    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @Airtel_Presence Lol ya great solution. 24 HOURS TO RESOLVE A BASIC PROBLEM. USELESS. YOUR SALES GUY VERIFIED MY PROBLEMS WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 4 HOURS. I SHOULD GAVE NEVER OPTED FOR AIRTEL WIFI. YOUR MOBILE NETWORK IS BAD ENOUGH. @airtelindia SHAMEFUL. 24 HOURS? Do you guys have any same

    Hey @airtelindia it’s been 3 days since a complaint was raised regarding the WiFi and there has nothing been done you have not contacted me and nobody knows who the service rep is I have even sent an email to your nodal officer

    @airtelindia been just 10 days and the wifi is not responding. I was told by the sales guy that within 4 hours it is resolved. It has been more than 12 hours now. Superb service already. Surely recommended not to use. @airtelindia SHAMEFUL

    @airtelindia , extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request is being delayed for days with no proper response. Looks like prepaid customers who paid for 6 months are being ignored after payment. Pathetic support and zero accountability

    @Airtel_Presence Still no resolution. Complete ignorance , lack of empathy and willing to resolve such a simple issue continues @airtelindia . I'm pretty sure if this was a call for new connection, it would have resolved within 2 hrs

    @airtelindia I am regretting today why I took Airtel WiFi and fixed line service from @airtelindia. When we apply for a new connection, you people starts chasing us.But we raise a service complaint and shiting request,no body in your company bother to give the service.

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your customer service is good for nothing just close it. I am trying to connect to a customer executive related to a unlimited 5g issue but all I get is useless chatbots repeating the same things again and again. When dialing 198 it's of no use, it says press 1 for prepaid, when I press 1 it doesn't accept and keeps on moving forward with other options... @airtelindia
