    @ACTFibernet you have a ridiculous supper team and you are so bloody irresponsible. Jio is better then you got sure ! Every single month some or the other issue pops up from your end and you are incapable of solving it ! Shut it down if you can’t provide good service.

    @ACTFibernet Breakdown in connectivity is becoming too frequent, no action is being taken to rectify ASAP. These days it is WFH situation, we are suffering and unable to complete assignments. Also unable to escalate the issue.

    @ACTFibernet We have UPS at home. But internet does not work everytime the power goes off. We have registered multiple complaints and yet no response. We got a call saying the issue was resolved when the issue still persists. Not able to raise ticket in the app too. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet team your internet connection faulters very frequently. I loose connection once every 2 hrs. I have raised multiple tickets for this but the ticket gets closed in 2 days stating issue resolved. But on ground nothing would've changed. Kindly provide a soln for this

    @ACTFibernet yesterday I raised request that internet not coming, actual time to resolve is 2day 4pm, but they failed, so they canceled my ticket and raised new ticket which will be solved tomorrow. Tomorrow raise another ticket and keep time extending instead of solving problem
