    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet my home internet is down for almost one day , complaint given yesteday still no resolution , I am getting frustrated and no response if I call customer care too realy very bad sr102150355569 , no sign of action under progress

    @ACTFibernet I don't think you guys regret otherwise you would have rectified the issue. It's been 6 days. Every time I call call centre executive tells me he or she has forwarded the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I have created more tickets with ids SR10211571335452 SR10212074555092 SR10212845468732 SR10213875452312 SR10216010193332 Everytime support guys will call and say fixed and close the tickets, the issue never fixed, the actual issue is, internet is disconnecting continuously.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbuzz From last 2 days airtel broadband not working and its so difficult to contact customer care.Just wondering, you charge late payment fee if bill not paid on time.. Will they reduce bill accordingly @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you guys have the most rude people who come to our house to try and "fix" the internet. They'll do half the job and leave. When we call back to tell them that it's still not working they say "it's so easy to fix why should I come to do it".

    @ACTFibernet I have been reporting this issue for almost 4 months by now and no one is looking into this issue religiously. Also, complaints get closed without resolution or false commitments. Moreover, your escalation team and ground staff are helpless.

    @ACTFibernet Am looking helpless now. I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi Please do not close my support calls repeatedly reopened to credit the amounts due from December 2918 for power consumption without resolving the issue. If your accounts personnel can not understand do connect and I will educate them.
