Hello @airtelindia and @TRAI I am facing network issue in my home since July 2020 and bcoz of that i am unable to make or receive call and also unable to use internet. I also wrote several complaints but i am facing the same issue.

@airtelindia I’m a airtel one cust & been using airtel brdbnd for offc work. I work till late bt every nw & then hv been experiencing internet outrage in our area. U guys apologize by sending texts but it really hampers my work. Still i’m facing the same issue.

@airtelindia your xtreme box has technical issues. It keeps on restarting and whenever I complaint your service team visit and says that this cannot be resolved. Pathetic services and a company of liars. Your xtreme box model has serious problems please fix this.

In a given month, @airtelindia's Broadband service works effectively and smoothly for a mere 4-5 days, while on the remaining days, one has to switch it off, wait for 10-15 mins, switch it on again, and then repeat the procedure twice a day. Not exaggerating.
