@ACTFibernet Pathetic service and response by ACT.I have raised fourth tickets since Thursday & have not found a resolution.Since then have been trying to contact 3 technicians and 2 sales executives(5 days) & there has been no help.They are closing all the tickets w/o resolving.

Thousands of RR Nagar customers are without internet connection since 5th May 2019. Horrible customer service from @ACTFibernet ...waiting for Jio to start their service!

@ramszz @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin What the hell. Speed test can be done by the user itself but that isn't the impending issue here. I hope @ACTFibernet adds up lost days to the package and extended the renewal date for the losses the user has to go through.
