@airtelindia Getting pathetic service as an #AirtelBlack customer. Had asked for disconnection of a broadband connection due to shifting. Had to made 5 calls to your customer care and still it hasn't been done. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

@airtelindia tweet is regarding the problem I am facing from past few days but there was no resolution. I am not able to use volte service past few days it's suddenly stop working I am not able to recieve calls properly and internet also not working. Its shows IMS not registered.

@airtelindia I am having an Airtel India number is +91-9289812953. The problem is I am not getting any network on my SIM card. Today I have visited to Airtel Uganda customer care office and They suggest me that please contact to Airtel India office and ask them to connect you.

If we want send or receive sms need to reacharge minimum of Rs 128/- Do u think is it really worth for us? No never, Realy it is hell, I have decided to say good bye to Airtel which journey of 10+ yrs, I thnk it's fantastic way of lose yr customers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
