@reliancejio My e-sim not working since 1.5 month. Just paying the bill without any data usage and call.. been to Jio store 4 number of times and not able to rectify the matter. Please look into it on priority basis. Also your Jio store is useless.. @airtelindia ‘s better..

@TRAI Please advise @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence not to call customers to convince when they are already dissatisfied with the their poor services. If possible please amend rules that no telecommunications company should call the customers and beg to stay in the same network
