    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tell me morons why you never mentioned that to use your 4G I have to hold the phone a specific way at my room. Since two months I am suffering shameless idiots. #third_class_airtel4g and you are providing false resolutions. Just go to hell.

    @airtelindia 3) I'd asked Airtel Technicians for assistance, they took 3 hours just to install firmware on my router, out of which 2 hours was wasted scrambling here and there for the problem. Then, they took another 1 hour after screwing up the SSID and Password change (which was not needed)

    @airtelindia 4) The Technicians could not setup a simple relay router. They first set same SSIDs for main and sub-routers, and kept different passwords. Then, they claimed that it was a router issue. After "fixing" that by using a different band (2.4 Ghz), it capped download speed to 100 Mbps

    @airtelindia 9) P.S. the technicians sent to my home consisted of a Senior Technician and Head of Service and two assistants, only the senior technician had knowledge, albeit half-knowledge of what was going on. Even then, they were all in absolute confusion.

    @airtelindia 6) Context: Before, I got >250 Mbps in 5 GHz band in both the main and relay routers and >100 Mbps in 2.4 GHz in both main and relay routers. But suddenly, the connection became unstable, had frequent internet outages.
