    @TRAI You have mentioned TRAI does not handle individual complaints. I respect that but when a customer of @airtelindia is tired of raising complain with no resolution. Can you at-least guide where to go? It will be if help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence dear airtel, m fed up of your service if the outage is 90% of the time then why don't you clearly mention this to customer while selling your basic plan. The worst service ever.

    @airtelindia hello Airtel, I am trying to convert my physical sim to e-sim. I try to register my email via thanks app and I can store my email. But when I send email request for eSim it’s saying no email registered. Tried 18 times to reach live agent via 121 … no luck… pls help

    @airtelindia Why your technician calling me and irritating saying that I would have to go to store for service disconnection of my Airtel black as it's already unbundled as said by your customer care and within 7 days the service will be terminated.
