complaining again and again @ACTFibernet couldn't solve my issue of drop on the internet. Now I want to disconnect the act supervisor is saying you will have to pay for a whole month for the net. I have been facing issue of drop-down since starting of this month.
