@ACTFibernet I have paid for 3months in sept-Nov, but billed again for Nov. Last six months ACT had not provided adequate service, check service requests. ACT promised rebate for service interruptions, but not honoured. Please revise billing amount to my satisfaction.

@ACTFibernet I have raised a SR for shifting Broadband/Router connection from 2nd Floor to 1st Floor. No proper response. When I call Customer Care, nobody responds properly. If you don't value your customer, where's the faith? This is the way you treat your customer?

I have been using @ACTFibernet since 2 weeks and its network and service both are pathetic. Engineers on making a commitment don’t give you a visit. The engineer made us buy a new router and is not visiting to fix it,u all are cheating us.
