    @ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

    Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Reagarding the above problem They told that they will recover router with in 48 hours .48 hours already got over so kindly send some .one to recover router as well Refund the money .

    @ACTFibernet Power goes, internet goes. Got a generator now..power goes, generator kicks in. But internet is still down, bcoz the line from where we get internet does not have power. Can something be done about this to have uninterrupted service?
