@airtelindia My airtel wifi is not working since yesterday morning. It's been more than 24 hours. I have complained so many times. But in airtel still no engineer has come to fix my wi fi connection. Since yesterday I have made more than 10 calls in airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

I request @airtelindia, @reliancejio & @VodaIdea_NEWS to please make such plans that if a customer doesn't finish his daily internet data then it doesn't get exhausted and adds up to the future unused data and only exhausts after the completion of its monthly validity period.

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us. @airtelindia, Today from 6:30 PM to 8:50 PM there is no network in our area. There is no backup means how can we trust this network. Before 4 or 5 years ago we use to pay how much we use now it's all become you decide the package you decide the rates. @PMOIndia #veryworstnetwork
