    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    I want to switch to @JioCare @airtelindia wifi and their support team are all busy I am trying to connect with them from morning but I receive message we are upgrading our systems, I want to switch all my Sims and wifi to jio now.

    @airtelindia All I wanted was to downgrade my postpaid WiFi connection to prepaid. But no — your customer care informed me I’d have to drag myself to a center, fill out endless forms, answer a hundred questions, and waste half a day of my life just to do something that should take two click.
