@airtelindia • 10 days. • Multiple complaints. • Same pathetic 5G→4G switching. Apparently, fixing a network issue is harder for Airtel than advertising “India’s best network.” Stop ignoring complaints and start fixing what customers are paying for. #Airtel #Airtel5G

@JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_India_ or even contacted me till date. I have paid my bill despite barely being able to use the service. I have screenshots showing the consistently poor speeds and complaint/reference details as evidence. This is no longer a routine service complaint.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been calling customer care for the past week, but there’s still no proper response. No engineer has contacted me regarding my Wi-Fi shifting request. If Airtel can’t provide the service, please close my connection. #CustomerServiceFail

Hey @airtelindia, this entire “Happy Code” business may well become the bane of your customer service. My broadband connection at home is down. Your engineer arrived to fix it, but because I have not received the “Happy Code” over SMS, he says the connection will be terminated. Two simple questions: (A) If your network is down and I cannot receive the SMS containing the code, how is that my fault? (B) If my broadband is still not working, how exactly am I expected to give a “Happy Code”? I am, quite reasonably, not happy. A customer service process should solve problems, not create new ones.
