Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us. @airtelindia My airtel wifi is not working since yesterday morning. It's been more than 24 hours. I have complained so many times. But in airtel still no engineer has come to fix my wi fi connection. Since yesterday I have made more than 10 calls in airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

Never take post paid broadband from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should name itself as airtel_absence. Customer service is pathetic, I was told refund will be done in 45 days.Still refund is not generated. It will take another 15 days.What for? Service Request id also not given
