This is directly affecting my work. The repair was scheduled for this morning, but no one contacted me, and no technician showed up. I've contacted customer care multiple times, but they haven't been helpful and keep giving the same generic responses. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Till now as of no engineer is assigned for installation nor there is progress. while booking I was made to believe that thier service is too fast and if any problem comes up, they would reach in 4 hrs
