    @ACTFibernet Im happy act fibernet customer since last 4years, recently i upgraded my plan from Act blaze to strom + netflix. I made a mistake of creating new connection instead of upgrade, since then im struggling to fix the issue . 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I first raised a ticket on 14th Jan itself on getting due remainder messages.Ticket was closed without taking any input from me and today got internet suspension. Using ACT from last 2 years and nvr faced such issue.Hope it will be resolved before I make a decision to move out.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Team, My internet is not working I have raised ticket on 11th Jan 2023. Team said will resolve the issue and that ticket is resolved without resolution. Till the issue is not resolved Look into it priority.(SR10166791147484)(SR10166845591264)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i would want u to giv me exact time by wich dis issue wil b solved. Wil it b solved 2day? By wat time? Do u even knw hw difficult dis is? Without being abl to do my job? Losing pay? I think u need to work on dis before offering new offers to get in new customers

    @ACTFibernet don't use act fiber net because I am getting trouble again' and again before I have complaint no use complaining cx agent says wait for 24 hours after they would say wait again 24 hours worst network I never seen in my life
