    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    I have rechrged via @PhonePe ₹ 984 to my airtel mobile. From last two days still showing processing . Amount has been already deducted. Phonepe are saying operator taking too much time . Last two days I am getting frustating. Kindly resolve my issue @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is that it's impossible to reach customer support. The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

    @airtelindia teach some communication skills to your people the other day they told me they only serve pre-paid and yesterday the same store said they only serve postpaid. Later i came to know what was the exact issue. Customer just walkout because of communication gap.

    @airtelindia It has been 10 days since I submitted my request to transfer my wificonnection, and I have made 8 calls to customer care, some lasting 45 minutes, yet the transfer has not been done. My work is getting hampered. Request ID: 21-178601184542_1. It's a pathetic service

    @airtelindia Team, since you are unable to resolve the mess you've created, just refund the amount of my recharge plan and I'll move to another service provider. What's the delay when you've admitted that you are unable to provide a solution. It's been 4 months. Act Urgently @airtelindia
