    @airtelindia i believe just removing ₹299 recharge without valid reason is not right being one of the most subscribed network providers think for the middle class too or else you may have to face wrath of common people. I hope you will rethink about it and re-start #airtel

    @airtelindia Despite raising multiple complaints, the coverage issue is still not resolved. Coordinates: 22.516024, 73.463057 Network coverage remains poor, causing continued connectivity issues. Kindly investigate the problem and take the necessary action to resolve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia Please improve your service. Instead of making customers deal with an AI chatbot every time, provide an easy option to speak directly with a real human customer support executive. Not every problem can be solved by AI. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whole day wifi is out and no action has been taken but when I reach out to chat support, I am not given resolution but new offers and plans! How sales oriented are you? Did you ditch your service quality and started stooping this low?
