    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service from @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia. I have an Airtel Fiber connection, but the service has become highly unreliable. Initially, whenever there was a fault, the support team responded promptly and resolved it within hours. (1/3)

    WTH @airtelindia Need to do an eSim transfer from one iPhone to the other. But it keeps saying request is ongoing. Been trying for almost 20 hrs now. Why introduce a technology when you are not capable of handling it. Even Airtel store is offering no help.

    @airtelindia You automatically converted my prepaid broadband to postpaid without my consent just because I ported my Jio number to Airtel Postpaid. Customer support refuses to switch broadband to prepaid. Goodbye Airtel, switching to @BSNLCorporate.

    @airtelindia is down in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, reportedly due to maintenance. It’s disappointing that such work is happening during peak office hours, disrupting work-from-home users. Planned maintenance should preferably be scheduled on weekends to minimize inconvenience.
