    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I ask for details of assigned technician, customer care says’we are not authorized to provide that info’. Its been 2 days, is it a big ask to expect a technician assigned ?What is the use of customercare if they are of no use to the customer ?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , instead of claiming fastest/largest 4G network in India, why don't you fix basic network issues? My network complaint and problem hasn't solved even after almost 2 months! Living in Ahmedabad, & having 5 airtel connections in home! #pathetic
