    While my neighbour enjoys an uninterrupted @ACTFibernet connectivity unfortunately can't say the same for @Airtel_Presence And goes for poor customer service too. It's been 2 days without any connection and no plans for resolving too. Time to disconnect immediately!!

    @ACTFibernet I appreciate you response @ACTFibernet that ticket shouldn’t be closed because I haven’t received any amount yet. I see there is one more ticket open for refund SR10238971027085, please don’t delay fix this issue soon, I am waiting from 4weeks.

    @ACTFibernet In the current situation where work from home is a necessity, there is a problem with our junction box. The customer care says 24 hours which means work cannot happen for nearly two days. Can this be sorted much faster #customerservice #workfromhome #slowinternet

    Hi @ACTFibernet I want to upgrade my current plan.but there is no option available on your mobile app for this purpose. When ever I m trying ,App poping up with message that please contact customer service. Can u proceed my upgrade plan request.

    @ACTFibernet Previously "in Feb whole area is under maintenance hence no CONNECTION "..yet once again in this month 2nd of May "my port is having a ISSUE hence no CONNECTION.."... it's time to switch over to other ISP's. I'll pay 1200/- every month for uninterrupted CONNECTION

    @shaeikh_India @ACTFibernet Bro they cannot even provide uninterrupted connectivity .... It's just like work from home we don't give a F about it even if you pay for the whole year, u will have INTERNET connectivity issue for every f.....in month

    @SAI_NICK534 @KunalJa70045116 @mahendravm1 @ACTFibernet Please look in this, many customers are fooled by @ACTFibernet taking advance payment for 6 - 12 months and not giving installation on time. I would request @DoT_India @rsprasad to look in this issues faced by lots of customer.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, I have asked for connection installation, but without my concern you just initiated refund.. if u can’t give connection why did u take payments for months, this is issue is for many people for only me.. worst service @ACTFibernet

    Very bad experience with @ACTFibernet. Since last 3 days my issue has not been resolved. My ticket no: SR10166364280264. What a pathetic broadband. Work from home is getting harder with this broadband.

    @ACTFibernet poor poor service for installation and internet activation in hyderabad. It has been 7 days since payment but installation has not been done. I daily beg to your team ( shrawan kumar is the lead) and they ignore the request. Worst possible service.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down from afternoon around 2pm, and is is not yet resolved. I see frequent internet down in last 2 months and you take 24 hours atleast to restore it. I am very disappointed with such down time.

    @ACTFibernet shame to raise again n agin issues for same problem . Its working day and such a poor Sevice no internet since mrng.. the local technician says hes not available and customer service just updates tickets and gives lame resons.. such a pathetic management

    @ACTFibernet Last week 2 before i raised a complaint about the billing issue. But still my ticket is open and no response. I was calling customers 10 to 15 times simply saying you will get a call back within 1hrs. I never got any callback from your billing team.worst experience
