    @airtelindia Mr Ishu Agarwal didn’t take any call.. over 50 calls made and 12 SMS messages went unattended. Surprisingly when I spoke to him from his technician’s phone; he had no clue of previous report. Most horrible Team Lead ever encountered. He should have been FIRED BY NOW.

    @airtelindia Big joke by Airtel. U engage clowns for fault repairs by outsourcing to TeamLease who have unprofessional team lead Mr Ishu Agarwal who doesn’t know what left n right hands are doing; on top of that he closes the complaint without doing any actual work. Disgraceful!! Atrocious

    I request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to consider this tweet as an escalation and look into this issue on priority. I am not happy and this issue can force me to leave the current family plan or even force me to change the service provider again after 3 months - 4/4

    @airtelindia Most disgusting experience. After perusing a complaint for over 96 hours TeamLease Team leader Mr Ishu Agarwal cleared the complaints without any actual work. Field technician yesterday explained that MC had cut all overhead cables; no port available.
