@airtelindia The app doesn't have enough options or I don't see options to get my issue addressed. If you can help that'd be great or I'll regret my choice of porting my number to Airtel and go back to @Idea where I wasn't cheated by reducing data limit asking me to buy internet pack again.

@airtelindia i feel like giving up on your broadband service. Raised a connection issue on Wednesday night, as the wire got cut from road side. Despite the issue being escalated and calls made from me almost every 3-5 hours i only get a standard response.
