@ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Actcteam, My brother has created a relocation of broadband connection within same area(1Km). Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

@ACTFibernet if there is another word for pathetic service it should be ACT. In last one month we raised more than 100 complaints and it's not resolved yet and don't ask to DM because we did 100s of times. Just refund our money.

@ACTFibernet thinks they r bloody oversmart .My service request for termination n refund of deposit lodged on 11th Sept vide ticket No SR10245564134231 n they were supposed to act lol on it in 48 hrs.Scumballs start sending me sms saying " thx 4 reconnecting ".Terminate n refund

Been using @ACTFibernet for 2 years now paying 7.6k never satisfied with the speed I pay for 150mbos and get 80mbps customer service is hopeless and the app has everything wrong in it , ping fluctuates a lot If u have any plans of fixing these issue do work on it.
