Tried @Airtel_Presence Airtel app but that’s the worst app for anyone. It doesn’t have customer number mentioned anywhere.

Rs 500 was deducted while recharging my Airtel NCMC card via the Thanks App, but the balance was never credited. There's no refund. My complaints keep getting closed without resolution.
