    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a pathetic customer care system. There is no way to raise a complaint through ur app. 1 has to go through the hassle to complain. When u select ur query it directs to a link to self diagnose which off course doesn’t work in absence of internet.

    There seems to be some issue with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Chennai today.. All calls getting connected but can hear the other side.. Initially I thought it is my phone, but incoming calls also had same issue, they didn't hear me and ended up with WhatsApp call

    @airtelindia Thanks for your concern shown towards mother's,# what about mother's whom Airtel has given a lot of trouble. Please 🙏 be practical.If you cannot help seniors please don't trouble them. We senior citizen couple have been disconnected by you from our all relations I feel ashamed

    I have recently raised a request for porting my airtel number of bangalore to kanpur UP east. They told me that after 4 days you will get sms for tele verification to dial 59059. But problem is after inserting sim I am not getting signal how should I dial 59059.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Team kindly check I’am unable to use my BB connection 073110693461_dsl after complaint also no action taken and still facing the issue from last 1 week, need immediate action for the same. Not acceptable such bad service from Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence seems there is full disconnect in services offered like callback in 30mins versus services delivered. Customer is looking for a new connection and black plan registration but airtel has no process to manage the request which has been created online
