@ACTFibernet I also need resolution on my incorrect bill. I'm eligible for a refund every month, which has also not reflected in the last bill. I expect a call from your side in next 1 hr, from someone who is capable of resolving both issues - zero connectivity since yesterday and wrong bill

@ACTFibernet.. Very poor customer service & issue resolution process. no way to reach out to ur customer care executive via the app. No nos mentioned where you can be contacted.. The categories under "support" do not cover my query. Also, nos given in your msg are not connecting.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Got a call from 099167 17634 today morning and from 078295 87734 yesterday offering exciting discounts to reconnect. I have chosen a different ISP, no plans to switch. Raising the issue on social media has worsened it and more calls have started to come. #fail

I've paid for 6 months adv and I switched after good reviews and recommendations.. Now I'm regretting, and beginning to think it's a bad decision if this is their lazy attitude.
