    Got my number ported to @airtelindia and the guy who came and ported charged ₹299 as recharge fees but even after successful porting, recharge wasn’t done. Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

    Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    @airtelindia I took an 10 days international roaming pack but I find that you have charged me 698/- for an extra day which I never asked for. Your Airtel thanks app ( or Thankless app ? )is directing me to multiple chats leading nowhere towards understanding/resolution. What do you expect me to do. Can I expect a callback from your representative. Hope you will deal with this with appropriate seriousness in a time bound manner. Thanks
