This is a big slap on @ACTFibernet or any other service provider who think, they can recover any amount from their customers in the name of bill (false bill). Suggestion : Just don't give any offer to attract customer which you can't afford to fullfil. #ACTFibernet

Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. ₹2140 credit was deducted without router installation or internet usage. Support admitted it was their mistake, but says refund isn’t possible due to system policy. Requested disconnection and credit transfer to my other ACT connection.

@ACTFibernet Till now no one came for installation its been more than 50hrs and no response from the concern person. Imagine what will happen if get disturbance in network your team will take months to solve that problem.
