    @ACTFibernet I waited and finally gave up after 4 days and asked ACT support team to cancel connection as it's getting too late. They told ok and said that I will receive the amount back in 7 working days. But I still didn't receive the amount.

    @ACTFibernet Its ok Dont want your support anymore. I have already registered with Airtel. The main reason Im switching is not because of the inter issue but the way customer rep replied as if they dont care for customer who wa with you for 4 years.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, This is to bring to your notice that ACT Fibernet support has been careless and hesitant to resolve customer issues. I have paid Rs.826 on 5th Nov 2020 to renewal my connection. I was promised by the sales person to get the connection in 2 days.

    @ACTFibernet Had frequent internet issues for past 1 week. They asked me to change router. Being 4 years customer asked the customer rep to give router as free. He said that we even have 10 years customer and wont give free router. Switching to Airtel broadband they give it free.
