    @airtelindia I am calling Airtel customer care many times to upgrade my internet plan, everytime they are replying Technical issue and they need 48 hours. These words they are saying since January, but till now they have not upgraded my internet plan. How horrible Airtel is!

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Good Humour but pathetic service. Instead of tweets try solving the problems which your customers are facing your team took money 3 days back and promised that I'll get my fiber connection by Saturday no-one came I need my ₹2500 back asap.

    @airtelindia Worst fiber service. We are facing issue since last 3 days the person who put the connection is not responding & till now the maintenance team has not yet solved the issue. These Airtel service people are the one to make people life hell.@VittalGopal

    @airtelindia My Xtreme box is showing error B001 and if I go to complaint it says they want charges of 150 rs to visit. Are you guys serious? Everytime a error will cost me? All these stuff of making money with non transparent method doesn't go well with you ADs of consumer is KING.
