@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After days of effort to contact airtel customer care, My issue is not reloved so i have decided to get a new broadband and current bill cycle onwards i wont be using airtel services and not pay further. So if you want you cant disconnect my network.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been facing some serious issues regarding my broadband at home! Today my plan of 350 GB got renewed and its showing a usage of 31 GB at the end of the day! Something’s wrong with my wifi! Last month also, it showed humongous usage suddenly!

@airtelindia I have done 2 recharge for my 2 DTH connection on 25 April for three months as below. 3011297374-001: Rs 1711 3011297374-002: 1254 Only 3011297374-002 is working as per my plan. 3011297374-001 doesn't work. In all channels TV code 4 is coming.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So, around 40 days ago my SIM card got corrupt due to unknown reasons. Now that I got a chance to get it replaced during #lockdownrelaxation...it never happened. As apparently, my sim card never carried the number I have been using for over 14 yrs!

@airtelindia please help me. Why airtel always unable to send me otp. It always show full signal but whenever I try to call it cuts as soon as I dial. And frustrated one of my bank is linked with airtel no. And never recieved any otp. While other networks sends within seconds.
