    @ACTFibernet Appreciate your quick response, We are running an e-commerce business and an internet down for three days means we have lost all our brand value in the market and our main focus is customer satisfaction but due to Ur inefficiency we have lost all the customer from past 3 days.

    @pkhammu2005 @JioCare @ACTFibernet Don't go with JIO.... They are worst service provider ever. There network always disconnect or network slowness. Broadcast not for them where no proper support.

    @ACTFibernet I have had serious issues with internet since 2 days.although I have raised a complaint I seam to get no good reply. Now I have too much office work pending!would like to have the issue resolved within tonight else I’m switching to other provider

    Worst support from @ACTFibernet. Ur customer care doesn’t work. No one even answers even after being on hold for 20 minutes. Uve introduces some BOT system which is horrible. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet The internet has not been working for the last 3 days. And getting through to your call center took me 3 hours only to get an answer that it’s ok if I disconnect my ACT connection. Amazing customer service for the regular monthly payment I make. Thank you

    @ACTFibernet such a reckless service... raised a relocation request where there are ACT customers and the location is 500meters from the existing one. You call only asking for bill payment. you hardly care about customers..Better to migrate to @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband

    @ACTFibernet INTERNET down since last 48 hrs. All complaints on the APP and on 91212121 seems to fall on deaf ears. Each call on 9121212121 take atleast 20 min to get thru and SHOCKINGLY call drops midway. N ur executive does not have the COURTESY to call back. DISAPPOINTING

    @ACTFibernet I HAVE TAKEN A NEW CONNECTIONOF 300MBPS SPEED, I HAD DISCONNECTED MY HATHWAY CONNECTION, WHICH I WAS USING FOR LAST 7 YRS 100-110 MBPS , I WANT TO GET THIS CONNECTION CANCELLED AND REQUEST YOU RETURN MONEY. I AM TOTALLY DISPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE ,MOB 9844025636

    The @ACTFibernet support is utterly ridiculous. It has been 5 days and still just one phone call from the support team giving fake empathy. I am on the edge of getting the service cancelled but I have already paid for a 8 month package. Need some human intervention ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet customer care person told me that 2 or 20 accounts they doesn't care. Thanks for saying that🙏🙏 Till now I'm in a feel that as a valued customer by having 2 accounts without moving to any other fibernet services.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service they said issue with be resolved by night now they tell engineers won't work issue will resolve only on tomorrow customer service not giving proper ans very disappointed, educate customer service on how to treat customers with appropriate information
