    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Despite repeated requests you have not been able to solve the problem and broadband is not working for a week now. Complaint ID 10080835601. So I am inclined to surrender the connection. Atleast inform me the process to surrender the connection.

    @airtelindia, Requested to stop all my outgoing call on special number. Do we have to pay for calling on toll free number (Full Cheating).ICICI & MAITRI number show as toll free but get a bomb charge from Airtel if you call on @midc_india at 18602332028. No Support from Airtel CC

    Such a shame that "India's Number 1 Network" turned out to be this nightmare.. I really want this issue to be cleared ASAP but Airtel just doesnt seem to care @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I receive bill despite the sim never ever worked from day of buying it!!! Don't know what's wrong with one of the largest service provider !! Hope the leadership including Mr. Sunil Mittal knows about these lapses! Again have to visit Airtel gallery!

    @airtelindia i visit your east patel nagar branch in Delhi.. The staff vinita is very unproffesional how to deal with customer. Kindly take action against them.. Nd please ensure tht in future it will not repeat it again
