    @airtelindia This is the second time I am facing issue for your broadband. I’m not even able to raise a complaint in your app. Because your app keeps closing the chat saying the issue will be fixed in 6 hrs. People working from home are facing issues because of your incompetence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have you stooped so low to cheat and take money from people that you have frauds - online and offline. Do you even do a background check of your team. Why take money when you are not able to service and why take so much time to refund

    Even after 2 days and calling the customer care multiple times, the service is not revived. I tried every possible way to visit the Airtel store, customer care but no solution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Meanwhile my neighbor's @airtelindia wifi is chilling unbothered in the exact same weather. Must be nice. Also can someone explain the logic of charging a FULL monthly bill for a service that works maybe 50% of the time? Is this 'pay full, receive half' a new Jio policy?

    Airtel's Wi-Fi isn't working at all. I've been facing this issue for the past four days and have called customer care three or four times. Every time, I get the same response—that the network will be restored or the issue resolved within four hours, @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Since one week there is no broadband connectivity and it looks like no one is working on it to resolve the issue. Your team acknowledged that there is an issue then why are you deducting the balance?
