    Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

    @airtelindia Hi I took Xstreme servicces last Friday. Till now the ott apps are not activated. Customer care also has no clue. Let me know if I can get a refund if the problem can't be solved.

    @airtelindia I paid bill for 6months, 5days back from 3days it is not working to resolve the problem it will take another 3days and if I say I don’t want to continue with this they are not providing money back option so I should shut my mouth for another 3days and I went back Hathaway

    @airtelindia Dont go with Airtel it’s worst then any other I was useing act previously that was good but they frequently charge penalties then I shifted to hathway that is aslo good but it take 24 hours to resolve prblms then I took Airte and got to know it is even worst than local internet

    @DoT_India I called the call center, and the agent says there are no notes next to the SR# So he has no clue was the complaint. This is FRAUD & CHEATING by @airtelindia . You deceive the customer by creating a useless SR# This is when I want to give money to Airtel!!! wow!!!
